Teaching others to Pay it Forward is possibly one of the most valuable tools an internet marketer can possibly utilize.

Every one who has even dabbled in online marketing can tell you their share of nightmares when it comes to a business opportunity that they joined. Many people have been burned by a company or single entity seeking to lure you in for the opportunity of a lifetime only to discover you are one of a million others who have taken this unique opportunity. In reality, you were just a number.

The key to making a decent long term residual monthly income is to research not only the opportunity itself, but the comments floating around about that opp; a very simple Google of an opportunity can save you volumes of time and money and energy. Go to the big networking sites for free and participate in the forums that might match your research category. There are tons of fellow marketers out there willing to share their individual experiences. Especially if the experience has been a negative one. Word of mouth carries more weight than these companies realize.

Once you have located your ideal marketing avenue, learn everything you can about the product. You have to be able to talk about your product intelligently, even if you are only responding to an email question or team member concern.

After learning all you can on the product, decide your target market and research all the avenues you can on promoting your product. Begin those processes to gather data and proof that your product is worthy and the system you use to promote works well.

Once you have packaged your efforts, you can then share your entire process with your potential team members and existing team members. You might even consider using the same methods you teach for helping your team members personally (i.e. make a mailing for them using your mailing account or credits from a safe list program). An unselfish move like this goes a long way in the pay it forward concept.

The end result; you will earn a life-long committed team member with no reason to leave. You will also inspire them to duplicate your efforts and help others, thereby helping you in the end.

This is how I am succeeding with my current business and will continue to excel.
