It was a long gap from this platform. Blogging was always a passion for me. Life's ups and downs had forced me to stay away from the most loveliest platform. Today I had decided to write some words.
According to me everyday I had learning some new lessons. We are running a business here. For the past few years I had doing it peripherally. But now I had loved its risk taking methods victories and the sense of team work and above all the freedom involved in own establishment.

We had faced a grave flood in last few weeks. We had also participated in activities related to this calamity. I think these situations made me more stronger.

Anyway I will try to post everyday .

Today I had read the book of Rhonda Byrne. It was the magic. It specifies the importance of gratitude in our lives. I am listing 10 things today for which I am grateful for...

I am grateful for the temple nearby for having a serene atmosphere near my home. Most of the days I wake up by hearing the nice songs from temple.
I am grateful for my loving family. My lovely husband and my children makes my circle complete. It's my daily routine to watch them sleep in mornings.
I am grateful for my small garden. Every morning that small patch of greenery make me more energetic and rejuvenated.
I am grateful for the lovely birds around my home. Their noise make me lively.
I am grateful for my kitchen. It's my Adobe in mornings.
I am grateful for the boy who bring me pure milk from his home.
I am grateful for the vibrant neighbours.
I am grateful for the small library I have.
I am grateful for yoga through which I practice pranayama and as an as

It was the name of ooty in ancient time. East India company renamed it as ooty. Still we can find lot of things reminding the British. British model buildings and we can find lot of foreign trees in botanical garden. In that garden we can see short descriptions in main places. In it the Italian garden had made by the prisoners of world war II.

Ooty was an ever time destination in my wishlist. This time after leaping lot of hurdles we went to Ooty for two days. Enjoyed, rejuvenated, mesmerised by the beauty of nature and gratefulness filled my heart, it's mist entered into my mind, it's history carried me to the colonial era. It's grace remembered me of a foreign country. I had promised my mind to come back once more. It's a lot to write about ooty. I will give a detailed description of our journey in next post.

Elephants at munnar

It was great surprise to us during our munnar trip to see such a wandering of elephants. Munnar is a wonderfu place with its snowy mountains, tea gardens, neelakurinji, water falls,trekking areas and lot of other unique places to visit. Munnar has still it's evergreen wilderness laced with history of colonisation. We can see dilapidated bungalows everywhere. Every tea factory have stories to tell. It's a must visit place in kerala to see the beauty of nature and to experience the unpolluted climate.

Ambazhanga or hog plum is a common available fruit in kerala.
its sour taste made it suitable for pickles.
I had posted some images of tree in my nature blog.here

Ripe fruit of ambazhanga is very tasty. In my childhood days we will collect the fruits from the ground and savour the taste. These fruits are very dear to me because it evokes the child in me.

It was a small gathering of elders near the temple. Most of they had crossed 80.
They are sincerely trying to form a group which recites aksharaslokam. Whenever one remembers a shlokam correctly they had done a big applause to encourage them.
Some shed tears when they got an applause for their recital. Some said they had not yet got an applause in their life time. Every mind needs an appreciation to move on with more vigour and will.

If you are not getting any appreciation from any side applause yourself with a big smile on every morning. Always try to appreciate at least one person everyday, it may be your children, spouse, colleagues, neighbours or friends.

Some places etches strong images in our mind. One week ago we had visited the most beautiful hills of kerala, Neelakurinji adorned it's walkways and it's the graze yard of the most exclusive nilagiri thar. More over the second highest peak of India, aanamudi is a part of it. It's the eravikulam national park. The mist, grass lands, slippery rocks, lots of medicinal plants and the positivity of that place, I think it's a must visit place in our life time.

It's a nice place to feel the shola forests. It's a must visit place in kerala.my words are not enough to describe the untouched wild beauty of that hills but it's refreshing, rejuvenating and after this visit we will start to love nature more.
