Here are a few of its key findings that guide clinical work:Bipolar disorder is a terribly recurrent disorder, especially when it comes to depressive episodes.  In 2 years over 50% recur.  And, 70% of recurrences are depressive

Not too surprising that Dr. Chiuve's study found that a healthy lifestyle is associated with lower rates of sudden cardiac death.  However, the numbers involved are a bit stunning.
As published in JAMA last month, Dr. Chiuve and team found that women who adhered to an overall healthy lifestyle  had a 92% lower rate of sudden cardiac death compared to those who followed none of the healthy

Not surprisingly, cannabis inhalation does not appear great for lungs.  While it sounds like vastly more studies are needed, cannabis smoke clearly impacts lung functioning. Long term use is associated with increased central airway inflammation, increased large airway resistance to airflow and hyperinflation of lungs.  There are
