Am ramas inca sub impresia  a ceea ce am vazut  la Grill Champions Tour (un eveniment marca Grill Society) si mi-am propus sa  imbunatatiesc putin repertoriul de pe blog cu retete usor mai exotice dar la fel de simple si usor de pregatit..Cred ca putem sa punem pe gratar chestii mai intersante si ca viata-i prea scurta sa mancam aceleasi lucruri de zeci&lt;br/&gt;

Am avut ocazia sa lucrez la un moment dat, cateva zile, acum cativa ani, intr-un restaurant cu specific italian. Bucatarul de acolo gatea acesta reteta  exact asa cum trebuie, fara nimic in plus sau in minus. Asa o pregatesc si eu de atunci.

...cacat !!!! Si aici nu ma refer neaparat la emisiunea in sine ci la faptul ca intr-un show care ar trebui sa fie cu si despre mancare, se aude prea des expresia „de cacat“. Nu-mi face placere deloc. Poate cuvantul cu „c“ nu-si are locul pe blogul asta, dar exprima cel mai bine impresia pe care mi-a lasat-o emisiunea.

In conserva, afumat,  in ciorba, la cuptor, sushi...nu conteaza, peste sa fie. Si mie imi place ciorba dar imi place sa aiba si peste in ea, nu dor gust de peste. Si multe legume. Am gasit-o intr-un vechi caiet al bunicii, destul de greu descifrabil si cu putine explicatii, dar pana la urma am scos-o la capat...chiar foarte bine. Se poate spune ca este o leguma care se incadreaza undeva intre conopida si broccoli, atat ca aspect cat si ca gust si aroma. V-am pregatit o reteta cu acest fel de conopida, in combinatie cu putin fenicul si mozzarella. Ingrediente: ½ conopida Romanesco ½ bulb&lt;br/&gt;

Voi le mai tineti minte? Ba chiar am pus special niste nuci de-o parte pentru asta, acum vreo doua saptamani, dar doar azi am apucat sa le fac. Sunt foarte gustoase, iar Mayei i-au placut foarte mult- eu zic ca sunt o alternativa buna la boamboanele cu chimicale si coloranti de pe piata. Sunt bune si de&lt;br/&gt;

I-am spus simplu, "spanac" pentru ca multa vreme n-am stiut ca se poate face si alta mancare din spanac. Cand mama si bunica faceau mancare de spanac, se numea simplu, spanac. O mancam fie cu oua ochiuri, fie cu chiftele sau carne pane. Reteta era putin diferita fata de ce fac eu acum. Si asta pentru ca mama il facea cu rantas in care prajea si usturoiul si faina&lt;br/&gt;

Dar, cu tot cu lipsa grasimilor  si putina neatentie putem face un gratar la fel de indigest ca si un produs fast-food. Un gratar reusit, este unul pe care poti sa il faci in orice situatie, controland temperatura in asa fel incat sa nu obtii niste arsuri. Carnea sau legumele puse pe gratar nu&lt;br/&gt;
