Transformers: Dark of the Moon

2011-06-23T11:04:00.000-07:00

Been a long time since ive been looking forward to a film this much, must see trailer for those of you who haven't already

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels

2011-06-22T03:11:00.000-07:00

I recently bought this film on DVD for cheap and thought i'd give it a watch since i had nothing else to do, i was pleasantly surprised by this film. I presumed it would just be a mostly plot less sequence of gun fights and cockney accents, but in addition to that there was a fairly compelling plot line and likable characters.

The film starts with 4 Friends, Bacon, Soap, Tom and Eddy who come up with £100,000 to play a three card brag game with self proclaimed porn king Harry 'The Hatchet' Lonsdale, who once beat a man to death with a 15inch black dildo. Eddy is a brilliant card player, and so Harry fixes the match to prevent losing, Harry demands that he is paid £500,000 within a week, for everyday he is late Harry will take a finger from each of the 4, until there are no fingers left and they will be killed.

Without spoiling anymore of the plot, what follows is a series of extreme violence, kidnapping, murder, extortion, robbery, and a flurry of angry cockneys.

If you have a few hours spare one night, i urge you to watch this film, with such acting talent as Jason Statham and Vinnie Jones in the roles of hapless one-time criminals and hardened debt collectors, in addition to almost none stop murdering and gang wars, this film is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat throughout, and even more so with the literal cliff hanger ending.

Edit: I cant seem to add any images right now, so please excuse that

Champions Online

2011-06-16T07:21:00.000-07:00

Just downloaded Champions Online, first impression are pretty good, the character creation choices are simply amazing, the amount of options is hard to believe. I created a 7 foot tall monstrosity with tentacles, a huge insect head, dragon wings, a tail and peg legs, played a bit through the tutorial and its going well so far, combat is the same as most MMO's but its fun regardless, especially with a friend.
