Now it’s no secret a few years ago Devon & Cornwall Constabulary attempted to prosecute me for my perfectly lawful & legal male nude paintings. They failed & police later had to admit in court & to the IPCC there were NO illegal images, neither my paintings or on my computer.

Well I had a semi-official visit to my home again recently….I always find this sort of institutional intrusion very intimidating & threatening, although on this occasion the particular visitors (not vile homophobic police) tried hard not to make it so, but by the very nature of them being there…it still was.

During the visit I had cause to point out the total legality & lawful traditional nature of my prior paintings & contemporary male nude/semi-nude sculptures which I create! (I no longer paint due to panic attacks induced by previous & ongoing homophobic conduct of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary) My sculptures I create are mainly male nude based & perfectly utterly & entirely lawful & legal.

A while back police picked me up (& a witness) & interrogated me for about an hour after my having visited silicone mould makers with a view to putting some of my sculptures into commercial production.

Homophobic Cornwall Police killed that creative enterprise off entirely. Heaven forbid police were to allow any home-grown creativity or commercial art sculpture enterprise by a 'faggot' in Cornwall, UK. However, there are plenty of male nude bronze & resin sculpture imports available to buy on ebay & amazon made in Chinese sweat shop factories. I can only conclude the Chinese exporters are not such a soft target for Cornwall police to victimise.

For police like those in Cornwall targeting queers an easy soft target for many decades to boost their arrest figures. Most Cornwall police officers I have encountered are yet to realise or accept homosexuality decriminalised in 1967. Yes, I remember Richard Perry killing St. Columb Major, Terrence Sweet murder in Plymouth & Treluswell Falmouth incident of Cornwall police breaches of Home Office guidelines in the 1990’s. I have yet to encounter any copper in Cornwall who accepts the lawful equal age of gay sexual consent is 16yrs & came into affect in Jan 2001 (Not 2004 as stated by police & Judge Rucker in 2006. They could have just googled it!)

More recently police have been reported going after another soft target. One million persons under 17yrs of age arrested & criminalised by police in the UK since 2008.

The police seem to be working on the basis if they alienate, persecute & criminalise youngsters now, they as coppers have through their routine police victimisation & persecution in re-arresting them over forthcoming years got themselves a job for life. It’s simply what police seem enjoy & like to doing, vindictively & prejudicially utterly destroying people’s lives!

In the years since I came out as a gay man in 1989 (23yrs ago) I have not been charged, prosecuted or convicted of any offence in a criminal court of law…BUT that has not stopped vile homophobic motivated Cornwall UK police trying year on year through their repeated homophobic motivated victimisation & intimidation.

Yes, I utterly despise & hate passionately with fervour the continued dishonesty, corruption & homophobia I have encountered & experienced which is protected within the Devon & Cornwall constabulary by senior police officers.

Back to my sculpture. I had a little count up, & even to my own surprise discovered I have created & sculpted over 113 bronze finished male sculptures. The vast majority of my sculptures have a contemporary analogical slant on historic, traditional & classic depictions of Greek/Roman & or pagan pantheon gods and/or man-like creature/figures of classical primarily western cultural mythologies. … seemingly most Cornwall police officers desperately need to get an educational doss of appreciation of historic cultures & visit some of our British national museums like the V & A, Tate, National Gallery or British Museum, etc. outside of Cornwall to realise the male nude traditionally & historically depicted in Western Art & Culture.

However, I fear appreciation of art & historic culture might be w-a-y outside the comfort zone for most of the caricature like pronounced orbital frontal bone ridged troglodyte Neanderthal knuckle dragging genetic deviant DNA primordial ooze throwbacks that I seem to have encountered in Cornwall since 2004 in Devon & Cornwall police…or perhaps I have just been really, really unlucky with the dozens of homophobic police I have encountered.

I always remember this little quote:-

“Police are never as stupid as some people want them to be or as intelligent as most people think they are”.

It seems there are those who entirely as a result of their own dubious sexual deviant propensities & their own perverse hang ups are utterly incapable of discerning between depictions of nudity in art, which is perfectly legal & the difference of that of sexual acts which may be deemed pornography. (Intercom Trust being one, that seemed to dribble & get their panties semi crutch moist when they attacked the male nude art of Cornwall based Newlyn school artist Henry Scot Tuke RA)

The attitude of Intercom Trust towards Henry Scot Tuke Art always reminds me of a quote attributed to Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec the post-impressionist artist, who when a women objected to a female nude painting by Lautrec he said (I may paraphrase as the old memory is a bit rusty, it’s a long time since I sat my history of Art exam)

“Madam, please remove your filthy eyes off my nice clean nude painting” Lautrec

Likewise I say to those who perceive my sculptures as being sexual or pornographic

“Please take your personal sexual perversions & homophobic deviant prejudices away from my cultural, traditional & legitimate contemporary depictions of the male form through sculpture” Lidbury

Ah, you might ask, but how many of your sculptures created depict a sexual act between two or more males… as has been suggested by Cornwall Pride?

@Answer. = 0, ZERO, None, not a single one!

Oh, I guess Cornwall Pride lied, (yep!) so how many of these sculptures created depict a homosexual sexual act?

I have created one ‘Priapus’. For those who may not be familiar with classical civilisations & their pantheon of Gods, ‘Priapus’, it is an ancient Greek folk fertility god, popular in classic Roman civilisation. The phallic figure is always portrayed sporting a permanent erect & usually oversize engorged phallus. So although a contemporary sculpture it is traditionally, historically & culturally accurate then!

So that’s one sculpture with a stiffy out of over one hundred different male nude sculptures created…whoopee-do! (Less than 1% of ALL the male sculptures I have created). Unless you count an altar herma sculpture which I don’t.

I think Cornwall Prides overt ignorance, discrimination & prejudice against religious diversity clearly showing beneath their stained & grubby soiled petty coats. (Shhhhh, just don’t mention involvement of their former Pride treasurer in an alleged £1 million pound tax fraud case, as Cornwall Pride do like to keep that & other dubious activities secret)!

Back to sculpture …and for any left scratching their heads wondering why most classic civilised Roman/Greek male nude sculptures generally tend to have relatively small male genitalia?

It is because large male genitalia was considered uncouth, a sign of ignorance & stupidity, often attributed to uneducated rural country folk. The Satyrs too were often depicted with large penises, often depicted erect on Greek Attic pottery in classical depiction, especially the older Silenus follower of Dionysos. Whereas the younger depicted Satyrs more youthful & eventually became a conflagration with the Roman ‘Faunus’ deity to give us cute fauns like those created by the famous Royal Copenhagen porcelain factory. (Look out collectors of antique Bing & Grøndahl as Cornwall police in their twisted perversity will be down on you for being purveyors of child porn.)

Despite less than 1% (yes, less than ONE PERCENT) of my male sculptures even remotely being sexual & then only in depiction of a prior legitimate established historic, traditional, mythological, religious &/or cultural contextual manor.

But this ignorance entirely what I have come to expect of the deeply homophobic Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.

It’s always the same sort of blinkered types selected who are quite happy to blind eye common place & routine police discrimination, dishonesty, corruption & criminality or even bury witness statements. Why can’t we have real genuine people overseeing police who don’t toady & appease them, treating police like some sort of sacred cow beyond criticism or reproach?

Too many seem to think it acceptable (inc. seemingly IPCC) for police to publicly execute by shooting an innocent Brazilian electrician Charles de Menezes on a tube train at Stockwell station….& for NO police officer ever be held accountable for that vile despicable & disgusting brutal unlawful killing by police (Indicative of the growing practise of institutional sanctified killings by police in the UK, with over 250 killings in custody in recent years …& NO police officer ever held accountable, the IPCC being ineffectual & worthless!)

That sort of public acceptance of institutional violence by those in authority eventually led in another country to the invasion of Poland in 1939. …and as an 80yr old gay man I used to know who contributed to the Wolfenden report on the proposed decriminalisation of homosexuality in 1957 (did not happen until 1967) said…

“Gay people are only ever one government away from the gas chambers”

Berlin, Germany was the most liberal gay city in the world in 1934…& look what happened there by 1939.

Getting back to nude male sculpture, most people would be surprised to learn there is no fixed definition in UK law regarding pornography.

This anomaly best described (by a barrister) as being like a road that has a speed limit, but of an undetermined limitation on that speed. The actual speed limited only defined & decided by a court ‘after’ arrest for alleged speeding & entirely at discretion/prejudice/whim of a police officer.

The Oxford dictionary defines pornography as “printed or visual material containing the explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity, intended to stimulate sexual excitement”.

The phalluses on my sculptures tend to be smaller than a Roman fascinus (from where the English word ‘fascinate’ originates). I’d be astounded if anyone who upon viewing my male sculptures became sexually excited by an average penis length of about 1cm on a sculpture. …if a police officer were to perceive or get sexual arousal (theirs or anyone else’s) from a 1cm penis I would think they were in need of SERIOUS therapy for their own sexual proclivities!

...or perhaps the Roman/Greeks got it entirely wrong about ‘large cock size = ignorance’ & in fact police & their lackeys have a problem more indicative of penis envy of a 1cm long cock on a male nude sculpture?

Who knows what goes on in the twisted minds of homophobic police officers?

To conclude: In my experience facts & the law have never mattered to Devon & Cornwall police officers & their lickspittle bootlicker supporters given their protected & embedded homophobic values & practises I have regrettably encountered since 2004!

Meanwhile Cornwall police intimidation, bullying, threats & police homophobically encouraged & motivated conduct continues unabated.

My bitter experience is & remains police really are the criminal HOMOPHOBIC thugs we are warned about!

Now lucky peps in the USA can buy high quality prints of my artworks here.

More Pagan & Male Nude Sculpture loaded up onto wikimedia today. In categories like Youth in Art, Bondage in art, Pagan art, etc.

The only way I feel I can protect my art & sculpture from the homophobic attitudes & practises of Devon & Cornwall police is to distribute images of my art & sculpture creations far and wide. By making them available on wikimedia it means others can use the images under Creative Commons license...as long as the images are attributed back to me.

Once you have been burned by the anti-gay attitudes & deeply homophobic police like those I have encountered in Cornwall (UK) it leaves a scar on the very soul.

I was however refreshed to see at least New York Gay Pride, where the Pride movement started back in 1969 has not let the police off the hook & still openly protest today in 2011 about the continuing rampant homophobia in the NYPD.

Unfortunately where I live in Cornwall (UK) the police have huge influence over Cornwall Gay Pride (UK), which is why as a local gay man, my own art is BANNED from Cornwall 'gay?' Pride.

So many older lesbians & gay men in Cornwall(UK) who fought for gay equality during the 1980's & 1990's have nothing to do with the Cornwall pride? which excludes & ostracises lesbians & gays who dare raise issues about institutional homophobia of Cornwall Pride sponsors, (like Devon & Cornwall Constabulary).

Yes, I have a real bee in my bonnet about protected homophobic practises & prejudice within the British police force.

A sculpture which I recently completed:

The Spatan Youth
When male Spartans began military training at age seven, they would enter the Agoge system. The 'Agoge' was designed for military discipline and physical toughness. Male youths lived in communal military quarters and were underfed deliberately, to encourage them in the skill of stealing food. Besides physical and weapons training, male youth studied reading, writing, music and dancing.

Beginning at the age of 12 Spartan boys would be given only one item of clothing per year — a red cloak known as a 'Phoinikis'. At the age of twelve, the Agoge obliged Spartan boys to take an older male mentor, usually an unmarried young man. The older man was expected to function as mentor to his junior partner; however, it is also reasonably certain that they had sexual relations (the exact nature of Spartan pederasty is fiercely debated).

At the stage of paidiskoi, around the age of 18, the Sparta students became reserve members of the Spartan army. Some became part of the Crypteia, a type of 'Secret Police' testing their skills by targeting the helot slave population.

The Sacred Band of Thebes.

The Sacred Band of Thebes was a troop of picked soldiers, consisting of 150 pederastic (age-structured) male couples which formed the elite force of the Theban army in the 4th century BC.

Plutarch recorded that the Sacred Band was made up of male couples (lovers). The Sacred Band originally formed of hand-picked men who were couples, each lover and beloved selected from the ranks of the existing Theban citizen-army. The pairs consisted of the older "heníochoi", or charioteers, and the younger "parabátai", or companions, all housed and trained at the states expense in order to fight as hoplites. The firmly held belief was that male lovers would fight more fiercely and cohesively to defend their male lover beside them in battle, than would strangers who had no ardent bonds.

In about 300 BC, the town of Thebes erected a giant stone lion on a pedestal at the burial site of the Sacred Band. This monument was restored in the 20th Century and still stands today. Although Plutarch claims that all three hundred of the Band's warriors died that day, excavation of the burial site at the Lion Monument in 1890 turned up 254 skeletons, arranged in seven rows.

The film 300 made in 2007 is a fictionalized retelling of the Spartan warrior Battle of Thermopylae.

Yet another example of my male nude sculptures which are banned from display or exhibition as being too homoerotic at Cornwall 'gay?' Pride 2011. If the chairperson of Cornwall Pride 2011 sees 'sex' through his eyes in my sculptures, then like beauty, sexual arousal must also be in the eye of the beholder?

My Nude Young Men in Photography: Flesh of Leopards

Well yes I know it's not sculpture, but I do use my own photos as reference for my sculptures.

One of the male models used in the photos lives in our house. He still assists at the drop of a hat to whip his kit off when I'm sculpting so I can get a curve, fold or form right.

I include this blog reference to my male nude photographic work, as I'm having some difficulties with wikimedia accepting that my own photo images are indeed my own images, despite my having sent a required copyright permission email.

Hey Ho, it seems there is a certain hostility & prejudice towards gay artists contributing to so many art and other websites if openly gay.

I have encountered so much homophobic prejudice towards my homocentric art, in particular from the homophobic neo-Nazi of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary (who tried in 2004 unsuccessfully to prosecute me for my lawful paintings), the art philistines at Intercom Trust (who attacked the art work of Henry Scott Tuke), and the anti-gay art Cornwall Gay Pride committee (who banned my sculptures from Cornwall Pride).

It's not just the likes of Stalin’s Russian Communism or Hitler’s Third Reich which censored art ruthlessly. Art censorship is alive & well in Cornwall (UK) due too pious over reaction to male nudity in art

Male Nude Paintings Cornwall police tried 'unsuccessfully' to prosecute for

Yes, I know this blog is 'primarily' about my male nude sculptures. However, I just thought I would put this link in to my former paintings (& sculptures) which can be found here on wikimedia

I have not painted since 2004 when the homophobes of Devon & Cornwall police kicked in the front door of my home & attempted to prosecute me (unsuccessfully) for my male nude paintings which I had been selling at the time legitimately & lawfully on ebay. The very same paintings you can see on this wikimedia link.

Police have had to admit twice on two separate occasions that allegations made against me were in fact false, but so ingrained is homophobia within the Devon & Cornwall constabulary that they decline to prosecute the vile persons who have made the malicious allegations initially or investigate the abuses carried out by named & identified police officers subsequently.

So voracious & intense has been the homophobic prejudice & discrimination I have experienced from Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Police (and still continue to do so to this day) that I attempted suicide.

As a result, I have not painted since 2004 as I suffer severe panic attacks, the symptoms of which are so painful similar to that of a heart attack.

According to two professional medical assessments now, I am so traumatised by the catalogue of Cornwall police misconduct I have experienced since 2004...and still on going, it has severely adversely affected me both physically & emotionally.

Unfortunately, in the United Kingdom it is almost impossible to sue the police (who in recent years have become a law unto themselves. See killing of Ian Tomlinson, Killing of Charles de Menezes, assault on Mark Aspinall, etc.) unless one is extremely wealthy. Justice in the United Kingdom has become the exclusive preserve of those wealthy enough to buy it.

As a gay man & an artist of the male nude I believe it is imperative that LGBT people do not get lulled into the blatant lie that the UK police are no longer homophobic. THEY ARE! My own experience & that of other LGBT persons known too me tells me police in the United Kingdom (and in particular in Cornwall) are & every bit as deeply prejudicial & homophobic as an organisation as they have always been.

Yesterday I spent several hours loading a number of photo images of my own sculptures up onto wikimedia(I don't have the fastest of broadband connections living in rural backward Cornwall, in fact I'm sure that some of my downloads are actually transported by carrier pigeon sometimes).

I love wikimedia & wikipedia. I personally find it a fantastic resource for my own research. Which is why I wanted to contribute some images of my own sculptures to this important & international resource.

However, I confess that I really struggle to understand just how wikipedia & wikimedia work for contributors. Today I returned to find half my images of my sculptures re-distributed under different categories in which I had not placed them. Its all a mystery too me. The more I use the internet...the more confused & lost I become about how the systems work.

But 'some' photo images of my own sculptural creations did make it through can now be found on wikimedia with Creative Commons license 3.0
. Which basically means others can use my photo images of my sculpture creations on the license terms & condition that they credit the image back too the creator (me).

If anyone 'is' Wikimedia savvy regarding category placements of images, please be kind and relist my Lidbury sculptures in the appropriate categories, in particular 'LGBT artists' & 'Sculptures by sculptor'

Play 'Spot the Male Nude Sculpture'...in film & television.

Have you ever noticed in films & television programmes just how often male nude sculptures turn up tastefully displayed in the background of interior design decor of the rich & wealthy households. We have, in fact we play 'spot the nude sculpture' when watching films at home. (We also play 'spot the armillary', fascinating just how often one of those turns up)

It seems no self respecting private medical practitioner, successful corporate chief executive, business tycoon or arch villain can have a suitably presented office interior, without the obligatory bronze nude sculpture displayed somewhere.

It seems to me that the very act of displaying a nude art work in the home or workplace is in effect stating...'I can do this because of my position of power'

The successful & self assured have the confidence to do just that, to display & collect nude art & sculpture, for home & in the work place and self confidence is probably 'why' they are successful & at the top of their game to start with.

One also only has to think of the great stately homes of the English aristocracy & upper gentry to realise that being able to confidently display nude art speaks volumes about social standing & status. Full on displays of classical nudity through collections of paintings & sculpture are seemingly ‘a badge statement’ of social position & standing.

BRONZE BOY SLEEPING: ANDY 1996: Missed, not forgotten

Although I have titled the above bronze finish sculpture 'ANDY 1996', it is not of Andy.

Andy Roger Smith was my partner in 1996 & he had been diagnosed as having HIV/AIDS. Diagnosed WITH HIV/AIDS in August 1994, he went blind as a result of his HIV/AIDS quite quickly.

As his career and partner we spent many quite evenings together as his condition deteriated. During this time I created this sculpture whilst just sitting with him listening to the telly in the evenings. It is still one of my personal favourite sculptures.

I have included the youtube video link below about Andy & his HIV/AIDS struggle against prejudice & discrimination of the authorities in Cornwall. Andy died aged 29 yrs old Christmas 1996. Gay prejudice Still a problem even today in Devon & Cornwall police & Cornwall Council.

The Discretonary HIV/AIDS Trust fund 'SPROCKET TRUST' started by Andy continues to raise awareness & challenge institutional gay prejudice & discrimination carried out by Cornwall police & other Cornish authorities.

The SPROCKET TRUST has supported a youtube channel which has received more than TWO & A HALF MILLION views of videos raising awareness of continued institutional prejudice & discrimination by Cornwall's authorities.

TORSO: Male Nude Ephebe Youth Sculpture by Lidbury

The TORSO: The youthful adolescent ephebe male torso has been a traditional starting point for the sculptor to practise figurative sculptural art. My own creation of a ephebe male youth torso (above image) is in keeping with that starting point of traditional classical sculptural fine art.

The torso is the part of the human body where the limbs are attached. Often in sculpture with the head and limbs omitted or removed; Some people also call it the trunk. It is made of chest, back, abdomen and in male sculptural representation may frequently include the genitals.

There have been frequent lapses in history where by public art/sculpture has been irresponsibly defaced & vandalised by the removal of the genitals from bronze, marble & stone male statuary.

In 1530, the eruption of Counter Reformation fanaticism following the Renaissance, the edict of the Council of Trent forbade the depiction of genitals, buttocks and breasts in church art.

In 1557, the fig leaves were instituted by the bull of Pope Paul IV. Many of the fig leaves that we see were put in place on the personal initiative of Pope Innocent X (1644-1655) who, for reasons of his own, preferred metal leaves to the plaster ones. This Pope, to his credit, spared most of the art in the Vatican.

The Catholic Pope Pius IX in 1857 is reputed to have decided that the accurate representation of the flaccid male penis on the few remain unvandalised statues might by too homoerotic and incite lust inside the Vatican. So Pope Pius IX allegedly had remaining offending attachments hacked off male statue inside the Vatican. An act of criminal damage of some great classical works of art.

The fig leaves were promptly added by his successor to stop the iconoclasm.

All in all, the destructive campaign raged for 450 years and resulted in the destruction of much Catholic visual art.

However, I always find amusing the idea there may be a room somewhere in the vast Vatican City complex simply piled high with the remnant marble penis castrations left over from the various papal ravages.

Unfortunately, even today there are still those who would censor & suppress, even destroy art, history & culture, like the destruction of the Baniyan Buddas in 2001.

Including in Cornwall (UK) where I live, where the Cornish police prefer ignorance and intimidation to cultural enlightenment and have actively targeted with a view to prosecute artists for artistic depiction of the Male Nude. Despite this being contary to the Human Rights Act article 10. The right to freedom of expression, which includes art.

My Male Nude Art, Paintings & Sculpture

In the beginning...

It is fair to say my own Male Nude art has been influenced by classical Roman & Greek sculpture, also by the paintings of artists like Henry Scott Tuke RA, and photographic work of the likes of Robert Mapplethorpe & Baron Wilhelm von Glodeon.

It is also difficult to talk about my male nude art & sculpture without raising the issue of oppressive censorship of male nude art by homophobic & prejudicial actions of institutions like Devon & Cornwall Constabulary

In 2004, I used too run a successful internet business selling my own watercolour paintings of Male Nudes. I don’t anymore, following a protracted vicious homophobic vendetta carried out by Devon & Cornwall Constabulary in an ‘unsuccessful’ anti-gay motivated attempt to prosecute me for my male nude art.

Cornwall police even prevented the sale by auction of my African themed watercolour paintings created on behalf of a South African HIV/AIDS charity.

Cornwall Police withheld documentation after the police forensics had deemed there were NO illegal images on my computer. Later Cornwall police had to admit in writing that malicious allegations which had been made against me were in fact false, but by then the damage had been done.

Devon & Cornwall Police later had to admit both in court & in a partial Independent Police Complaints Commission enquiry that there were no illegal images. However, Cornwall police have been abusive, uncooperative & obstructive in refusing to investigate the misconduct of police officers involved in multiple incidents since.

The severe impact & harrowingly traumatic adverse affect due to misconduct of numerous prejudicial & discriminatory Cornwall police officers lead directly to my actually attempting suicide.

I still have not recovered from this abusive trauma carried out by Cornwall’s homophobic police & it has severely adversely affected not only my life, but has adversely affected my family & friends, as well as intruded into the freedom to creatively express myself through my art.

To this day I still suffer from a form of Agoraphobia & severe panic attacks as a direct result of a continued Cornwall police harassment which has been on going since 2004. I have been accessed by Health professionals who have deemed me logical & rational, but severely traumatised by the police instigated violence & incidents. These have included two violent assaults, the vandalism of my vehicles, theft from my home, intimidation threats against my elderly mother & her tenants, attempted blackmail, attempted extortion, death threats & threats of physical violence. ALL these crimes against me, my family & friends are as a result of the protected homophobic attitudes & practises which still operate within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.

As a result I am in receipt of Incapacity benefit for the Agoraphobia & severe heart attack like panic attacks and I do not leave my isolated rural home in Cornwall (UK) without a witness career to escort me. All this oppressive violence upon the creative spirit is as a result of the multiple incidents of Cornwall police dishonesty, prejudice & discrimination.

Unfortunately, my experience is not isolated but in common with that of 80% of persons surveyed by the IPCC who expressed dissatisfaction in that complaints against UK police are investigated unsatisfactorily. The police complaint system in the United Kingdom is deeply flawed, dishonest & highly abusive towards victims of police criminality & misconduct.

I know as fact of personal experience that it is not just in high profile cases police routinely lie, misrepresent the truth & are dishonest by using misinformation to cover up their police abuses of power & violence.

Example : In the police execution of Brazilian electrician Charles de Menezes in London Stockwell tube station or the police beating & violent assault upon Afghan British Army military war hero Mark Aspinall or the unlawful killing of innocent newspaper seller Ian Tomlinson following a beating to the ground by police

Since I physically & emotionally cannot paint anymore due to trauma induced panic attacks I still get as a result of the police misconduct, I now sculpt.

It is fair to say that the extreme homophobic prejudice I have witnessed & experienced from named & identified Devon & Cornwall Police officers in recent years has influenced my determination to challenge prejudicial & discriminatory oppressive violations by Cornwall Police of the Human Rights Act, Right to Freedom of Expression(includes through art) & the Right to Freedom from Discrimination (includes sexuality when in conjunction with another article of the HRA).

I may not be able to physically continue to paint any more as a result of Cornwall police multiple abuses & violence upon the spirit, but whilst I can, I will continue to creatively sculpt the naked male figure.
