Ingredientes do Quibe:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
500 gramas carne moída&lt;br /&gt;
250 de trigo para quibe (deixe o quibe de molho por 2 horas)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sobremesa (rasa) de sal&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de café de pimenta Síria&lt;br /&gt;
1 colheres de sopa de maionese&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola média ralada&lt;br /&gt;
1 ovo&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xic de hortelã picada&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;
150 gramas de presunto&lt;br /&gt;
150 gramas de mussarela&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Misture todos os ingredientes do quibe, amasse bem.&lt;br /&gt;
- Abra a massa em um plástico, coloque o recheio e enrole como um rocambole (com a ajuda do plástico)&lt;br /&gt;
- Unte uma forma com azeite, coloque o "rocambole" e deixe assando em fogo médio por 35 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

1 kg de costela suina&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de chimichurri&lt;br /&gt;
8 cebolas médias cortadas&lt;br /&gt;
2 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
1 pedaço (do tamanho de seu polegar rsrs) gengibre descascado&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sobremesa de sal grosso&lt;br /&gt;
pitada de pimenta do reino&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque todos os ingredientes na panela de pressão (não vai água) e deixe por 15 minutos na pressão em fogo baixo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Retire a carne e transfira para uma assadeira e deixe por 25 minutos no forno pré-aquecido.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Com o liquido que ficou na panela de pressão, vá regando a carne enquanto assa no forno. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- O acompanhamento é uma polenta mole, parece purê de batata, mas não é. Se bem que um purê cairia muito bem com o prato também&lt;br /&gt;

500 ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de sal grosso&lt;br /&gt;
2 cebolas média cortadas ao meio&lt;br /&gt;
3 dentes de alho cortados ao meio&lt;br /&gt;
1 pedaço de gengibre (do tamanho de um dedão rsrs) cortado ao meio&lt;br /&gt;
1 ramos de alecrim&lt;br /&gt;
6 folhas de sálvia&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque todos os ingredientes na panela, e&amp;nbsp;depois que levantar fervura&amp;nbsp;deixe cozinhar por 8 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
200 gramas de parmesão ralado&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Retire as coxinhas e passe-as no parmesão, arrume-as em uma assadeira anti-aderente e deixe assar até ficarem crocantes ( + ou - 25 minutos de forno pré-aquecido).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dica. Asse cebolas junto com as coxinhas ...&lt;br /&gt;

pitada de pimenta do reino&lt;br /&gt;
pitada de aji-no-moto&lt;br /&gt;
cheiro verde a gosto (picadinho)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher sopa (cheia) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de óleo de gergelim torrado&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Montagem&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Macarrão cozido (ao dente) de sua preferência&lt;br /&gt;
Molho de tomate de sua preferência&lt;br /&gt;
fatias de queijo cheddar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Misture bem &amp;nbsp;todos os ingredientes da carne, modele como&amp;nbsp;hamburgers (eu gosto de hamburgers maiores e grosssos). Coloque para assar por 25 minutos. (a cebola, o bacon e o alho eu dou uma pequena refogada antes de misturar com a carne)&lt;br /&gt;
- Retire os hamburgers do forno,&amp;nbsp;adicione&amp;nbsp;por cima uma colher de molho de tomate e duas fatias de queijo cheddar, e deixe por mais 8 minutos no forno.&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque o molho quente no prato, o hamburger por cima, e envolta o macarrão com molho por cima. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
- E diga para seu filho: "Você é o único que comeu um Mac Macarrão Feliz ..."&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;

4 filés de peito de frango&lt;br /&gt;
sal (a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
pimenta do reino (a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sobremesa de mostarda escura&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de gengibre ralado&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola bem picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
azeitonas (a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
pinoles (a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
100 gramas de bacon em cubos (quase moído)&lt;br /&gt;
azeite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Tempere o filés de frango com sal e pimenta do reino&lt;br /&gt;
- Faça uma mistura com a mostarda e o gengibre e passe (espalhe) em cada filé.&lt;br /&gt;
- Por cima da carne coloque uma porção generosa de bacon (25g), a cebola, os pinoles e a azeitona. Regue com azeite e coloque no forno por 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
- Finalize com cebolinhas.&lt;br /&gt;

1º passo: Cozinhe a massa de sua preferência. depois de pronto, escorra e coloque um pouco de azeite por cima. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2º passo: Asse algumas fatias de mortadela até ficarem crocantes.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3º passo: Cozinhe os legumes (eu usei batata, cenoura e brócolis) numa mistura de: 200 ml de água, 80 ml de shoyu, 1/2 colher de café de sal, 1/2 colher de café de açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4º passo:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
400 gramas de peito de frango em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola média picadinha&lt;br /&gt;
1 dente de alho picadinho&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de manteiga Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta do reino a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
100 ml do molho dos legumes (shoyu)&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml de creme de leite de caixinha&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o azeite na panela, o alho e a cebola e refogue, adicione o peito de frango (temperado com sal e pimenta do reino) e mexa até o frango cozinhar, adicione a manteiga.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Na panela onde estão os legumes, retire 100 ml do molho. 50 ml &amp;nbsp;você coloca no macarrão que já está cozido, e 50 ml na panela onde está o peito de frango.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione os legumes (somente os legumes o resto do molho descarte) na panela, o creme de leite, mexa bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando levantar fervura desligue o fogo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sirva por cima do macarrão.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quebre as&amp;nbsp;mortadela&amp;nbsp;crocates e finalize o prato.&lt;br /&gt;

cebola, pimentão e tomate para enfeitar&lt;br /&gt;
Manteiga Mococa &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tempere a carne com sal, pimenta do reino, a polpa de maracuja, a mostarda, o alho e o alecrim, e deixe descansar por 1 hora na geladeira. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Derreta a manteiga numa frigideira (de preferência uma que possa ir ao forno e que tenha tampa) e frite bem a carne em fogo baixo, deixando tampado por mais ou menos 20 minutos (sempre mexendo).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque as cebolas, pimentões e tomates por cima e deixe por 40 minutos no forno médio (pré-aquecido).&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;- Para o feijão branco a minha dica é usar o “&lt;a href="http://www.yoki.com.br/nossas_marcas_2.asp?ac=Categoria&amp;amp;idMarca=24&amp;amp;idCat=29"&gt;a vapor – feijão Branco” da Yoki&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp; É muito prático, e gostoso (eta propaganda de graça !!!). Ou é só cozinhar o feijão branco de sua preferência e separe 1 xícara. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;- Cozinhe&amp;nbsp; o brócolis, a cenoura e a vagem, de preferência numa panela a vapor, e reserve.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;- Frite o lombo de porco no azeite, assim que começar a pegar cor, adicione o sal, a pimenta do reino, o alho, a cebola e o pimentão. Mexa bem até amolecer um pouco a cebola e o pimentão.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;- Misture a água com o shoyu e o açúcar, e coloque na panela junto com a carne. Adicione os feijão branco e os legumes, misture bem, abaixe o fogo e deixe por 4 minutos tampado. Depois é só servir.&lt;br /&gt;

Ontem eu fiz &lt;a href="http://feitonahora.blogspot.com/2012/01/panquecas-deywes-recheio-de-carne-moida.html"&gt;panquecas&lt;/a&gt; e sobrou recheio, o recheio virou farofa, pois eu acrescentei:&amp;nbsp;1/2 xic de farinha de milho e&amp;nbsp;1/2 xic de batata palha.&lt;br /&gt;

3 Abobrinhas Italiana (Zucchini)&lt;br /&gt;
Sobras (carne moida, frango desfiado, farofa etc...)&lt;br /&gt;
azeite&lt;br /&gt;
fondor&lt;br /&gt;
pimenta do reino&lt;br /&gt;
requeijão&lt;br /&gt;
manteiga Mococa&lt;br /&gt;
shoyu&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cebola picada&lt;br /&gt;
1 dente de alho ralada&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Corte as abobrinha pela metade e retire a poupa de todas. &amp;nbsp;Passe shoyu e azeite em cada uma, com a ajuda de um pincel, coloque uma pitada de fondor (ou sal) e pimenta do reino, coloque no forno pré-aquecido. Deixe por 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Numa panela, coloque 1 colher de sopa de manteiga, o alho e a cebola, junte com a poupa e cozinha até virar um purê.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Divida o purê nas abobrinhas (que estavam no forno), coloque a sobra (carne moida, farofa, frango etc..) e deixe por mais 20 minutos no forno. Retire e finalize com requeijão.&lt;br /&gt;

- Unte uma forma média (quadrada) com azeite, passe farinha de mandioca na forma.&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque a massa na forma, esparamando para que preencha a forma toda.&lt;br /&gt;
- Pré-aqueça o forno e coloque para assa e deixe até começar a ficar dourado.&lt;br /&gt;

- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Esquente o azeite na panela, adicione a cebola, o pimentão e as vagens, e mexa por 3 minutos,&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque a carne moida (temperando com sal e pimenta do reino), a cenoura, e mexa até a carne começar a ficar cozida.&lt;br /&gt;
- Adicione o milho verde, o shoyu, mexa por 5 minutos, tampe e deixe mais 5 minutos em fogo baixo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque o recheio em uma travessa e cubra com o purê de batata, leve ao forno (pré-aquecido) por 30 minutos, ou até começar a dourar.&lt;br /&gt;

1 colher de sopa de pó royal&lt;br /&gt;

O sabor dessa carne é muito bom, o conhaque e o abacaxi dá um toque tropical nessa receita. Eu servi a carne por cima de batatas assadas, e algumas eu servi por cima de abacaxi, ambas as combinações ficam muito boa. 400 gramas de coxão-mole em tiras (isca)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (rasa) de café de alho ralado&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres de sopa de conhaque&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta do reino a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola em pétalas&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 pimentão em tiras&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Tempere a carne com sal, pimenta do reino, alho e o conhaque e deixe na geladeira por 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
- Frite a carne na manteiga junto com a cebola e o pimentão.&lt;br /&gt;
- Reserve&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Molho:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2 fatia de abacaxi&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de conhaque&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Derreta a manteiga na frigideira e coloque a fatia de abacaxi, deixe por 1 minutos, adicione o conhaque e flambe. Sirva por cima da carne.&lt;br /&gt;

- 10 bisnaguinhas seven boys (&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;olha a propaganda&amp;nbsp;grátis)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
- pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;
- pitada de pimenta do reino&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de chá de ervas finas&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite extra virgem&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- A erva fina é uma mistura de ervas desidratadas, para essa receita eu usei: alecrim, orégano, manjericão, manjerona, tomilho e sálvia. Faça uma mistura em quantidades iguais dessas ervas e guardem em um vidro bem fechado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Bata os ovos com o garfo e acrescente o sal, a erva fina, a pimenta do reino, o azeite. Bata tubo muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Corte as bisnaguinhas em fatias (cada bisnaguinha dá 5 fatias mais ou menos), passe no ovo e frite numa frigideira com um pouco de óleo (ou azeite).&lt;br /&gt;

- 500 gramas de lombinho em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cebolas cortadas em pétalas&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 pimentão em cubo&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 dente de alho grande ralado&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 colheres de sopa de broto de alho picadinha (tipo cheiro verde)&lt;br /&gt;
- 70 ml de shoyu&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Tempere a carne com o shoyu &amp;nbsp;e deixe descansar por 30 minutos na&amp;nbsp;geladeira.&lt;br /&gt;
- Misture a carne com os demais &amp;nbsp;ingredientes e coloque no forno (pré-aquecido) por cerca de 30 minutos. , finalize com broto de alho ou cheiro verde.&lt;br /&gt;
