Depending on the ambient (available) light, try to play with your camera's settings and you will just discover so many things! I've been talking about photo contests lately and I mentioned in my earlier post that I will be submitting an entry for the FB Photo Contest (Facebook).  The theme was about "sharing your dreams".  Last year, I took a photo of the Ayala Tower in Makati and I immediately thought of submitting this photo for that theme.  For me, the photo tells something about "sharing your dreams"

I was browsing through my old photographs and saw this group picture of ours taken in the Summer of  '07 at Boracay Island.  This photo brought back fun memories of that Summer where we just ate, island hop, party and take pictures!  This picture also reminded me of the Summer Fling Photo Contest held in my former office.  See? Everytime I see an opportunity to join photo contests, I grab it!  Even if it's as simple as the one being launched by Facebook right now. Although using Film SLR is quite difficult because I can't preview the photos, one of the advantages of using this gear is the vividness of the colors when printed. This was not the first time I tried photographing at night and this was also the nth time I had bokeh photographs taken on low light. But then, I'm still proud that somehow the products are not that so bokeh.   The following photos were taken between 2:00-3:00am with my Canon 400D, 70-300mm lens using the Shutter Priority mode.
