Water revs up metabolism and helps you feel full.

Replace calorie-laden beverages with water, and drink a glass before meals to help you feel fuller.

Drinking more water also helps amp up metabolism - especially if your glass is icy cold. Your body must work to warm the water up, burning a few extra calories in the process.

Water Boosts Your Energy
If you’re feeling drained and depleted, get a pick-me-up with water. Dehydration makes you feel fatigued.
Water helps the blood transport oxygen and other essential nutrients to your cells.
If you’re getting enough water, your heart also doesn’t have to work as hard to pump blood throughout your body.

Lower Stress with Water
85% of your brain tissue is water. If you’re dehydrated, both your body and your mind will be stressed.
If you’re feeling thirsty, you’re already a little dehydrated.
To keep stress levels down, keep a glass of water at your desk or tote a sports bottle and sip regularly.

Build Muscle Tone with Water
Drinking water helps prevent muscle cramping and lubricates joints in the body.
When you’re well hydrated, you can exercise longer and stronger without "hitting the wall."

Nourish Your Skin
Fine lines and wrinkles are deeper when you’re dehydrated. Water is nature’s own beauty cream.
Drinking water hydrates skin cells and plumps them up, making your face look younger.
It also flushes out impurities and improves circulation and blood flow, leaving your face clean, clear, and glowing.

Stay Regular With Water
Along with fiber, water is essential to good digestion.
Water helps dissolve waste particles and passes them smoothly through your digestive tract.
If you’re dehydrated, your body absorbs all the water, leaving your colon dry and making it more difficult to pass waste.

Water Reduces Kidney Stones
The rate of painful kidney stones is rising because people - including children - aren't drinking enough water.
Water dilutes the salts and minerals in your urine that form the solid crystals known as kidney stones.
Kidney stones can't form in diluted urine, so reduce your risk with plenty of water!

Are You Drinking Enough Water?
Generally, nutritionists recommend we follow the "8x8 rule."
Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day.
You may need more water if you exercise or sweat heavily.
You may need less water if you drink other beverages often.
Now you're probably wondering: how long will it take to get pregnant, when should we have sex and how often? Find out here.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p>The Odds of Getting Pregnant
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> It's a common question: what are the odds that I'll get pregnant this month? For most couples trying to conceive, the odds that a woman will become pregnant in any particular month are about 15% to 25%.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> But there are some caveats, and different things can affect your chances of getting pregnant. They include:
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> - Age. After you reach 30, your chances of conceiving in any given month diminish, and they fall further as you get older, dropping steeply in your 40s.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> - Irregular menstrual cycles. Having an irregular cycle makes it tricky to figure out when you're ovulating, which makes it hard to know the ideal time to have sex.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> - Frequency of sex. It may seem pretty obvious, but the less often you have sex, the less likely you are to get pregnant.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> - Amount of time you've been trying to conceive. If you haven't gotten pregnant after one year of trying, your chances of becoming pregnant may be lower. Talk to your doctor about tests for female and male infertility.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> - Illnesses or medical conditions that can affect pregnancy.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> Sorting Out Your Menstrual Cycle
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> Most women conceive faster if they understand their menstrual cycle. It's important to note that many women do not have regular cycles
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> Your cycle begins on the first day that you notice bright red blood -- not just spotting -- and it ends on the day before the next cycle begins. The length of a woman's cycle can vary from 21 to 35 days or more. If you notice that the length of your cycle varies by a few days from one month to the next, then your cycle is considered irregular.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> Here's another common question from couples trying to conceive: How often should we have sex? In short, the answer is often.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> A lot of couples trying to conceive spend a lot of energy timing sex, with mathematical precision, to the woman's ovulation. Theoretically, the approach makes sense. Recent studies have shown the window of opportunity for a sperm to fertilize an egg is pretty small: essentially, it's only the four to five days leading up to ovulation and the day of ovulation itself. Your best chances are on the day before and the day of ovulation. So the key would seem to be to have sex frequently in that five- to six-day window.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> But while timing your lovemaking exclusively to those few days makes logical sense, it has some drawbacks -- primarily because your body doesn't always behave with clockwork regularity. Even if your cycle is regular, ovulation can occur at any time during the cycle. If you're having sex on the day you think you're ovulating, and you're off by a few days, you may be out of luck.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> So the expert advice is to hedge your bets: have sex at least two to three times every week. And if you've got the stamina, why stop there? Studies have shown that as long as your partner has a normal sperm count; having sex every day of the month further increases your chances.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> Going Off the Pill to Get Pregnant
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> People trying to conceive often wonder how long it takes for the effects of birth control medication to wear off. It's actually possible to become pregnant immediately after going off the pill -- as soon as the pill's hormones are out of your system -- although in many cases it will take a few months before ovulation begins normally again.
<u1:p _moz-userdefined=""></u1:p> You should also know that it's safe to conceive right after you go off the pill. Women who conceive immediately after going off the pill are as likely to have a healthy baby as women who waited a few months in between.

How to prevent benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is an enlarged prostate gland. The prostate gland surrounds the urethra, the tube that carries urine from the bladder out of the body. As the prostate gets bigger, it may squeeze or partly block the urethra. This often causes problems urinating.

BPH occurs in almost all men as they age. BPH is not cancer. An enlarged prostate can be a nuisance, but it is usually not a serious problem. About half of all men older than 75 have some symptoms.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia is also known as benign prostatic hypertrophy.

What causes BPH?

Benign prostatic hyperplasia is probably a normal part of the aging process in men, caused by changes in hormone balance and in cell growth.

This problem may cause backed-up urine (urinary retention), leading to bladder infections or stones or kidney damage.

BPH does not cause prostate cancer and does not affect a man's ability to father children. It does not cause erection problems.

How is BPH diagnosed?

Your doctor can diagnose BPH by asking questions about your symptoms and past health and by doing a physical exam. Tests may include a urine test (urinalysis), a blood test (serum creatinine), and a digital rectal exam, which lets your doctor feel the size of your prostate. In some cases, a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test is done to help rule out prostate cancer. (Prostate cancer and BPH are not related, but they can cause some of the same symptoms.)

Your doctor may ask you how often you have symptoms of BPH, how severe they are, and how much they affect your life. If your symptoms are mild to moderate and do not bother you much, home treatment may be all that you need to help keep them under control. Your doctor may want to see you regularly to check on your symptoms and make sure other problems haven't come up.

You can use this tool to help you think about how bothersome your symptoms are:

Although home treatment cannot stop your prostate from getting larger, it can help reduce or control your symptoms. Here are some things you can do that may help reduce your symptoms:

- - Practice "double voiding." Urinate as much as you can, relax for a few moments, and then urinate again.

- - Avoid caffeine and alcohol. They make your body try to get rid of water and can make you urinate more often.

- - If possible, avoid medicines that can make urination difficult, such as over-the-counter antihistamines, decongestants (including nasal sprays), and allergy pills. Check with your doctor or pharmacist about the medicines you take.

If home treatment does not help, BPH can be treated with medicine. Medicine can reduce the symptoms, but it rarely gets rid of them. If you stop taking medicine, symptoms return.

If your symptoms are severe, your doctor may suggest surgery to remove part of your prostate. But few men have symptoms or other problems severe enough to need surgery.

Can BPH be prevented?

You cannot prevent BPH or the urination problems it may cause. Some people believe that regular ejaculations will help prevent prostate enlargement. But there is no scientific proof that ejaculation helps.

Secrets to a Better Love Life

Too much boredom in your bedroom. Revitalize your sex life with these 10 tips. By R. Morgan Griffin

Most of us can remember the hot -- and frequent -- spicy moments when the romance was new with our partner. But eventually the fire of a good love life may die down. Over time, the sexy nighttime languishes hidden in the sock drawer, the massage oil gathers dust next to the athlete's foot powder in the medicine cabinet, and you and your partner have what feels like a humdrum sexual life.

So what is the secret to a better love life that lasts? Suggestions from two experts on sexuality -- Michael Castleman, author of Great Sex: A Man's Guide to the Secret Principles of Total-Body Sex, and Louanne Cole Weston, PhD, a board certified sex therapist.

The Sweetness Factor

By Jessie Knadler Looking for a relationship pick-me-up? All you need is a spoonful of sugar. “It’s easy to feel embarrassed or shy about being sweet to each other, especially in our cynical, hard-edged culture,” says REDBOOK Love Network expert Tina B. Tessina, Ph.D., author of The Commuter Marriage. “But adding sweetness to your words and actions is the best thing you can do to bring positive energy to your relationship, which makes everything else easier.” Bonus: It’s human nature to copy...

Make Dates

Castleman and Weston are in firm agreement that couples that have been together for a while need to plan time for sex.

"Make a date for sex," says Castleman, a health journalist who previously answered questions about sexuality submitted to the Playboy advisor. "Don't let it be an afterthought,"Do whatever you like to do beforehand, go to a movie or dinner, take a walk, have a glass of wine by candlelight, whatever the couple likes to do as a couple. But set aside that time."

But, you might cry, isn't scheduling unromantic? Isn't sex supposed to be spontaneous? Rare is the lover with a daily planner fetish, after all.

But Castleman has a blunt response. "Grow up," he says. "What's the problem with making a date for sex? People make plans for other things they enjoy, like ski trips or dinners out."

One good suggestion for a better love life is to take regular nights away from home.

"For couples that have been together for a while, sex can become routine," says Castleman. "You're worn out by the end of the day, after the job, the laundry, the kids' soccer games, and the errands.

"And instead of champagne and oysters on the half shell with a sweeping view of Lake Tahoe as your reward, you've got your same old crummy house and peanut butter and jelly and that's about it," he says. It's not exactly conducive to an exciting sex life.

It can be hard to give into the moment when you're having sex in your all-too-familiar bedroom. Your mind wanders. Did I remember to set the alarm clock? How much will it cost to repair that water damage on the ceiling?

"Lovemaking is, fundamentally, a present moment experience," says Castleman. "The best sex comes when you're not thinking about the past or the future, but only the present. And that can be hard in a room where you've always got grandma's picture smiling down on you."

Castleman recommends getting away to a place that is stripped of these reminders of everyday life. It doesn't have to be a fabulous spot by the ocean, or at least it not every time. A non-descript place off the Interstate might be just fine.

Redecorate the Bedroom

Of course, having a sex life that's wholly dependent on trysts at hotels and overnight babysitters may be a problem if you're not fabulously wealthy, childless, and unemployed. So in addition to some trips away, make some changes at home.

"The bedroom does build up a lot of mundane associations," says Weston. "But if you can do anything to transform your bedroom into something new and different, that can make a big difference."

Lighting some candles is an obvious suggestion. But maybe getting a nicer set of sheets and a new bedspread will make a difference. Also, removing some of the junk -- the kids' toys, the piles of laundry -- that tends to accumulate in a bedroom out can have an effect. Think about ditching the bedroom TV, too, or at least trying life without it for a while.

Figure Out What You Really Want

Everyone's got sexual fantasies of one sort or another. But for some people, those fantasies can be buried pretty deep. If your partner were to turn to you tonight and say, "What's your ultimate sexual fantasy?" or "What do you want to change about how we have sex?" do you know what you'd say?

If you're not sure, you're not alone. "Some people have to do a little work at figuring out what really arouses them," says Weston. But figuring out what you want is key to having a better love life.

So give it a little effort. Weston observes that there are plenty of tools out there to help: books, magazines, videos, and so on. Once you've come up with some ideas, telling your partner about them could be fun for both of you.

Find out What Your Partner Wants

And then there's the flip side: You need to ask your partner the same questions that you've asked yourself. What does your partner want from your love life?

According to Weston and Castleman, one of the most common complaints they hear is that one partner wants to have sex more than the other.

Some people may huffily assume that they just have higher sex drives than their partners do. But maybe your partner is looking for something different out of your love life but hasn't felt able to ask. So bring up the subject. Talking openly might bring you closer to one another, and that's likely to make sex more interesting for both of you.

Try Something New

Trying something new in the bedroom is a pretty obvious suggestion for attaining a better love life, but it's one that many people have trouble following.

"For a lot of couples, the longer they're together, the more they play it safe sexually," says Weston. "You think it would go the other way, that as people get more comfortable in a relationship they feel more secure to try new things. But that's not the case."

Castleman agrees. "People resist change, especially intimate change," he says. "If you're in an established relationship, you may feel like you have more to lose. You don't want to rock the boat."

But both Castleman and Weston recommend resisting the impulse to play it safe. This can mean all sorts of things -- maybe lingerie, massage, sex toys and so on -- and trying something new doesn't have to be outrageous.

"People have a lot of crazy notions about what a sexual fantasy should be," says Castleman. "They think it must mean S&M or sex on a Ferris wheel. But there are a lot less wild ways of experimenting with something new."Weston agrees. "One small change that can have a big effect is to interrupt the pattern to how you usually have sex," says Weston. "If you're usually the shy one who waits for the other person to begin things, try starting it yourself. Just take a risk, even if it's a little one."

Don't Ignore Sexual Problems

Sexual problems are a much more open secret now than they once were. For instance, thanks to the efforts of pharmaceutical companies and late night comics, there aren't many people left in the country who aren't aware of medications for erectile dysfunction. Of course, that doesn't mean that everyone who needs help is getting it."People who have sexual problems do often shy away from sexuality because they don't want to face failure," says Weston. "But these problems need to be addressed head on."Erectile dysfunction has received the most attention, but there are plenty of other issues too, such as premature ejaculation, a loss of libido, or difficulty reaching orgasm caused by medications or medical conditions ,Weston reports that women are coming forward in larger numbers and reporting sexual problems too, such as pain during intercourse or an inability to orgasm. According to Castleman, many women complain about vaginal dryness during sex, which can be painful."Lubrication is important," says Weston. "Because in terms of how aroused a person is, lubrication for a woman is the equivalent of an erection for a man."

Some sexual problems may need medical attention, while others can be solved by trying different sexual techniques or buying a $5 bottle of lubricant. But the important thing is not to muddle through with problems that are making your sex life worse. Don't settle for a mediocre sex life.

And finally, Weston is quick to point out that no matter what you've heard; drugs for erectile dysfunction do nothing to increase a person's sex drive.

Go Slowly

Some couples find that, the longer they're together, the briefer and more businesslike their sexual encounters can become.

Castleman likens it to navigating a new neighborhood. When you move to a new place, you're always trying out different routes to get to the supermarket or the hardware store. But after time, you decide on the fastest route and only take that one. No more meandering. The same thing happens to couples as they become more familiar with each other sexually. But the fastest, most efficient route is definitely not what you want in the bedroom. Focusing on the destination -- and only the obvious parts of the anatomy -- is the worst thing you can do, he says."The best sex emerges from whole body sensuality -- leisurely, playful, creative," says Castleman. "It has no real direction, a little of this, a little of that."

Castleman argues that men especially have a tendency to go too fast, something that's encouraged by the down-and-dirty efficiency of sex in pornography. But Castleman says that many men find that their sexual problems -- such as premature ejaculation -- subside when they learn to take their time.

"Leisurely love-making benefits everyone," says Castleman. "Women get more turned on and enjoy sex more, while men have fewer sexual problems and feel more confident about themselves in bed. Everybody wins."

Don't Worry About What Everyone Else Is Doing

According to Weston and Castleman, one of the most common questions they get is, "How much should we be doing it?" The question implies that the answer is obvious: more than I am now.

Castleman observes that the culture we live in -- and especially its films, whether Hollywood romances or pornography -- encourages us to think that we're not living up.

So how often "should" you have sex? "There's no answer to that," says Weston. "Stop trying to decide how much sex you should have and decide how much you want."

Keep Trying

Having a better sex life will take some work. It's like this: for many people, life is an unremitting guerilla war with those extra 10 pounds that ambush you when you're not paying attention. In the same way, people can fall into a sexual rut, a "blah" love life, unless they're making an effort to keep things exciting. You should expect that some attempts will fall flat. A stab at a sexual role-play may be rendered ridiculous by an ill-timed call and rambling answering machine message from your mother-in-law. Or maybe the aromatic candles make you sneeze violently. Trying something new is always putting you at risk of failure. But the important thing is to keep trying anyway. Don't let self-consciousness make you play it safe. You should never accept a just average love life.

The Secrets of Kissing-Revealed

How to Make a kiss memorable.
Whether it's your first kiss with someone new or your lifetime partner, kissing usually leaves an impression -- one that lingers long after your lips have locked.
Kissing often plays an important role in relationships. "It fosters romantic compatibility," says Michael Christian, author of The Art of Kissing (published under the pen name William Cane). "The more people kiss, the more they're able to communicate on a romantic level."

The First Kiss
Kirkland Desmond, a software engineer in Tampa, Fla., vividly recalls his first kiss with his wife a decade ago. They were sitting on the couch in her dad's living room and as he leaned over to kiss her, he lost his balance and fell off the couch, pulling her down with him.
"I was so nervous because she was completely out of my league," he says. "So our first kiss happened while we were laughing and 10 years and three beautiful children later, we're still laughing and kissing every chance we get."
If your first kiss -- or any of the many that follow -- isn't what you're hoping for, talk about it. Many couples hesitate to talk about kissing out of embarrassment, Christian says.
Don't be shy about telling your partner what you like or asking what your partner prefers, just don't do it while you're kissing so your partner doesn't take it as a rebuke.

Men's and Women's Kissing Mistakes
Most of us have clear preferences -- turn-ons and pet peeves -- when it comes to kissing styles.
Christian says men's biggest mistake is that they're too aggressive with their tongues. And men claim that women don't open their mouths wide enough.
For both sexes, the No. 1 kissing complaint is lack of variety, Christian says. He recommends kissing the different parts of your partner's face and paying special attention to the ears and neck. He suggests biting softly on the lower lip and nibbling gently on the earlobe.

Make It Memorable

Two keys to a memorable kiss are pleasing your partner and pleasing yourself.
"Put your whole body into the kiss," says Marilyn Anderson, author of Never Kiss a Frog: A Girl's Guide to Creatures from the Dating Swamp. "Without words, your lips should say, 'Baby, there's more where that came from!' There are ways to keep it fresh and new all the time."
She suggests starting with gentle kisses on the neck, move up to the ear, then go to the lips. Take some small breaks and then come back to the lips.

"Here's my kissing tip:
Put a hand on your kissing partner's neck," says Pamela Weiss, marketing director in Los Angeles. "It adds passion, like 'I can't get enough.' And let's be honest, that's what makes for a great kiss."
Don't get hung up on what a kiss might lead to. Enjoy it for its own sake.

"A good kiss is deep and soulful and you should feel each other's love through the kiss," says Dan Landau, an engaged graduate student in Bridgewater, N.J. "A great kiss is an adventure in itself, not a stepping point to something else."Falling Off the Kissing Wagon
Steamy make-out sessions usually happen early on in a relationship, or the honeymoon period.
But later on, when people are in a long-term relationship, they too often stop kissing and lose that intimate connection, says Anderson. In a Redbook poll, 79% of women said they don't kiss their husbands nearly as much as they'd like.

"You've got to keep kissing in the game," Anderson says. "The emotional importance of a kiss is where it all begins and you shouldn't let it go just because you've known someone for a long time."
"When my wife kisses me, it's like she's telling me, 'I love you' without words," Desmond says.
Time hasn't made kissing ho-hum for Landau and his fiancée, either.
"If anything, our kisses are better now than they were initially," Landau says. "We know each other on a much deeper level after two and a half years together. When we first kissed, there were sparks. Now, there are fireworks."

The Art of a Happy Marriage

There is an art to maintaining the intimate relationships in our lives.Explore our experts' perspectives, and learn new techniques to improve your own relationship skills.

Even when people are sure of their love, the decision to enter into marriage is always a gamble — as is clear from the commonly quoted statistic that 50% of marriages end in divorce. An important question that naturally arises from this number is what are those who remain happy together doing right?

All marriages have their ups and downs; all people have their strengths and weaknesses; and all couples have areas of disagreement. But those who remain happy manage to view their relationship through a positive lens. They see the parts of their marriage that are most positive as the parts that are essential. However, most importantly, they are flexible about this. As the positive and negative aspects of their relationship shift with time, so does their judgment about what is essential — but they always focus on the most positive aspects in the moment.
Along with this positive perspective, they view their spouse’s problems, imperfections, or annoying habits in a way that neutralizes their impact. One approach they use is viewing these things in a benevolent way. For instance, a wife might understand her husband’s snapping as the result of a hard day instead of thinking of him as just being disrespectful. Such positive attributions help relationships to remain stable and supportive.

Another way partners remain happy together is by being aware of — and acknowledging — positives while allowing themselves to get upset about specific problems. In contrast, spouses who tend to be more blaming and less understanding create a negative environment at home. For them, specific problems appear bigger and tend to snowball. It’s amazing how a toilet seat left in the upright position can ruin a couple’s whole day together!
Some people are inherently better at seeing the positive side of situations and understanding others from a more compassionate perspective. And they will certainly be happier for it. But for the rest of us, this is a skill that can be learned — when people are interested in developing it. For instance, couples can practice sharing what makes them feel loved and then practice doing those things.

Unfortunately, life sometimes makes it hard to be positive. We all have only a limited amount of time and energy. So when problems pile up such as job stress, deaths of loved ones, illnesses, problems related to children, people’s inner resources become strained. Even the most charitable people can reach their limit, making it difficult to approach their marriage in positive ways. Because of this, it’s important for couples to nurture their relationship during the good times.
This way they have more positive feelings to rely upon when life gets tough.
In the end, maintaining a happy marriage is, to a large extent, about how couples approach each other. The more they can see their marriage in a positive light and can be supportive and understanding of each other, the more successful their marriage will be.

How To Keep Your Man From Cheating

How to keep your man from cheating

When men cheat, it is quiet simply, the other women are giving them what they need.

It might be a lack of affection, it might be a lack of love, that he doesn’t feel respected, it might just be that he wants that tingling sensation of being with someone who finds him sexy.

Whatever it is, if you want to keep him from cheating your best bet is to prevent any of these gaps from occurring in the first place.

This is a scary issue to confront though, I sympathize that being cheated on is not something any women wants to deal with, so if you learn how to keep him from cheating in the first place, hopefully you’ll never have to:

2. Pack out your own life - Why are you getting so obsessed with what your man is up to all the time?

If you set strict rules like this in your relationship, he’ll be more apt to break them and become a cheating man.
If you want to keep your man, you need to surround yourself with good friends, hobbies, rewarding work; in other words, keep your man from cheating by keeping your own life!

Women who are self-sufficient are sexy. If your man feels smothered by you, he’ll be more likely to wander astray to re-assert his freedom. So to keep him from cheating you must give him freedom yourself! Let him realise on his own that you’re the only women he wants to be with.

Nine times out-of-ten, a cheating man doesn’t go astray because he’s fallen in love with another woman, but simply because the other woman gives him a feeling that is missing from his own relationship.

3. Are things staying sexy? - I really want to write this article without using hackneyed old dating terms like “spicing things up” or “turn up the heat”.

But seriously, is there still surprise in your relationship? Has sex got tiresomely predictable? Have you got no new moves to teach each other (In and out of the bedroom!)? One reason men cheat is because their life has become so dull they just need to go out and feel something different?

This is the need for VARIETY - But the great thing is, you can create that feeling yourself. Little gifts, new places, fun dates, surprise holidays - Keep your man guessing!

Think creatively about your relationship and keep it fresh and your man won’t feel like he’s in Groundhog Day, living the same stuff over and over again!

4. Make him feel wanted - Men cheat because they don’t feel wanted.

Sometimes women get so caught up in a cycle of game-playing and one-oneupmanship that their man starts feeling unappreciated.

Men want to feel like their woman still fancies them, which is often the need cheating satisfies when they sleep with other women.

When a man feels left out and unwanted in his own relationships, he will feel the need to validate himself by sleeping with other women to feel like a man again (something he’s not getting from his relationship.)

Hopefully this all isn‘t a worry you‘ll have to deal with, but if you ever have been cheated on, let’s hope it’s a thing of the past.

Seventeen secret ways to keep your lover

1- Men Say "I Love You" With Actions
Some men prefer to express their feelings through actions rather than words. Your guy may say "I love you" by fixing things around the house, tidying up the yard, or even taking out the trash -- anything that makes your world a better place.

2- Men Take Commitment Seriously
Men have a reputation for being afraid to commit. But the evidence suggests men take marriage seriously. They may take longer to commit because they want to make sure they are onboard for good. In a survey of currently married men, 90% say they would marry the same woman again.

3- He Really Is Listening
When you're listening to someone talk, you probably pipe in with a "yes" or "I see" every now and then. It's your way of saying, "I'm listening." But some guys don't do this. Just because a man isn't saying anything doesn't mean he's not listening. He may prefer to listen quietly and think about what you're saying.

4- Shared Activities Form Bonds
Men strengthen their relationships primarily through shared activities more than by sharing thoughts or feelings. For many men, activities like sports and sex make them feel closer to their partner.

5- Men Need Time for Themselves
While shared activities are important, men also need time for themselves. Whether your guy enjoys golf, gardening, or working out at the gym, encourage him to pursue his hobbies, while you make time for your own. When both partners have space to nurture their individuality, they have more to give to each other.

6- Men Learn From Their Fathers
If you want to know how a man will act in a relationship, get to know his dad. Some say men learn about their relationship role by watching and listening to their fathers. How they are with each other and how the father relates to the mother can predict how a man will relate to his wife.

7- Men Let Go Faster Than Women
Women tend to remember negative experiences longer and may have lingering feelings of stress, anxiety, or sadness. In contrast, men are less likely to dwell on unpleasant events and tend to move on more quickly. So while you may still want to talk about last night's argument, your guy may have already forgotten about it.

8- Men Don't Pick Up on Subtle Cues
Men are more likely to miss subtle signals like tone of voice or facial expressions. And they are especially likely to miss sadness on a woman's face. If you want to make sure your guy gets the message, be direct.

9- Men Respond to Appreciation
Showing appreciation for your guy can make a big difference in the way he acts. Take parenting. Studies show that fathers are more involved in care-giving when their wives value their involvement and see them as competent.

10- Men Think About Sex ... A Lot
OK, so maybe this one is no secret. The majority of men under age 60 think about sex at least once a day, compared with only a quarter of women. And that's not all. Men fantasize about sex nearly twice as often as women do, and their fantasies are much more varied. They also think more about casual sex than women do. But thinking is not the same as doing.

11- Men Find Sex Significant
It's a myth that most men think sex is just sex. For many, sex is a very important act between two committed people. And just like most women, men find sexual intimacy to be most satisfying in the context of a committed relationship. One reason is that long-term partners know how to please one another better than strangers do.

12- He Likes It When You Initiate Sex
Most guys feel as though they're the ones who always initiate sex. But they also like to be pursued and wish their partner would take the lead more often. Don't be shy about letting your guy know you're in the mood. Initiating sex some of the time may lead to a higher level of satisfaction for both of you.

13- Guys Aren't Always Up for Sex
Men, much to many women's surprise, aren't always in the mood for sex. Just like women, men are often stressed by the demands of work, family, and paying the bills. And stress is a big libido crusher. When a guy says, "not tonight," it doesn't mean he's lost interest in you. He just means he doesn't want to have sex right then.

14- Men Like Pleasing Their Partner
Your pleasure is important to your man. But he won't know what you want unless you tell him. Too many women feel uncomfortable talking about what they like and don't like. If you can tell him clearly in a way that doesn't bruise his ego, he'll listen. Because he knows he'll feel good if you feel good.

15- Guys Get Performance Anxiety
Most men get performance anxiety on occasion, especially as they age. Your guy may worry about his physique, technique, and stamina. If you can help him learn to relax and stay focused on the pleasures of the moment, sex will become less stressful.

16- Men May Stray When Needs Aren't Met
If a man doesn't feel loved and appreciated in his relationship, he may turn elsewhere for satisfaction. For one man, that may mean burying himself in work. Another may develop a fixation on sports or video games. And some men cheat. To avoid this, partners need to work together to meet each other's needs.

17- He's Vested in You
Most men realize there's a lot to lose if a long-term relationship goes sour – not just each other's company, but the entire life you've built together. If you're willing to work to strengthen your marriage, chances are your man will be, too.

How to get the correct Bra measurement

Believe it or not, 7 out of 10 women wear the wrong size bra, some studies show as much as 95%.
[1] The most common mistake is wearing a band size which is too big, and/or a cup size which is too small
Popular shows like Oprah and TLCs have dedicated entire shows to the subject,What not to Wear since the problem is so rampant amount women.
The average bra size is often quoted as 36C, most people who wear this size should actually be wearing either a 34D, 34DD, 32DD or 32E bra. The true average bra size is around 34DD.
[2] Cup sizes are in proportion to the band size, so a D cup, for example, is not the same size in every bra. A 32D is the same size as a 34C or 36B, but on a smaller frame. A 28F is actually 2 cup sizes smaller than a 38D.
[3] If you are fairly slim, then you may well need a large cup size even though your bust doesn't look any bigger than average.

Measure your band size
First put on your favorite bra that you think makes your breasts the right shape and feels most comfortable. Next you will need to find a flexible measuring tape (the kind a seamstress would use). You may also need to grab a trusted friend to help you measure, since it is difficult to keep the tape level around your body. The first measurement to take is around your ribcage, just below your breasts. Now add 5 to this number to get your band size. If the resulting band size was an odd number, you will need to round up to the next even number since bra bands only come in even numbers. For instance, if you measured 31 inches, your band size should be 32. If you measured 34 inches, your band size may be 34 or 36.

Measure for Cup Size
The most accurate way to determine your cup size is by using your current bra size as a starting point. The cups are sized relative to the band, so if you were to try a smaller band size but keep the same cup size, the cups would be too small. Instead, you must increase the cups by one size for every band that you go down. For example, if you are currently wearing a 34C bra and your underbust measures 31 inches, then you will most likely need a 32D. On a 30" band, this would be a 30DD.

Advice about getting a bra fitting
The band size (or chest size) is the number part of your bra size. The cup size is the letter part. EX: if you are in a 36 B, then 36 is the band and B is the cup.
You are not going to get as good of a measurement as someone else would by measuring yourself. Let someone else measure you.
A measurement CAN be done over the bra you are wearing AND over your T-shirt. If you plan on getting fitted, don't wear a thick shirt like a sweatshirt or sweater.
If you have large and/or sagging breasts, then when the person is taking your band measurement, you should pull up on your bra's shoulder straps so that she can get the measuring tape under your breast for an accurate measurement.

EX: I had 2 different sale ladies "fit" me a year ago. One did not have me pull up on my straps and told me I was a 44DD. The size seemed to work but I was messing with my bra all day long and the wire kept poking me. I went back and a second lady "fitted" me and had me pull up on my straps and came out with a 40 DDD, which turned out to be my "true" size. The wire stopped hurting me and I stopped messing with my bra while I wore it.
If you wear a bra with padding or stuff your bra, then you are not going to get an accurate measurement. If you plan on getting fitted, wear a bra without padding.
Not all fittings will tell you the "right" size, but will give you a good place to start at usually.
Try on different styles of bras. Every style fits and feels different and can "shape" your breast differently.
Don't rush trying on bras. Really pay attention to how they fit and feel. Go bra shopping when you know you have the TIME for it. Many women have had to take up to an hour or more trying on several different sizes and styles to find the bra that gave them the fit and feel they wanted.
If your bra fits correctly, it should NOT be painful or uncomfortable to wear.

How to win your Women

What do Men Want to Hear
Unlike what we might be brought up to believe, men have emotional needs too and there are certain phrases that most men would love to hear to feel appreciated. Unfortunately for fear of sounding silly, for pride or timidity we don’t tell our men often enough how much we appreciate them. Can you remember when was the last time you sincerely thanked your man for something he did for you? Or can you honestly say when was the last time you gave a compliment to your boyfriend or husband? Once in a long term relationship, most women have a tendency to take their men for granted.
With this in mind I have collected a few phrases that I think men would like to hear from their women. Come on, join in and tell us which are the phrases that you would like to hear the most from your woman. And you girls tell us which are in your opinion the most romantic, complimentary or sexy thing you’ve ever told your man.
Phrases for the romantic:
[1] “I like you”. To whisper these little 3 words with a languid accent has an incomparable power over a man’s ego. We will hug you and be proud of having you by his side.

[2] “I trust you, I know you can do it”. This is a really magic phrase it proves the confidence you have in him, in his physical and mental strength. Men love this one as it makes them feel almighty powerful. Also you can use this phrase when you want your man to do something for you. For example if you want him to change the wallpaper in your room or take care of your cat while you go on vacation, all you need do is to whisper this phrase and he will be proud to do whatever you are asking him to do.
[3] "You're the best". I don’t think this one needs explaining.

[4] " I am so lucky I met you" For him this means “you are marvelous, absolutely great and more important you make love like a god !”

[5] “What would I do without you” this is another ego booster. This is the perfect phrase for those situations when you are in trouble and he saves you. Like for example the day your car breaks down and he drives you to your workplace, or the afternoon when your nanny is sick and he offers to look after the children while you go out shopping with your girlfriends.
[6] "We are a team, baby!", this is perfect to let him know that you support him, that you are a couple and his aspirations are important for you.

  For the more intimate moments
1. "You drive me crazy, I am mad about you" Another phrase that does not need any explanation.
2. “You are so hot”
3. "What would please you tonight?" This is perhaps the most aphrodisiac phrase you can tell your man; but be careful if you say it you must be prepared to assume your responsibility and try to please him. This phrase is open to all kind of “indecent proposals” are you ready for them.?
4. “I had an erotic dream and you were in it…” If he asks you to tell him about it, say that you will show him instead!
5. "Spank me Daddy"

Listen to your man to know what he wants to hear from you

If you want to know what your man wants to hear from you, first LISTEN to him. As the saying goes, “God gave all of us two ears and a single mouth so that we may hear twice as much as we speak”. Careful listening to your man will enable you to pick up his emotional needs at the time of your conversation. We all need to hear different things at different times, listen carefully and you will know what he needs.

How to win your man

What do men want to hear
What men want to say is from woman's point of view but is written candidly and does justice to cutting down on what women so to men. Men do not like to hear a lot of talk from women because they are more interested in the quietness of their thoughts knowing that they do not have to say the wrong thing if they are not asked to respond to something that a woman has said. Men really are afraid at the early part of a relationship
that they may say the wrong things and they want to get to home plate without any disagreements or talk that may take them elsewhere instead of the bedroom.

Women as people who can enhance their looks or otherwise think that their man can be wooed with the right words because isn't that what the various magazines teaches. Most men would think that it is shallow to follow those stupid suggestions in Cosmopolitan that was written probably by women for women without any in depth interviews. But women nevertheless seek to learn how to talk to men so that they can start and stay in a relationship that may lead to marriage. Most women still like marriage and that is the goal believe it not. Men when you approach a woman and get into a relationship, the end result to her is marriage.

Silence is golden but women know that very little is going to get done if two people just hang around each other without saying anything. There will be no scenario of the man reading the paper and the woman knitting to start an exciting relationship.
Men would rather not say too much especially if it means that they have to get up and do something that they are content in doing for the moment. Unless you are inclined to make the evening one of fun and games preferably in the bedroom with little or no talking.
Although of lately, it is being said that men like to talk and gossip just as much as women, the change has yet to be documented.Men are more apt to tune you out if you start a gossip conversation so do not talk about what is happening in another man's love life unless it involves him
