Haha the title is a bit of a farce... I am the Minneapolis Children's Crafts Examiner so it can't be much of a review. Atleast not an unbiased one. However I love it and I think my articles are great. If I didn't I wouldn't publish them. (Trust me I have several that are awaiting rescue on my hard drive) Some days there just doesn't seem to be much to write about but do a little searching and you

Well there has certainly been alot of talk around this change in the ehow format. Previously anyone could join and post to ehow simply by registering with the site. Now all articles on ehow will be written by writers from Demand Studios and will have to go through an editor before being published. This has caused an uproar at ehow. It is a complete and total reformat and while I like some of the

Well it turns out I had a virus on my computer. Irritating thing that it was completely blocked my internet access and was generally a pain in the ...  So now thanks to my wonderfully computer literate family I am back online with their help. It's truly amazing what you can find on the internet. So along with being back online regularly there have been many changes lately so look for updtes

Well I just thought I should get an update out there that I will probably be offline for awhile. It will definatly be very limited as I am having internet problems. My computer is being blocked access to the internet by a program called Vista Internet Security. I think it was on my computer when we first bought it as a trial and since it is acting up now I am thinking I caught a virus. Only have

So I set my sights high when goal setting last month and had to take a step back in my writing to take care of things in the non-virtual world for about a week. When I came back ready to go I found that ehow is plagued with a variety of new bugs. So I am disapointed to say I don't think I will meet my article writing goal this month. I continue to write and save on my computer all of my articles

Whew. Can't say I'm sorry to see this week done! It has alternately flown by and dragged on depending on the day and the time but it is over and hopefully this next week will be a little less hectic. The problems with my 2nd graders teacher continue to persist. He came home Friday and said he wasn't allowed to eat lunch. A little further prodding after a call to a parent of another child (I love

So tonight instead of focusing on the kids school we are going to the financial aid night at Century College to see what they have to say. This will be interesting for me as I am very much an "information collector" the more information I have the happier I am. When I went to college last year I really didn't know anything about the process and didn't really learn anything from the school. SO I

So I have not been meeting my goals for ehow this month... I haven't been able to focus on my writing because of a lot of things going on on. The biggest I think just simply being that my husband had the week off. I love having him home and so do the kids but it does through a wrench in your normal everyday plans. Especially since he took the week off to get ready to return to school. This

Friday we had our spring conferences for our 2 oldest boys. I showed up early, which never happens, and went to the wrong room first. Thankfully she noticed and sent me down to the other room first. So I go downstairs and wait for my turn, while I'm waiting the school psychologist walks by and says that she has finished scoring the "thing" we had to fill out about our oldest sons behavior and it

So about a week ago I added some gadgets and asked what people thought of them... Well they stink. The gadgets themselves were neat, however the creator made them to hack and redirect sites that used them. After numerous tries and visits to the help forum I have removed all the "fun" gadgets. From now on we will be sticking with gadgets that come directly from google and amazon.com and no where

This weekend was the big finish to the mite hockey season in our area. They end the season with a tournament where all the teams play 3 games over the weekend and they actually keep score. This is the only time during the season where they keep an official score of the game. Friday night we had a wedding so we missed the game. The team won, Go Team! So Saturday we played our second game and the

I applied and was approved to be the children's crafts examiner for the Twin Cities Examiner.com site earlier this week. When approved you have 3 days to upload your first article for review before it goes live on the site. Well ok I wrote and article for them to review already that's not published so I had that, but realized tonight that with everything else going on I hadn't even signed on! So

I have more news... A few weeks ago I applied to be an examiner at examiner.com for the Twin Cities/Minneapolis/St. Paul MN site. After having them review my ehow articles and my blog and requesting an additional article writing sample... I have been accepted! Today is just full of firsts. I will be, once everything gets set up fully the new childrens arts and crafts examiner for the Twin Cities

Well I haev to say if I loved Redgage before I don't even know how I feel about it now! I was checking my e-mail and noticed a number of comment notifications about one particular post, so I went on RG to see what was up and here is one of my blog posts featured on RedGage.com! Thrilled would definately be an accurate description. You see other content featured and you think "that would be neat

So I decided I didn't like all the empty space that was on the left side of my blog when you scrolled down so I have added some "gadgets" and am wondering what people think of them. I am also wondering if anyone knows how to adjust the blog screen. I like the brown border but think the space could be used better with a smaller border. This would allow you the reader to not have to scroll down as

I am doing well at Redgage and working towards my goals. I did reach the 100 content upload goal I set for myself when I started well ahead of time. Because of this I have increased my goal to have 200 content uploads by the end of March. I can upload links to my ehow articles which I have done and hope that this will increase cross traffic between my Redgage content and ehow articles. I plan to

Well I set my goals mid month and am doing ok at them. My $ earnings have increased significantly. I have made well over 10 times what I did in January. My article goal was to have 100 articles by the end of March so I am behind there with only 29 articles written... My 2nd goal for March was to double whatever my earnings were on Feb 28th by March 31st. I still think this is a reasonable goal

So disapointed that Team USA lost in over time to Canada. They rallied at the end of the 3rd period so I really thought they would be able to pull it off. They did however play a really great game, came home with a silver medal, and the golie was named player of the tournament. And rightly so. So that ends our hockey run in this Olympics but they played well and tried hard...

So we missed the beginning of the game while we were out with the kids, but caught the end of the 1st period and all of the 2nd period of the Men's Hockey game. Go Team USA!!! They came back and scored 1 goal and now they have made an absolutely amazing play and scored a 2nd goal to tie the game! OMG we might win this game even though we were down by 2. Canada is putting up a fight for sure but

I LOVE RedGage! It's great and I really have always liked to look at different people's photographs. But I definately need to increase my goal for content uploads. I set my goal at 100 and I currently have 76 items uploaded. So I need to increase my goal to atleast 200 comtent items. This shouldn't be too difficult once I figure out how to upload links. Once I figure that out I can add links to

So I am and have been the Tiger den leader for my 1st graders Cub Scout den since early fall. Well we have these committee meetings which hardly anybody goes to that we make all the decisions at. Well previously we have had a cubmaster and a committe chair - who is our cubmasters wife, and they did everything. Not because they didn't want the help no one was volunteering, well they are stepping

So both my husband and I have decided to return to college. I have a useless degree and he has some credits from the military and has decided to use his GI Bill benefits. We will both be attending the same school for different degrees. Last night was the Open House at the college. It was great! I really didn't know what to expect but I was able to get so much information on so many topics it was

I have decided I LOVE RedGage. The site took a little while to figure out but now it is going well. It's VERY easy to upload content and there are a bunch of helpful tutorials. So.... goal time.I have many pictures already on my computer thousands really. So my goal is to upload at least 100 pictures to the Redgage.com site by the end of March. Well you might look at that and say if I have

So I've shared my opinions and earnings on ehow with you so I figured I should also share my goals. Especially since that was my one and only post that will contain exact numbers. I'm sure you understand. So my goals for ehow are to continue to increase my earnings on ehow in the month of February. Then to take my earnings # whatever that may be on February 28th and to double it by the end of

So I love writing articles for ehow but wanted to broaden my earnings opportunities. I think that I have found that with Redgage. I will continue to write for ehow but Redgage allows you to upload photos. I LOVE taking photos and have for years and now I have found a place to share them and possibly make money as well. When looking around the site I noticed that some people upload their personal
