Sestavine za dve osebe:&lt;br /&gt;
2 podolgovate rdeče paprike&lt;br /&gt;
0,20 kg mešanega mletega mesa&lt;br /&gt;
2 jajca&lt;br /&gt;
0,10 kg mozzarelle&lt;br /&gt;
3 žlice kisle smetane&lt;br /&gt;
sol, poper&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 čajne žličke začimbe KURKUMA (mešanica začimb z aromo pomaranče in ingverja)&lt;br /&gt;
česen po okusu&lt;br /&gt;
vejica peteršilja&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Predpriprava:&lt;br /&gt;
- papriko prepolovimo ter očistimo&lt;br /&gt;
- mozzarello narežemo na tanke lističe&lt;br /&gt;
- mleto meso začinimo s soljo in poprom ter dodamo sesekljan česen in peteršilj ; oblikujemo podolgovate svaljke&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
Polovičke paprike položimo v ognjevarno posodo ter obložimo z mesnimi svaljki. Čez nadevane polovičke prelijemo kislo smetano, kateri smo predhodno primešali začimbo kurkuma ter sol. Nato vse skupaj obložimo z narezano ali naribano mozzarello. Pečico segrejemo na 200°C in pečemo približno 20 minut. Tik pred serviranjem obroka še poširamo jajce. V kozici zavremo vodo, nato v vodo ubijemo jajce in pustimo, da se kuha približno 3 minute. S pomočjo penovke odstranimo jajce z vode in ga položimo na gratinirano papriko. 1 kom srednje velike hruške&lt;br /&gt;
3 žlice sladkorja&lt;br /&gt;
1 žlica masla&lt;br /&gt;
0.10 l vode&lt;br /&gt;
1 žlica jedilnega škroba (gustin)&lt;br /&gt;
0.10 l tekoče smetane&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 čajne žličke cimeta&lt;br /&gt;
1 žlica ruma&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Predpriprava:&lt;br /&gt;
- hruško operemo, prerežemo na polovico in izdolbemo koščice&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
V kozici raztopimo maslo, dodamo sladkor ter pražimo, da dobimo zlato-rjavo barvo sladkorja (karamela), nato zalijemo z vodo in prevremo, da se razpusti. Dodamo hruško in pokrito dušimo približno 15 minut na najnižjem dovodu toplotne energije. Dodamo 1/2 čajne žličke cimeta, zalijemo s sladko smetano in rumom ter dušimo pokrito še 10 minut. V malo hladne vode raztopimo jedilni škrob, dodamo dušeni hruški ter dobro prevremo (približno 4 minute). Sestavine za 2 osebe:&lt;br /&gt;
0,25 kg zelene solate - ledenka&lt;br /&gt;
2 kom jajca&lt;br /&gt;
1 pest konzerviranega graha&lt;br /&gt;
1 paradižnik&lt;br /&gt;
0.20kg paniranih piščančjih kroketov&lt;br /&gt;
sol&lt;br /&gt;
olivno olje&lt;br /&gt;
jabolčni kis&lt;br /&gt;
balzamični kis&lt;br /&gt;
česen po okuso&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Predpriprava:&lt;br /&gt;
- zeleno solato otrebimo, operemo in odcedimo&lt;br /&gt;
- jajca skuhamo v trdo, olupimo in narežemo na tanke kolobarje&lt;br /&gt;
- paradižnik narežemo na kocke&lt;br /&gt;
- grah stresemo s konzerve in splaknemo s hladno vodo&lt;br /&gt;
- česen olupimo in nasekljamo&lt;br /&gt;
- piščančje krokete ocvremo in narežemo na kocke (krokete lahko spečemo tudi v teflon ponvi brez dodatka maščob ali mikrovalovni pečici na funkciji gril)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
V posoda položimo zeleno solato, paradižnik, jajce, grah in narezane krokete. Potrosimo s soljo, česnom ter prelijemo z oljem, jabolčnim kisom in balzamičnim kisom. Vse sestavine na rahlo premešamo in po potrebi dodamo vodo. Predpriprava:&lt;br /&gt;
- sipo kupimo očiščeno in po možnosti narezano na kolobarje (zmrznjeno sipo odtalimo, splaknemo z vodo in osušimo)&lt;br /&gt;
- paradižnik in papriko narežemo na majhne kocke&lt;br /&gt;
- brokoli operemo in nacvetkamo&lt;br /&gt;
- česen olupimo in fino sesekljamo&lt;br /&gt;
- slanino narežemo na majhne tanke rezance&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
Na olivnem olju prepražimo prekajeno slanino, ko postane zlatorjava dodamo sipo, paradižnik, papriko ter pražimo pet minut. Dodamo začimbe (sol, poper, žafraniko in rožmarin) ter dušimo 5 minut. Po koncu dušenja dodamo brokoli in česen, ko česen zadiši dodamo med in zalijemo z vodo (2.5 skodelice vode na 1 skodelico riža) ter pustimo, da dobro prevre. Dodamo riž, ko voda ponovno zavre zmanjšamo dovod temperature na minimum ter pokrito kuhamo 15 minut. Po koncu kuhe pustimo še 10 minut pokrito. Predpriprava:&lt;br /&gt;
- korenje in kolerabo operemo, olupimo in narežemo na večje rezance (v velikosti rezanih vampov)&lt;br /&gt;

- kocko"pečenkina omaka" prevremo v 0.10 lit vode&lt;br /&gt;
- česen očistimo in fino sesekljamo&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
Na olivnem olju prepražimo čebulo, da zlato porumeni. Dodamo vampe in zelenjavo ter pokrito dušimo približno 15 minut. Po delnem dušenju dodamo sol, poper in začimbe ter dušimo še nadaljnih 15 minut. Po pol ure dušenja dodamo sesekljan česen, ko zadiši zalijemo z dvema žlicama belega vina in pečenkino omako. Vse skupaj dobro prevremo (8 minut). Na servirno posodo položimo rukolo in čez njo potresemo dušene vampe malo drugače. Kvas vmešamo v mlačno vodo in pustimo, da vzhaja. Moko
presejemo, posolimo ter prelijemo z olivnim oljem. Vse skupaj&amp;nbsp; malo premešamo. Dodamo vzhajan kvas&amp;nbsp; in vgnetemo v prožno testo. Oblikujemo
hlebček, pokrijemo s krpo in pustimo vzhajati približno 40 minut.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Predpriprava:&lt;br /&gt;
- goveje meso narežemo na tanke rezance&lt;br /&gt;
- por narežemo na tanke kolobarje, nato ga operemo v stoječi vodi in odcedimo&lt;br /&gt;
- v jedilni škrob zamešamo 8 žlic hladne vode, da se raztopi&lt;br /&gt;
- česen olupimo ter sesekljamo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
Na olivnem olju na hitro prepražimo mesne rezance (cca 5min) nato dodamo por, začinimo (sol, poper, vegeta, muškatni orešček, majaron, timijan), gorčico in pokrito dušimo približno 15 minut. Dodamo sesekljan česen, ko zadiši zalijemo s približno 0.15lit vode. Ko vse skupaj zavre dodamo še jedilni škrob, ki smo ga predhodno zmešali s hladno vodo. &amp;nbsp;Pustimo, da dobro prevre (cca 3 min). Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
V skledo položimo motovilec, koruzo, fižol, paradižnik, kumaro ter potrosimo z naribano limeto. Posolimo, dodamo še jabolčni kis, olivno olje, sok ene limete, česen ter narahlo premešamo. Ocvrto svinjsko meso narežemo na manjše kocke, dodamo narejeni solati, narahlo premešamo in vse skupaj nato položimo v servirno posodo.&lt;br /&gt;

Piškote zdrobimo in grobo zmeljemo s pomočjo multipraktika.
Orehe grobo zmeljemo. V kozici zavremo vodo, dodamo margarino, sladkor in
vanili sladkor. Ko se sladkor in margarina razpustita, primešamo mlete kekse,
orehe, rum in kakav.&lt;/div&gt;

Z nadevom mažemo oblate in sestavljamo »napolitanko« tako,
da zaključimo z oblatom. Vse skupaj prekrijemo z alu folijo in otežimo (posoda polna vode, knjiga...) ter
postavimo v hladilnik vsaj za približno tri ure, da se plasti dobro sprimejo.&lt;/div&gt;

V posodi za mešanje naredimo solato z motovilca, koruze in dveh cvetov artičok, ki smo jih preje razrezali. Dodamo jabolčni kis, olivno olje, balzamični kis, sol ter po potrebi dodamo hladno vodo in narahlo premešamo. Narejeno solato položimo v servirno posodo. Čez solato potrosimo narezane palčke z okusom rakovic in dimljen sir. Ob koncu položimo na vrh še en srček artičoke.&lt;/div&gt;

Predpriprava:&lt;br /&gt;
- piščančja prsa narežemo na rezine&lt;br /&gt;
- korenje olupimo, operemo in narežemo na kolobarje&lt;br /&gt;
- sir naribamo&lt;br /&gt;
- motovilec operemo in odcedimo&lt;br /&gt;
- koruzo splaknemo pod tekočo vodo&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
Kitajske rezance v trikratni količini z dodatkom soli kuhamo 8 minut. Na sojinem olju na hitro prepražimo korenje in piščančja prsa z dodatkom soli in popra (približno pet minut). Nato zalijemo z 0,05 lit vode ter dodamo konico naribanega muškatnega oreščka in sojino omako. Pustimo da vse skupaj dobro prevre (5min), dodamo kuhane rezance, posujemo s sirom in podušimo še približno 2 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;SOLATA&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Sestavine za dve osebe:&lt;br /&gt;
1 kom file osliča (cca 0,20kg)&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 pora&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 gomolja zelena&lt;br /&gt;
sol&lt;br /&gt;
poper&lt;br /&gt;
rožmarin, majaron&lt;br /&gt;
2 žlice jedilnega škroba (gustin)&lt;br /&gt;
olivno olje&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Predpriprava:&lt;br /&gt;
- por narežemo na kolobarje in nato še kolobarje na 4 dele ter ga operemo in odcedimo&lt;br /&gt;
- zeleno olupimo, operemo in narežemo na majhne kocke&lt;br /&gt;
- file osliča narežemo na srednje velike kocke&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
Na olivnem olju prepražimo por in zeleno z dodatkom soli in popra ter majaronom in rožmarinom. Nato dodamo osliča in na visokem ognju pražimo še pet minut. Zalijemo s 0,30lit vroče vode in kuhamo približno 8 minut. Ob koncu dodamo umešan jedilni škrob z nekaj žlic hladne vode in dobro prevremo.&lt;br /&gt;

Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;OMAKA&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
V posodi segrejemo olivno olje in dodamo narezano zelenjavo (paprika, kumara, jajčevec, paradižnik), začinimo (sol, poper, majaron, muškatni orešček) ter pražimo približno 10 minut. Dodamo sesekljan česen, ko zadiši zalijemo z 0,15 lit tople vode in pustimo, da dobro prevre. Nato dodamo testenine in vse skupaj prekuhamo (približno 3 minute), da se testenine prepojijo okusa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;SOLATA&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Kuhano in ohlajeno cvetačo položimo v kosu na servirno posodo.&lt;br /&gt;
Preliv vinigret: šalotko, kislo kumarico in jajce naribamo na tanke rezance in dodamo sesekljan peteršilj. Dodamo še 2 žlici olja, 2 žlice jabolčnega kisa, 2 žlice balzamičnega kisa, 4 žlice hladne vode, sol ter poper. Vse skupaj dobro premešamo in prelijemo cvetačo.&lt;/div&gt;

največ beta karotina, ki predstavlja predstopnjo življenjsko pomembnega
vitamina A. Beta karotin pa je pomemben tudi za zdrave oči, kožo in lase. Poleg
tega korenje vsebuje še ogljikove hidrate, kalij, kalcij, železo, vitamin K in
folno kislino. Korenje lahko nastrgate za solato ali ga jeste surovega kot
prigrizek med obroki. Dušeno korenje je lahko kot zelenjavna priloga, iz
korenja &amp;nbsp;lahko skuhate korenčkovo juho.

Priprava:&lt;br /&gt;
Zeleno solato očistimo, narežemo na rezance, operemo ter dobro odcedimo. Položimo jo v servirno posodo in čez njo potrosimo: narezane vložene beluše, na tanke kolobarje narezano čajno salamo, na kocke narezan paradižnik, kozice (vložene v slanici), artičoke (marinirane v olju in peteršilju lahko kupimo skoraj že v vsaki trgovini), riban sir. Vse skupaj pokapamo z bučnim oljem.&lt;br /&gt;

Priprava - biskvit:&lt;br /&gt;
Jajca in sladkor stepamo z električnim mešalnikom, dokler masa ne naraste in se zgosti. Dodamo mleko in olje ter premešamo. V posodi zmešamo moko, kakav in pecilni ter počasi ob rahlem mešanju dodajamo masi. Pečico segrejemo na 200°C in v kvadratnem pekaču pečemo približno 20 minut.&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava - nadev:&lt;br /&gt;
V posodo stresemo mascarpone, smetano in sladkor ter z električnim mešalcem zmešamo v gladko maso. Nato dodamo še kokosovo moko in čips ter dobro z žlico premešamo.&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava -kock:&lt;br /&gt;
Biskvit narežemo na tri dele in ga namočimo z mešanico mleka in ruma. Namažemo prvi del biskvita z nadevom, posujemo z ribano čokolado, pokrijemo z drugo plastjo biskvita in ponovno namažemo z nadevom in potrosimo z ribano čokolado. Na koncu pokrijemo z tretjim delom biskvita ter ga premažemo z nadevom in potrosimo z ribano čokolado.&lt;br /&gt;

Predpriprava:&lt;br /&gt;
- cele lignje operemo, osušimo in do polovice porežemo robove&lt;br /&gt;
- korenje operemo, olupimo in narežemo na tanke lističe&lt;br /&gt;

- jurčke namočimo v hladni vodi za 10 minut in nato odcedimo&lt;br /&gt;

Na olivnem olju prepražimo lignje (približno 5 minut), dodamo ohrovt, korenje, jurčke, bambus ter začinimo. Vse skupaj pražimo približno 7 minut, nato zalijemo z 0,10 lit vode ter dodamo kocko. Jedilni škrob zmešamo z malo hladne ter dodamo lignjem. Vse skupaj kuhamo približno 6 minut. Po potrebi zalijemo še z malo vode.&lt;br /&gt;

Predpriprava:&lt;br /&gt;
Uporabimo lahko listnato testo, ki je zmrznjeno in v obliki kocke. Kupimo oz. priporočam že valjano hlajeno testo, ki se ga dobi skoraj v vseh trgovinah. Testo razvaljamo oz. odvijemo ter izrežemo v obliki pekača v katerega bomo zlili maso za kremne rezine. S konico noža v testu naredimo nekaj luknjic, da se nam med peko ne napihne. Testo pečemo pri 200°C približno 14 minut.&lt;br /&gt;
Priprava kreme:&lt;br /&gt;
V posodo za mešanje damo jajca, vanili sladkor ter sladkor. Z električnim mešalnikom mešamo toliko časa da nam zmes naraste in postane gosta (približno 8 minut). V posodi kateri bomo kuhali kremo zavremo mleko (posoda naj bo večja vsaj za dvakrat do koder seže mleko, ker masa ob kuhi naraste). Stepenim jajcem dodamo moko ter dobro premešamo. Ko mleko zavre, zmanjšamo dovod energije na minimum ter počasi zlivamo maso v mleko. Ves čas mešamo in tudi nadalnih pet minut, ko kuhamo maso. Masa je kuhana, ko nam tri minute vre.&lt;br /&gt;
V pekač položimo prvo testo ter zalijemo z maso, ko se masa ohladi pokrijemo in postavimo v hladilnik vsaj za 3 ure (priporočeno čez noč).&lt;br /&gt;
Stepemo smetano, premažemo maso in pokrijemo z drugim testom. V kozici zavremo vodo. V drugo posodico damo jedilno čokolado (5 reber) in olje (3 žlice) ter posodico položimo v vrelo vodo, da se čokolada stopi. Nato prelijemo s čokolado zgornji del testa.&lt;br /&gt;

Svinjske zarebrnice potolčemo in prerežemo žilice. Narezano piščančje meso na hitro prepražimo (približno 4 minute) na olivnem olju z dodatkom soli in popra. Dodamo zelenjavo in kalčke ter pražimo še približno 4 minute. Ko se posladkamo s sočno hladno lubenico, nam ostane čvrsta lupina. Zakaj nebi uporabili del tega in dobili zelo okusen džem.&lt;br /&gt;
Lupini odstranimo zeleni del ter narežemo na kocke. Da poživimo izgled džema, lahko pustimo majhne delčke rdečega mesa, ki se držijo belega dela lupine.&lt;br /&gt;
V kozico stresemo sladkor in zalijemo s toliko vode, da voda prekrije sladkor. Sladkor postavimo na štedilnik ter ga kuhamo na srednji temperaturi. Ko opazimo, da se je sladkor začel gostiti dodamo na kocke narezano lupino lubenice ter kuhamo eno uro in pol na srednjem ognju. Ko je džem kuhan, ga takoj zlijemo v steklene kozarce in hermetično zapremo.

V 13. stoletju je lubenica pripotovala v Evropo in nato še v ZDA iz Kitajske. Po uspehu sadeža v ZDA &amp;nbsp;je postala priljubljen sadež po vsem svetu. Kitajska je še dandanes enoa največjih pridelovalk lubenic.&lt;/div&gt;

Lubenica spada v družino melon, teža lubenice je do 12 kg, temnozelena lupina je gladka in čvrsta, vodeno meso pa je rožnato. Okus je osvežujoč in sladek, v vročih dneh pa se zdi naravnost božanski in osvežujoč.&lt;br /&gt;

Lubenica je sestavljena iz približno 90% vode, približno 10% pa predstavljajo vlaknina, ki pozitivno delujejo na prebavo. Lubenica skriva veliko vitamina A, ki je pomemben za zdravje oči in v boju z virusnimi infekcijami. Večji kos rezina lubenice zadosti skoraj polovici dnevnih potreb po vitaminu C, ki blagodejno deluje na imunski sistem. Sadež je tudi bogat vir vitamina B6, ki ga telo rabi za nastajanje možganskih kemikalij, kot so seratonin, melatonin in dopamin. Vsebuje pa tudi veliko likopena, eno ključnih snovi v boju proti srčnim boleznim. Lubenica je tudi vir citrulina, aminokisline, pomembne za celjenje ran.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

V dieti dokaj cenjena lubenica ima tudi zelo malo kalorij: 100g vsebuje približno 78 kalorij.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Lubenice je zelo uporabna tudi v kulinariki, dodajamo jo v sadne solate, kot prilogo, lahko naredimo sok, ledene kocke, džem... V nekaterih državah Azije uporabljajo semena lubenice za moko in pečejo kruh z aromo lubenice.&lt;br /&gt;
