Sea Weed Mask

im a sucker for Facial Masks.. when i went to Vietnam last month, i didnt miss the chance to shop for personal toiletries and Masks where the first one i looked for.. intrigued by this Sea Weed Mask, i decided to buy one tube..

right now im using Honey Mask (peel) and Cucumber Mask both from Faceshop.. a Korean Beauty Salon.. the Honey Mask kind of give your face a lift so you wake up feeling your face a lil bit stretched.. the Cucumber Mask on the other hand gives you a very hydrated and moisturized feel when you wake up.. it has lil cucumber balls which are soft circular gel like scrubs that helps in massaging your face when you apply it.. and unlike any other scrubs, its doesnt feel dragging or hard at all..

when i got to try this, aside from havin a Shrek-like green face, it gives you a smooth and bright feel.. it says its supposed to be peeled but i juz dont feel comfortable peeling it so i just rinse my face with water after.. it has this weird mint fragrance and a cold effect upon application...

im actually loving this product right now and im thinkin if any is available here.. if you know where i can get one, i would really appreciate if you could let me know.

iv had my share of pimple problems.. when i was in highschool, during the peak of my adolescent stage, iv had breakouts too.. tons of them all over my face.. it got my low self esteem even lower.. but because of my desire to look at least presentable i tried different products and you just really have to be patient.. there has to be one out there in drugstores that'll work for you.. sometimes its really trial and error..

now, i still get pimples once in a while, one here and one there.. but dont u hate it when they leave pimple marks after the acne is gone?
so i use CELETEQUE BRIGHTENING.

with the new technology of Dermo Science, like an eraser, it correct dark spots that pimples leave behind.. it has Octadecenedioic w/c is an alternative to Azelaic Acid known to help in reducing melanogenesis (in other words, it lightens skin).. makes sense right? since pimple usually leave dark spots.. it also has Pigmentation Lightening Complex w/c helps tone down skin pigmentation to create a fair looking complexion gradually.. other people who has Freckles use products with this kind of ingredient to lighten those cute lil dark spots on their skin..

unlike the Acne Spot Corrector, it is more pasty in texture but not greasy nor oily on the skin.. it doesnt smell good but doesnt smell bad either, it kinda smell like bruise ointments, maybe juz lower in fragrance cuz its like a lil bit fragrance free..
i notice that after 3 days of using it, my nose area where i applied it is shedding new skin, so yea, expect very minimal peeling.. I would also suggest not to use it if ur planning of stayin under the sun because iv been to the Beach recently where i didnt had the opportunity to apply sun screen and i noticed that my nose got burnt easily compared to other parts of my face..

iv been gettin a few Asks about skin care after my recent Celeteque posts so when i get the time off of work & other personal stuff, i juz might blog about my other skin care regimen.. my close friends would know that i love Facial Scrubs, Facial Wash & Facial Masks.. who knows, i juz might blog about my faves and raves soon :)

i guess its also a factor in maintaining good looking skin.. never fail to clean up after a long day because all the dirt and pollution can clog up ur pores and cause Acne.. specially if you're wearin makeup like me...

i had this big pimple recently.. so i decided to use Celeteque’s Dermo Science Acne Spot Corrector Gel..

non-comedogenic - w/c mean, they dont block pores (most dermas would recommend products like this if you’re acne prone)

i travelled to Vietnam for my early birthday & i loved Saigon.. i got addicted to their iced coffee and Pho Noodles.. there's a restaurant 2 blocks away from my Hotel & every single day, i go there to have midnight snack.. their fried rice is awesome too.. i like their sticky rice.. it tastes like carioca.. and their crepe is like a pancake without fruit.. tastes good too

my favorite would be the Dinner Cruise around Saigon River.. where they play Vietnam music.. afterwards, we rode a Cyclo and went a tour around the City.. its a bicycle where the passenger sits in front & the driver pedals at the back.. i fell in love with the Water Puppet Show as well.. the Vietnam Music.. the puppets in the murky water.. its juz Amazing Talent that deserves a standing ovation..

Burger Steak is my favorite.. its served with garlic rice.. you're sure full after finishing your plate as their Burger Patties are 100% full Beef.. they have unlimited Fries served with Burger Combos.. the Bacon Burger is a really good buy..

their milkshakes are one of their best sellers too.. il always be bias to the strawberry flavor tho..

aside from all their staff, singin and dancin from time to time to provide entertainment.. you can also go back to memory lane with their juke box.. you put P1 in the slot provided each table & choose away the song you like that take you back to the good ol times..

their Ambiance is very vintage with adds to the whole feel.. i love the checkered floor.. the high chairs.. the bar and everything in there..

they also gave us free mini hand sanitizers with casing since our bill reached a certain amount...

i ate an Banana Leaf Restaurant for 2 consecutive days since im on a Long Weekend off from work.. they dont serve plates, unless you request for one.. you have to eat on a Banana Leaf.. Very Filipino

i like their Vietnamese Rice w/c is served wrapped in a Lotus leaf.. their Charcoal Grilled Thai Pork is good too.. tastes just like Ham.. i was a bit disappointed with their Iced Vietnamese Brewed Coffee.. i guess it just aint nothin compared to the real thing.. wth

my favorite would probably their appetizer : Roti Canai.. its like a cooked Lumpia Wrapper & you need to order a Condensed Milk.. yeap they are on separate bills.. then you dip the wrapper there.. sounds pretty plain.. but its very delicious, specially i have a sweet tooth..

if it aint obvious yet that CL is a Total Performer.. she didnt fail me tonight, ever so energetic, overflowin w/ Charisma.. as usual, she gave the fans a Fierce performance tonight with a wave here & there.. plus that Smile! Omo! i do find her pretty but i was surprised, cuz she’s VERY pretty in person.. Bommie.. she is my ever favorite from the beginning so i was so Starstruck seein her dance & sing live.. she’s tall, sexy & very Beautiful.. she was Mesmerizing on stage, i cant keep my eyes off her.. She was so Cute, she wore a Green Feather Earring on her right ear & i was so happy to see that, i was contemplating on wearin a blue one tonight.. i should’ve! She displayed a Fun performance on Stage! i love the part where she hugged Dara in ‘Go Away’ & the part where she ran up the stairs & jumped! in some instances where she would look at my direction & wave, im not really sure if she can even see me or what, but thats already enough to make me melt, apart from the times she shouted “Mahal ko Kayo” over the mic.. Oh i so Love her! Dara as usual is Pretty as ever, with her signature palm tree hair she fluently talked to everybody in Tagalog the entire performance, from start to finish.. how Darling is that? she’s still the Sweet Krung Krung girl from before.. almost all the front acts love her.. Kean Cipriano (the male lead vocals of Calla Lily) even wore an “i Love Dara” sando & shouted “i love my shirt” he also said i Love You to her in Korean.. Minzy is a little bit shy but displayed powerful dance moves as expected..

i juz wished Bom sang “Dont Cry”.. she’s the only one who dint get to perform Solo.. Dara sang “In or Out”.. CL & Minzy sang “Please Dont Go”

the concert left us all askin for more.. people shouting ENCORE after the girls exited were heard echoing at the dome.. but i guess thats it.. 8 songs.. even so.. I HAD SO MUCH FUN! Im definitely watchin them live again if they do comeback!! SARANGHAE <3

i decided to sleep last night after havin Dinner.. the moment i closed my eyes, i started havin a bad dream right away.. i quickly snapped out of it.. thinkin it was merely coincidence, i slowly closed my eyes and attempted to go back to sleep & the moment my upper eyelids touched my lower eyelids i started havin a bad dream again.. everythin is spinning, its very fast, i was almost gettin dizzy, im falling in what seems like an infinite drop, i tried to look up but all i see is darkness and a lil bit of smoke.. then i heard a familiar voice, my Mum.. i felt happy because for a while i thought the dream was over until she started shouting my nickname.. i can see her yanking me like crazy but my body was unresponsive.. i felt like cryin but no tears came out & the only thing i could do is listen to my heart beat faster.. another thing that caught my attention: lying by my bedside is a person, wearin a hooded cotton sweatshirt, a mustard brownish-like color.. at first i thought it was my sister, until i finally got a zoomed view only to see it without a face with the hood covering its head.. until now i dunno how to describe it.. Black. thats what i saw..

it convinced me that i am still in a dream.. still sleeping.. & my Mum shouting is freakin me out as hell.. i started shouting back, she cant hear me, i was screaming at the top of my lungs, at least as far as i know i am.. what freaked me out is it feels like im in my senses but my body aint responding to whatever actions my brain is tellin me to do.. then came the spinning & falling feeling again.. i started to struggle using my feet with full force but i feel somethin heavy in them keepin me down.. i dunno how long it lasted until i finally got to wake up AGAIN..

REALITY

i now lie alone in my room.. wow 2 dreams in a row.. that felt really weird.. its dark, Mum's not there & so is the hooded girl, i didnt see her face but her body definitely dictates that SHE is.. i wasnt graspin for breath.. i was expecting i would or be panting at least, with all the shouting & kicking i did (when i used to get nightmares where i run or do somethin tiring, i normally would by the time i wake up).. i lay there shocked, i dunno if im really back or what.. my eyes started gettin heavy again.. then unconsciously a thought came to me.. what if i fell asleep again but this time, i dont get to wake up anymore.. i didnt know what to feel.. i started to pray for safety.. then decided not to go to sleep.. i stood up, opened the door & next to my room is my brother's.. saw my lil sister playin PSP.. im sure if she heard me shouting she would be knockin at my door.. walked over to the Master's Bedroom & saw my Mum sleeping soundly.. i felt traumatized to sleep.. somethin i love overdoing turned out to something that scared me to death.. i juz decided to browse a bit & play video games..

4am : i was tryin to fight my bed but the next thing i know is its 10am already & here i am writing about the events of last night.. its Freaky if you ask me thinkin that it was 'supposed' to be the End of the World yesterday in my timezone.. come to think of it, could've really Ended mine..

close friends would know that i am not afraid to die, but last night was the first time i feared for my life..

~i dunno if this is medically related or im juz bein Paranoid but im not goin to Sleep after eating, specially Full again...

I woke up to news & tweets that he is Dead.. everybody seems to be rejoicing.. i dont get the point why.. & please dont mock me for this because iv never liked this person either..
a death for me is supposed to be sad, because a life is lost.. whether a good or bad soul..
remember that like each of us, he has his own family & people who loves him dearly.. who in this very minute are probably mourning..
People need to be respected specially in death.. its like backstabbing..

My brother was killed in a shooting incident at a Bar & Restaurant in Katipunan.. that was 2004.. i didnt know the shooter, my parents didnt allow me to attend the court hearings for protection.. i wasnt even allowed to see him in Prison when he was arrested, my parents kept me away from him.. there was hatred in my heart against him, for takin the life of a person iv loved all my life.. 4 years later, he committed Suicide using the same gun that took my brother's life.. at that time i was supposed to rejoice that he's finally dead.. but in the contrary, i wasnt happy nor was i sad either.. i felt numb.. i then realized that because God helped me durin those tryin times in my life.. he also healed my heart from the miseries, the hurt, the pain & the hatred.. i believe everythin happens for a reason.. whether we like it or not.. my brother was taken from us.. but in return, two people were able to See.. he gave a brighter future to two beautiful kids.. in my mind & in my heart, he is very alive.. knowin i have my own guardian angel up there.. makes me feel at peace all the time.. & its true.. you only get stronger after the storm..

my life would never be the same without him, but he is the reason why i am livin every moment.. & he will be the reason why i am lookin forward to the future..

One of my classmate was an employee at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, she gave us a P10 Commemorative Coin of the Edsa People Power Revolt.. & showed us the P2000 Bill with a Bank Note from the Central Bank of the Philippines.. only P1000 copies are made.. Awesome!

Started my Night 1hr early.. cuz its now Day Light Savings Time & the clock moves as well

3am, it was raining & despite the slippery roads, we decided to drive out to Lunch..

the owner was very Middle Eastern but so Fluent in Tagalog, he was very accommodating too.. made sure we got our orders w/o bein bored.. we were well entertained.. such a nice Dude.. Thank You

we also saw Royette Padilla, he was eatin at the 1st flr & we were at the 2nd flr

a very cozy place to just enjoy some Shawarma & Kebab.. we also had Strawberry Yogurt, WaterMelon & Avacado Shakes on a Cold Early Morning.. With Titat, Khay & Troy
