3. Be the one that initiates sex. 4. Take an interest in something he likes to do. If he’s into ball playing, cars, politics, etc … you show an interest.
5. Praise him publicly to others so he hears what You say. Recently a Lady complimented a new shirt a man Was wearing by saying, “You look nice in your new shirt,” immediately his wife added, “He looks good in anything.”

6. Praise him privately. Remind him that he is a Good father, that he’s good-looking, that he smells nice, etc.
7. Make your love life sizzle by seeing sex as a pleasure and not as a duty or chore.
8. DON’T put your children, your job or your hobbies before your marriage. Your relationship with your hubby is your number 1 earthly relationship.
9. Make it a habit to start every day with a kiss.
10. Strive to be as beautiful on the inside as you do on the outside.

Actress Adunni Ade fires back at those who criticize baby mamas

Actress and single mother of two ,Adunni Ade has some words for those who look down on women for being baby mamas..She says most times its down to being in a miserable relationship or getting out and pushing for their child or children.

I take it personal when a person feels like they've got the right to speak on a person's lifestyle, relationship status or what not. Just because some choose to be quiet about your dirty laundry does NOT give you the right to speak about another. Just like every other single mother or so called "Baby Mama" , it's either a choice of being in a miserable relationship or getting out and keep pushing for their Child(Ren)
P.S so you know, a lot of single parent (male or female) do a great job providing for themselves and children than you who sits in a miserable, horrible, heartbreaking relationship. We are not to be defined by our relationship status! Your dedication, hardwork, persistence to your existence in this world should be your focus. Just because a lot of us don't share our life story to the public does not mean we are not survivors. Face your life! Face your work! Be a great example to others! Be remembered more for the good and not bad.

Ronke Died Of Respiratory Seizure, Not Domestic Violence- Autopsy

The much anticipated autopsy report on late Ronke Shonde, the mother of two allegedly killed by her husband, Lekan, two weeks ago in Egbeda area of Lagos, during a scuffle, is out. The report, as reliably gathered, reached detectives at about 8.45p.m. yesterday.

The report which was reportedly signed by one Dr. Shoyemi, a Pathologist at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, Ikeja, disclosed that late Ronke Shonde died as a result of respiratory seizure. But it ruled out the possibility of her death due to violent marks on her face. The autopsy was conducted last Thursday...

So what happens next?? Probably the husband will walk out a free man.

A man Ayoade has begged the customary court in Lagos to dissolve his marriage – Ayoade said his wife beats him at will, including several public bashing – The troubled husband also said his wife attacked his manhood – A DNA test is proposed to settle the couples’ dispute over the paternity of their child. Ayoade has begged an Alimosho customary court to dissolve his five-year-old marriage to his wife Deborah Oriade. The 42-year-old man told the court sitting in Lagos he craved dissolution of his marriage for fear of his life.
He cited his wife’s alleged brutality and maltreatment as core reason for his petition. He narrated to the court how his wife had taken on the habit of beating him at will, saying she had beaten him more than 10 times, even in public. According to Ayoade, on one occasion, Oriade attacked his manhood until it started bleeding and not yet done, she dashed into the kitchen, brought ground pepper and poured it on his bleeding penis.

Always, "Better safe than sorry!" TRUE LIFE STORY: A man came over & offered his services as a painter to a female putting Fuel in her car and left his card. She said no, but accepted his card out of courtesy & got in her car.

The man then got into a car driven by another gentleman. As the lady left the service station, she saw the men following her out of the station at the same time. Almost immediately, she started to feel dizzy & could not catch her breath. She tried to open the window & realized that the odour was on her hand; the same hand which accepted the card from the gentleman at the gas station. She then noticed the men were immediately behind her & she felt she needed to do something at that moment. She drove into the first available driveway & began to honk her horn repeatedly to ask for help. The men drove away but the lady still felt pretty bad for several minutes after she could finally catch her breath. Apparently, there was a substance on the card that could have seriously injured her. This drug is called ’BURUNDANGA’ & it is used by people who wish to incapacitate a victim in order to steal from or take advantage of them. This drug is four times more dangerous than the date rape drug & is transferable on simple cards. So take heed & make sure you don’t accept cards at any given time you are alone or from someone on the streets. This applies to those making house calls & slipping you a card when they offer their services.

I hope my story will inspire someone here to hold onto God, He is still in the business of doing good, answering prayers and doing wonders! In August 2013, I missed my period and quickly went for a pregnancy test which showed positive. I was asked to go for dating scan, I did and nothing was seen in the uterus, I went back to my doctor, he went through the result and said " I will conduct another pregnancy test on you" he did and it was still positive! The next thing he said shattered my life, "madam, I suspect you have an Ectopic Pregnancy, there's a pregnancy occurring somewhere other than in your womb" you will go back for another scan..

I did the scan then revealed I had a mass adjacent to the left ovary! My blood sample was taken and sent in for test again. From August until November 2013, I was bleeding, the pregnancy test kept reading positive but the level of HCG hormone in my blood was normal, my PCV was 41%..

My doctor got confused, he argued that if I was bleeding internally, my PCV should be dropping, yet it wasn't! They kept sending me back and forth for all sorts of tests, eventually he carried out a D&S on me, cleaned out the womb but said he didn't find a placenta in the womb but just blood. I continued walking the streets of Lagos, not knowing I was dying until that Monday morning in November, after having my bath, I was getting ready for work, as I bent down to rub cream on my leg, I couldn't stand up. I struggled and managed to my go to the other room to call my hubby, but he was having his bathe! At this point I could barely walk, I picked up my car keys, struggled than the stairs, got into the car, I couldn't sit properly, I began to race down to the hospital, got there, parked and could for help, I was helped into the hospital and on the evening of that day I had a surgery! By the time I was opened up, my left fallopian tube had ruptured and of course my gynae had to cut it off to save my life. The next day he explained the procedure to me and made me to understand I had 50% chance of getting pregnant again. I cried and for the 1st time in my life I felt I had lost it all. I gave up on God, I blamed God for not being fair to me, at the same time, I lost my job! I woke up one night, I cried to God naked for taking too much from me, by Jan 2014, I got a better paying job! I was placed in 400k plus as against the 205k job that I lost in 2013. I thanked God. The whole of 2014, I didn't think about getting pregnant, I didn't even want to try for fear of being disappointed. I December 2014, I decided to try, no way! In January 2015, I tried again and by month end, I missed my period but very scared because my gynae told me I stand another chance of having an Ectopic again but then, God proved science wrong, I went for a dating scan, right there in the womb was my baby at 8 weeks. I thanked God. 5 months into the pregnancy I was diagnosed of a low lie posterior placenta which could lead to Placenta previa. I cried to God again for help, I sent my mum to Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Obimma(Ebube Muonso). I told my mum point blank that I might die before or during child birth if for any reason the placenta starts to bleed. Ebube Muonso gave her Anointing oil to send to me in Lagos. We began to pray, by 30 weeks, the placenta had moved away from the cervix and assumed a posterior position which means, I could have a vaginal birth! I gave thanks and finally in Nov, my bundle of joy arrived! Labour was just for 3 hours! Sound and normal baby and i'm doing well.

To every month here believing God for a child, I tell you! HANG IN there, do not question God like I did! He is a master planner and will meet you at the point of your need!
I say to you! The God we serve has not changed and will not change because of your situation! He will do it for you. Your joy will be full. Thank You Lord for this opportunity to testify. I love You Lord.

How Pentagon Used High-Tech Listening Satellites To Trace Deadly Path Of Missile That Destroyed MH17 Plane.

A network of high-tech eavesdropping and early-warning satellites operated by the Pentagon most likely played a key role in determining that the Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was shot down by a Russian-made surface-to-air missile over the Ukraine.

According to a report by the Los Angeles Times, intelligence officials almost certainly relied on a technical discipline known as measurement and signature intelligence, also known as MASINT, to obtain key bits of information about the missile launch.

The sophisticated system of satellites at the Pentagon’s disposal could have pinpointed the location from which the missile was fired and plotted out its trajectory as it shot up into the sky on a collision course with the MH17 Flight.

Riki Ellison, founder and chairman of Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance, an industry lobby, told the paper that intelligence analysts would have become aware the missile launch because of its heat signature.

U.S. Air Force-operated satellites orbiting the Earth are equipped with hyper-sensitive sensors that pick up on heat from missile and booster plumes. In fact, the detectors are so fine-tuned that they even spot forest fires.

The system of satellites, run as part of the Defense Support Program, sends back early warnings each time it detects an intercontinental ballistic missile launch.

Also, American radars scattered around Europe have the capacity to provide data on the exact launch site, the missile’s destination and its speed.

The other vital intelligence tool is a fleet of U.S. listening satellites that collect electronic signals from foreign defense systems.

Armed with this data, U.S. analysts would be able to determine the source of the signals and the weapon used.

The Russian-made Buk missiles, like the one that downed the jet Thursday with 298 people on board, are equipped with a radar system that gives off unique signals, making it possible to triangulate the launch site and trace its route.
