&lt;b&gt;Chapli kebab is a Mughlai-influenced Pashtun-style minced kebab, usually made from ground beef, mutton or chicken with various spices in the shape of a patty. It originates from Peshawar, what is today northwest Pakistan, and is also known as the Peshawari kebab. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Usually in the Chapli Kebab they add Anardana Seeds,crushed coriander Seeds,but in this recepie i don't add these ingredients because in my family they don't like these seed tastes.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ginger chopped 1 Tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Green chilly 1 Tsp&lt;br /&gt;
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;
Butter 1 Tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp&lt;br /&gt;
Kebab masala /garam masala 1 Spoon&lt;br /&gt;
Pepper powder 1 Tsp&lt;br /&gt;
salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
Oil 1Tbsp&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Preparations :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
In a bowl add the washed minced chicken.(make sure there is no water in the chicken dry all the water&amp;nbsp; from the chicken).&lt;br /&gt;
Now add the all above ingredients to the minced chicken.&lt;br /&gt;
Mix it well keep the marinated chicken for 20 min.&lt;br /&gt;
Apply some oil to your hand ,make small round shaped ball press it down and make small patties.&lt;br /&gt;
Place the patties one by one in the airfryer and fryer for 20 min at 4 level temperature.&lt;br /&gt;
Meanwhile flip the patties in the airfryer, cook both sides well.&lt;br /&gt;
Now our chicken patties are done.&lt;br /&gt;
Note:We can fry the chicken patties in the pan also,keep on medium low add little oil&lt;br /&gt;
cook on both sides until they are tender ans soft.&lt;br /&gt;
Parmesan cheese is an optional one you add any other cheese. &lt;br /&gt;

Preheat the oven at 200 degree cel for 20 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
In a baking tray brush some olive oil add the diced vegetables. &lt;br /&gt;
Now place the marinated fish on top of the vegetables. &lt;br /&gt;
Bake at 200 degree cel for 45 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
Serve with hot rice or with bread.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;In a bowl break the eggs one by one and add in it&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Add 1/4 tea spoon of turmeric powder, One tsp chilly powder&amp;nbsp; and salt as per taste&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Whisk the egg mixture well&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Place a pan on the stove add oil (coconut,olive )or butter&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;When it became hot add the whisked egg and fry well&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;When the eggs are done transfer to a plate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Now saute the vegetables in the same pan,add apple cider vinegar as optionally i used here.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Saute it well, don't overcook the vegetables, it should remains it crunchiness.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Now add the fried eggs to the vegetables mix well&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Our Paleo egg noodles is ready.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

1. Wash and clean the chicken&lt;br /&gt;
2. In a pan add butter .when the butter melted add sliced onion&lt;br /&gt;
saute well, now add the capsicum and tomato saute it well&lt;br /&gt;

Add the cleaned chicken with the sauteed tomato, now add the kabsa spice mix .&lt;br /&gt;
here I'm using readymade mix, you can make your own kabsa spice mix also .&lt;br /&gt;

4. Fry the chicken well in this masala then add 4 cups of water to the chicken. cook the chicken until become soft&lt;br /&gt;
it take around 20 min&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Now add the Eggplants whwas cut into cubes and Rice&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. mix well and cook for another 10 min until the rice done.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Let it splutter well,then add onions and ginger garlic paste. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Now add tomato cook well until the tomato become mashy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Now add marinated chicken pieces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Saute it for 2 minutes,add 4cups of water cook the chicken well until tender.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Now add the rice,coriander leaves and mint leaves,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;chilly powder and salt &lt;/span&gt;give a gentle stir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Cover the vessel with lid.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Put on low flame for 10 mintues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;In a vessel add the moong dhal,Turmeric powder ,Gingelly oil, garlic and enough water.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Cook&amp;nbsp; the dhal until it become soft.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Heat a kadai add the oil,when the oil become hot add mustard seeds ,cumin seeds ,curry leaves ,dry red chilly fry it well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Now add the onions and tomato cook well until tomatoes became mashy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Add the cooked moong dhal and salt.(don't discard the water of moong dhal add that water also).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Let it boil for 5 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Adding coriander leaves&amp;nbsp; and green chilly is optional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Now moong dhal sambhar is ready.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
