Hi everyone,

I've been M.I.A for a while. Lots going on personally. But I'm back now and I'm getting back into the blogging swing of things. Thanks for continuing to post messages here. I love knowing that there are more of you out there sharing my same struggle through perimenopause.

Not much improvement to share. I wish I could say the symptoms are better, but they are worse actually. So... let's just say my PMS got a little "out of order" last month. There was a hormone surge or something. Anyway I felt it, and I'm sure my co-workers did too.
This doesn't always happen. Some months breeze by and the PMS is hardly noticeable. But I can tell that overall, I have to say it's getting worse.

It seems like all around me people are getting divorced or separated. It occurred to me that this seems to happen a lot for couples in the 38 to 50 age range. 


Perimenopause also takes place during that time. Hmm… Could there be a correlation?
