1. The easiest and faster way to set up a blog is to go with Google Blogger. Here is the link:

2. Click on CREATE A BLOG to create a google account.
Key-in your existing email address, blog password, display name, word verification, tick on Acceptance of Terms, then click CONTINUE
Your email address and password will be needed to sign-in to your blogger account in future for editing purpose, adding your adsense code and etc.

3. Name your blog.
Key-in your Blog Title (example: How to setup a Blogger Blog)
and Blog URL (example: http://howtosetupabloggerblog.blogspot.com/ )
Then click CONTINUE

4. Choose a template (Choose any template you like, you can change the template anytime)
Your blog has been created!
Click START BLOGGING
