Requisite qualification and experience is:

Qualification & Experience: 1st Class Bachelor's Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, at least 12 years post qualification experience, in the relevant field, in Government, autonomous/semi autonomous body of Government or reputable private sector organization.

Terms & Conditions
1. The above positions are temporary and will stand automatically abolished on completion of the project. The positions carry an attractive market based salary package.
2. Applications alongwith updated CV's/resume and attested copies of testimonials (copies of CNIC, engineering degrees, S.S.0 certificate, one Passport size photograph and experience certificates).
3. Applicants having at least S year experience in construction of hydropower projects as Project Director/Project Manager will be given preference.
4. Government/Semi Government employees may send their applications through proper channel.
5. Appointment will be on contract basis for a period of one year extendable on yearly basis, subject to satisfactory performance.
6. Office facilities and transport as per project PC-I for the official duties will be provided.
7. The services can be terminated by the department with one month notice or one month salary in lieu thereof. However service can be terminated on the basis of un-satisfactory performance without issuing of notice or one month salary in lieu thereof.
8. The job description for the services of Project Director will include but not limited to the following: Preparation of ToRs for appointment of Consultants/Contractor, Pre-qualification of Consultants/Contractor, Preparation of Tender Documents, Evaluation of Bids (Technical/Financial), Coordination with Consultant & Panel of Experts, Liaison with other agencies, Monitoring and reporting, Implementation/Construction supervision, Oversee enforcement of applicable standard of financial management for the project.
9.
