Be your own boss part 2

Hi there, today again I would like to talk about being your own boss. We know it is good to be your own boss then working for someone else. However, the question arises, how to be your own boss? What business to do or how to make money for living? What if I don’t make any money or achieve nothing after working hard several days, months or even years? These, along with several other questions are the key to unlock the door to enter the world where one can be self employed. Many people fear to start their own business or offer services because they do not find the satisfactory answers of those questions.

To be your own boss you don’t need to have big business idea which needs multimillion dollar investment. Rather, you can be your own boss even without investing a penny. To be your own boss means working as you want without any order from other people, or pressure from boss, or guidance from supervisor. For an instance, let’s talk about a guy who even did not attend high school or even cannot read and write. Now do you think he can be his own boss?

I don’t know what your answer is but I would say YES! He can be his own boss. Suppose that the guy works in a restaurant as a dish washer. Now he can turn around and work as a cleaner being his own boss. He can contact houses or business in his own community, and let the people know that he cleans houses contractual basis and one day they can contact him whenever needed. And if he work honestly maintaining high level of work and business ethic then he can grow making more money and working less hours then before. One of crucial thing is that people are busy and they don’t have time to do cleaning of the house or the business. These big folks out there make way more than that little guy who cleans houses for other people; therefore, it is not a big deal for those busy high income people to outsource and pay for cleaning houses.

There are hundreds of things you can do to be your own boss. Only thing you need is your dedication and interest. If you are not dedicated to what you are doing then you cannot be successful on that. Therefore, the bottom line is your interest, dedication and your passion. If you are doing something with passion and dedication then you feel time constraint. The more you do the more you enjoy it and entertain it and eventually you will be succeeded and rewarded. On the contrary, if you are working for someone else then you will see the watch too often and be frustrated because you feel that time is not passing fast enough so that you can leave.

Another most important thing is that working for oneself means being productive. Will you give your 100 percent if you are working for someone else? If someone asks me this question then my answer will be “NO”. Here is the reason why, I will think that even if I work hard then my pay will be the same. So why should I work hard for nothing. In other words, even if I work in my own pace and take it easy then also I will get the same amount benefit and pay, then why should I work hard and kill myself if nobody acknowledges my hard work and pay extra for my hard work. On the contrary, if I am working for myself then I try to work hard because the more I work hard the more I will earn so my mentality will be working hard and hard so that my earning will be higher and higher.

Positive attitude and its role in achieving Career Goals

Having positive attitude and anger less/ peaceful state of mind is milestone in achieving career goals. Positive attitude helps keeping anger less state of mind, helps integrating mind’s ability and helps to remain focus in the task we are doing. Positive attitude also reinforce motivation keeping our enthusiasm live over a course of time. If your mind has positive attitude then you strongly believe that things gonna happen so you keep on involving in it, pushing it all the way you can and keep on trying and eventually your dream will come true due to the vigorous practice and effort. Positive attitude gives birth to the optimistic mind and optimistic mind is vital source of energy and it also supports maintaining sound and peaceful state of mind as there is no fear of losing anything or no fear of not achieving the desire state of end result. Internally our optimistic mind also indirectly helps keeping our positive attitude alive because optimistic state of mind fuels and energizes positive attitude.

Anger is greatest factor causing failure. Anger is also a state of mind in which we act in arrogant manner. It’s a kind of disease which is common in almost all kinds of living beings.

How often you think deeply and analytically? What kind of thought that often strikes in your mind and In your heart? what is your dream life? What you really wish to have? How you feel when you think about your dream coming true? You feel excited? Or feel very lucky? Or you feel so proud of yourself? Are you a positive thinker or negative thinker? Do you believe that if you act vigorously and continuously no matter how long, will you achieve the goals or your end state of result? Or do you think that no matter how hard you work you will never gonna achieve your end result.

Having a positive and high level of thinking is very important in one’s life to be successful. Thinking is the reflection of the state of your mind. State of mind is the mother of thought in one’s mind. There is always a reason why you think in a certain way or in certain manner? It means, thought is influenced by our past performance, activities, and our positions and it also shapes future performance, activities and our future positions. Therefore we can say thinking is both child and mother of the past and future state of performance and act. It influences and influenced by our daily performance and their result. Dream is ultimate reflection of thoughts. Our thought over a course of time shapes our dream. Dream is director of daily activities. What we do in our daily lives is to large extent is shaped by our dream. Therefore, to achieve more and high profile goals, one has to dream big and to dreams big one has to think positively. There is chain of relationship among optimistic state of mind, positive thinking, positive attitude and dream. All these factors affect each other. If you have negativity in one, such as negative thinking then it tries to spread same negativity in all (state of mind, attitude and dream) and similarly if one have positivity in one aspect it tries spreads that positivity in all other areas. Dream is ultimate attraction or gravity of one’s performance and it is mirror of oneself. What you dream is reflection of your attitude, thought and the level of your mind. Dreams are basically of two kinds. The first one is the dream that you see in night or when you sleep. I would words such dream as dream of unconscious state of mind. The second one is dream that you see or feel during day time or when you are not sleeping. Here you should not confuse with the two dreams. If you sleep in day time and saw a dream than that’s still a dream of unconscious state of mind. The dream which you see when you are not sleeping is dream of conscious state of mind. If you are not sleeping during night time and see a dream then that still is a dream of conscious state of mind or day dream. Dream of conscious state of mind is more precious, direct and transparent than the dream of unconscious state of mind. Actually, day dreaming is more yours than the dream you see at night. Because, day dreaming is the reflection of your thought and it is your inner expression of those thought. Different scholars define night dreaming in different meaning to it or associating those dreams with past and future happenings. I personally do not disregard or underestimate the value of sleep time or night time dreams. However, I emphasize the importance of day dream more because they are different version of our goals and they mirror us within our self. You can see yourself in your thought. What you thought more often over long period of time is reflection of yourself. You are expressing your own goals in different way. Therefore, I would say that you can conceptualize your goals visualizing your thought and dreams.

We all say that we should do something in which we really good at and we try to figure out, what is that which I can do better than everyone else? There are so many movies which are made and being made with the message that “You should do something or choose the career which you like or interested on” in other words, you should not compromise on your career goals. Or you should not choose your career as per the wish of your parents or the loved ones. The most important thing is that your career goals should be legitimate. It means it should not be in any circumstances override the law of the land.

The most difficult task in achieving the career goals is to identify the best career goals that match your skills and wisdom. Once you are able to choose the right career goals or career path then it will be lot easy for you to achieve your career goals. For an instance, you are in the middle of the huge forest and you want to go your home. What you will do??? The first thing you should do is find out in which direction is your home is. Is it East, West, North, or South? Finding the direction of your home is similar with finding your career goals. Once you find the direction of your home you can one day, if other thing remaining the same, will definitely reach your home. There is no doubt in it. Similarly, once you find out what you are really interested in and what you are really good at, it will be easy for you to pursue that career path. Awareness of the direction where you are heading to is really crucial. Once you know your objectives or in border terms once you identify your mission or vision than you will see thousands of ways to get there. You will even see some risky short-cut and highways and some lengthy but definite route to get to your mission.

Many people are confused with their career goal and pursue wrong career over long period of time and reach nowhere after decades. One of the key mechanisms to check whether you are pursuing a right career or not is, asking yourself whether you enjoy doing it or not. If you enjoy doing it and if it is matched with your level of wisdom and skills then yes it is your career goal. Go ahead and pursue it you will reach your destination.

About Career Goals

To choose the career goals is unique job of an individual. You are the only person who can set your career goals. Other people can help but they never can solely set your career plan and goals because it is determined within the personal factors such as interest, wisdom, knowledge, attitude, personal job preference, perceptions, age etc. And you are the only person who knows everything about you. But the ground reality is that they (your family members) can help you and lead you to identify and set the right career goals for you. However, remember that you are the in charge of finding your destiny.

The first thing one should not forget while deciding about the career goals is that it will never be too late to set your goals. The most common problem most people face while deciding about their goals is that they think they are already too late to chose the career path. The compare themselves with leading star people of the society and country and underestimate themselves and never even try it. But the fact is that it will never be too late to do anything.

Another confusion must people have about setting and developing career goals is that they believe that everything in this world is perfect. One of my friends told me that “there is nothing left for invention” everything is already made by someone else. We have nothing to do”. One of the major flaws in his thought is that nothing is perfect in this world. In my opinion, everything is imperfect in this world and there is room to make things better. Everything is getting better but nothing is perfect and the fact is nothing will ever be perfect. But more than 90% people of this world thinks that everything in this world are is such improved form that there is no room for even a slight improvement which is entirely a false argument. There are billions of billions things in this world and nothing is in its perfect shape. In reality the upward limit for the perfection of the good and services is unlimited or infinitive. For an instance, when telephone is invented by the Alexander Graham Bell in 1876, General people stopped thinking right there and just used it. But some people always knew that’s not everything as a result cell phone is developed by Martin Cooper in 1973. Again general people believe that that’s the ultimate point but the things were still changing? Obviously, the result, Research in Motion invented the smartest phone “Blackberry”. Now you can not only use your phone to talk with the loved ones rather you can do 100’s of different things in your cell phone along with but not limited to talking. This is the trends of the world. There is always room for the further improvement and advancement. Therefore, you have too many options to choose from

Did you ever wonder about being your own boss? If not then this is best time ever to think about being your own boss. Today, hundreds of people are unemployed globally and even shocking news is that most of those folks who are unemployed are highly educated and they are not even getting the job which requires less academic qualification than the qualification they have.

Global economy is now highly unpredictable. You never know what gonna happen tomorrow. Even if you have job (I am talking about a genuine job) then also no body guarantee about a reliability of your job. World economy is highly uncertain and unpredictable now than before. Hundreds of thousands of business around the globe are merging each other to reduce the cost of production, and increase the competitiveness. Yes, it is true that such merger and acquisition does provide competitive edge and cost efficiency through large scale or mass production. However, this kind business movement will tremendously reduces the employment opportunities of the economy. Surprisingly, those business owners and entrepreneurs are still getting richer and richer even in the worse economy at the expense of those who works for them and those blue color employees are struggling to eat two times a day. Even the worse part of today’s economy is even if you have a job then it is hard to satisfy the employer as they have more choice to find another employees and there is almost no option for you to get another job. In other words, there is huge supply of labor and there is very little demand for them in the market. Therefore, rather than finding your boss, turnaround and be your own boss.

What are the advantages of being your own boss???

6. Passion of work ( because when you become your own boss then probably you will do something that you really like or something that will motivate you to achieve more and more)

Identity theft as a growing problem

Identity theft is becoming a tough problem day by day. When someone else use your personal information like your credit card, social security number, License information without your notice or approval for his/her own personal purpose or benefit then that is considered as identity theft. In other words, if someone uses your credit card to purchase something online or at store and if you don’t know who use your credit card then that is an identity theft. In identity theft a person claims to be someone when he/she actually is not. To put this in another words, identity theft occurs when someone hides his own identity and pretends to be someone else.

We are living in the wireless or internet world where most of us do lots of our work on line. For example, we sell things online, we talk to our friends online and we even pass our very personal information online causing ourselves vulnerable of identity theft. Today is the world where we develop our own society in the virtual world sharing all possible information about ourselves even those which are supposed to keep private.

Our identity can be stolen any time. There are so many ways that these people (identity thief) can steal your identity and use it till your creditworthiness shrinks in the ocean of debt. They will steal your information from you or they may even buy such information from inside sources. Furthermore, they may even open a new credit line and change your personal mailing address to hide such heinous crime from you and creating a huge hole to steal all of your life time achievement in a couple of days. In this, you will never know anything about wrong doing before it is too late.

Identity theft is almost out of control today. Every day 100s of people lost their very personal information and identity and become the next victim of this crime. Our life style is one of the primary cause for the problem of identity theft. For example, we are in a situation that we cannot live without so called smart phone and we never pay attention to those hundreds of smart phone apps we use. There is the chances that these so called smart phone app can (without our approval) obtain our private information and give those information to third party such as advertiser.

Another socking news is that your are vulnerable of identity theft even if you don’t lose your personal belonging such as your wallet or purse along with your unique information such as your social security, or license information etc. Your personal identifier or that information which uniquely identifies you from the rest is already in the hands of outsiders such as your banks or your layers and some other private or public offices where you submit different documents for your own reason.

There is not anything that immunized you from identity theft but you can minimize your chances of being the next victims of it.

The first and primary thing to consider is your credit card information. You have to always make sure that there is not any kind of misuse of your credit card information. One of the most crucial things is all those mails that you trace is the biggest source of your personal information to the Identity thief. Therefore, before you trace these mails such as your bank statement, your credit card bills, etc you have to make sure that you tear them in such a way that nobody is able to collect any kind of your information from them about you.

Do not carry too many credit cards with you. If you lose your wallet or purse then you need to call credit card Company immediately to make sure that the lost card are no longer valid or usable. If possible then try to memorize your all private information such as social security number so that you don’t have to carry them with you, that way even if you lose your credit card then you won’t lose your private information or at least your private information will not go public or in the hand of fraud. Beside this check your credit report regularly so that you will know where you stand and you can cure the problem before they will be too big to cure. Pay attention to your credit card bills. If you receive bills for something you don’t know then immediately call your bank to find out what’s going on. And even important thing is if you don’t receive some bills for which you use your credit card then also find out the reason behind that. There is the possibility that the identity thief may change your address to hide their crime or to get you private information.

Writing an article of any topic is rewarding job. When you write something your knowledge in a subject or the topic will grow dramatically. Writing not only improves your writing skills but also enhance your communication and language skills.
Writing an article is not easy as it sounds. However, your writing skills will improve leaps and bounds if you keep writing continuously and of-course one day it will be like a child's play for you one day . Here is the easiest way to write about anything (events, people, company, etc) you want to.

1. Read what other writer or scholar are saying or writing about the events or topic you are planning write.
   If you read about other writers' opinion and article about the topic or events you are thinking to write about then it provides you an edge or depth knowledge of the topic and broadens your ideas to cover the entire idea while writing.
2. Critically evaluate others opinion while reading
   If you critically evaluate what others are saying then it helps you to advance your writing skills and remove potential errors that others are making.
3. Be fair and impartial
   While reading others' article and writing your own, be fair and impartial.
4. Divide your article into different heading (introduction, body and conclusion). In introduction segment you can introduce your topic or problems you are writing about. What is the problem you are writing about?
If you identified the problem in the introduction segment then you need to provide the solution to that problem in your body segment. If you think the problem has multiple solutions then you can write all of them in different paragraphs.
Finally, in conclusion you can summarize your body part with your suggested recommendation.

David Sokol, chairman of Berkshire-Hathaway’s utility arm MidAmerican Energy Holdings Co. and chief executive of the aircraft unit Net Jets Inc. suddenly resigns from the Berkshire which leads big trouble for the Berkshire to find the successor of the Buffet, a long time Chief Executive of the Company. One of the major controversies associated with Sokol’s resignation is, he encouraged and urged Buffet about buying the Lubrizol at premium price and he didn’t mention that he owns a sizable amount of Lubrizol share, a strategy that made Sokol $3 million richer instantly. According to Sokol, his resignation is nothing to do with his ownership of Lubrizol’s share.

David Sokol was the top contender to succeed Mr. Buffet in Berkshire-Hathaway’s. All other prospective contenders either lacks knowledge, or experience or company’s culture to succeed buffet. Mr. Buffet, Chief Executive of the Berkshire-Hathaway’s is already in his eighties, which means, he may want to retire any time soon. However, the resignations of Buffet’s best available successor within the company made Buffet departure impossible for couple years if not more.

Achieving your career goals is easy process and complex process depending upon the strategy you apply in achieving them. Most of the people do not even have career goals in their whole life, some people do set their goals but do not pay much attention, and some people often switch their career goals and due to the lack of focus they barely achieve them.

So how to achieve the career goals effectively and efficiently?

To effectively set and achieve career goals, first you should understand yourself. It means, you should ask yourself about what is your likes and dislikes? What you want to do in your future? How much money you want to earn? Which one you prefer more wealth or social prestige? What about academic qualification? (Example: Would you like to go to college or university for higher academic qualification? Does your career job requires you to go to college or university?) What kind of people you want to surrounded with in the future? Are you a risk taker or risk averser?

All above questions will help you to understand yourself and set a goals that you might be willing to achieve in the future.

When you set your career objectives or goals then you should be able to visualize the end result of your career goals in your mind. You must feel it. If you could not feel it then you might want to go through your career planning process and goals setting process again and see whats wrong with it. If you can feel it then you are good to go to the next step of your career goal achievement process.

After you carefully crafted your career objectives then you have to divide that big goals into several smaller and achievable goals that you can achieve in short period of time (for example, in a month). And you should make sure that you achieve those smaller objectives regularly one after another. The reason of dividing your career goals into smaller achievable units is for measurement purpose. When you divide your goals into smaller pieces of easily achievable goals then you can assign certain time frame for those goals and review in a timely manner that you are achieving them within the preallocated time frame and make sure that there is no deviation.

Today, brand is not only related with big company like Toyota, Blackberry, or Apple but it is now becoming a popular buzz word in personal career. Now you need to have a personal brand to be successful. Personal brand is what other people see on you which stand out and something you good at. Even if you are employees of an average company then you need to have something that your employer value about. Ask yourself questions like why someone should hire you instead of other 100 people for a particular job. If you are already working, then why company should not fire you when company is lying off some of its employees. If you have positive answer for these questions that everybody in your circle things true than that’s your personal brand I am talking about.

Personal brand today is very important. Unlike couple decade ago, it is a necessary feature of any people who want to prove themselves and stand out from the rest in terms of certain characteristics. If you are interested to learn, if you practice over and over again, and if you pay attention then you can do anything to make that as your personal brand. Hard work is one of the ways to achieve perfection and that perfection is your brand.

Now the world is different and of course the way we do things. Unlike past couple years, it is now difficult even to get the job even if you have multiple degrees. Now thing changed therefore, you should change your strategy of hunting job or doing things. Twenty years ago, when my uncle complete his 3 years degree then he applied for the job and he was hired after a week and now he still works for the same company. And the most important thing is that company took care of him for his whole life. He never has any problem of health insurance, dental, pension, social security benefit etc. But now things don’t work that way. If you don’t have quality or personal brand then the companies where you are applying, even never go through your resume. However, if you have that unique quality then even if you are not interested then these folks will find you out and offer you a whole lot of benefit to make you a part of their team.

Non-citizen US Navy

A WWII Leeland Davidson, who served in US Navy and fight for his country now discovered that he is not a US citizen at all. He was born in USA, his parents were US citizen but he is not just because his parents never register his birth with the US government.

In my opinion, the US government should give him his citizenship of the country for which he served in WWII. What else prove is needed other than that to fulfill his dream come true. He is already 95 and he just wants a citizenship before he dies.

I hope concerned authority will quickly fulfills the wish of Leeland's dreams of becoming a US citizens sooner rather than later.

A farmer and Golden Egg

Once there was a poor farmer. He was poor for all his life. One day early in the morning he saw a golden egg in the nest of his pet goose. First, he didn't care about it and kept it aside. But later he thought it could be something valuable and kept it in appraiser. The egg was pure gold. His pet goose kept giving more and more golden eggs everyday. The farmer became very very wealthy day by day.

However, the problem is the more farmer becomes wealthy the more he becomes greedy. One day he choose to go short cut to be ultra rich by killing his goose and taking all those golden egg in one short. Eventually, he killed the goose and didn't get any golden egg.

What lesson we should learn from this farmer's story???

AT&T and T- Mobile Merger

AT &T and T-Mobile merger is front page news in almost all papers in past two days. It is really a biggest merger deal in telecommunication industry in USA. In this merger, AT&T is acquiring T-Mobile in $ 39 Billion. The most interesting thing here is that more than half of the money, i.e. $20 billion out of 39 Billion is coming from the single source and the source is JP Morgan and Chase. JP Morgan and Chase is financing $20 billion loan for the AT&T to buy T-Mobile. However, the deal is not approved yet. AT&T is arguing that this merger will help them to better serve its customer with the improved network system but those who are against the merger deal are saying that this merger will significantly reduce the competition and leads to the duopoly structure in wireless business leaving the consumer the less choice and force to pay more price.

T-Mobile is one of the cheapest wireless and data service provider therefore, if this merger is successful than one of the biggest loser will be the consumer. It is fairly true that combined company will provide more effective service but the price will go up and customer will be the loser. It is competition which is keeping the price low now and if that competition vanishes than two giant companies will take advantage of market not only from consumer but also from hand set makers and from wireless network technology providers.

Conclusion, as a T-Mobile customer I want T-Mobile not AT&T. No merger please…

Ambiguous goal of Libyan Military Operation

United States and its allies started international military operation in Libya to protect Libyan civilian from brutal attack of the strong man M. Gadhafi and forces loyal to him. International military operation collision partners, US, France, and UK, began their military intervention after outbreak of United Nation’s Security Council resolution which authorized international communities to take all necessary measures to protect civilian from their mad leader.

It is true entire operation is the result of UN mandate to protect civilian, there are some fundamental question which are unfolding across the globe about the unclear goals and purpose of the operation. The main issue here is lack of consensus among the leaders of collision partners about the purpose of the operation.

Barak Obama clearly stated that Gadhafi has to go and he declared that as a US policy. However, leaders of other collision partners are still not very clear about whether their operation is targeted toward removing Gadhafi from power or just to protect civilian from his brutal attack. Even the defense secretaries of two military operation collision partners (Liam Fox, UK and Robert Gates, USA) are not clear about their purpose. According to British defense secretary Liam Fox, Gadhafi is a clear target of the operation whereas U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates says it is unwise to attack Gadhafi because attacking and killing Gadhafi is against the mandate of U.N. resolution.

Triple Tragedy in Japan and Domestic and Global Economic Ramification

Recent earthquake and Tsunami in Japan and unfolding nuclear problem caused by these natural disasters is threatening the entire world specially the Japanese domestic market along with international business community. Japan, who is the supplier of the most of the technology products mainly electronic components, audio-visuals part, computer chips, and cellular device components basically the internal device for the smart phones are now facing huge challenge to mitigate the non-compensable loss of life, environmental degradation, wealth and infrastructure.

There is no doubt that these serious and multilayered natural disaster will slow down the global economic recovery as it already fuel the cloud of uncertainty in the Japanese market by knocking down the big manufacturing plant of Japan base global brand. This disaster not only shut down the Japanese manufacturing giant due to the power shortage but it also force to lock up some other foreign company in foreign country who are dependent upon the Japanese manufacturer in terms of factor inputs or components parts.

Due to the fear of the investors, Japanese share market is dropping gradually as investors are moving their money somewhere else. At the same time some investors are moving in as they find bargain price for their investment in Japanese share market.

Even though, these natural disasters have huge impact in the world economy, Japan will certainly bounce back to the economic prosperity soon. It’s not the first time that Japan is facing such problems which has far reaching social, economic and environmental ramifications.

My first day experience in USA

I am Dinesh Siwakoti. I came in the United States (my dream land) in October 20^th 2008 as MBA student. I landed in Toledo International Airport and feel thrilled with a fresh American air. Wow! I felt so lucky and proud to be in the land of US first time from my family. One interesting and kind of funny thing that had happened in my first day is, when I landed in Toledo International Airport, I look around to see if anyone from my University is there to pick me up. I was looking for my name on the play card that read “DINESH SIWAKOTI”, but unfortunately I didn’t see anyone holding play card with my name. I see the watch hanging on the wall of the airport customer service office and talked with myself “I am exactly on time”. I waited for a while but nobody showed up. I called the University but it was closed as it was Sunday. Finally I decided to move on and pulled my luggage. I went to the place where too many cart were lined up and I was trying to have one of those to keep my luggage so that I can carry them easily. However, it didn’t come. I tried again, still it didn’t come. I was like… what??? Suddenly somebody touched my shoulder from behind. I turned around hooping that he/she must be somebody from my university. When I saw the gentleman, he laughed at me and said “nothing is free in America” you have to pay for it before you use it. I was like wow (it makes sense though but I felt surprised as I never paid for the cart for just to used it for a while in airport)

I was suppos to put $2.00 to get one cart to use. I searched some change or dollar bill in my wallet. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any. The gentleman who taught and advice me to pay before using the cart was still there watching me with surprised. And when he learnt that I didn’t have change then he offered me change so that I can get the cart and use it. I felt like wow American people are so kind and understanding. He offered me coz I just had travelers cheques.

After I pulled all my stuff I went to the cab customer service counter and ask for the available public transport. A kind lady at the counter told me that there is no bus or train but the taxi and will charge at least $175.00 for the ride to my university. I quickly calculated the equivalent Nepalese Rs. of $ 175.00 which was almost Rs. 13000.00

It’s too much for 45 minute drive, I felt within myself. However, I had no way other than that so decided to take a cab and headed toward university.

Now, I am done with my MBA and that’s what the reason why I came here for. I am glad with my decision to come in this beautiful country. The most important thing is that I always feel safe and respected here.
