I'm starting my rotation this week in Eric Alm's lab. Right now they don't have an RNase free area set up and are having some issues with reverse transcription controls, so I'll be setting up a lab area and a protocol for RT that can be applied to bead-based, single-cell transcriptome sequencing. So skills that I picked up in the Brent Lab are turning out to be great selling points as I plan rotations and projects here.

Cool!! I am very proud of Sarah and will post a picture of her at MIT as soon as I can find it.
