Тази рецепра със сигурност е измислена вече преди мен, но аз пък сега чак се сетих да го направя. Ако все пак някой някак си я познае, то моля най учтиво още от сега да ме извинява.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
И така, нарязваме на ситно една глава лук, а втората на тънки филийки. С една лъжица издълбаваме вътрешността на сините домати и също я накълцваме грубо.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Запържваме първата глава лук и веднага след това с нея и каймата. Прибавяме нарязаното сърце на патладжана, пак пържим, а накрая сипваме там и доматите. Като се изпари до капка водата солим, подправяме с подправките и ароматизираме соса с една фино нарязана скилидка чесън. Опитваме и, ако ни накиселява подслаждаме с мъничко мед и готово.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Посоляваме леко патладжанените лодчици, товарим ги с побългареното болонезе и ги маскираме след това с втората глава лук и шпикованите с чесън нарязани на шайби пресни домати. Поставяме по едно клонче розмарин, накапваме свидливо с мъничко олио и запичаме всичко във фурната докато на цвят ни хареса.&lt;br /&gt;

Взимаме две големи месести чушки от селективно изродените или четири от малко по-елегантните български расли на воля.&amp;nbsp; Нарязваме всяка глава лук на осминки, а чушките първо на ленти след което на по 2-3 см дълги парченца.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Запържваме в олиото лука до прозрачно, прибавяме чушките и&amp;nbsp; загряваме и тях малко. Поръсваме със захарта и карамелизираме леко до светло кафяво. Разбъркваме 1-2 минути с доматеното пюренце и гасим после веднага с виното и оцета. Редуцираме на половина.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Накрая изсипваме вътре доматите, разбъркваме, намаляме пламъка и изчакваме без да бъркаме повече докато се сгъсти всичко и заприлича на истинско сосче.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Готово.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Сега трябва само да овкусим с подправките, да панираме шницела и го полеем обилно с това удоволствие. Гарнирайте със златисти картофки. За това ястие те са просто едно "Трябва".&lt;br /&gt;

Хайде и още едно вкусничко кремче с маскарпоне преди накрая да ни е втръснало вече. Съвсем лесно и още по-бързо.&lt;br /&gt;

Почистваме два плода манго и ги нарязваме на малки слънчеви кубчета. Половината пасираме фино заедно с останалите продукти, а другата половина подреждаме на пластове в чашки заедно с току що получилото се кремаво щастие.&lt;br /&gt;

Като начало си хващаме първо една чига. Изчистваме я, попарваме я с вряла вода и и смъкваме облицовката. После я нарязваме напряко на малки котлети, солим и пържим по около 2-3 минути от двете страни до приятно червено.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Мда, сега щяхме наистина вече да сме готови, ако се бяхме захванали първо със соса. За него счукваме скилидките чесън в хаванче на каша, добавяме сока и разбъркваме всичко с магданоза. Поливаме рибката с това ароматно творение, поръсваме с ядките, хапваме и за да не ни изгонят после от работа си взимаме най-добре един ден отпуска.&lt;br /&gt;

4 с.л. Амарето&lt;br /&gt;

200 г Маскарпоне&lt;br /&gt;
150 г бишкоти&lt;br /&gt;

Мда.. и пак маскарпоне! Най-после да открия и аз топлата вода, че на всичко отгоре да ми и стане любима. Не, че е толкова трудно с това млечно изящество, но все пак трябваше да се сетя малко по-рано.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
И така, една вкусна италианска класика освежена от мен със сочни черешки.&lt;br /&gt;
Започваме:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Като начало изсипваме ликьора в кафето и го оставяме да се поохлади&amp;nbsp; докато се занимаваме с другото.&lt;br /&gt;
Разбиваме сметаната първо до гъсто. Отделно правим на кремче по същият начин жълтъците с пудрата захар. Добавяме маскарпонето и пак бием до пухкаво-мекичко. После добавяме и сметаната, но този път много внимателно. Готово.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Сега разпределяме в чашки натрошени бишкоти, напояваме ги с еспресо, а отгоре напластяваме черешки и кремче като повтаряме това според височината на съдовете няколко пъти.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ами това май беше.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Охлаждаме в хладилника 2 часа и поднасяме поръсени с по една фантазия какао.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

2 белтъка&lt;br /&gt;
няколко листенца свежа мента&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Приготвяне:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Нарязваме бананите на по-ситно, прибавяме захарта и лимона, и ги разбиваме с пасатора дотогава, докато омекнат и им мине всякаква мисъл за съпротива.&lt;br /&gt;
Добавяме след това маскарпонето и продължаваме да бъркаме до едно меко и лъскаво кремче.&lt;br /&gt;
Втърдяваме в същия дух и белтъците. Прибавяме ги предпазливо към крема, а накрая освежаваме с малините и гарнираме с листенца от мента. Преди сервиране изстудяваме поне 2 часа в хладилника. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Това е. Стана много по-бързо готово от нужното време да го напиша.&lt;br /&gt;

Не се смущавайте от непознатото в името. Написъл съм го така уж само за по-интересно. &lt;i&gt;Шварцвалд &lt;/i&gt;е защото напомня на съвсем не безизвестната шварцвалд-торта с череши, а &lt;i&gt;trifle&lt;/i&gt;
 пък е английски сладкиш&amp;nbsp; наложил се като заглавие за всички такива напластени 
сладко-плодово-алкохолени произшествия. Но, ако все пак ви идва малко сложно за произнасяне, 
то с удоволствие бих отстъпил и до един български&lt;/div&gt;

Започваме съвсем мързеливо с готови продукти. Ако сладкарската гордост ви го позволява, то ви съветвам да не се цапате до ушите излишно, а да отскочите до магазина и да си купите едно готово руло, блат за торта или нещо друго бисквитено като основа.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Така, каквото и да сте избрали, покриваме първо дъното на най-дълбоката купа в къщи с него.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Изсипваме отгоре изцедените вече череши като напояваме всичко за по-весело с алкохола, а за още по-сочно прибавяме сока.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Разбъркваме до едно гладко кремче захарта и нишестето с мъничко мляко, а след това с още по-голямо въодушевление разбиваме с тях и яйцата. Слагаме останалото прясно мляко в един съд на котлона и малко преди да се накани да тръгне нанякъде го изсипваме и него при крема.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Преместваме полето на действие във водната баня. Прибавяме шоколада и бъркаме отново до гладко. Изсипваме крема върху черешите и пъхаме всичко за малко в хладилника за да се стегне.&amp;nbsp; Покриваме след това с леко разбита сметана и го връщаме веднга отново на хладно.&lt;br /&gt;
При сервиране декорираме с кандираните черешки и му се радваме.&lt;br /&gt;

Ами какво да ви кажа? Толкова е лесно, че дори и писането не си заслужава. Просто едно печено скимване от подръчни материали и салвия.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Първо приготвяме полога като подреждаме в тава или форма за печене нарязаните на шайби лук и домати. Заливаме ги със зехтин и мъничко вино, ръсим с нарязан на ситно чесън за да ухае, а по-търпеливите, ако желаят могат и да шпиковат. Сол, черен пипер и е готово.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Наденичката запържваме съвсем леко колкото да се зачервенее, а бутчето го обезкостяваме и го пълним с нея. Прибавяме по една шайба лук и доматче, отново мъничко чесън и салвия, солим, ръсим с пипера и завиваме всичко това на малко пакетче.&lt;br /&gt;

1 глава лук&lt;br /&gt;
6 скилидки чесън&lt;br /&gt;
3/4 л телешки бульон&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 л прясно мляко&lt;br /&gt;
200 гр прясна течна сметана&lt;br /&gt;
150 гр настърган твърд кашкавал&lt;br /&gt;
сол, бял пипер, индийско орехче, девесил&lt;br /&gt;
2 жълтъка&lt;br /&gt;
магданоз&lt;br /&gt;
2 филии тъмен хляб&lt;br /&gt;
75 гр краве масло&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Начин на приготвяне:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
ОК. Започваме.&lt;br /&gt;
Преброяваме първо 4 скилдки чесън и ги нарязваме заедно с лука, картофите и всички останалали зеленчуци на малки парченца.&amp;nbsp; Кипваме бульона, хвърляме всичкото вътре и варим на слаб огън около 20 минути. Пюрираме фино с пасатора.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Млякото и половината от сметаната подгряваме с повишено внимание на котлона като в никакъв случай дори за секунда не им обръщаме гръб, защото те само това чакат и тръгват веднага да ни гонят. Прибавяме вътре 2/3 от кашкавала и бъркаме докато изчезне. Сипваме след това всичко в супата и овкусяваме с подправките точно така, както желаем.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Накрая застройваме с жълтъците и останалата сметана. Загряваме до една степен малко преди точката на кипене и освежаваме с магданоза.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
На последно място в рецептата, но не и по важност идват крутоните. Дори и не си помисляйте да ги подминете защото не те са добавка към супата, а точно обратното.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Нарежете хляба на кубчета и го запържете заедно със ситно нарязания чесън в маслото.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Пускаме по няколко при сервиране в супичката, поръсваме с кашкавал и още преди да сме я изсърбали питаме вече за още.&lt;br /&gt;

Радвам се да ви запозная с най-новия си бирен експеримент. Няма страшно, никого не искам днес да отровя. Малко повече смелост от ваша страна и ще откриете, че бирата не се пие само студена.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
И така, пържим пържолите. То какво ли друго да ги правим с това име, но все пак за по-ясно ги посоляваме така, както всеки си знае и ги мятаме в сгорещетоно масло в тигана.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Изваждаме ги, а на тяхно място изпотяваме набързо лука с пюрето, пържим 1 минута вътре брашното, поръсваме с червения пипер и точно след едно разбъркване гасим всичко с бирата.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Като поври 1-2-3 момента&amp;nbsp; пробваме и подслаждаме с мъничко мед, ако ни се стори, че сме прекалили днес с алкохола и ни е нещо горчиво.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Сега идва ред на сметаната, а след това, ако искате сложете и каперси. Още помня колко се мусих когато ги опитах за пръв път и за това ги слагам за вас сега в графа "по желание".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Оставете всичко мъничко да поври и се сгъсти до желаната плътност, а след това залейте пържолите с чудото, хапнете и накрая си оближете до китките пръстите.&lt;br /&gt;

Ами то се вижда вече всичко по-горе, но нека все пак да&amp;nbsp; си кажа.&lt;br /&gt;
Първо смесваме консервираните домати на вкус с подправките и ги разпределяме по равно във формичките за печене. Който иска може и сам да си направи с пресни домати доматено сосче, но само, ако има достатъчно време за губене и не го мързи толкова, колкото мен.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
После нарязваме патладжана по дължина, а след това така, както се вижда на снимкта. Посоляваме го, ръсим с черен пипер и го пълним с нарязаните на тънки филийки чесън, сирене и домати като накрая заливаме със зехтина и червеното вино.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Хмм... ами това е. Тъкмо се наканих да почна, а тя рецептата свърши.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Запичаме сега само на 200° С около 30-40 минути. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Ами колкото и да ми се смеете за пръв път я правя и не ми беше съвсем лесно. И то не толкова заради "аромата", колкото великото ровене в нета докато намеря "истинската" рецепта. Трудното бе, че всеки си имаше своя собствена "истинска" и твърдеше, че е такава.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Сега и аз вече си имам защото смесих няколко оригинала и стана почти толкова вкусна, колкото както още я помня от старото капанче на плажа.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
И така:&lt;br /&gt;
Заливаме шкембето с 1,5 л вода в тенджерата под налягане, солим и варим около 30-40 минути, но не повече защото иначе ще се скапе. Изваждаме мръвката и като се поохлади я нарязваме на тънички ленти.Прецеждаме след това течността, ако ни се стори, че трябва и разтваряме в нея бульона.&lt;br /&gt;
Запържваме шкембето в зехтина, прибавяме брашното и бъркаме около 30 секунди. После поръсваме всичко с пипера и заливаме с горната супичка.&lt;br /&gt;
Сега остава само да прибавим и млякото. Правим го. Варим до точката на кипене, разливаме по паничките и сърбаме подправено със счукан чесън в оцет и то така, че да чуят съседите.&lt;br /&gt;

Толкова е лесно, че не може да се вземе дори на сериозно като рецепта. По-скоро една идея как да си разнообразите малко живота.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
И така, ето я и нея:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Първо почистваме и нарязваме на четвъртинки или на осминки картофите. Покриваме ги с вода, посоляваме и ги варим с една малка бучка краве масло докато им омекне всяко желание да се съпротивляват. Това трае по правило около 15-20 минути.&lt;br /&gt;
Преместваме ги в по-подходящ съд и ги пюрираме заедно с жълтъка и млякото с пасатора като за малко по-апетитно ги освежаваме с няколко капки лимон.&lt;br /&gt;

Сега обелваме ябълките, изваждаме им сърцата със съответното приспособление и ги нарязваме заедно с лука на тънки кръгли филийки като напръскваме плодовете с лимонов сок за да си запазят боята. Запържваме ги поотделно после в масло като започваме с лука и свършим с второто.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Накрая набързо се справяме и с дробчето.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Измиваме го, подсушаваме го с хартия като бебешко дупе и го овалваме в брашното.&lt;br /&gt;
Пържим го в останалото масло по около 2-3 минути от всяка страна и го посоляваме точно така както си искаме, но накрая защото в противен случай изсъхва.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Гарнираме в чинийки и го изяждаме.&lt;br /&gt;

Първо разрязваме главата лук на две части. Нарязваме едната половина на ситно и я смесваме с месото като прибавяме сол и черен пипер по фантазия.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Събираме след това малко търпение и като ни се стори, че е достатъчно започваме да превръщаме каймата в неизброими малки кюфтенца. Ами пипкава работа, какво да ви кажа, но минем ли я веднъж без забележими увреждания останалото вече е лесно.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Кипваме водата със зеленчука и го оставяме да поври малко. Прибавяме след това дребосъците от по-горе, изчакваме да се вдигнат на повърхността и ги спасяваме веднага с черпака.&lt;br /&gt;
Прецеждаме през цедка бульона. прибавяме настъргания кашкавал, топеното сирене със сметаната и бъркаме до сгъстяване. Ако не ни е достатъчно плътното, коригираме с разредено нишесте във водичка.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Сега пускаме топчетата обратно да са учат да плуват. Прибавяме гъбите, овкусяваме със сол, черен пипер и индийско орехче, а накрая слагаме масълце за да блесне.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Като начало приготвяме едно меко тесто от горепосочените продукти като не се свеним да го намачкаме едно хубаво с пъсти. Завиваме го във фолио и го поставяме&amp;nbsp; в хладилника за 30 минути. След това го разточваме,&amp;nbsp; обличаме с него стените на една&amp;nbsp;&lt;span dir="ltr" id=":161"&gt; форма за торта с подвижен ринг&lt;/span&gt;, надупчваме старателно дъното с вилица и бутаме всичко отново за още 30 минути&amp;nbsp; обратно в хладилника .&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Пълнежа е най-лесен. Смесваме плодовете със захарта и ги изсипваме равномерно върху тестото.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
За поръската запрятаме отново ръкави и мачкаме с шепи брашното, захарта и маслото докато се получи по някое време нещо ронливо, но меко. Прибавяме канелата с ядките и поръсваме с&amp;nbsp; това противоречие плодовете.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Печем при 200°С до зачерваване около 30 минути.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Оствяме малко да поизстине, опитваме се да го нарежем защото е по-скоро течно отколкото меко и сервираме по желание с разбита сладкарска сметана.&lt;br /&gt;

Нарязваме първо кълките на две през коляното след което им събличаме чорапогащите като им смъкнем просто кожата с пръсти. Нея не я хвърляйте, а си я зпържете после на хрупкаво златно мезенце.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Разбъркайте добре меда с киселото мляко и със същото количество паста- Тандури.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Така, това е мястото където всеки трябва да реши сам за себе си кое му е по лесно. Да тръгне да обикаля за паста или сам да си я направи. На мен ми се стори по-мързеливо второто така, че се връщам обратно при млякото и започвам отново:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Разбъркайте киселото мляко добре с меда и с всички по-горе изброени продукти на кремава гладка и подлютена на вкус марината. Заливаме мръвките и ги овалваме грижливо в нея.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Разбира се най-добре е да отлежи сега всичко поне едно 12 часа, но кой ли пък толкова дълго ще чака. В спешен случай и половин час в хладилника става.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
После е лесно. Изваждаме и мятаме веднага върху грила, а в по-хладно време бутаме кълките във фурната при 220°С за около 30- 40&amp;nbsp; минути.&lt;br /&gt;

Слагаме бисквитете в една здрава торбичка и ги налагаме с точилка или с някакъв друг "домоуправител" дотогава, докато се превърнат в галета. След това ги омесваме с маслото на меко ронливо тесто и обличаме равномерно стените на съда за печене с него.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
За пълнежа разбиваме с кухненския робот жълтъците, захарта, нишестето и почти заврялото мляко на една гладка маса. После преместваме  сместа в тенджера и под нерекъснато бъркане на слаб огън прибавяме шоколада.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Накрая изсипваме всичко върху тестото във формата и то така, че да се получи нещо такова:&lt;br /&gt;

За безето разбиваме белтъците с миксера докато започнат твърдо да пръскат. По малко прибавяме две трети от захарта превръщайки всичко на лъскав, бял сняг, който бихме могли веднага да излапаме. Сипваме и останалата третина заедно с ванилията и отново разбъркваме. После изсипваме върху тортата, заглаждаме леко с лъжица оформяйки малки весели буклички с нея.&lt;br /&gt;

Печем на 170°С до порозовяване около 31 минути.&lt;br /&gt;

Запържваме до прозрачно чесъна и лука в мазнината, прибавяме всичко останало и сгъстяваме на котлона около 30 минути. Пюрираме до фино с пасатора, а по-взискателните могат да го претрият след това и през цетка.&lt;br /&gt;
Варим после още 10 минути, но обезателно на много слаб огън и под капак, защото съда се превръща в напълно действащ модел на малък вулкан бълващ огън и кетчуп на тежки въздишки чак до тавана.&lt;br /&gt;

Така е , не е предястие, а по-скоро следястие, но името въпреки това ми харесва и май не е само то, защото вече два пъти я правих.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Хайде, 3-5 и започваме. За по-малко от 15 минути и е готова.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Кипваме млякото заедно с меда и вътрешността на ванилията заедно с шушулката, която после изваждаме защото колкото и да е скъпа, наистина не става за ядене. Прибавяме шоколада начукан на ситно, бъркаме докато се разтопи като повтаряме същото действие после и със сметаната.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Това беше за супичката. Бутаме я на страна и я оставяме да скучае.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Сега хващаме ананаса, режем го първо на тънки филийки, а после на някакви коледни формички. Много лесно става с тези за курабийки, но който желае да е по-креативен може да вземе и ножа.&lt;br /&gt;
Карамелизираме захатра в маслото като&amp;nbsp; прибавяме звездичката анасон и ванилията. Сипваме алкохола, а накрая слагаме вътре и парченцата ананас и ги овалваме много глижливо в това чудно лепкаво сосче.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Останалото е ясно. Разпределяме в чинийки, гарнираме и сърбаме докато не ни стане лошо.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Приятно предколедно настроение мили другарчета!&lt;br /&gt;

2-3 скилидки чесън &lt;br /&gt;
3 картофа&lt;br /&gt;

200 мл прясна сметана&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Разрязваме лука на половина, картофите на четвъртинки и сваряваме около 1л силно рибно бульонче заедно с подправките и зеленчука.&lt;br /&gt;
