yo ho ho why is it not december yet??

Just a photo to show my new hair which is an accident. Brought blonde extensions to go with my blonde hair, my hair wouldn't lift any more so I decided to dye it black to stop the fuss, dyed the extensions black 3 times, only when grey but they blend quite well into my hair as the tops are pretty dark. so now I have like ombre hair when I wear the extensions. I love it though.

anyway onto why I originally set out to write this post. Why is it not December yet?? One I am waiting for snow, because I bloody love the stuff and would be happy living in an igloo. Two I am really looking forward to Clothes Show live this year, why..... I hear you all asking is because my uni always puts the 2nd years work on the uni catwalk WHICH IS ME THIS TIME.

We have a really cool theme of winter and autumn weather and animals and landscape and etc. And I really feel I am going to be able to make something absolutely amazing this time as long as I don't die and actually work.

Also Imma save money to go shopping as I will have lost more weight and will be some fashionable diva. I swear. I'm already on the way towards looking good, just need to lose a bit more.

Also I will be blogging more from now on. I am currently working on a brand new layout and format to this blog. I was also wondering, what exactly do you want to see from this blog?? I've been getting more views daily even when I ain't posting so I was wondering what exactly you want to seee??

SO this week saw me move back out of London (I miss you already) and back out to Hertfordshire, this time further away than last time to Letchworth. I am in student accommodation so don't expect anything exciting (especially the carpet, makes me feel ill) But a room is a room right.

I have shared kitchen and bathrooms but seeing as I NEVER see my house mates I'm not even sure they exist...Well they do because they woke me up at god knows what time late last night/early this morning with drinking and being loud, but I had no eyebrows on so I wasn't going to join.

Monday Shiu drove me to London following my directions from my phone, picked up my stuff and drove back. Unpacked everything then headed to Letchworth town in look out for cheap food like Chicken and Chips. Letchworth didn't wanna give us these so we had to go to BK instead silly place making us spend money.

After that we watched the Simpsons movie and had a nap then he went home. Now I've been here just under a week and I'm not sure how I feel. Maybe I need to actually meet my house mates or hope the new people move in soon cos I be lonely.

Lovely back door instead of windows, however someone has lovingly stuffed something in it so I need the lock replaced, god knows how long that will take.

A'Pieu Double Line Gel Eyeliner

So Recently my Brother-in-law returned from Korea, a week before my sister so he brought me back some of the goodies Amii has got me. One of them is the A'Pieu Double Line Gel Eyeliner. I've never used gel liners before so at first i wasn't too sure about it however it has quickly become my favourite liner.

The liner comes in its own box and comes with a small brush however I don't wanna mix the two colours together so I use another brush for the gold.

The colours are very strong with just one coat and last for a long time. Even in this hot weather where my eyes are watering like nobodies business this liner still stays in place.

It is a good size and is very easy to use. I prefer to use the gold as a eyeshadow as i am not really the type to use it as a solid eyeliner.

PROS:

Solid colour
Cute packaging
Long Lasting
Easy to use.

CONS:

Dries slowly, blink too early and its on your upper eyelid.
Only one brush for two colours.
IS ALL THE WAY IN KOREA AND ON NO WEBSITES.

WORK! I seem to work a hell of alot lately but alot is going on travel rn with living in London however atleast i will still have a good job once uni starts which is always good.

I am gingerr~

My hair was red but then I bleached up up and it went a orangey browny colour. At first I was like "SHIT NO" but then I thought about it and it doesn't actually look that bad so I'm not in a rush to rebleach it untill I have roots again.Although I don't think it's growing anymore, I dunno. But after my next bleaching I'm gonna buy extensions again. I cannot wait.

Any whoo. I'm off to see what the cats are up to -is a creepy cat lady-

Long time no post...except that giveaway that i never won.
Anyway. What has happened??
Well I am currently living in London as a temp thing, and I will be moving to Letchworth on the 4th August for uni. I have seen the place and it is lovely, will have a full room tour as and when I have moved fully in and put everything away.

I recently upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S3, I was so happy and it made me look so pretty in photos it was amazing. However I managed to loose it last week so yh i'm glad i have insurance tbh. Well then insurance messed and sent me the Samsung Galaxy Note. So yeah I called 3 and they were like "We can either resend it out or change your contract for a note one which is cheaper and insurance is cheaper" so I opted for the Note so now I have an Note, sadly it doesn't let me instagram so thats what my Ipad is for.

I dyed my hair red and now it has faded, I have grown it out quite a bit and i am very proud of myself for not cutting it, i recently got Shiu to take a photo of it from the back and it looks nice. I have now decided to go back to blonde now, but I am thinking of red highlights. I'm getting my previous keratin glue extensions as they are the best ones I've ever had, that way i can do red highlights in then and then i wont have to dye it alot and stuff.

So now I am sitting at Amii's house watching her pack for her and Bo's adventure to Beijing and Seoul. I gave her a shopping lit for some stuff and I will baby sit her cats.

How many of you are going??? I know a few who are but I would like to meet as many people as possible.

Fighting for tickets was the worst thing. I didn't have money in the bank so I was waiting outside the bank at 8.30am so I could put money in at 9 and hope to get a ticket. Luckily my bf was online and he got me the ticket.

However 9am on the dot tickets were straight away saying unavailable I was like "did they sell out that quickly?" they didn't seetickets just let them go slowly.

After about 15 minutes all the tickets were gone. Sadly I wanted block A or B but I'm in Second Row Block D.

So i have been wanting to do this post for a while. I have been on off blogging now for about 6 years, it all started with Livejournal and the communities then I just moved about before settling here. I am heavily influenced by other readers, so now reading blogs and checking other peoples blogs has actually become a daily routine for me.

Alot of the blogs I read are fashion orientated. I am a fashion student and I like to keep myself up to date with most fashions around me. As well as I really enjoy both Korean and Japanese fashion styles so I try to keep up with those too.

So here are a few of my favourite blogs who I check every time they post.

Firstly is Zhizhi, http://www.sweetheartfashion.net/ i have been following her since last summer I think. I really enjoy how much she posts and how she posts about clothes and working as a student.

Next is Andii. http://bourbonandbras.blogspot.co.uk/ Andii has helped me alot where my course is concerned and her blog helps me too. She is such a creatove girl I just want to buy her metres of fabric and watch her make stuff for hours. Sadly I do not have the money for that.

Viivi, http://www.cupcakexcouture.org/ i actually took alot of inspiration from Viivi when it came to make my last unit. I felt some of her outfits were perfect for it. I love her combinations of soft colours with dark colours. She is just great.

Xiaxue, http://xiaxue.blogspot.com/ Xiaxue is well know for having surgery and photoshopping herself But tbh you dont read a blog for that. Ypu read her blog for what she writes about. She isnt afraid to write what she thinks and i lover reading her posts because of it. Plus I want her nose.

Sorry for not posting in a while. I have a major deadline on friday, my end of uni year deadline so I won't be major posting till then but I will beposting alot then so expect it.

Just a quick update on me, I started the gym recently. Trying to lose this extra weight and tone myself up. I have also began caring for my skin again. With all the stress of uni and staying up late my skin hasn't been at its best lately, So I have began trying out different products to get it back to how good it was.

Hello everyone.

I'm sorry for the lack of updates or of anything lately. But as it is the Easter Holidays, I decided to set my self up to complete everything for my Uni work except the actual outfit. My final deadline is May 11th And I can only sew the outfit together and stuff at Uni so I need to give myself time for all of that.

Over the past week I have completed ALL 30 A3 fashion illustrations,all my developmental samples(knife pleat, box pleat, inverted pleat, handmade cord, machine made cord, conventional tassel, non conventional tassel, conventional pompom, non conventional pompom, disperse dye, stitch and disperse dye, Applique, reverse applique), Fabric studies (twice as I failed last time), I started my 2 design sketchbooks (one for last time I failed), More in my last unit sketchbook which so I pass, Fillled up to3/4 of this unit sketchbook, all 4 mood boards.

Right now I am at my sister's house looking after her 2 cats while she is away. While I am here I have brought some work with me as well as I am going to buy my material. What I've set up to do while I am here is - Rewrite my project proposal, Market research, My last developmental study of 6 suffork puffs and write up the ongoing evaluation I have already done.

I still have my print samples for this unit and last unit to do, my creative samples and my dress samples and integrated samples, my samples for Tracey and evaluations for everything and working drawings of my pattern pieces.

I guess its alot of work, but if you spread it over the weeks or months it was meant to be it is fine. Most of this stuff isn't due till May 11th. However if I have to do all that or part of that as well as print over the material and stitch embellish the material as well as sew it up I will be panicking in the final week. I might as well get it all done over the rest of this week so all I have to do is finish my outfits and then on the final week do another check over and fix a few things and hand in without any sleepless nights.

I'm going to get all my print done next week when I go back to uni, I will be staying late both Tuesday and Wednesday and the rest done this week.

Hopefully Fabric shopping is successful today.
My list to buy is -
3 mtrs White chiffon,
4 mtrs grey cotton,
2 1/2 mtrs black cotton,

Aswell as I need to find a nice white lining material for both jackets.

Been having a bad time

Since my last post, my health has been returning bit by bit. I'm still being plagued by fevers and I still have a slight cough and my asthma isn't 100% but atleast I can sleep now. Well I would be able to if I wasn't playing catch up at uni.

For this Unit in Uni we are working for a company called Matches Fashion, and we are under the label Freda, We are designing for her. It sounds amazing right? Well it really is amaazing and I am having a fun time designing for them. I just keep being pushed back. Especially bringing in the print into it. Freda is very sophisticated and very smart. No short skirts or low cuts. She isn't fond of dresses either...whereas I love designing and making dresses, so most I've made into skirt and top.

However I feel like I'm lacking in so much. When I see all the people in my classes work I sit and think "why can't i do illustrations like that?" "Oh I love how she included the print, wish I could do that" I just feel like I'm second guessing myself all the time. I came into uni on fri after being off nearly 2 weeks and I have only 7 pages (4 on a page) of brainstorm designs, everyone had more than that plus about 30 A3 front and back designs. I felt so behind. My teacher did like my initial ideas and now its a case of working further into them and getting everything i want sorted. Think the print can be embossed style. So have it a similar colour to the fabric and have it embossed I like that.

But I really hate this feeling of second guessing myself. Even after people have complimented my work and say they like it I'm still sitting there thinking "Not really, I could do so much better" But no matter how much I put that pen to paper I cannot get my ideas down, they are not conveying what I want.

Anyone have any help or advice they can give me? especially where Fashion Illustrations are concerned? Could really do with some help...or even just a conversation about it....

A week of hell...

I'm sorry for the lack of posts and pictures as of late. I've not been very well, in fact I've been dire condition as of the past week. I ended up in hospital last week Tuesday at 1.45am with a severe asthma attack. I ended up being there till 4.20am, I had to have 2 nebularizers as well as a course of Amoxicilin for a chest infection. I thought after that course it would be the end of things. No it wouldn't.

On Friday I ended up back there due to another attack where they just gave me my asthma pump and sent me out, I was in there less than an hour. NHS sucks.

Then late late night (11.50pm to be exact) I ended up back in there. I finished my course of Amoxicilin on monday evening so I thought I just had a sore throat from the coughing left over. But no it wasn't. It's never what I hope it in. I ended up back in there with a severe asthma attack AGAIN. This time I had 1 course of neularizers as well as a chest xray and blood tests. All for my doctors, whose name is Aziz.....most of my previous drs have been called Aziz...scary, to say I have small lungs and anemia. Tell me something I don't know, this was all common knowledge to me, it is why i take iron tablets every morning and Seratide too.

Well anyway, he then tells me that I have a bacteria infection in my lungs and that I will need to go on another set of meds to help fix it. He also told me that I need bed rest and one of the reason it has gone this far is because instead of resting the first few days after the last visit, I decided on Tuesday to try and go uni (never actually got there) and on Wednesday I worked my butt off at Uni to do the Fashion Show. So all in all it is partly my fault I have got to this stage and partly because I have weak lungs.

Hopefully after this course of Clarithromycin and Prednisolone I will hopefully be fighting fit again to bore you with photos of everything boring I do.

Also I have decided to stop using numbers as my titles. Seems right.

So not much has happened lately in my life. Just been catching up with uni and being ill.

So last week or the week before I recieved a lovely email from a lady called Deanne stating that I had come runner up in a competition. I don't remember if I told you here but back in December while at Clothes Show Live I entered a Haagen Daz Competition to win tickets to London Fashion Week. They took a photo of me and put it up on their website and whoever got the most likes won. Well I thought "I don't have a chance in hell look at these girls in their designer stuff and looking great and me in my primark stuff" Well anyway I got runner up which means I get tickets for me and a friend to London Fashion Weekend.

So as most people know we had some snow last week. I say some, we had a good 15-20cm in one night. Well, Toffie (Our Bichon Frise and Toy Poodle or Poochon as they are called) LOVED it. So I decided on a pink colour with hearts and a pearl stitch running through. I thought this would be a cute idea.

So to activate the sticker you pop it into water the slide upside down onto your fingertip then pop on your nail. This was super EASY. It took me no time at all to get these onto my nails and it didn't even feel slimey when I thought it would. And you can't see the little invisible outline on them, which is another plus as I was worried about that.

Here is my messy painted nail with the sticker on it. Notice how clean it looks. it adheres without bubbles which is better then a lot of nail foils i have been recommended.

Here are my finished nails. I love them mega time. (sadly I don't have them anymore because I redyed my hair and the gloves broke T^T)

Feedback:

Easiness: 5/5 They are really easy to use, as I stated above they just slide off after popping them into water.

Packaging: 4/5 They came in a little resealable bag could have been cuter.

Yahey Doctor WHOOOOO~( I wanted this in my room, didn't have £30 for it)

So I've been wanting to go to the Doctor Who experience for gosh knows how long so when my sister called me and asked me if I wanted to go on the Wednesday of half term I was like "YES PLEASE LET ME AT MATT SMITH" only to realize he wouldn't be there. Well anyway, She booked the tickets and paid for them, thank you Amii, and it was me her and Linda (my lovely sister-in-law).

Well anyway basically this experience is you helping the Doctor escape from the Pandorica (Yes he got stuck AGAIN), you face Daleks and help him work out how to get out, because Amy wasn't there, well my Amii was but not his.

After you help free him he is all well happy and dandy and you get to walk through a museum type thingy with all stuff from the series from day one. AND OLD COSTUMES. I was in love with them all.

So anyway, enjoy the photos here that i took. Some are blurry and I apologize for that, I was shakey.

Merry Christmas everyone~

I just want to say, Thank you to everyone who has helped me out this year, to everyone who is following me and to all my friends and family.

I am currently at my Aunt's house with my Gran and my sister and my brother-in-law, We are watching Happy Feet and I am texting Shiu as well as writing this.

I am going home tomorrow evening to roll in comfy pjs and my fluffy throw. In my family, especially on my dads side, pjs are always on, you will always get them aswell as socks and chocolate. Sadly I never got this last year as I was at my mums and its hard to send all the pressies up.

This year however is the first year I have a boyfriend at christmas. I am nearly 20 (next month infact) and this may seem silly to some people but it has made me pretty excited and stuff that I can go and by a special card thats like "TO my special Boyfriend" and stuff, so cheesy but me and him are sooo cheesey.

*I started blogging ages ago on Livejournal, then on Tumblr for a while and then I moved over to here. Before it was more me trying to please anyone who would read it. Where as now I am actually blogging about subjects I am interested in as well as posting about my daily life.

What do you do when you cant think of anything interesting to blog about?
*To be honest with you if I can't think of something to blog about I won't. Or I will blog about really stupid stuff if it has been a long time between posts.

Do you have a job or are you still studying?
*Currently I am doing both. I am in my first year of my Fashion and Textiles Foundation degree, however I am also working Friday and Saturday nights in an Indian take away answering the phones.

What's your favourite product recently?
* Hmm lately I am pretty fond of Dove Intensive repair conditioner. It is an amazing product and makemy hair feel amazing for ages, I only have to condition my hair once a week with this product.

*I actually prefer normal shopping, I remember when I was younger I used to HATE shopping, like I would get headaches while shopping. Whereas now I love it, I only online shop if its something I can not get over here or its something I buy thats cheaper online, ie nail art stuff and cute stationary.

* I have 3 sisters. I don't actually think they read my blog. If you read my blog you will most likely know my relationship is with my sisters. I only think Amii (My older sister) would read it but I don't actually know how often or what she thinks.

* Hmm, I've been to Germany, Bulgaria, Turkey, France, Scotland. I guess I'd very much like to visit Hong Kong right now, I have friends who live out there or have visited there and they say its one of the best places they have ever been. So it has been a while. I'm very sorry about this, been bogged down with uni work with deadlines after deadlines. I dyed my hair a nice milk tea brown now. After trying to get rid of that silly red that kept poping back up.

Been Seriously ill lately, been throwing up my guts whenever it has been possible. Seriously not a happy bunny.

SO Monday 5th December my University/College decided to take us up to B'ham on a coach to go to the Clothes Show live. Our College (I'm a university student doing a foundation degree but our Uni don't have the space for us so we study in a local college) has a stand at the CSL. We went and saw what we will be doing next year.

So anyway, I had to get to the College at 8am. thats sooo early but alas I made it there in time, make up less, but on time. Our coach set off at 8.30 - 8.45 ish, the journey was just under 2 hours long but I dunno whats happened to me but I've began to get travel sick on journeys over 30 minutes long. What the...I used to be able to do 13 hour coaches.

Anyway, arrived in one piece and I had make up on and stuff. So We had special passes that allowed us in free and allowed us to go around and go backstage (Only just found that out, I was allowed in VIP too...why didn't I go spazz with Emmmie T^T) So I went around, eating free ice cream (think I finished the day on 5) and spazzed at stuff I could not buy. Filmed the Graduate runway. Meaning I got up close with Lucien from Waterloo rd and the last Celeb Big Bro.

Everywhere he went, screams followed. So anyway, me and Robyn were walking when we heard a security man behind us, so we turned around and there he was just standing there alone. Me and Robyn went weak at the knees and he was like "You alright?" To Robyn as she was closest and yeah. We fell in love for a bit. This was after we got pissed off at the half naked Fake bake guys who were like "You gotta buy something to have a photo with us" Like they were worth it, good bodies with ugly orange faces.

So after a few hours and wondering around we decided to sit at the college stall (right by the stage). They had a performer called Rian Peters perform. He was a lovely guy and his dancers were amazing, He had a nice voice too. I decided to follower him and twitter and he replies back, isn't he a sweetie.

So after all that, it got time to go home, after like 1392-640873215 hours. I fell asleep on the coach, woke up and ate the free cereal i got given. Everyone laughed at how small my eyes are when i wake up and have no lens in. Got home and slept alll night till like 10 in the morning it felt lovely.

I did get to see Emmie for like 5 seconds on the day, but she was super busy and we looked like zombies so no photos. But now knowing I was allowed into VIP I should have gone and hung around with her a bit more. T^T

Ah, Today has been up and down. Started down as I have a cold and I've been sniffling allll day long. I hate it. So feeling stuffy and stuff I decided to go out all wrapped up and go for a wonder to town and back, good exercise and the fresh air should do me good. Instead I think I'm worse. Silly body -kicks it-.

SO after I got home I decided to use that expensive stain remover to try and remove the ballpoint pen stains from my tshirt and stuff.IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. Why oh why did I even try?? So in the end I attack them with watered down bleach. That worked. Why didn't I just do that in the beginning. I'm so stupid.

Re did my nails, pink leopard tips with acrylic bows. Think they are massively cute. Love them.
