Black and Blue..!

Sorry that I couldn’t update my blog regularly thanks to my job life.! Well in this fun filled blog I don’t want to fill it up with my Job Connected Sorrows..! well im just me as always and still trying to spread the word of “Mokkai” aka “Bakkar” Aka “Randap” u name it.! :D

And after a months induction program of my firm I finally got my posting in

Bangalore-The city of pubs..! (There goes my Salary). It was me Khurja anil kulavi who are posted here in Bangalore! At first we thought mast ash karenge..! and on the second thought… we knew that our wallets will become virtual whores in this place..!

Rite now blogging has also become a once in a while thing after job has come in between, but my fun loving expedition is never ending..! Its been Two months i have joined my office thank god I dint expect anything great and dreamy b4 i joined my office if I had then till now i would have been ruined.. coz some of my friends who work in private firms gave me their work schedule and the extra activities other than work i got shocked, thank god they told me after i joined..! hehe…

Anyways I do everything other than work in my office hehe I mean I work but not like others.. since im new I gotta learn the system n stuff so im always on a look out for people..!!(i.e. KatZ) Well lemme introduce to my friends in my office..! Keshavan (The Thinker), Lawrence (The Planner), Sajjan( The Lightning), Selvan (The Sincere) Ram (The Chill Pill) well there are more but I think ill spare another day for them..! not now..! oh yeah there are three more interesting personalities…! Rashmi, Manasa and Swetha..( No personality tags as of now for them..! :D :D ) Whole day we all are found busy and the whole day runs smooth until we are not asked Why? Where? When? Who? and How? And mind you we have experts for this.! :P After the first punch at 7am we plan more of how do disappear in the thin air after 3pm..now that’s another big story..

So for a newbie in the office I have mingled with all of them and we have a good time in office working together in pulling each others legs and sometimes we are on the prowl for the new chick or rather ‘chicks’ in the block...! we have a lotta off company gathering the one of the interesting one’s is when Esther(Lawrence’s Allu aka GF) gave a early morning surprise visit from chennai on his doorstep and due to which he had to put an off saying his relative “passed away”(Ouch!..Watte an Idea sirji.!) in the evening we all had outing and Lawrence had an hangover of her surprise visit since everybody in the office knew she is going to come..! hehe..! Keshavan was getting doses from Champa (his Allu aka GF).. well me being the lone single guy there I was having all the visual fun which moves around Garuda on an average weekend…! :D

Meeting college friends has become a regular thing in blore, coz we know what we miss..! :D,spent my Christmas day with neelkanth and Sangeet..! Met pushpam and dogra my seniors (amazing batch) who stay in the next street and we dint know for a month..! I had some of the best times with Papi and the last time we met I had to call subhasis to take him to his place..(bumper out ho gaya tha)..Debarun and meenakshi also showed up in blore and we filled McDonalds with Bakar than burgers.. watte a nite..! thanks for coming..! Had a chota meet in Brigade with Viggy patil sandeep debayan aks and manish ,I keep on meeting a lotta people some here, some there and some accidentally...(shouting Deepu..!!!!!! across the road ) but when you meet and share the fun all of a sudden a stream of youth runs through your nerves making your friends the most important person.. Feels amazing..!

The other memorable day was on 01.01.10 the New Year’s Day Lawrence had a brilliant idea of going to a home and spending time with the kids there ,playing with them, chocolates and sweet distribution..! uff.. Handling kids is a tuff job..! anna anna anna uncle uncle uncle.. chocolate chochochcochco aaaaayeyeeyeeyeye aaeeaaae Filled the place..! Oneside of my head said “deepu get your ass outta here or these kids will kill you” but the innocence in their eyes pulled me back.. coz these days innocence is costlier than getting a ride to the moon.. we had an amazing time there..! felt good after a long long time.. reminded me of my school days hmmmm…:)

And This week me and Keshavan Strolled through and through outta bangalores busiest market area and got a tandoori stove and coal to make kababs on the terrace..!! hehe people called us crazy but we invited all.. but in the end it was me keshavan and his room mates sandeep rakshit and kiran.. the kebab came out awesome but we had to make a fight for the fire..but hell of an experience and the same we are goin to do in seetha falls this month..:)

Its Been two months and am getting rid of the company stress every day, most of the times we partied in pubs n discos here, but at times I realize that the golden color liquid is not all that fun and it’s your FRIENDS you are more addicted to..!

But after all that fun.. the morning when you stand in front of your office gate.. u pat on your chest saying “Aal Izz Well”…

Its been ages since I had my day planned to watch only movies on TV in the house. And today was one of those days... I planned to bunk all my energy consuming activities and to sit n watch TV the whole day remind you im not a TV addict..…. I waste a lotta time cant help abt tht.. :P

I get a pack of biscuits n some juice n sit on the couch for the movies lined up.. since there was a movie getting over in another half an hour so planned to see the news channels n get back to star-movies later on when the new movie starts.. these were the stuff I had to watch..

Headlines Today: EQ- Rakhi Sawant Bhabhi on “pati patni aur who” trying to squish the cerelac out of that poor baby’s mouth , the couples treat changing diapers like a satellite launch … {Change Channel}

Well there was something more which added salt to the wound...Star movies had 1min 45 seconds for the next movie I grounded my back on the couch.. sipping juice, feeling all excited…. Thr was a call on my landline for routine chk up from the telephone exchange 00:15 seconds to go for the start… I keep my remote to the side.. n crunch those biscuits.. n the movie starts… 20^th century fox…. touchstone production.. n all.. BOOM..!!!

After months of waiting for the procedure of the company I got placed in I got my medical examination.. well that went well but still my status stands *Waiting for THE DATE of JOINING* well in general terms it is known as the DOJ fever or it is also known as “Mera number Kab Aayega” being patience is one of my virtues but this long..!!?? Hmmfffppphhh..

Let me recollect what n all I have been doing all these days…. I love traveling and the tickets are free for me.. so I had a good trip going more than 12 states in around 3-4 weeks…one thing I noticed that every 6 hours I was in a different place with ppl with different culture.. and habits even language…??? Hmm.. I bet if put a contract between manmohan and barrack obama to rule India for 5 years.. I’ll bet my ### that obama will leave India within 5 months.. it is goin to take 5 decades for him to understand the Indian culture..;) since I had done enough traveling for the month then thought of giving my golf clubs a warm-up n hit the course everyday well recently I ve been on a good streak.. :D and for past one week my game has been disrupted by the non stop rains here.. L .. apart from that I go to pool…. a bit of tennis and even swimming…. Well all these were to keep my self busy… yeah..there are things I did to keep myself lazy ..i download a heck of movies, TV series , I got some arbit book frm the library which includes mein kampf .. (he was a great man I say) n im a foodie too so I open up the fridge and stuff my self up.. or go ckh out the gullies here in for some street food :).. trust me the street food here is good.. :D… had two trips to Chennai , Bangalore, n Goa paying a visit to ma buddies.. went to a secret location to get ourselves high (literally also)…meet lomo and vinod aka macha the next day but couldn’t meet nishant n mukher there in chennai in the end…. Haan met paapi in blore… got drunk in two different bar n bottom line was kuch samaj mein nhi aa reha hai ( Im not able to understand anything)..

Well after that its just been the regular bad ass online 24 x7 waiting for my joining date…..

Some Interesting Things noted:

- The worst railway station (When compared to junctions) -Bhusawal Jn.

- Go to Paranthe wali Gali (Chandini Chowk) empty stomach.

- Karnataka is a place not explored by lot of tourists.

- Numbers in Marathi is confusing..

- Roaming Advertisements are of no use.

- Beer is Cheap in delhi.. Bangalore will rape ur wallet (Ask Paapi) !!!!

- Milk is best when served in big brass glasses ( u know the place).

- Saravan bhavan in chennai are cheaters single Tea is Rs.15, tea serving two ppl in Taj corammandel is Rs.45..!!

- In Nagpur I found Australian oranges: D

- Varanasi is not for the faint hearted.

- Flight with a hangover is not to be tried.

- Golf is a dangerous game.

- Pani Puri with chicken is amazing.. (wanted to try vodka puri)

- Im not loosing any weight. :D

Its been exactly one month since the words masti fun and bakar had been ripped of from my life..

And entering into the world of the commons i feel really weird.. or rather the worst feeling of all...and during this one month I have answered some really stupid questions by the people around me here in this place...

In the Gym...

Some middle aged aunty: Hi,there u are new here eh..?

Me: yeah aunty… its been a week or so…

Aunty: oh.. so which college are u planning to join..?? engg or med..?

Me: What the..!!!!!! aunty I have come back home after finishing my btech..!!

Aunty: Oh.. but u don’t look like a college grad..!

Me: hehe.. yeah… rite..!

Then I continue my workout in the gym..

Again…

Aunty: Which college..??

Me: NIT Durgapur..!

Aunty: Oh..

The next week I go out for a stroll.. I find a guy who I met during the last new year..

Akash: Hey..! kab aaya..?

Me: ek hafta ho gaya..?

Akash: oh ok.. kaise tha college farewell sabhi..?

Me: Mast..! how are u spending ur time here…? U have one more year rite..?

Akash: yeah.. one more year of torture….! ( I was wondering why.)

He asked me in a lower tone(secretively) : Abe jab tu college mein tab tune kabhi daru try mari hai..?!

(on the first thought I was like “ damn u are asking me if I had tried daru..!?” , on the second thought why will I brag abt myself and boost him also into this)

Me: Try..? Me..? Hmmm.. no dude.. I dint get any chance.. I thought it will disturb my studies.. so I never tried..!

Akash: Me and my college friends 4 of them are planning to buy a half vodka.. and have it this Sunday… u can try ur first time daru with us no problem anyways u have completed ur studies nah..!

Me( Thinking): half vodka..! 4 guys..!! haha… my college girls will spit on these guys face )

And said: No dude.. I cant.. got no interest..

Akash: think yaar..u if u don’t try now u cant drink anywrh else..!

Me: cool Hai..! I gtg pick my car from the service center…

Next day.. in the golf class..

The instructor asks me: how is mechanical engg..?

Me: What. Do u mean by how..?

Instructor: yeah.. I mean to study and get marks..?

Me: oh that..! actually we.. er.. study.. but eh… marks.. yeah it is simple.. kinda..

Instructor : gave me a strange looks as if I was chewing his golf club...

A guy in the gym who is a 11^th pass.. he a nice guy but sometimes he just asks the same question again n again and had a keen interest in testing my patience..

Imran: Hey Deeps.. How come u check in always at the rite time or b4.. and u are never late..??

Me (Lazily) : I get up early..

Imran: But u said u stay awake up in the late night till 2 n all..??

Me: Sometimes dude.. not always..! I was watching a match tht day..

Imran: oh.. like tht.. So do u have a GF in the college..?

Me(irritated) : Nope…

Imran: so u studied always..?

Me: kya… not having a gf doesn’t mean tht u have to study always..

Imran: Arre no my class topper failed in couple of tests after he started having a GF..

Me: Oh….Poor Fellow.

Imran:How is college Life yaar..??

Me.: Its Good.. Its Fun…

Imran : u are from NIT nah.. Durgapur.. so u know Bengali..?

Me: No dude.. lemme workout.. we will talk afterwards..

Imran: U dunno Bengali.. how did u survive..!?

Me: Huh..! Chod yaar..

These days he doesn’t show up in the gym guess his schooling resumed…. Thank god and their principal..

So these are the few irritating , funny, stupid and really worthless questions I’ve been shot upon… and I pre-assume these are going to continue…and going to continue pretty hard..

Have you ever noticed that ur dearly mobile phone with which u spend almost 90% of your everyday life.. the rest 10% is the time when u take a shower or hit the loo.. and i have seen guys using their mob phone there too…. (stop thinking the nasty way).

Well coming to the dearly mera pyaraa mobile phone there are some things u just cant avoid..!

· When u are sit for a study and open the book ur phone rings and the person calling u for a cricket or a football or even a drink.

· Sir, May I come in sir.. (tring tring. ) thr goes the phone loud,or even if u are sitting in the class of an really strict prof.. ur phone shows no mercy.

· U get caught for a proxy or got caught with some other serious issue.. and u go to the professor for an apology.. boom..! ring ring ringa …ringa ringa ring..!

· My favoratie is pallav and bunia getting caught in the mob phone scandal in the class..! really class apart….!

· Calling up ur girl and she taking with someother guy….! And ur phone goes into another NASA mission… :P

· Taking to a sponsor for ur fest and in the middle of a really interesting conversation.. ur phone goes battery low.. or down goes the signal..!

· Or even the time of settling things with ur girl/boy and making upto her.. n and the interesting thing is the signal or the battery never goes down u have a fight .. strange..

· After a long day of work and classes u come and have good nice nap.. or even in the middle of the night when u already 2 nite outs down… Boom again..! the phone either vibrates under ur pillow or rings the hell outta you..

The worst week of my life..

Ok now this is not a TV series.. but ma real time experience knowing that thrs no goin back to that wonderful parallel universe from which I came frm.. now sitting in my house hatching nothing but boredom.. is quiet a tedious task… its been exatly one week since I reached my house.. ofcourse thr was a warm welcome in the station n all .. but deep inside.. with the happiness of seeing your folks thrs a sorrow hiding behind those veins tht thrs no more goin back… settling down.. in the car wondering how time swept away all our fun and frolic I had in the past four years and the difference between the person I was when I joined and now after four years.. simply amazing..

Well yeah.. wrh was I yes.. hatching boredom..! had a good shower felt no one is thr on the otheside of the bathroom to have a chat with .. ate the real good food after a long time.. but missed the noise and the plate crashing sounds in the mess, watched a movie on the star movies… told to ma sister im seeing starmovies after 3 months… but missed DC++ and the halla we create in the common room during IPL and and football matches.. slept a peaceful sleep on the soft and fluffy bed…. But missed my wingmates, sam, Pallav, Mag’s who knocked my door and disturbed me when I was deep asleep (Shouting.. Lo*** khol na..).. got up after 4 hr long sleep at 530pm.. saw the sun still shining here in Hubli.. Missed the evening Techno trip and the hall5 canteen trips… Had a cup of tea alone in the balcony.. seeing kids playing football….missed the cricket we played in oval.. having the tea went online saw opened galk and orku, facebook, Missed the number of online friends I had throughout the day and night on my screen… scratching my head what to do.. decided to take the car and go out somewrh…. Took the car went out seeing new places new people.. hell of a traffic but missed the CC trips.. CR dinners, Big B,wonder vatika the puchka Guy.. and lot more places wrh we spent our evening’s..

Came back to the house saw the dinner ready.. had a full stomach dinner.. and went to the comp to find if someone is online.. net wasn’t thr..ok now this was one I had a smile on my face.. same things happened in the college also.. :P.. neways.. it came after sometime…and till 1130 was watching prison break… suddenly.. Deeeeeeeeeeeepu…. What are u doing still online.. time to sleep..!! I was like..!! What.. the..!?! its 1130..! u wont believe I was almost in a plan of going to techno in back on my mind.. Uff.. switched off the compu & lights went to the room.. had a leak…. And slept off.. lying on the bed.. rolling here and thr.. I wasn’t able to sleep.. Missed the late night discussions abt TV series…. Walking fast to the techno to grab that last hotdog or chai..late night walks.. the booze party in Sam,super or survi,.. and obv the late night talks….. well.. this wasn’t the case in the rest of the vacations.. but the moment I realized that goin back is history,..I almost cracked.. but with a hope of meeting my mates back in college sometime or the other I calmed myself down with a staggering smile…

And guess what…. This is my everyday routine in my house.. for the past one week… already got my self into golfing and swimming hoping to get myself busy so that I have only the hope and not the sorrow buried inside…

Yeah sincere advice for all the college goers.. college is no way close to the stuff u see in the movies .. So peace..!

Hmmm.. Lemme Recall..Outta the blue after 3 long sems.. the gangtok trip plan ping’s up .. Initially It was all haphazard of who is coming and who is not.. , except basu no one knew how the hell are we goin to reach thr.... We were all waiting for the tech fest to get over and then we scoot.. !

Introducing the 11 musketeers...

Shounak Basu (Basu), Aveek Mukherjee(Mukher), Deepu (Bad Ass Thambi),shomyadeep Rakhshit (Polu),Yogesh Dongre(Dong’s),Nishant,Avinash Papishetty(Paapi),Abijyan Sarkar (Chimpu),Pallav Dutta(Pallav ),Rahul Kumar (RK), Dheeraj Kumar(Gulty).

DAY-O

Classes over..luggages packed...and off we leave to the CC bus stand..For a Bus To siligiri...Damn Dgp to siligiri route sucks.. whole bus journey was dhadam!!! dhim..!!!jadahk..!!! 13 hours of back breaking journey and we reach to sirliguri.. i dunno y but during the whole journey we had really bad encounters with bathrooms..Starting from the “Prince Dhaba” to the siliguri Bus stand... We had guys form north prashanth,pathiri etc., who gave us continuous “Green” entertainment.. Booking a Sumo to Gangtok with Baghat Singh(Our Driver)..Gangtok, which is around 4 hours uphill... Uff. Route to gantok is absolutely brilliant.. From the Tiger Bridge to the teesta river which follow’s u all over the place.. was a sight not to be missed out we had papi pallav basu and RK havin Cam..Click ke uppar Click and Click uppar Click goin round and round on different mountains “ Duniya.. Duniya badi gol hai” song from Dev D was on everyone’s mouth....Kick Starting the whole trip was the White water Rafting.. well none of us had done this b4..After bargaining.. We got ourselves into those life jackets..! and getting our selves a hold on the paddles.. i love swimming.. and fresh teesta water blew my mind, so me and papi,paani ke andar kudne lage.. Shit..!! The water was at freezing temperatures.. damn... Facing the rapids was an experience of a life time.. struggling though the rapids and the moment when there is a rush of icy cold water hit’s on ur face..Aahhhh.. Awesome.. A life an life....! yeah and tht’s where polu lost my goggles.. hmm.. sad.. but.. the rafting experience overtook everything... 11 km’s of rafting ne hum logon ko cool kar diya tha... tired but ready for more..Get up n up we start feeling the chill...The Car Slows down... the next we saw getting down form the car was the Huge entrance saying” “WELCOME TO SIKKIM” fine.. gangtok was around 1 hr from thr... we reach gangtok.. Around 4:30... Thanks To BRO.(Border Roads Organization)..we were dead hungry... getting to the taxi stand.. thr was the lady selling momo’s 12pcs for 15 rs. ...Kahin bhi kha lenge..but what if she cheats us..? first i took the risk to get a plate.. the hot seatming momo’s entering the mouth with the hot chilly sauce.. Sturck a lightning in everyone of us.. tht was till date the best momo’s we have every tasted.. in fact we bought 3 more plates of those momo’s.. lady happy we very happy.. Getting a taxi to hotel Malancha.. We get our rooms 4:4:3 i.e. the no of ppl in one room.. papi, nishant and RK were in one room and later on we renamed their room to "the penthouse.."

Me,pallav, basu and chimpu in one and polu,raja,mukher and dong’s in another.. taking a quick bath and rush to MG road....The first impression for neone on MG road will be “ This is not India” Seriously.. clean and shiny roads.. chicks... not to mention... was amazing.. first dinner in gangtok was Tibetan ... nice food.. And in the mean time.. basu and chimpu left for the travels To enquire abt Nathu La and chanrges and other formalities.. we had to hurry.. for the photographs.. so we took turns for eating and getting the photos .. soon we a had couple of drinks.. and had to leave MG Road... gangtok is a standstill after 9 pm.. Every hour was a surprise and beautiful.. we dint leave anything on the first day.. we had photo shoots.. everywrh....RK took lotta pain withstanding s since we never got tired standing for poses guys like polu me pallav mukher and paapi Chimpu we always like " RK.. Photo.!!"

And we Were Hungry for more..!!

In the rooms everyone took pallav’s papi’s and nishant’s case.. well nishant was whole time busy with the phone callin up his chick .. and chimpu Started His trademark Stunt on me.. Basu laughin..RK Taking care of his camera...

We had to get early this morning... the tourism guy had already come and was waiting.. and we alsi souls... got up late.. mukher took bath everyday in that cold...(Surprising) taking an hour long to get ready... since we had no idea how cold it is goin to be in nathula we weren’t prepared for nething.. so limited clothing..leaving for nathula.. passing though the army camps and different mountains.. breaching the clouds... we were so bloody excited to get on to 14,200 feet and how would it be feeling... on the way we had a break for food .. Just then.. me and polu realised that we need goggles so started browsing the stalls there.. and we realised we would go for aviators and none can match a pair rayban aviators.. gr8.. the rest of the crowd was in hotel drooling over booze..and we planned get some for the journey also.. but due to lack of time we just hogged upon WAI WAI noodles and got back on track.... Further up, we got the first glimpse of ice clad mountains.. again.. click click click..! Basu polu RK and Gulty were in the other Sumo coming behind us.. even they were clickin so we missed ntn on the way which was worth clickin..on the way sonam our nathula driver showed us a view of the Kanchanchunga...amazing..! proceding further Carved on a mountain “MERA BHARAT MAHAN”... it was a sunny day but.. the cold wind in nathula got us almost Crack Jacked..! and yeah mukher started vomiting his wai wai we ate in the base.. walkin about a km to reach the Nathu La Pass.. army security was on a high alert.. standing on nathula pass wrh one step forward u are in china, i felt so INDIAN standing there.. Standing on the pass seeing Chinese Soilders standing guard on their posts... Moutains of Bhutan.. and Indian posts all over the place.. is worth a visit.. Pallav played his role here again.. pallav crossed the line to china.. for a photo click... the army men there ussko itna jhada.. ki pallav felt man one more step and im down with a bullet.. hehe.. Photo shoots here also.. army men get real pissed so we them also in the grp photos.. i mean common Bakar in the Indo-china Pass.. lolz.. had a coffee at 14000 feet.. Yeah Pallav was renamed here to Changu, And Variations like Changu in China etc,.. Nishant was bound to talk with us since thr was no signal at that altitude.. coming down from Nathu La we put an attendance at the baba mandir, Clicking, Clicking, Clicking, spendin around an hour thr.. heading back to the car papi nishant chimpu stray off to the nearby mountains.. The driver Shouts “ Mat Jaao.. Boom Boom..?? “ I was like “ Kya..?? boom Boom” thr was a board written “ Caution This Road is under Chinese Observation” .. the driver shouted udhar “Land Mines Hai”.. damn.. Polu and Basu Shoutin “ Chimpu Udhar Mat Jaa Cool Ho jayega ,Landmines” .. landmines from the ‘67 war still not removed.. Brilliant..! Heading to Tsomgo Lake 12400 ft Msl. Twas 3:30 in the afternoon and was bitter cold thr were Yak’s all around the place The Photo on the Yak costed 30 bucks So “MC”, had some rum to make ourselves comfortable.. rum was available like chocolates or any other grocery thr.. having booze there at those height’s is an experience.. had Wai Wai again.. mukher had momo only.. got ourselves pair of gloves and we head back.. The clouds Merging with the Mountains got the visibility of the road down to 2 to 3 meters.. damn and our driver was driving with fog light or rather driving with no lights.. chimpu and nishant sitting in the front had their balls packed and transferred .. Driver” No Tension.. kuch nhi hoga, u’ll reach alive..!!” Damn.. now why did he say that..

Reached the hotel safely and Crashed n our beds.. later in the evening me basu left for asking for the local gangtok tourism .. finishing off with that we got our I cards photocopied form an real bumper irritating guy and tackling him we forgot our ID cards in the shop itself ... Realising tht after coming to the room.. we freaked out..! hoping to get them back.. we had our dinner in the same place we stayed ... (Nishant Still Talking on phone..) . .

Later That nite..

Chimpu flashing stuff , Pallav Crying up to see the match.. RK and polu kicking pallav out... Mukher Rolled on the bed after a real heavy vomiting trip, Nishant on the phone, Papi Sleepin with us.. Me and Polu Discussing that the rayban we brought wasn’t a knock off but originals.. yippee.. Lost Goggles ka vasool ho gaya..

And a Good night Sleep..

DAY- 2

Pallav and Basu get up early n have their breakfast ..(HaramKhor’s).. Getting up for the bed tea.. in the cold is just too good..i rush get ready and leave with nishant to get mine and basu’s I Card.. And did some shopping in the morning.. nishant got his new pair of goggles.. we see the taxi waiting near the hotel.. this time we got a wagonR and Maruti van for the local gangtok trip.. the travels arranged for some real boring places in gangtok to visit but the driver were good enough to tell us that these place suck.. we will show u some awesome stuff.. well to day we had some fast roamin around gangtok.. so paid the driver extra.. and continued to different view points.. Among Which Tashi view was the best.. we got good food there, ate with chopstick n all ,got to see some real good punjabi’s.. in ganesh tok.. hehe.. clicking again..:P tashi is basically a Kanchancunga view point but tht day was pretty cloudy so dint make it...Ganesh tok had an amazing view of the whole Gangtok.. filled with these small cute kind.. houses.. all over the place.. from wrh we leave for a 200 year old monastery,Eychen monastery (Gompas).... i have seen those Cylindrical rotating things kept in front of the monastery in TV’s only.. but when we saw it.. like small kids we started playing with those.. entering the monastery they had their chanting goin on wat an ambience..Circling thourgh the monastery and taking photos, start back for the Rope Way.. Well RopeWay wasn’t that eventful but.. as yeah get high on the cable wires and great view of gangtok..Punjabis..? yeah they were there.. hmmm.. Continuing from thr we went to a place i forgot the name but thr was this huge white stupa.. and lot more of those rotating cylinders Reading “peace” on it in Tibetan ... ghumate ghumate haat ki vat lag gayi...visiting the stupa we found that the stupa was built to scare away the bad souls and spirits.. . I know its a gay thing to attend a flower show but since we had paid for this so went to the flower show and had as many photos as we can.. uff.. if we would have stayed thr for an hour more even the flower would have started to wear goggles.. (PJ i know), Papi and nishant took a lotta honeymoon Photos with the flowers (The matrimonial types) ..hilarious.! did lotta bird watching in the flower show.. then proceeded to Rumtek Monastery which was quiet far away abt an hour in the car.. Pallav started taking pics of people on the roads and school kids...saw lotta step cultivation on the way(Beautiful) ...the moment we came to Rumtek we found that the 1 hour journey wasn’t that bad.. This monastery was really huge... with high security due to some regular visit of a mahatma.. entering this monastery we all stood blank (hang!!).. chota monks roaming here n there really old monks walking doing their regular chants.. and small monks ratofying their chants... beautiful..!! inside the monastery their chants were so vibtant we could clearly feel our heart beating really fast.. old Buddhist books stacked on the shelves.. burbon,50-50,and other biscuits given as offerings, and we Whispering “Oye idhar mat jaa” “Abe mast hai” “ Uff.. Ultimate” n more... all these things were so new to us.. actually we had to climb around 1.2 kms to reach the monastery and we had very less time for the water park we had to visit... me and basu brought a souvenir saying” OM MA NI PADME HUN” in Tibetan.. carved on a yak bone.. Water park wasn’t tht fun because thr was very less water and it was getting dark.... but still clickin on numerous more pics.. we came back to the hotel rooms.. all these roaming up down and around gangtok made so tired.. Aahhhh...

Then There was a huge discussion abt..what to do tonite...? shouting this n that the room was filled with so many good chants that even if by mistake someone opened the door.. he will either commit a suicide or die on the spot... watching TV as well as chatting we plan to go out for dinner and do some little shopping.. well my shopping wasn’t little.. i heard regularly guys tellin “ Deepu ne tho pura Sikkim Kharid liya..” we had good shopping here n there... me pallav and chimpu got lost in between.. had a dinner in a restaurant couple of drinks again.. the time we had come outta the restaurant MG road was empty.. .. walked down the street, police patrolling, got a taxi luckily and went to the hotel and crashed on our beds... Next morning was goin to be a bigger day in the whole trip.. we kept alarms early and slept (As if we are goin wake up early ).. we had our plans to go to yungtam and Katok via lachung.. this was basically a 2 days 1 night trip to north Sikkim...Where we had to camp in lachung for the night.... Nishant still on phone, Pallav getting his butt kicked(again), mukher out..!, some problems regarding the funds were solved... Shopping discussion.. and an random excitement in everybody’s mind of how..??wrh..?? and what.. are we goin to see in lachung,katok and yungtam... do we face rains..? do we face landslides..? do we get to booze..? everything..? will there be snow..????

Getting a hold and mentally preparing for the next day’s long journey.. we sleep...

Day -3:

Today the waking up early part wasn’t thr since we could leave late also since it wont make a difference.. as we camped in lachung.. getting the luggage and leave for the taxi stand.. Waited a while for the driver n started our trip to lachung... Suraj and Binoy wrh our drivers and sukhraj was the other taxi driver... me chimpu papi nishant and pallav in one and the other taxi had basu dong’s RK mukher and raja.. leaving for lachung.. the driver told me he has a friend who is an exact identical of me named kunal... on the way we had lotta chitter chatter with the suraj and binoy.. stopped for seven sister falls, amithab bachan falls.. and a place for food wrh we had best Chai till date.. “Wah kya baath ha” Basu utters..leaving from thr getting ourselves a crate and leaving for lachung, but then suddenly rain starts pouring down.. now rain’s at these places wont make u feel gr8 or happy. we felt “aaj tho Gaye saala” Travelling uphill and downhill seeing a whole forest getting burned down in forest fire.. the suddenly our taxi halts and we see a huge line of cars, trucks, army convoys lined up... some blockade on the road ,may be a huge rock or something.. it was heaily pouring.. and the road wasn’t a Tar road, a few more steps and we have nice fall into teesta.. army were thr to help everyone.. after an hour long wait we move on... reaching lachung,this place was around 13500 feet. Above msl..... we had a nice welcome, Got to know that we are goin to stay in a resort and rooms made of ntn but Wood ..suraj asked us to get ready and lets party... pehle hang ho gaye te “Party..?! eh..?” here....?! how..? he showed us a huge dining hall..and we showed him the crate.. by the time we reached Lachung suraj binoy and sukhraj became good friends with us.. suraj loved pulling pallav’s leg..lol... in the dining hall we had loud music.... the feeling of getting super high at that place is something no one can express.. if had been thr u will just know it.. suraj got us their local bamboo beer.. tasted so sweet.. chimpu was down already with 5 bottoms up.. Temp. was 0-1 degrees and papi was jumping around topless.. we even brought the cook’s from inside to dance wih us..roshan,nildeep, vipul... dancing for an more than 3 hrs.. food was so good that we were all taken aback.. at that high altitude wrh living is a difficult thing we got awesome food.. and being here in the college we get pathetic food in our mess...we just gave a thought for that..finishin that.. mukher and I, we gave our attendance in the loo... no one had a good sleep..

DAY- 4

Morning we had to get up early at 7:00am to leave for katok and yungtam all the 11 musketeers were down in slumber till 7:30am and chipmu bum hero bana last night and got himself screwed in the morning shivering.. and puking ..every one had to shit but no one was ready to keep our ass under the freezing water...nishant comes outta the bathroom saying” Abe kissine apna G freezer ke andar rakha hai kya..?” gettin ourselves a pair of snow boots and we start but we find our taxi broke down due to the cold.. so got delayed by an hour.. so in the mean time.. we all started taking Kiwick gun murugun Photos.. and after pushing the car up the hill and down the hill by the 11 brave musketeers we made the taxi Roar.. the whole route to katok was piled up with snow and ice..... roads were covered with snow.. Wild yaks grassing, Sun shining bright,.. ice melting down and flowing into the waterfall.. it took 2 hours to reach katok.. a place wrh one side of the peak is India and the other side was china... as far as ur eyes could reach thr was just ice and snow.. The white ice reflecting the sun’s light made the ice shine brilliantly.. Played in the ice for i dunno 3 hours or so.. made snow man, papi n nishant made an adult version of the snowman... Ice Counterstrike was amazing fun.. took hell lottava pictures.. this made our trip a dream come true.. landmark of katok trip was when chimpu was searching for the Loo.. He got all the way down the ice and asked the army guy “Sir, Idhar Bathroom Kidhar hai..?” Army man” Bathroom.. bada hai ki Chota..?” Chimpu “Bada.” Army “ Vapas Uppar Jao Army camp mein ek Bathroom hai” Hearing this chimpu decided not go at all..There was snow everywhere.. in our mouth,Shirts Jackets,Pant, Pockets.,Boots everywhere... took random beautiful photos... Basu’s Cam got hit by an stray ice ball.. suraj called us back so that we reach yungtam as early as possible.... no one was ready to leave this place.. but yungtham had hot springs.!! so with long faces we left katok.. had our lunch back in the resort and started for yungtham..speeding through the ice clad mountains we felt “aaj jannat dikh gaya”.. 10 kms from yungtam valley thr was a huge landslide covering atleast a km with ice.. so we had to stop and could not go up further... but no one felt bad for this, our mind was already saturated with beauty.. and excitement.. and we were very tired... so played there for a while.. papi and i tried climbing the portion of the landslide so that we can ski back down..cliking more we left yungtam.. for gantok.. now gangtok was very far from here.. we knew we are goin to have a tiresome journey... everyone slept towards gangtok.. no one was in a mood to take photos.. “Bas Room Tak ponchado” reached gangtok at 10pm... hugging out our suraj and binoy who made this trip possible.. got our rooms in malancha itself.. aunty gave us superb food that night.... on the beds we sat n talked abt the previous days experience.. and G marofiying ... happily sleeping.. thinking never in our life we could get an opportunity like this.. slept tired....

FINAL DAY:

Basu on the phone with a guy in siliguri.. Polu’s room was still sleeping.. nishant RK Papi.. already getting ready to leave... Taxi was booked.. then packed everything in a bizarre manner.. since we had a bus at 530pm leaving for Durgapur... packed.. saying adieu to aunty and others in the hotel....had wai wai for the last time and when the taxi started.. the twilight mood filled everyone’s eyes with leaving gangtok and goin to Durgapur...coming down seeing the huge gate saying “THANK YOU VISIT SIKKIM AGAIN.”..hmmmm... why not..!! .. entered west Bengal.. straight to the bus stand boarded the bus off to Durgapur.... reached dgp at 430 am.. walked down the CC streets and reached the pavilion... Reaching the College gate uff.. “ A home away from Home..”

It was never a part of our college life to go to gangtok.. but now this trip has become part of our life.. a part were our dreams came true..the trip of a lifetime,a trip with the 11 musketeers...

Unforgetful.Untamed.Ultimate.

It was because of him this started.. since near Ghandi more i tried to pull his leg and it all started there.. saying “ Even if lomo was in CSE he would not have learnt typing fast” Actually thats the truth.. ntn can be said abt anyone performing.. it is all relative and inner talent...

Hmmmm.. after that we a good night chat abt what not to do in the farewell party...

And then We all Came To an End...

P.S: Dont do these kinda arguement in companies.. it will bring out negative impression on the seniors..

Again as a group of we had gone to city center to book a hall for the upcoming job treat... well everything went normally but the returning to the hostel part... after having a themed dinner on recession having a general chat of how recession was affecting us.. oh forgot to mention the group.. there was me(Bad Ass Thambi),sumeet(Ftb),dhinesh(Johny Walker) and mohan (Lomo,Ranga).. yeah wrh was i.. Recession yeah talking and walking we started off with sumeet telling us.. me travelling in Volvo only and not in any other bus.. which struck me to start off with a Volvo travel business and how i will be overcoming the current recession...

So, lomo, starts his usual opening the mouth in the wrong time n says.. " We Mechies are fit for only driving vehicles n ntn else during this recession"..Johny whose year long wait for this very line was completed... and quoted “ Alas u guys have accepted the truth”... Lomo fights back n shouts “ What the F..?? Does it mean that CSE guys are good at typewriters..??” with an intention of general kalai (G Marna in tamil), i told lomo even if u were a CSE guy u wouldn’t have been a good at typing...lolzzz...

In fact from my personal “experience” i had “better” Driving after knowing better abt automobile’s

We are in front of hall 5.. we were arguing all over the place.. on the roads.. and n the campus.. boy n girls passing by us thought we are a deadly argument and one of is goin to get hit.. actually lomo should be beaten severely.. will tell u why later...

We continue the same argument in front of my room.. uff... whole wing thought we are fighting..Meantime.. Ajit, (Ball), Adi and passing by we had Sandeep (Mech topper)..

Concentrate on the words better and experience..!! will be useful in the next coming part...

What happend next was just awesome..!! Wait for it.....

Curious Case of The Flush-less Commode

Well how do i start..? as in seriously that is the question my wingmates share at the start our day like the day..subaah subaah its not a problem if we don’t attend our partners call on the phone but it is actually a problem for u me and every other human born individual not attending the nature’s call.. now thr are two aspects of attending the nature’s call, No1. peacefully and No2. doing it where with a slip of your vision u are the next Chota jamal (Slumdog Millionare) Neways.. without further due lemme start off with my experience of the “ Curious Case of The Flush-Less Commode”

Ok.. it’s not a very recent experience but when my fellow comrade ,Johny Walker, told me today evening that while he was flushing he found a tennis ball coming out of the glory hole, now this matter was getting serious.. well....it all started after the DP vacations, Morning, after duly attending my nature’s call and while flushing.. i found this Curious or rather a disgusting phenomenon..

Ok: Reader Discretion Required.

The water, not only flush’s out the stuff it also brings back the already existing stuff inside the sewage.. uff..Initially, i thought it’s just the after effects of the “light moments” i had shared with my friends.. but then.. i saw a small simulation of a volcanic eruption in the commode,Hurily i left he bathroom area made myself calm and with all guts and heart i step back again inside the bathroom... and find the volcano going down under slumber.. first we all in the wing thought its just general one day problem and it will be normal again the next day... but nope, the commode never gave up.. i mean it just “GAVE UP”..

We have a stupid habit of giving civil complaints in the maintenance dept thinking we may get a solution.. well what will i write or tell to those ppl..huh..? i just cant tell them the problem as it is.. where i used my creative explanations to make them understandthe exact senario ..god knows what they understood..

And u know what they infact understood and came to our wing , they had also come with an absolutely Brilliant solution ..!! They came, They saw, and they broke the flush ..!?! omg.. now what.. then we figured out the funda behind their action.. it's like ,only if u flush the volcanic eruption took place, so if they broke the flush it would solve every damn thing.. AWESOME.. The Flush which was atleast somehow connected to shit , is of no use now..

And till date they think the problem has been solved for sure and never responded to our repeated complaints.. the flush which was to send out the stuff brought more stuff inside out of the drain.. and today johny found a tennis ball coming out of the same place.. man gimme a break.....

We the Future Engineers are still trying out hard which part of the fluid mechanics we had missed which would solve this problem...

Summer Love..

Early this morning the sun shone with a smile greeting the sky, Morning dew Gleaming under the sun . Cows and Goats accompanied by goat kid’s grazing the meadows peacefully.. Making the morning fresh air more beautiful than it used to be..Sweepers cleaning the corridor the “Amazing” smell of jelabi being fried in the oil.. And I thought this was all, this afternoon is goin to be hectic one where the sun is going to burn us down...Sleepy on the sweaty shoulders i lie on my back,when i find the breeze replenishing my nostrils with the orgasmic smell of the moist soil waking me up ... all hail the rain god...!! A random shower on the streets made the day more living...

One Fine Morning At NIT Durgapur..

Caution: Just a Thought...

1.Beep Beep Beep...(Smack goes the mobile phone or the clock)... time is around 11:00am

2. Straight to the Laptop/Desktop and the Loud Music welcomes the whole wing..

3. Shit..!! Classes..!! run to the classes And find the class is cancelled in most of the cases u are just kicked out mercilessly .. hmmm.

4. Jhoops mein attendance.. and followed by tht entry in the dirty old khata..

5. Back to the room oh yeah techno mein refreshments and hit the bed...

6. then a ping in the gtalk.. “ Oye CS khelega kya..??” thts it there ends the afternoon sleep.. but this time the wing has an ambience of that of any of the Rambo movies..

7. yet again Classes...! late again..!! but this time u escape, since 2^nd half’s have sessionals ,... so u sneek in silently as if u were the most studious and well prepared student of the dept.

8 .After a three hour long session u crash in techno.. or hall5 canteen.. some have to do their daily duties with their counterpart..(painful).

9 . ppl like me come to the room have a glass full of chai or Brown water u name it ... sit for a while and rush for different club meetings..

10. Then if thr’s an assignment/test/paper presentation/Whatever Saab kuch secondary.. but the primary goal is make ourselves happy .. so we hit any one of the Triple S’s ,(Sam,Super or Survi).. And a Crash Landing in the room...

Beep Beep Beep..... Smack... Holy Shit... Office ke liye baas 15 minute... F***..!!!

Food Is Served....

No one wants to start off their day with the food in the hostels, but do we have a choice..?? .It can win “the most bizarre food” award hands down, i have seen guys turning their back the moment they enter the mess everyday...Well i figured out that there is a better way to have a complete diet...

If u see closely, Campus is full of delicacies...not getting the point..Are you....!?? Things in our campus can be made tastier than they look by just replacing it by restaurants serving you the best food. Hmmm.. let’s start with the fountain, it’s always smelly.. but who cares..!!! Imagine, as if we have gallons of soft drink gushing now and then, that would solve the problem..Library is the most boring place to be(except for some).Library is actually a huge pile of different variety of breads items ranging from plain bread to huge loaves, we also have crust-less bread too...!!(Actually books without cover pages). Academic section is a huge platter of real good food; every department is a different cuisine to be precise. Like IT has the Chinese cuisine, no one knows what is served or what’s on the menu.. :) people just come here to have a small snack and leave, most of the times they are outta business..!! but waitresses are good... ;), moving on we have mechanical department which has an Indian cuisine, always with packed with heavy rush..food here is not tasty everyday you gotta wait for hours till your food is served, in the end customers end up going to Jhoops or techno for refreshments...or u find most of the customers in the tea paradise(Back-Canteen) waiting for their chance to get served..Still hungry and in search of good food..? Go to the EE dept which serves you the Thai cuisine.. spicy and hot dishes available everyday, nowadays they have started giving out ice creams and they run quiet smoothly, actually speaking all customers are found happy with this new “ice cream” concept..Surprisingly we have two restaurants, civil and chemical which have their secretive servings in small restaurants, no one knows for how many they serve, it also very difficult to predict when they serve..but all their recipes and dishes are confined into those small rooms they have... oh yeah sometimes in that case even meta does some secretive food operations my guess is they help us removing stones and other adulterants in our food, they come in only during emergencies (during exams..),Uff.. not to forget ECE , their customers are always found in a hurry to get served..especially during the breakfast and somehow they always appear satisfied after their meal since they have these new food courts opened nearby..lucky..!! CSE is an basically an ice cream castle, in fact it is the only place where u find room service, they have all their food orders in their respective rooms...(lucky yet again..!) their customers are seen around their castle only during supply refill. Biotech is a very vital part in our college diet, they provide us with all the masala we want, and yeah they do some research on food also. Coming to our workshop area i say it is a huge gigantic jelabi, u never come to know where the start or the end is. And that reminds us the computer centre, which is a drive-in restaurant, open to all and free. From where we arrive at the white house, which is a huge bowl of noodles, you get stuck easily into real bad situations, generally, for obvious reasons and coming back becomes a very difficult thing. And once you are done with the eating part we always find a sweet place where we find our desserts already waiting for us in our rooms where we crash to have good nap.. Life in the campus can’t be more delicious, get tangy with your animated senses and start eating. Still got complains about the food served in the college, then well it’s high time u got checked..

For me college does not mean getting a B.Tech or any other professional degree but a deep insight on various people u meet ranging from “Arre Gajab” to “fundoo public” not to forget “cool” and a dream which not only envisaged through rose tinted glass but a sweet and tasty memoir which is going to last long and forever, there may be places you remember all your life, some have changed forever, but not for better, some may fade away and some remain ,these places have their moments, some are dead some still standing... but i loved them all. (Thank god the power of celluloid..!) Burp..!!

So when do u know its “COOL”..??

So wat is this “Cool” basically..?? The first time I came across the word “cool” was in the 3^rd grade wrh opposite of cool is hot (as in temperature)...over here in the insti..Common ..!??!

The word cool is all over the place..Even in our mess food, someone’s coming outta the mess and “ya dude the food z cool today” ... gr8.... fine now at least its related to food (hot food..Etc..) Exam cool tha..(When u perform good) and there’s this exam cool ho gaya (when u really mess up..:) “Coolkaal”(really easy paper.. ), “Abe cool hai..” (Generally used when someone’s really frustrated) ... the cool term is all over the place... Even bappi, shambu, chandi da’s use the word “cool”( when u don’t pay the bill n all... “Pore dichis dada...”), “cool ho jaa” (wat..?? Get locked up in a fridge?? ), every sentence will have a “cool” in the end...gr8 now i can list out a million situations where cool is used in our everyday insti life ... Cool kar diya.. Cool aache... Cool prof.... Cool movie, even sms’s in the phones have “cool” in it....height...!!

There are these wannabe cool dudes/dudeens rite.. Like half tucked in, sleeveless.. Ultra low-hip trousers, wrist band, head band, Bling, Attitude T-shirt n all.. Common yaar..!! Ok got it.. Now u are being “Cool” (yeah baby)... it’s funny but at times irritating when guys n gals pretend to be "cool" like some rap or hippy wannabes, now common girls thinking of becoming a super model is really a dudest attempt.... guys!! Cheer up when u can grow long hairs and colour them with eye soaring dyes & shouting really cool words on corridor, then everything is cool....

Coolism and the acads go hand in hand...like getting late up in the morning, bunking classes, n end of the day u are proud standing tall saying “Cool hai” (Actually so dumb hai..),standing outside the class peeping though door n asking ur mates to give a proxy, and when the prof catches you then both of them are “Cool ho Gaye”, still guys smile n blurt out “cool hai..”

Being cool needs a lotta hard work also..wat..?! Surprised?? For god’s sake it’s an NIT...heavy competition rite..u gotta be really dedicated when u are into this cool spree like i have no idea abt how bikes came into existence into the campus all of a sudden (viz. with a student on it), guess i think i missed out that being cool and topping the “wannabe cool” list, u need stuff like a two wheeler, and Lotta Gas, Cash and Grass to keep up your high spirits and roar like a speedy monster in the campus, common yaar.. coll campus aint that big (No offence) but, crossing the extreme limits of this “cooling effect” will make lil devil sitting round the corner wave u a “hi” and say “ So u think u are cool eh..Be my guest...” i know it’s a really sweet phrase but gets very bitter when the u are the guest..... “Yeh Cool nhi hai”...

Where do u fall in this cool world of ours..??! Are u the person using the word cool in your daily vocab..!? Or are u the one banging hard for being the coolest person in the campus..?? (Remember the hippy thang) or are u the person “cool” enough to wait and watch till something really goes bad..???! But i fear that real damage has already been done...

So When Do u know it’s Cool...?! Why stay confused on this narrow but brilliantly blurry line of “COOL”...

Journey..!

A Journey has nothing to do with the amount of travelling you do.... journey to me is, you never know what may be your next destination.. Confused.. Well..

My journey started way back in 1987, in a small place downsouth... ya thats when u neva realise wat d hell u do the whole time naked.. :P( jokes apart)... i have been a wander for whole of my life till date, got no permanent address thankx to Indian railways dad gets a transfer every 2-3 years.. J... Sometimes i sit and wonder how did all this happen.. well thts life “Keep Moving” but i moved a lot .. i moved to Maharashtra after the happy arrival of S.Deepu, stayed thr for god knows how many years.. mom says 6 dad says 7.. who cares.. we stayed thr rite... done with my pre schooling class 1 and 2 in ratnagiri and Bombay.. left Bombay and from “Kasa Ahes” .. to “Yenu Madthini” aka Karnataka (b’lore) well blore was fun.. thts wrh i realised we had a national anthem.... and my first cursh.. imagine.. my first crush in class 4.. lols.. i forgot her name too.. well.. i realised tht it was a crush in my higher classes only.... i learned to play cricket... collect trump cards.. etc.. the baccha type games.. raja rani chor police...name place animal thing n all.. book-cricket... was fun... it fun even now in college.. we do play in s.s.roy sessional classes..:) ..oh yeah i had my first karate class also..stayed in blore for 2 and half years yet again board of Indian railways neva liked us staying thr in blore and having all the fun so they put him in place called “Gods Own Country” (Kerala)...wow kerala... rains ,rains and rains...like it only rains thr..!! no wonder it is called the gods own country.... thts wrh i knew the importance of umbrellas... man these mallus thr make a lotta business with umbrellas thr... :P , payam puri.(banana puri) , Puttu(steam cakes),Fish,Parota... became my favoraties... and thts where i gained weight..(i have gone down now :P )... slurrrrrrp... they make real good food..... fine.. lets come to my journey..:) i was in Calicut thr... first day of school was rainy.... malyalam seemed a more like tamil but damn thr pronunciations are hell difficult... and my school thr was huge.. and when i say huge its really huge, made real good friends.. and still in contact.... Neeraj, Viddy , Reena chand, Chaitra, Karthik, Sarin, and lots more...oh yeah i learned some classical music and kalari... hehe.. This was one weird Kendriya Vidyalaya wrh we had red colour belts.. and i hate red... generally we have blue.. and i love blue..:) ... Principal was the most obviously hated among all the faculty we had ..(applies to all schools) .. again......TRANSFER..!!!!!!!!!!!! Welcome to Palakkad, i was in 9^th... picked some Malayalam in Calicut... hoped tht will be useful later... guess wat... i found tamil speaking friends here..!! shot to fame here in Palakkad with drama competitions , Dumb C and all.... i got a serious amount of talented friends... shyam,venki rohit gopi.. sowmya..... we brought the whole school upside down withour hind drama...we used to have a lotta fun in the autnys math and chem tuitions... but unluckily i had to stay here for only a year.. i loved this place since myself being a lazy ass.. had to leave for school only 5 mins b4 assembly... then one day dad was like.. “deepu how do u feel this place is..?!” and when he asks this question.. i knew tht he had a transfer order in his hand... yep u got tht rite.. Moved to a place wrh thr auto guys charge u more than kingfisher airlines.... yeessss.. Chennai.... was feeing a little weird they speak Tamil thr.. common..!!.. don’t remember how Mumbai was in my my child hood but Chennai seemed huge..!!! and people talked tamil a bit different.. we call it “Cheri Tamil ” as in the tapori style tamil...:) anyone who was in Chennai.. will obv know the sweet smell of the canals thr... ( really refreshing..!!) Now This place Changed My whole attitude ,Personality, and the way of thinking..Basically everything....And since it was 10^th i had this inside fear of getting marks (Board Exam)... all started in 10^th.. i was like any other guy the good,calm quiet boy who was inside the class and people just thought he never existed... study study and only books were in my mind.. focusing on my board.. 100% attendance n all....i met sumeet in my colony itself wrh then i realised we both are in the same class rather same bench..... and since then we share a lot common amongst us.. we are now in the same college also..:)... time passed with lotta... events... birthday treats.....test cycles, viva.. then the monster “BOARD EXAMS”...initially i was pretty nervous.. but then i realised board exams was just a hoax and was any other school exam.. hehe.... my 10^th wasn’t much of fun.... Then god knows wat happend in the summer vacations.. after the board results.. guess.. people got to watch the other side of me.... the real BAD ASS THAMBI.. or call it poriki capemari u name it...:) and when the school reopened.. people were shocked.. even the teachers.. got my ass lit by every teacher.. esp mahadevan and mohanasundaram sir 11^th and 12^th the KV CLRI 2005 batch was the best anyone has seen in the school history.. now thts wat the teachers say... we do all the masti we can... we even bunk classes go to the ground play baski or even sit in the computer center for no reason.. (actually we sat there for AC) neways... but our academic performance neva came down the poverty line... we formed our own Brotherhood.. some brothers got us into Bhabhihood also.. but we still are together..:) no matter wat.... i still remember tht after every prayer session the principal had a lecture for our class to make us well behave n all.. We Broke a Rs:7500 Glass Board... tubelights... tables... chair... window panes.. (all purposefully )but we neva changed... we proved every teacher wrong. .:P... But once the time passes will neva come back.... But Bro’s are forever..... Crushs were obviously there and some “Ahem..” too.. so need not explain tht here people who know me will know me.. simple...So Then the regular engg. Examinations.. Got myself here in NIT DURGAPUR.... I miss Our Gang a Lot.. Second in my life i felt tht im goin to miss something( U don’t wanna Know My First Time)...missin all.. Sunni,Banjoo,Nidhi, Thilla,Ayush aka Mokkai,Zintos,Kamu,Gabbu,Hari (rajesh no offence), Fefe (Me), Bhai is with me only.... was in Chennai for 4 years... but wait....transfer(s)continued .... yeah.. after Chennai.. we shifted to chittaranjan a deep jungle in the border of Jharkhand and west Bengal for a year... and now.. we are in hubli, Karnataka... but since.. i stay in the hostel... my journey stays confined in the campus...... i do pay regular visits to all my friends... except the blore ones.. since.. i have no clue wat they are doin .. infact i got the whrabts of a guy in Bombay...I have Seen Time Pass Right In front of my eyes.. every time i leave a place... i feel really bad but later on its covered by something better or even the best....learned tht.. u can neva choose your friends ,they choose u..its all relative... but sometimes yeah..bad memories do haunt me but bad memories are always fun once u realise how dumb u really were when u were young..... Past is just a memory.. and there’s always a delete button on the corner....

Journeys are never by choice, It Just Happens and u cant Say No...
