Dear all ,

I know you have listen about the famous tea of Darjeeling, yes many people knows about the tea of Darjeeling. But it is important to know about differnt type of teas, about preparation, too. I have try to given short description about the Darjeeling tea types as follows ;-

Most of the Indian teas are manufactured from the small leaved chinese variety of camellia sinesis var. and other are prepared from large leaved Assam plants (C., sinesis var. assamica)

Wherease Darjeeling teas are prepared as black teas, however Darjeeling oolong and green teas are becoming more commonly produced and esier to find. And other growing gardens producing white teas.

BLACK TEA :-The teas are fermented over 45-60 minutes after processing, this type of tea more pronounced to taste due to fermentation, the process leafs are laid on fermentation beds which reacts with air and oxidizes naturally.

GREEN TEAS :- These tea made by the steaming process and are not fermented at all the result of which this type of tea contain a lot of anti oxidants which are good for healths.

WHITE TEAS :- Similarly white teas are also prepared like green teas. White tea is known as luxurious form of green tea, this tea is grown under the shade, so that not even a single ray of light meet the tender shoots and buds grown under a shade, as a result of which this type of tea has the maximum number of anti oxidants known to mankind, the leafs are further dried in steaming process.

OOLONG TEAS :- Being the oldest method of tea manufacturing of the world, this particular type of tea stands between green and black tea manufacturing method. Means this type of teas are semi fermented, and taste arelike black tea, and benefit for health like green tea.
