Don't be embarrassed by your bedroom disaster, it happens to the best of us. One minute your room is clean and the next its a total disaster, and all you did was turn your back on it for a second. Its starts with one item left on the floor, weird. I think the stuff has a life of its own and they decide to revolt and turn your life upside down the minute leave the room.

Nothing has changed since the 70's, bedroom disasters where the same then as they are now. I am sure bedroom disasters go back thousands of years. Timmy probably was lost for many years and one day they found him.

Hey that sounds like a movie about a boy who was lost in his bedroom disaster and was found 30 years later when they cleaned it. He survived on left over sodas and food scraps. Had to fend off mutant rats with spears made from old crusty clothes and hid under the bed wrapped in dust bunnies to stay warm for months on end. It could happen.

Wow this messy room is quite a prize among bedroom disasters and I am sure one day it will be cleaned up and organized. The way I deal with my disasters is that I start by attacking things that are alike and making piles. With my girls room I makes piles for: Socks, Shirts, Dirty Laundry, Stuffed Animals, Dress Up Clothes, Plastic Toys, and Garbage. This method seems to make it go pretty fast, and it helps me from getting overwhelmed. Good luck with that.

Lots to look at here but this home office disaster is one of the worst so far, and it also comes with a storage bedroom disaster for all the computer equipment and miscellaneous other stuff. Here is what a bedroom disaster looks like 42 years later taken by the occupants sister. I see a half filled garbage bag (I am an optimist) that was started but later abandoned due to more pressing "projects". Right in the middle of cleaning the ADD kicks up and you're of to better and more interesting ideas. I speak from experience. Now days when I clean the house I start from one end and work around the room, its the only way to get-r-done.
