They are little plastic bottles filled with Rainbow coloured Jelly Belly, Jelly Beans and stuffed with Rainbow Swirl Lollipops. I tied a ribbon around the bottle necks and used a 3/4" punch to add a TDB confetti circle for the personalized touch.
