2. No liquidificador, bata todos os ingredientes, exceto o chocolate granulado, até obter uma massa homogênea.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Transfira a massa para a fôrma untada e leve ao forno por cerca de 1 hora. Enquanto o brigadeirão assa, prepare a cobertura (veja a receita abaixo). Quando retirar do forno, passe uma faca de ponta redonda na lateral da fôrma e deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Para desenformar, coloque um prato por cima da fôrma e vire de uma vez.
