Eu fui num bar aqui em Itajubá e fiquei&amp;nbsp;decepcionado com o prato que pedi &amp;nbsp;(buffalo wings (asinhas de frango) com molho barbecue ) por dois motivos: carne sem sabor e molho industrializado (parecia um xarope). Então, resolvi eu mesmo fazer o prato, esse valeu cada centavo.&lt;/div&gt;

- 1 kg de asa de frango&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sobremesa de cebola desidratada&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de chá de alho desidratado&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sobremesa de salsinha desidratada&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de mostarda Dijon&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 ml de água.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Misture todos os ingrediente e deixe por 8 minutos na panela de pressão.&lt;br /&gt;
- Pré-aqueça o forno (alto)&lt;br /&gt;
- Passe a carne para uma travessa, leve ao forno e deixe até ficar douradinho.&lt;br /&gt;

- 1 xic de molho de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cebola roxa picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 dente de alho ralado&lt;br /&gt;
- sal a gosto (1 colher de café)&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sobremesa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sobremesa de mostarda Dijon&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de &lt;a href="http://www.aioli.com.br/evento.php?id=24" target="_blank"&gt;fumaça liquida&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque o azeite na panela, adicione a cebola e o alho,mexa bem a coloque o açúcar, deixe caramelizar.&lt;br /&gt;
- Adicione o molho de tomate (se for molho de tomate pronto, experimente o sal antes de acrescentar mais), adicione a mostarda e a fumaça liquida, corrija o sal.&lt;br /&gt;
- Sirva junto com a asa de frango.&lt;br /&gt;

- 4 coxinhas de asa de frango&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de mostarda Dijon&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de chimichurri&lt;br /&gt;
- 80 ml de conhaque&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Misture todos os ingredientes na carne e deixe marinar por 3 horas.&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque tudo na panela de pressão e deixe por 10 minutos na pressão (fogo baixo)&lt;br /&gt;
- Pré-aqueça o forno&lt;br /&gt;
- Tire as coxinhas da panela e coloque numa assadeira e asse até ficar &amp;nbsp;dourada.&lt;br /&gt;
- Sirva com batatas assada.&lt;br /&gt;

- 150 ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 gramas de vagem picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 batatas médias em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cenoura em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cebola picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 dente de alho&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 colheres de sopa de manteiga Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
- sal ( a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 colheres de sopa de cebolinha picada&lt;br /&gt;

- Esquente a água e deixe o&lt;a href="http://comidaboaboa.blogspot.com.br/2012/04/funghi-porcini.html" target="_blank"&gt; cogumelo porcini&lt;/a&gt; de molho por 15 minutos. Retire os cogumelos e reserve a água. O truque é retirar os cogumelos com a mão sem mexer muito com a água, deixe essa água descansar por 1 minuto, e coloque essa água em um copo, mas não coloque tudo, pois fica uma areia no fundo do&amp;nbsp;recipiente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque 1 colher de sopa de manteiga na panela de pressão, adicione o dente de alho, frite rapidamente e retire o alho, coloque a carne (sal a gosto), e a cebola e deixe por 7 minutos na pressão.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Acrescente os legumes na panela, coloque a água onde os cogumelos ficaram de molho, corrija o sal e deixe por mais 7 minutos na pressão. Retire apenas os legumes e coloque numa travessa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Derreta 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga, acrescente os cogumelos e deixe fritar (pitada de sal e pimenta do reino), deixe fritar por 40 segundos, desligue o fogo e acrescente a cebolinha picada.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque o cogumelo na manteiga nos legumes e sirva quente.&lt;br /&gt;

- 500 gramas de carne moída&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cebola pequena ralada&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 dente de alho ralado&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cenouras médias raladas&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 folhas de brócolis médias bem picadinhas&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 colheres de sopa de cebolinha picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa (bem cheia) de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;
- sal ( a gosto - sugestão 1 colher de chá)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Misture todos os ingredientes, coloque em uma forma pequena (untada com azeite).&lt;br /&gt;
- Pré-aqueça o forno (médio)&lt;br /&gt;
- Leve para assar em papel alumínio após 30 minutos tire o papel e deixe &amp;nbsp;dourar.&lt;br /&gt;

Então em homenagem a minha querida cunhada Sandra Ross que fez um delicioso estrogonofe de frango ontem e deixou um "restinho " aqui em casa, e elaborei duas receitas para reaproveitar esse delicioso prato.&lt;/div&gt;

- 300 gramas de mandioquinha salsa picada&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
- 80 ml de leite Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de café de orégano&lt;br /&gt;
- sal ( a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque a água na panela, a mandioquinha picada e a manteiga e deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo até amolecer a mandioquinha. Quando a água estiver secando coloque o leite, e amasse bem, misture o sal e o orégano e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;

- 500 gramas de lagarto (carne bovina)&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 dente de alho picadinho&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cebola grande picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 120 ml de molho madeira Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Corte a carne em pedaços menores (faça bifes)&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque a carne, o molho madeira, a água, o alho e a cebola na panela de pressão, e deixe na pressão por 40 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
- Desfie a carne e junte com o molho na panela&lt;br /&gt;

- Em uma assadeira, unte com azeite, arrume os bifes espalhando pela assadeira.&lt;br /&gt;
- Adicione o sal, o chimichurri e coloque as fatias de tomate, cebola e pimentão por cima e salpique mais um pouco de sal regue com azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
- Cubra &amp;nbsp;a assadeira com papel alumínio e deixe no forno (médio - pré-aquecido) por 30 minutos, retire o papel, acrescente o molho madeira e deixe por mais 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

- 400 gramas de peito de frango em cubos pequenos&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cebola média picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 dente de alho ralado&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sobremesa de mostarda&amp;nbsp;l'ancienne&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de manteiga Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 colheres de sopa de cebolinha picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa rasa de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 colheres de sopa de requeijão&lt;br /&gt;
- sal (a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lata de milho verde&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Derreta a manteiga, coloque a cebola, o alho, refogue rapidamente e acrescente o peito de frango (sal a gosto).&lt;br /&gt;
- Mexa até a carne cozinhar, adicione as cebolinhas e a mostarda, mexa e coloque a farinha de trigo,mexa rapidamente por 1 minutos e adicione o milho e por fim coloque o requeijão.&lt;br /&gt;
- Deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;Pão para cobertura e base:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 a 8 fatias de pão de forma&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 ml de creme de leite Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Bata os ovos com pitada de sal, junte o creme de leite e bata novamente.&lt;br /&gt;
- Unte uma forma, e pré-aqueça o forno (médio)&lt;br /&gt;
- Passe cada fatia de pão nesse creme de ovo e forre uma forma média, coloque o recheio de frango cremoso e cubra com o pão passado no creme de ovo.&lt;br /&gt;
- opcional: coloque gergelim por cima.&lt;br /&gt;
- Leve ao forno por 30 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;

- Na panela de pressão coloque 1 dente de alho, as cebolas e cerveja, o sal e as sobrecoxas, tampe e deixe por 1 hora na geladeira.&lt;/div&gt;

-400 gramas de peito de frago&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 dente de alho picadinho&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cebola média picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 80 gramas de bacon em cubos pequenos&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 gramas de macarrão em forma de concha (conchiglione)&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 ml de molho de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 colheres de sopa de cebolinha picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 colheres de sopa de parmesão ralado&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Prepare as conchas conforme as instruções da embalagem e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
- Na panela de pressão, coloque o bacon, deixe fritar um pouco, adicione o peito de frango (tempere com sal e pimenta do reino a gosto), a cebola e o alho.&lt;br /&gt;
- Mexa tudo por 2 minutos, adicione a água e deixe por 10 minutos na pressão.&lt;br /&gt;
- Desfie o frango, junte o bacon que ficou na panela, a cebolinha e o parmesão.&lt;br /&gt;
- Recheie as conchas com esse recheio de &amp;nbsp;frango desfiado,&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque o molho de tomate em uma travessa, e coloque as conchas recheadas por cima, cubra com papel&amp;nbsp;alumínio&amp;nbsp;e leve ao forno por 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

- 800 gramas de Acem em cubos (pode ser Músculo)&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 batatas médias em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cenoura médias em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cebola picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 dente de alho picadinho&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de chá de salsinha desidratada&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de maionese&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sobremesa de mostarda Dijon&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de café de sal (ou a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de manteiga Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Na panela &amp;nbsp;de pressão derreta a manteiga, adicione a cebola e o alho e a carne, sempre mexendo, coloque a maionese e a mostarda, o sal e a salsinha.&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque a água (nesse momento corrija o sal), e deixe por 30 minutos na pressão (fogo baixo).&lt;br /&gt;
- Adicione os legumes e deixe por mais 10 minutos na pressão.&lt;br /&gt;

- 4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 colheres de sopa de creme de leite Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 gramas de mussarela&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 salsichas cozidas e fatiadas&lt;br /&gt;
- sal ( a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 colheres de sopa de cebolinha picada&lt;br /&gt;

- Fatie as batatas (fatias 1 cm),cozinhe ao dente, escorra e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
- Unte uma travessa média com margarina e esfarinhe.&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque as batatas como base (pitada de sal), coloque por cima as salsichas, a mussarela e a cebolinha.&lt;br /&gt;
- Bata os ovos, pitada de sal e creme de leite, e coloque por cima de tudo.&lt;br /&gt;

- 400 gramas de peito de frango em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
- 300 gramas de penne&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de manteiga Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cebola média em pétalas&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 pimentão em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cenoura fatiada&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 gramas de vagem picada&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 ml de molho branco Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 colheres de sopa de shoyu&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Derreta a manteiga e frite a carne de frango (pitada de sal), assim que o frango sair do aspecto de cru, adicione a vagem e mexe bem, deixe até a carne começar a dourar.&lt;br /&gt;
- Adicione a cenoura, cebola e pimentão,mexa bem, coloque o shoyu e deixe em fogo baixo por uns 5 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando.&lt;br /&gt;
- Prepare o penne conforme as instruções da embalagem.&lt;br /&gt;
- Assim que &amp;nbsp;a cenoura e a vagem estiverem ao dente (um pouco crocante ainda), adicione o molho branco e o penne, misture bem e sirva.&lt;br /&gt;

- 1 colher de sobremesa de mostarda Dijon&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de maionese&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sobremesa de cebola desidratada em flocos&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de café de alho desidratado&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de ervas secas (mistura de: salsinha, cebolinha, manjericão e orégano)&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de chá rasa de sal (ou a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;

- Corte a linguiça em pedaços menores.&lt;br /&gt;
- Tempere as coxinhas com o sal, as ervas, o alho e a cebola desidratada, a maionese e a mostarda e deixe descansar por 30 minutos na geladeira.&lt;br /&gt;
- Pré-aqueça o forno, e coloque as linguiças e as coxinhas para assarem por 40 minutos, ou até ficarem douradinhas.&lt;br /&gt;

- 150 gramas de chocolate ao leite&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 gramas de chocolate meio amargo&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 gramas de chocolate branco&lt;br /&gt;
- 12 bombons (tipo sonho de valsa e ouro branco)&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 &amp;nbsp;ml de creme de leite Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
- 500 ml de creme de leite para chantilly&lt;br /&gt;

- Bata no liquidificado o leite, a maizena e o leite consensado.&lt;br /&gt;
- Leve ao fogo (brando), sempre mexendo, assim que levantar fervura, deixe por 3 minutos e desligue o fogo e misture o creme de leite.&lt;br /&gt;
- Divida o creme 2 porções iguais.&lt;br /&gt;
- Em uma porção acrescente o chocolate branco picado, mexa até derreter. Tampe e deixe esfriar completamente.&lt;br /&gt;
- Na outra &amp;nbsp;porção acrescente o chocolate meio amargo e o ao leite picado, mexa até derreter. Tampe e deixe esfriar completamente.&lt;br /&gt;
- Bata o creme de leite para fazer chantilly.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Montagem: Em uma travessa média (ou em taças individuais). Coloque o creme de chocolate branco, adicione os bombons picados, cubra com o creme de chocolate e finalize com chantilly. Decore a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

- 3 cebolas médias&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
- 8 - 10 &lt;a href="http://www.marilan.com/produtos/produtos.aspx?cda_categoria=17" target="_blank"&gt;torradas tipo magic toast&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 ovos batidos&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 pacote de &lt;a href="http://www.pepsico.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/fandangos1.jpeg" target="_blank"&gt;salgadinho tipo fandangos&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 ml de &lt;a href="http://www.mococa.com.br/site/Produtos.do?acao=consultarPorCategoria&amp;amp;vo.grupo.codigo=14" target="_blank"&gt;molho branco Mococa&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- sal ( a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
- pitada de sal (a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque na panela de pressão as cebolas, o sal e pimenta do reino, a água e a carne. Deixe por 35 minutos na pressão, retire &amp;nbsp;a carne e corte em pedaços bem pequenos ou desfie.&lt;br /&gt;
- Amasse a cebola que ficou na panela de pressão, junto com a água, e volte ao fogo e deixe o molho reduzir pela metade.&lt;br /&gt;
- Misture o ovo com o molho branco, triture os salgadinhos tipo fandangos e coloque nessa mistura.&lt;br /&gt;
- Em uma travessa coloque a metade do molho de cebola, as torradas por cima, a carne e a outra metade do molho de cebola.&lt;br /&gt;
- Cubra com a mistura de ovos, molho branco e fandangos.&lt;br /&gt;
- Leve ao forno (médio/pré-aquecido) por 25 minutos ou até a torta ficar douradinha.&lt;br /&gt;
