AUTUMNAL BRIDAL TUTORIAL

I am very seasonal when it comes to make up. I like soft pale warms in Spring, Bright fun colours in Summer, slightly cooler for Autum and flushed for Winter.

I’ve created a semi autumn / winter look this year. Wanting to move away from my usual reds in the eyes for my Summer brides, I’ve opted for a silvery smokey eye in dramatic arabic style with berry lips and cheeks to set this off.

Product list

Base: L’Oreal Studio Secrets Primer

Eyes: Nyx Pencils in Black Bean (lid) and Milk (crease and arch)

Maybelline Superliner Perfect Slim in Black to deepen colour on lid and blend out with soft fluffy brush

Add Inglot matte black eyeshadow

Inglot 76 Pigment on arch and blend with MAC Frost pigment

Deepen and blend these colours adding more or less as needed making sure even on both sides. Don’t forget to pull out the corners with your finger to dramatise this more.

Use the eyeliner to create a frame around the eyes as per tutorial in semi cat-eye shape. Use MAC Feline Kohl Power Pencil to deepen the black and soften the edges slightly. Add inglot black matte eyeshadow to darken and set.

Foundation:

I have tanned dramatically on my body but not much on my face. To match the colour, I used a darker foundation shade MAC Full Coverage Foundation NC45 and NC35 mixed to create a flawless base.

Blush:

Round off the main part of the cheeks with Sleek Suede Blush

Deepen the contour with Sleek Sahara Blush

Apply a little of MAC Frankly Scarlett in the dip area (just under the zygomatic bone) of the cheek.

Powder: MAC Studio Fix:

Contour: 52 Blush Inglot

Clean up lips of any foundation and applied 219 rusty red lipstick from Inglot with 5 eye powder from Helen-e and added the Iglot pigment 76 in the centre to highlight. Also used this on cupids bow.

Eyebrows : Inglot brow set and brow powder

Make up and clothing go hand in hand in my line of work.

I'm not just hired for hair and make up. More often than not it's my Saree draping and dupatta setting skills that are most sought after!

You can tell from my youtube videos that I love Sarees and kameez' , and you all know that I love adding my own creative flair to old outfits and making designs for new ones.

So it won't be too much of a surprise when I tell you that I have teamed up with designer Samina Khan.

Samina's fashion line DIVA , a range of ready made, contemporary gowns, Shalwar Kameez and lengha's perfect for cocktails, parties, reception and engagements.

Her line of gowns boasts the most sumptuous of fabrics, exquisite hand embroidery and stunning embellishments to suit the wearers dream!

I will be working with Samina to bring Indian aspects to Samina's Pakistani influence to create a truly contemporary design concept.

I will be working alongside to create designer pieces and hoping to include my favourite bandhani and zardosi work on velvet and rich brocades using rich mogul inspired colours.

SUMMER UNDERARMS

DARK ARMPITS - AT HOME SOLUTIONS

I'm not going to start this blog with a wonderful picture of perfect underarms...lets face it, these are often photoshopped to look like there's perfect skin under there or the model is blond and so of course it'll be perfect! However, the sun's-a-shining and the maxi dress is on...i'm inspired to talk about UNDERARMS

If you shave or use cream to dissolve hairs - and have course / tough hair then the first thing to do is stop using these methods to remove the hair. Both methods will leave a blunt edge at the surface of the skin which will grow back almost straight away. The razor doesn't shave under the skin, so obviously the underarms will look dark right after shaving because the hair is still there....! It's just mowed flat right at the skin surface.

These methods encourage the hair to get coarse and tough to remove.

This used to be my case until I used an epilator. The epilator is like a giant pair of automatic tweezers. It pulls the hair from the root. By pulling the hairs from the root, it weakens it so that the hair can't come back as strong.

BE WARNED, using it to begin with, will be tough! Your hair is strong and so it the root. You want to work in tiny tiny section pulling a couple of hairs out at a time. Stretch your underams right out so not to pull skin. You might only want to do a little in a single session.

Over time... say a few months, you will notice the hairs get finer and finer until years down the line you won't even feel like you HAVE to get the hair out. You will also see that the number of hairs are less as the hair follicle dies out and doesn't produce hair anymore.

If you are already doing this, or using other methods and the skin is still dark, follow these steps:

1. during winter months, go easy on the deodorant. use lightweight formulas and take a break when you are not working so that the skin can breathe. Deodorants interfere with the way the skin there naturally behaves (it's natural to produce sweat and by using any deodorant, we adversely affect how it wants to work chemically). Strong formulas can change the pigment.

2. Use a body scrub under the arms at least once a week. This will sleugh away grey looking dead skin cells and rejuvinate the area.

3. Use a moisturising, luxurious cream regularly - especially once you have used the scrub.

4. Some rub a cut lemon as a way of naturally bleaching the pit. I'm not sure about this!

I've probably missed some alternatives but can't think of them right now! Please feel free to add your own tips and tricks!

FLABBY UNDERARMS -

This subject always makes me laught. I tease my sister about her underarms...they look like a fanny hehe!

I have been prepping mine for the summer.....it's easy a little exercise is all you need. I use my Sports Game that came with my Nintendo Wii and do two games of tennis and a game of boxing...takes half an hour after the kids go to sleep (you can tell i'm not very good at it) and I do this at least three times a week. I've noticed a difference with my back fat and stomach muscles too! Give it a go.

Brisk walking with your arms swinging will also help. I've gotten lazy during the cold, but I work close to where I live, and I have a walking buddy. When we are in the mood, we will walk to work which can take up 40 mins, half an hour if we don't talk so much!

How to make a Panelled Saree

I made a video showing how to drape a panelled 'lengha' style saree. This type is saree is flattering as it has a panelled middle which does not need pleating....this makes you look super slim. The saree is shorter.

Anyhow, I was contacted by a lady who is making her own version of this saree.

She has ordered brocades and other fabric......needless to say, I can't wait to see what she makes.

I was asked to provide measurements for the panels etc...me, being the blogging opportunist! I thought i'd do a blog post with crude drawings and photos to boot!

If you do make your own version, I WOULD LOVE TO SEE IT!!! Try different colour combinations..black, cream and gold brocade come to mind!

This is a quick post to show you what this colour looks like. I've said in a previous post that the polish is easy to use and self smoothing. However, this particular bottle was not up to the same quality as the others. It was gloppy and difficult to apply...perhaps it was an old bottle or the formula is off a little. I have several others that are perfect and it was the first time I had tried this one.

The colour is still beautiful. I do like fleshy and lighter colours. This one is flattering to my skin tone and not bright but still caught the eyes of my colleagues at work.

Here are the pictures of the colour on it's own and then paired with a chunky glitter polish called Blizzard.

I didn't mention it before but the offer that was available was buy four polishes for £20 but you also got two free with the set. So the box above cost me £20.

Model's own Nailpolish Swatch - True Blue

I don't like spending time painting my nails. I find model's own really easy to use.
The brush is wide, meaning I can paint the colour on in two to three swipes.

It's creamy and appears to self smoothing leaving a professional finish without streaks and lines.

The formula is heavily pigmented and a thicker paint.....so much so that you can get away with one coat...two coats for a proper colour payoff, leaving a almost 'gel' like finish on the nails.

The formula is quick drying, meaning I need to work quickly with these.

Tru Blue

A lovely bright vivid polish with a high shine.

I used it over a coat of very light coral/pink polish to deepen it somewhat.

They are value for money and often have offers at their stand in Westfields, Shepherds Bush, London. What I like best is that I don't react to this polish at all. My nails do not feel tighter or tender after application. The polish seems to last longer than most i've used.

I have a selection of matte and glossy finishes.

TIPS FOR DADS

SOME of you may find yourselves looking after your kids for the first time... this may be short term, some long term. Whatever your circumstances....here are some tips to help you along the way!

GRUMPY KIDS

Kids need to eat regularly. Arguing, talking back, crying, play fighting, huffing and puffing take a lot of energy. To boost energy levels and avoid the 'after school grumpiness' ensure you have a snack ready to devour when they get home or have it ready for when you pick them up.

Do remember that the gap between lunch break and home time is around three and a half hours...the kids will not have eaten anything during this time and the kids will have been concentrating at school putting their bodies through overdrive. Think how many cups of tea or coffee and snacks you've had in this time. Our kids have had nothing post lunch!

NAGGING

Oh yes, this is a must!!! But do this in moderation. Think before you nag (that's really hard when your mad!) Is there a reason for why you have to repeat yourself again? Before you say "why is the duvet still on the floor!!!!" think, what has your child done all day? Was she doing something that kept her busy? Sorry, watching TV is no excuse BUT if she helped with all the chores or has revision to do, that cut her a little slack. Instead give her a deadline and then nag when it isn't done.

Give them time management planning. Teach her the meaning of Prioritising. Their list might look a little something like this:...

7:00 alarm

7:30 get out of bed and rush to get ready, conveniently forget to brush hair and teeth

7:50 watch tv

8:10 eat breakfast, start homework

8:40 grab bags, put on coat, leave house

16:00 throw coat and bags on floor in hallway, put the tv on and eat, make a mess on living room floor

17:00 carry on watching tv and ignore repeated requests for homework

18:00 tantrum and slam a few doors

18:30 time for a snack, say sorry, more tv.

19:30 make bed, snuggle up with ipad, watch tv whilst doing homework

20:30 drag myself to bathroom, brush teeth

21:00 zzzzzzzzzzz....at least they made the bed before getting in it.

I hate it when i'm just about to do something and my mum in law immediately tells me to do the very thing that i'm doing. Prime example, I get up on the window sill to remove the nets to wash them. Mum in law tells me to pull the next down to wash them....I went ballistic! I didn't get up there to inspect the cobwebs.......duh!!!

HORMONES

I find blokes just have no sympathy on this subject. You daughter needs support and not made to feel like she is not behaving properly but needs your love and attention. If your child suddenly tearful or angry or irritated just look at them for tell tale signs.

Spots on the face can indicate the onset of periods within a few days.

Crying for no reason or walking off can be another sign. It's not easy for our girls to know what or how they are feeling...they just feel it and can feel quite frustrated and unable to express themselves. Instead they might fly off the handle, or worse still turn away and walk off sobbing at something you said. You might have just said something not worth reacting too, but for someone who is a little sensitive during the time of the month, it can get a little too much and need a little prompting for a good cry. Headaches, stomach cramps and tummy aches are also another factor. Be supportive, and offer plenty of hugs.

I tell my daughter...it's okay, go have a good cry and when your done, come downstairs for a cuddle. She says to me she doesn't know what's wrong with her or why she feels this way. I tell her it's fine to feel this way, it's normal to cry and that's not her fault. It's just hormones. I remember being in her shoes and know exactly how she feels. Her Dad on the other hand, think she is just looking for attention and behaving badly. Frustrating for me that he doesn't understand....this prompted me to write this article.

WARM WINTERY CHRISTMAS LOOK

THIS is my 5th instalment for my countdown to Christmas make up tutorials. This one is soooo beautiful. I worked with peach and glitter black eyeliner and created a truly stunning look.

1st Day of Christmas

My aim was to create a series of looks using minimal products...or products that can be used with other looks.

I start this Christmas series with simple look that can be adapted by introducing or substituting for another colour to change it.

Recorded on 30th October, yes, I know it's a little early but I'm not going to be able to record at Christmas so getting it out there early. In a way it's great if you want to start practicing for a christmas party.

I'm keeping the colours light and playful for now and to a warm tone. I explained in the video that I wanted to portray a warm Christmas which is all warm and cosy and spicy. I'm thinking of a cabin, with a real fire and a glass of port! I might add some frosty colour combos later when i'm feeling them. Please also use these tips for every day make up or those who are really new to it. The series aims to build confidence and help you create looks using the same products making it economical.

I applied MAC studio fix fluid. This is a medium coverage foundation with a flawless but heavier finish. I swirled on pink powder to set.

I started this one by sweeping lightly the pink Maybelline Colour Tattoo over the eyelid. For some, this is all that is needed. Finish with Mascara and that's your first look created.

In this video, I added a cranberry colour from Yaby. This was added with a very soft brush to the outer V of the eyelid to add a little warm spice. I added a burgundy eyeshadow from a trio by Boots no.7 to deepen the crease of the eye and blended this out. I added a fleshy powder to clean up the brow bone and neutralise.

I added MAC Feline Kohl Power Pencil. This stays patchy so I go over this with an angle brush to smooth this out.

Concealer under the eyes. If you have dark circles which look grey when concealer is applied then I recommend you use a colour corrector instead. This will brighten the area. Great if you want to create smokey eyes but usually avoid it because of the dark pigmentation.

I applied Fresco Cream Colour Base as a blush. This is by MAC and is GORGEOUS!!! A tip from Rajnee which i've picked up is to apply this heavy and blend out with the foundation brush used earlier. This creates that lovely gradient effect i'm always after. It also gives me a slimming effect.....much needed haha.

Finish with the usuals...mascara and lipstick. I used Siss by MAC.

Red Bridal Arabic Make Up

Apply eye make up first as fallout will need to be cleaned. If base is applied first, it will mess up and will need to be redone or it will look patchy.

Apply a deep warm burgundy/brown gel liner or pencil liner and create a stain on the outer third and corner of the eyelid. Blend it outer for an even finish before it dries. A pencil brush is good for this. I used MAC Dark Diversion Gel liner. This is a limited edition product. Use a wet wipe to clean up and sharpen the lines.

Add MAC Indianwood Paint Pot to the inner corner using a small precision brush. This will apply the product precisely where you want it and the colour will be more concentrated as the bristles are stiffer. Always use a brush which is comfortable and not irritating to the eye.

Add Inglot Gold eyeshadow over the top of the gold paint pot. This will smooth the base and create a dimension to the gold. Use a slightly softer brush that has control..a pointed brush like a pencil brush or a small, soft flat paddle brush is ideal.

Add Barry M's 29 Gold eyeshadow on top of this with the same brush. This is more shimmery and has a slight pink undertone to it which looks great over the colours applied already. With a soft blending brush bring this over the darker colour slightly to start the gradient faded effect. I added a little MAC Melon pigment to finalise the shade exactly as I wanted it.

I added a cranberry colour from Inglot's eyeshadow palette over the crease above where I placed the dark diversion with a soft tapered blending brush. Then I took a burgundy eyeshadow from Inglot and placed over the dark diversion to smooth and even out the colour and deepen it somewhat.

I added MAC Deep Purple pigment over this to add depth of colour and added MAC Basic Red pigment on top and blended to make this the perfect cranberry colour. I repeated this step several times to create that perfect blend.

I finished off with Blacktrack Gel liner from MAC and an angled brush and added a white shimmery pigment from Barry M under the brow.

For the base I used around four to five pumps of MAC Studio Fix for that FLAWLESS arabic style finish. Concealer/corrector mix on top. Pink toned loose powder to set.

Added Big False lashes, Becca Cheek Tint in Beach and Barbara Daly lipgloss topped with Siss Lipstick to finish.

I loved the look created and feel it is totally appropriate for a warm Festive Christmas look, or an indian bridal look.

TWO BITCHES AND A BRIDE VIDEO

I met Rajnee initially on youtube, we took it to Facebook and finally talked on the phone when she needed some advice on a particular client need she had.

We met last year and after months of silly Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon related comments via facebook and text and endless giggling. Soon after she asked to join my team of three and I agreed....why wouldn't I...? She's trained by Pixiwoo and Laura Mercier and works Laura Mercier currently. She's also so confident, funny, like minded and has her own youtube channel RAJNEE

Rajnee stopped by for a day for some hairstyle training. She travelled from Bristol to Heathrow and I took the opportunity for the girls to get together and play with make up.

My other artist Reena was also in the room...she's not quite ready to hit the big screen yet...she's youtube shy!

Tattoos are something that I love...and then hate!!!

I've always wanted one but know that as soon as I get it, I want to change it. A permanant tattoo would never suit me.

I'm like that with Shellac too. Past five days and i'm itching to change colours or draw patterns over it.

Sooooo I love temporary tattoos..how temporary they are depends on how you look after them.

They are done with tattoo ink which is temporary and non irritant ... especially designed for the skin.

They last between a day to three to four days ... again depends on how you look after them.

My foot one lasted three days and my one on my chest lasted a day...I kept touching it and scratching it away.

They looked amazing. The foot one was awesome..looked great peeping out of my toes...and I noticed a few gazes whilst out and about at it.

Here's what I used.

Temptu's range of Dura inks in black, silver shimmer which are to be used with the airbrushing technique (but I still used it with a brush)

I also used Temptu's Metallic palette for colours. These are all from their pro line.

I'm not sure what the cost was, I brought these at IMATS...needless to say, the bulk of my expenditure was at the TEMPTU stand : )

These colours don't bleed out like eyeliner does and is waterproof... but not scrub proof so care needed to avoid the area when showering.

HELP. I can't pay my bills!!!

It's all too easy to open that envelope later, pay that bill next week when some money comes through. Next week comes the gas bill and water bill arrives. There's a reminder to pay your store card and there's a late payment fee and interest on your credit card. You put it aside because you can't pay right now and before you now it, debt collectors are knocking on your door and you have to pay more for the pleasure.

How many of us bury their heads in the sand. I have both hands up in the air! Feel no shame. I'm here to help.
I had a hell of a lot of long term debt which doesnt include my mortgage.

I helped myself by envisaging myself in a long tunnel. My journey over the years was to get through this tunnel. I would pass certain stages of this tunnel as goals, with the ultimate goal of getting to the other side. I would feel joy and freedom for the briefest of moments when I envisaged stepping out onto lush green grass and seeing the sky and clouds and sun beaming down on me. It was this vision that kept me going - when I knew I was really just at the beginning of my journey. that goal of being free and without the burden of debt killing me slowly.

Many told me about debt solution companies. I didn't want an iva. I didn't want a debt plan and pay less than I owed for a fee. This is wrong. I felt like stealing. I didn't want to run away from the problem either.

Putting my hands up and saying i can't cope is the first step. Knowing what I owe is the second.

I tackled my debt first by knowing what was outstanding and when it was likely to finish. This applied to my loans. The amounts were fixed for a certain amount of time and I had no control over it. I made a mental note of each payment date to ensure I had enough funds. That's all I could do there...make sure these are paid.

I cancelled all charitable giving. I was paying the MS Society. I can't be charitable if I can't help myself.

I made sure credit cards were on zero interest. This was difficult as I had defaulted on payment many times, I was not getting offers for 0%. I could not afford to pay the minimum amounts in one go at the same time. So I set up a standing order to pay £5 each week. I found that I missed this less than the £25 in one go and met the minimum criteria. When I could make overpayments I did. I eventually found the offers for zero interest came back and was able to handle all three cards better for having transferred.. The balances all reduced slowly but I didn't have to worry about it.

My tip is to divide your minimum payment by four and pay this amount weekly. Some months will end up being five. That's okay because you are overpaying a little bit extra.

Then when you can, concentrate on a card with the lowest balance (this will clear quicker) or one that has interest on it (this will cost you less). Focus on paying extra payments over and above your min. amount.

What I did was take my own lunch to work. This saved me £3.50 each day. I paid £17.50 extra via Internet banking onto the card. I would also try to save an extra fiver on my sainsburys shop each week. That's an extra fiver to pay off each week. Thus £25 added to the £17.50 and sainsbury saving made a payment of £137.50 each month. That's huge. Yet we are all too tempted to think that the lunch money won't make a difference.

Whilst doing this. My other cards were being taken care of by the other weekly min payments.

Abdul and I love to eat out. But I found myself changing my mind just before going out. My thoughts were that we would spend around £40. Why don't we pay that onto the card instead and clear it earlier? I would always have my balance on my phone and note down the extra payments. It's such an incentive when you see it coming down.

Once that card was cleared, I paid the same amount I was paying on the first card minimum as well as what I was already paying on the second card. Ie £10 weekly. This added to the extra payments made really made a huge difference. I figured I managed before with the overpayments and if I carry on just a bit longer, life would be awesome on the other side( remember the grassy fields...remember the grassy fields)

This carried on. My cards were all paid up two years later and one of my loans will drop off next year making a real difference to my general outlook on my finances. I had a set back in December when my hubby unexpectedly went abroad so the cards have fresh debt. I'm paying this off again.

It helps that I work full time now (I didn't before). You can help by developing hobbies and having a little extra on the side.

You must not be too focussed though. You have to allow yourself a luxury now and then. I am a shopaholic so I treat myself often. Nothing big though ....just keep your goal in mind.

Internet banking is a must. Its no good relying on your monthly statement to see what you paid. You need a weekly reminder to stay motivated and access to pay when you are pumped to do it. Chances are by morning you'll get lazy to pay the extra and miss the opportunity. I never keep cash on me. Otherwise I'll spend on a magazine or small item and then have to use my debit card. I really hope this helps you and you get to a stage where you can cut up your cards.

Remember the citizens advice bureau or ccc (credit consumer counciling can help with advice if it all gets too much. They can provide a financial plan and help agree arrangements with your creditors, or offer advice on an Individual voluntary arrangement or debt relief order. they will hold more weight them you going directly to your lender and saying I can only pay £2 monthly for example.

PEOPLE COME AND GO........
BUT THEY LEAVE A LASTING IMPRESSION........NEVER FORGOTTEN

I'm talking about those people who come into our lives through marriage to a member of our family (haha you thought I was going to write about my own ex's hehe).

Ex's, You get to know and love them, memories form and they become an integral part of you. And then for whatever reason the marriage breaks down and they split up and before you know it, you've lost touch.

I was hoovering today, lost in my thoughts and found myself thinking yet again about my Bhabi (sister in law). She was my cousin's second wife. She was of a different religion (half jewish/half muslim) and I found myself quite attached to her for this reason. She was there for me when I was an insufferable 13 year old and I was often sent to her house for a change. She lived around the corner from me and cooked for us (my sisters and brother) and attended my parents evenings. She was close to all four of us I would say. She was the one who introduced us to The Sound of Music and Mary Poppins and I knew her from when I was 9 to when they separated when I was 16.

I digress, going back to when I was hoovering, She gave me sound advice, 'to keep your house clean' she said to me 'don't clutter your house with things...keep it simple and minimalist. That way it is easier to clean' I remembered being in her front room when she told me this and glancing around. She had a TV, Sofas, a coffee table and carpet. There were no ornaments that I remember. It was the same everywhere else. I regret all the clutter in my house and think about her all over again.

When watching the Sound of Music with my kids, I always talk about her. I miss her dearly. I don't know what happened with her and my cousin but I heard she moved out and that was the last of it. The last time I saw her, her and my cousin were teasing me about a hickey on my neck..it was a rash and they didn't believe me. My uncle says she is married with two boys. I try to find her on facebook but don't know her married name. I feel angry sometimes that she meant so much to us and she just left us wondering where she is, I bet she doesn't even ponder what we are doing. I've kept my maiden name and it's easy for anyone to find me because of how publicly I advertise myself. Still, not a squeebee from her. I know i'm not alone because my sister and brother often talk about it and we all feel the same.

This cousin of mine married thrice, divorced twice. My first bhabi married him young. I was 7 at the time. I think it was arranged but i'm not sure. I had small memories of her and thoughts about her and our conversations when we used to walk together by the River Thames. I remembered some conversations we used to have, lots of details about the wedding preparations and how excited we were. I remembered this was the first time I found out that if was custom to put balloons under the bed and remembered hanging the dangly decorations ..it was really exciting. It was the first wedding we attended as a family and I remember the coach journey, stopping by the house all of that but not actually the wedding itself. How funny is that...? I always wondered about her but I knew lots about her through the years as she is distantly related on my mum's side and Mum used to tell me whenever they bumped into each other at weddings that she asked after us. I recently found her on facebook and have found out that she is now my Mami (Aunt). She insists I call her Mami. I understand why, she wants me to respect the relation that she now has with us and forget the past.

I have difficulty with this....and this is the point of this blog. When there is an indian wedding, promises are made that the marriage is not just between forming a relationship of the husband and wife, it also applies to the extended family. The mangal sutra (a chain of black beads put around the bride's neck by the husband which is usually from the groom's mother) reflects this. The threads are to be viewed as the bond and the beads are to be viewed as the family. It is the daughter in law's reminder of her promise to keep the thread (bond) in tact so that the beads (family) don't scatter. By putting this mangal sutra on the bride, we also promise to treat her as our family member. So when she asks me to call her Mami, I feel like I break my promise to treat her as my bhabi.

This also applies to my sister's ex. They are divorced but I never had any problems with my brother in law. It irks her that I refer to him as my brother in law, but I promised to regard him as my brother and I can't just say 'sorry your not my brother any more'...that's ridiculous. We keep in touch and he has helped me loads. I feel that it's a farce to form ties and then release them willy nilly. I'm not saying people shouldn't divorce and stay together. I'm saying that it's hard to let go because that marriage bond goes deeper and further and ripples through to the rest of the family.

This comes from the heart.. I love and respect all that I have referred to very dearly.

This also applies to those who selfishly end their lives in suicide. Everyone else is left with big great gaping holes with questions unanswered and never ending agony....just sweet memories of conversations had and time spent together..and then memories of that awful aftermath of mourning with details of the horrible ways of how the bodies were found. Still miss you both x..........
