Basically all it has to be is something that you enjoy doing enabling you to have fun. If you aren't having fun, how can it be reliving stress?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is easy,simple and you can do it everyday. It could be just going for a walk enjoying yourself. It does not have to be anything complicated and it is not rocket science. It could also be playing a game like disc golf. I have recently discovered that disc golf is a lot of fun and it reliefs stress while giving you a little bit of exercise. It is challenging but it is not hard and anyone can do it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Doing things that you love to do is a part of life. Taking time for yourself and doing something you love to do is the best stress relief activity. Sometimes I think we try to take too big of steps.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Motivation for weight loss can be as simple as rewarding yourself when you get to a certain weight that your aiming for. You may need to be given a reason to stay active. Like for instance, joining a softball team. It is a lot of fun, it's not the most intense sport but it will get you out of the house because it gives you a reason. The team depends on their players, the other team mates will motivate you. It gives you a reason to get outdoors and do something fun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you get on a winning streak, then it's even more of a blast! You will work hard to get and keep that streak. It will be a reward for you and your teammates.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If softball is not your bag, their are plenty more ways to stay active. Maybe you like baseball, it is a little different then softball. Football is another one, I would say this one is more active then those to.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It does not have to be a sport, but they are great ways for motivation. Lets take for example gardening. It is not the most active thing you can do, but hey it will get you out of the house and getting some exercise. Plus you get excellent healthy vegetables which are good for your diet. It is like you kill two birds with one stone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rollerblading can be fun too! Going places on your Rollerblade s like the park or your friends house. Maybe you like going around the city.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Walking can be a great way also. Instead of taking the car to places, take a walk to them. Walking burns calories too! Taking a walk can be enjoyable because you can look at the things around you and realize the beauty of everything. Everytime I decide to start to jog, I tend to over push myself the first days and then say heck with it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I found an 8 week program that I just started trying out and my first day didn't seem to bad. The only thing that I screwed up on it, is I ended up going a little to far so I did more sets of the jogging part. I don't feel horrible like I do whenever I started jogging. I must keep in mind that I need to follow the program because it gradually increases your time. Instead of me trying to jog 6 miles the first day, this aid me in getting up to that point.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here's what I will be doing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now your suppose to start out with a warm up of walking from 5-10 minutes, I just did the first 6 minute walk as my warm up. In weeks to come I will have to do an acually warm up because it requires you to walk for 1 minute and I need at least 5 minutes for my warm-up&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Week One: Walk for 6 minutes and jog for 1 minute, repeat this 3 times. I think I ended up doing it 4 or 5 times. 3 sessions 3 times a week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Week Two: Walk 5 minutes and the jog for 2 minutes. This is a minute difference for both things. 3 sessions 3 times a week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Week Three: Walk 3 minutes and then jog 4 minutes, repeat 4 times. 4 sessions 4 times a week. Notice how it increases a little bit each week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Week Four: Walk 2 minutes and the jog 5 minutes, repeat 4 times. 4 sessions 4 times a week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Week Five: Walk 2 minutes and jog 8 minutes, repeat this 3 times. 4 sessions this week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Week Six: Walk 2 minutes and jog 9 minutes, repeat this 3 times. 4 sessions this week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Week Seven: Walk 1 minute and jog 11 minutes, repeat 3 times. 4 sessions this week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Week Eight: Walk 5 minutes to begin and done with the work out. Having to get something done but then bam, the back pain hits you out of no where. This is no fun at all and is very stressful. Back pain is caused by simple muscle strains over time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can reduce back pain by doing some simple stretches. When having a stiff back, sometimes the neck is stiff also so try these exercises.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While sitting or standing, bend the head over towards your chest until you can feel the exercise in your neck.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gently bend the neck so your ear tries to touch your shoulder until you can feel the exercise in the side of the neck.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here are some back stretches.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While lying down, bring your knees toward your chest and flexing your head forward.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While lying on the floor, have your feet flat, take you hands behind your bent knees and pull towards your chest.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are just a few of the many stretches you can do!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You may also want to try to go into a hot tub, the jets will make your back feel mighty good. It is important to do stretches before you start working or working out. This will warm up your muscles making it less likely to pull something that causes pain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Their is a system called Lose the Back Pain System. I like getting my protein from steaks the most. I try not to eat steak to much since it contains fats and this will not aid in weight loss. Protein triggers a hormone inside the body that will satisfy your hunger. This will cause you to eat less.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By eating foods with proteins in the morning, it will trigger this hormone and you will feel full throughout the day. This will aid in weight loss because you won't be taking in as many calories through out the day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To lose weight, you have to watch what comes with the protein. If a lot of fat comes with the protein, you are going to want to make a different choice. Try to pick the leanest cuts if its beef. Fish and Poultry are the best choices for protein in animal meat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The best source of protein is in vegetables. This is because vegetables don't have that high fat concentration. Vegetables also include a whole bunch of minerals and vitamins that are good for the body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vegetables with the complete amount of amino acids for the proteins are as follows, soy beans and other soy products, buck wheat, spirulina and the grain quinoa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Incomplete vegetables have to be combined with other incomplete vegetables to make a complete protein.  Here is a list of a few incomplete vegetables. Grains such as barley, bulgur, cornmeal, oats, rice, pasta, rye, wheat. Legumes are beans, lentils, dried peas, peanuts, chickpeas, soy products. Nuts and seeds are sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, cashews, pumpkins seeds and plenty of other nuts. When combined from 2 of the groups, this forms complete protein.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Proteins do aid in weight loss.
