How does the Cat CAPTCHA work?

What does CAPTCHA actually mean?
The term CAPTCHA stands for 'Completely Automated Public Turing Test To Tell Computers and Humans Apart' and is used to generate tests that humans can pass but automated systems like bots cannot.

Clicking on a PTC Advert, from the View Ads page, will open the advert on a new window containing a picture CAPTCHA at the top and the advertised website at the bottom.

This CAPTCHA needs to be solved in order to get credit for the click. To solve it you need to look at the five pictures displayed, of four dogs and one cat, and click on the cat. On the following example you would have to click on the first picture.

Because pictures are not verified by us, sometimes the cat may be too hard to find. In this case you may either click on "Reload" to get a new set of pictures (odds are the new set will be easier) or use the "process of elimination" (if all the other pictures are dogs then this must be the cat!).

If you fail to click on the correct picture the following message will be shown with the option to try again. Click on "Click here to try again" to retry and the CAPTCHA will be shown again with a different set of pictures.

Please note that if you fail to click on the correct picture 2 times you will lose that advert. If you fail at least 5 times in the same day you will be denied access to the adverts page for up to 24 hours. If you are denied access several times (up to us to determine) your account will be suspended! You cannot just click on the pictures randomly thinking it is ok because we give you the option to try again. You do need to follow the instructions and prove that you are human!

Clicking on the correct picture will start the timer, if the website has already been loaded. If not, just wait a few seconds to give time for the website to fully load and the timer will start. If the website takes more than 10 seconds to load the timer will start at that time.

After the timer reaches zero your click will be sent for validation while displaying the following message. This usually takes less than a second but may take a little longer depending on the server load.

After your click has been successfully validated the following message will be shown. If validation failed for any reason an error message will be shown instead explaining why.

Whenever you get an unexpected error usually you just have to try again and the error will go away, but if it persists you may report it to us via the Helpdesk.

To avoid these errors please make sure that:
1. You have JavaScript enabled on your browser;
2. You have nothing installed like No Script, Ad Block, an anti-virus, etc., that is enabled to block our JavaScript from these domains: clixsense.com, ecstatic.com, Ajax.googleapis.com
3. You open only one advert at a time. You cannot open more than one advert at once. Adverts need to be opened one after the other.

Incrasebux has changed script! New style more fresh!

Yesterday I logged in my account after some weeks ( I just returned from my holidays :D ) and discovered that the admin had changed the style of the site!

At first I thought “maybe I arrived at a different site” imagine my shock when I didn’t see the usual page and saw an entirely dirrent one. But I looked at the address bar and the page more closely and decided to log in!

I had to enter a capchin code and update my personal and social settings but asside from this I could log in naturally. Now it has more ads, at dirrent price too.

Some may gain you $0.007 and some $0.0005 . This is good because it will attract more advertisers. When I logged in I could see more than 15 ads! But I could only click 5 ads….:(

Anyway I think the new script is more fresh and gives the site a new and modern look! Now I’m pleased with it and don’t have any problems yet.

Veobux admin the same as neobux?

I just saw an ad on Clixsense that said veobux admin is the same as neobux….but that didn’t make any sense as nothing like that was metioned in either sites. So I checked the sites owner info and found out the truth. They are two different people. The one putting this ad just wanted to attract more referrals as neobux is the most trusted ptc site in the industry.

Don’t believe whatever you see out there. Do a research on the info you get and then decide what is best for you.

Well an update on the site veobux from my account. It has logical (on the terms of bux site) prices and I think it will stand for some time.. many members have been paid instantly and there aren’t so many complaints about the site yet. So for now you can try to join and earn some money.

PTCBUXX went SCAM

I guess I’m really unlucky… when I finally had requested my cashout the site went scam! Unbelievable! and to think that I had actually started promoting it. Many users had been paid and I know some of them..really the worst but this is how things are in the PTC industry. For those who have made any purchases I suggest you to request a refund. If you have made it through Alertpay it will be easier, via paypal I’m not so sure as it is considered as digital products your purchases but I think you will get your money back. For the unlucky ones that used liberty reserve you won’t see your money..sorry.

That is the bad thing about libertyReserve although it is very easy to make and receive payment at low fees it doesn’t have a refund option.

Veobux–New Site

Today I was surfing and saw an ad for this PTC site.. To tell you the truth I was confused by the name and thought it was neobux at first…but it was not. It doesn’t use the same script as neobux and the design is totally different.

I saw the ads it had, there were about 6 – 8 ads one worth $0.001 and the others $0.01. It seems nice site.

But when I first landed on the page it seemed familiar, when I think about it, it reminds me of mybux.co.

I’ll do a background check before joining. I’ll post here for any updates.

What should I think? My first thought was another buxhost site went scam, but I will wait few days before making my decision to list it on my scam list.

It’s asking for your email (the one you use for your alertpay account), your password, your pin, and your birthday…!!!!

DON”T GET TRICKED!!!

How to Write an Ebook

The hardest part of writing is the first sentence.

When you look at the whole project, it seems like an

impossible task. That's why you have to break it down

into manageable tasks. Think of climbing a mountain.

You are standing at the foot of it and looking up at

its summit vanishing into the clouds. How can you

possibly scale such an immense and dangerous mountain?

There is only one way to climb a mountain ? step by

step.

Now think of writing your ebook in the same light. You

must create it step by step, and one day, you will

take that last step and find yourself standing on the

summit with your head in the clouds.

The first thing you have to do, as if you actually

were a mountain climber, is to get organized. Instead

of climbing gear, however, you must organize your

thoughts. There are some steps you should take before

you begin. Once you've gone through the following

list, you will be ready to actually begin writing your

ebook.

Beginning Steps to Writing an ebook

First, figure out your ebook's working title. Jot down

a few different titles, and eventually, you'll find

that one that will grow on you. Titles help you to

focus your writing on your topic; they guide you in

anticipating and answering your reader's queries. Many

non-fiction books also have subtitles. Aim for clarity

in your titles, but cleverness always helps to sell

books ? as long as it's not too cute. For example,

Remedies for Insomnia: twenty different ways to count

sheep. Or: Get off that couch: fifteen exercise plans

to whip you into shape.

Next, write out a thesis statement. Your thesis is a

sentence or two stating exactly what problem you are

addressing and how your book will solve that problem.

All chapters spring forth from your thesis statement.

Once you've got your thesis statement fine-tuned,

you've built your foundation. From that foundation,

your book will grow, chapter by chapter.

Your thesis will keep you focused while you write your

ebook. Remember: all chapters must support your thesis

statement. If they don't, they don't belong in your

book. For example, your thesis statement could read:

We've all experienced insomnia at times in our lives,

but there are twenty proven techniques and methods to

give you back a good night's sleep.

Once you have your thesis, before you start to write,

make sure there is a good reason to write your book.

Ask yourself some questions:

* Does your book present useful information and is

that information currently relevant?

* Will you book positively affect the lives of your

readers?

* Is your book dynamic and will it keep the reader's

attention?

* Does you book answer questions that are meaningful

and significant?

If you can answer yes to these questions, you can feel

confident about the potential of your ebook.

Another important step is to figure out who your

target audience is. It is this group of people you

will be writing to, and this group will dictate many

elements of your book, such as style, tone, diction,

and even length. Figure out the age range of your

readers, their general gender, what they are most

interested in, and even the socio-economic group they

primarily come from. Are they people who read fashion

magazines or book reviews? Do they write letters in

longhand or spend hours every day online. The more you

can pin down your target audience, the easier it will

be to write your book for them.

Next, make a list of the reasons you are writing your

ebook. Do you want to promote your business? Do you

want to bring quality traffic to your website? Do you

want to enhance your reputation?

Then write down your goals in terms of publishing. Do

you want to sell it as a product on your website, or

do you want to offer it as a free gift for filling out

a survey or for ordering a product? Do you want to use

the chapters to create an e-course, or use your ebook

to attract affiliates around the world? The more you

know upfront, the easier the actual writing will be.

Decide on the format of your chapters. In non-fiction,

keep the format from chapter to chapter fairly

consistent. Perhaps you plan to use an introduction to

your chapter topic, and then divide it into four

subhead topics. Or you may plan to divide it into five

parts, each one beginning with a relevant anecdote.

How to make your ebook "user friendly"

You must figure out how to keep your writing engaging.

Often anecdotes, testimonials, little stories, photos,

graphs, advice, and tips will keep the reader turning

the pages. Sidebars are useful for quick, accessible

information, and they break up the density of the

page.

Write with a casual, conversational tone rather than a

formal tone such as textbook diction. Reader's respond

to the feeling that you are having a conversation with

them. Break up the length and structure of your

sentences so you don?t hypnotize your readers into

sleep. Sentences that are all the same length and

structure tend to be a good aid for insomnia!

Good writing takes practice. It takes lots and lots of

practice. Make a schedule to write at least a page a

day. Read books and magazines about the process of

writing, and jot down tips that jump out at you. The

art of writing is a lifetime process; the more you

write (and read), the better your writing will become.

The better your writing becomes, the bigger your sales

figures.

In an ebook that is read on the screen, be aware that

you must give your reader's eye a break. You can do

this by utilizing white space. In art classes, white

space is usually referred to as "negative space."

Reader's eyes need to rest in the cool white oasises

you create on your page. If your page is too dense,

your reader will quit out of it as soon as their eyes

begin to tear.

Make use of lists, both bulleted and numbered. This

makes your information easy to absorb, and gives the

reader a mental break from dissecting your paragraphs

one after the other.

Finally, decide on an easy-to-read design. Find a font

that's easy on the eyes, and stick to that font

family. Using dozens of fonts will only tire your

readers out before they've gotten past your

introduction. Use at least one and a half line

spacing, and text large enough to be read easily on

the screen, but small enough so that the whole page

can be seen on a computer screen. You will have to

experiment with this to find the right combination.

I think that the number of buxhost sites appearing and disappearing is increasing!!! I mean …wahhhh…!!! I was surfing some traffic exchanges and saw so many new popping up Most of them are giving free premium accounts for the first 2000 or 5000 or 10000 members of the site. Don’t get enthusiastic and start signing up on all of them (you will NOT be able to click on all of them and get bored eventually)

Some of them is ptcbuxx, buxfever, fpibux and so on …….

I wonder how many of them will last.

Well these days I finally started investing in some programs….mostly advertising programs For the moment I can’t say that PPC has made any success for me.. BUT other programs like list builders (my favorite is State-of-the-Art )

even if it is the lowest upgrade it is very profitable. I already got sign ups at one of my programs and mostly the click rate is the best.

I would suggest you to invest in programs like State-of-the-Art or any other list building programs because the people who will view your site they will generally be interested in doing so, in this case you will have targeted traffic to your site or referral links.

I’ll post here about my progress wish me luck

Onbux…Don’t trust it SCAM

Few months ago I posted to this blog about my cashout request…well guess what….I still haven’t received it!!

Unbelievable! I thought highly of them but what to do..It was a site that lasted long enough but now it’s not legit, not a paying one!

The worst is that I still see some members of Onbux trying to get referrals and see some advertising the site..such a pity..They should check on the site before signing up and check on it when they are already members too!

You should too, DON’T GET TRICKED LIKE MANY OTHERS! Check on your site status either by google search or ptc-investigation.com , the owner of this site really does a good job investigating so many ptc and bux sites! (It’s like I’m advertising them no this is not the case I’m just saying the fact/truth)
