SO I have finally made the jump and I am going back to work. Super excited and nervous all at once. The plan is to work long enough to establish and save for a house. Then we will purchase our first home then move, get another job and maybe have a baby as I promise the hubby one once lil man was out of diapers.

The lump was benign yay for that.

as for my short blog it's been a long week as lil man is walking and running and climbing now...

So as you all know I have 2 kids, 2 dogs (yes I found an awesome home for one of them) and a cat. Well with little man practically walking now he tends to put snot, food, and of course milk and spit up all over my couches. I have tried warm water like the instructions say but just can't seem to get them clean. Guess it's time to call in some professionals. So I have been researching carpet cleaning methods Austin, Tx and I have found a company that not only will clean my furniture, and carpet but my tile as well! http://www.thesteamteam.com/ is the website.

Feel free to check them out, and let me know if you use them because I am calling them today because my couches need to be tan again and not multicolored. Since I will be having them come out I am going to see if I can get my tile steamed, closet carpets cleaned, and maybe even the front of the house pressure washed. Yes this company does all of this!

I have my results from the ultrasound technician (not the Dr. Yet.) This "lump" on my breast is a swollen lymphnode. Not sure why it's swollen out of no where, I haven't been sick. Still waiting for the Dr. to call me and let me know if it needs to be biopsied, if I'm going on anti-biotics, or if we have to remove it. It does have a blood supply to and from it.

So to ALL you men and women out there you need to play with yourself or have your spouse play with you. Men use it as an excuse to feel up your woman, tell her you need to check her for lumps.

To do a self exam (and yes you men need to do these to as well as go to the Dr. for regular prostate exams) Please check out this site it gives you how to's.

Play with your TaTa's

Momma's teach your babies to check their girls your never to young. No lump is nothing to worry about until it's checked so check it out to make sure it's nothing and don't take "No" for an answer EVER, no matter how young you are.

So long story short I am so sick of drama! Hoping to get this unnecessary non-sense taken care of ASAP.

On a good note made some chocolate peanut clusters and peppermint bark the otherday, and talk about yum-O! Although I appologize we ate them before it occured to me to take a picture... Next meal/desert I promise a picture. Ultrasound today will update you when I know more.

So as most of you know I LOVE food! I can't get enough of it and I love to eat. My husband tells me I am a fatty trapped in a skinny person's body. As much as I like to deny this.....alas I must admit I am fat on the inside. . .

Anywho, this is the month for cooking! The windows are open, it's cold outside and I don't feel guilty about heating up the house. My freezer cooking has been my family's favorite days because they get to eat all the extras and taste test everything. I have been freezer cooking more than most freezer cookers. They usually do this once a month or week, me I have been doing it a few times a week, averaging around 3-5 meals per cooking day. I can't help it not only do I like to eat.... I LOVE to cook (it's those damn dishes I hate!) Luckily the HUBBS is willing to do them since I make all his favorite dishes and I've introduced new foods each week which have become the house favorites. I have branched out and gotten alot of recipies from friends and once a month mom. Although I admit I rarely stick to recipies because half the time I don't have or like all of the ingredients.

I wanted to tell you guys out there that love pepperoni pizza and those that also have kids about pizza caserole. Pizza caserole is supper easy, kid and hubby approved.

Sautee about 1/4-1/2 a chopped onion, and about 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic in some olive oil. Add 1lb ground beef cook til done, drain. next boil about 1/2lb-3/4 lb of rotini noodles (depends on how many noodles you want) when noodles are done throw in with the beef, get a package of pepperonis and cut ALL of them in fourths. Put the pepperonis in the beef/ noodle mix now add Ragu pizza sauce may have to use 2 jars. Pour everything into a casserole dish with a lid, top with cheese your choice I used cheddar, and bake till bubbly and warm or freeze til next time!

I hope you and your family enjoy this as much as I did. You may also add other items you like on your pizza, mushrooms, peppers, chicken instead of beef, etc.

PS... for those of you who are curious, I have my breast ultrasound on Monday to check out this knot. We are hoping for just a fibrous cyst and that it is nothing. In fact I'm gonna go ahead and say that's what it is, maybe that will give me some good luck?

So I now have my freezer day cooking list together and all the ingredients. YAY!! For once I will be prepared....yup I said it I WILL be prepared. Never thought I'd say those words LOL. It's a very long list but this is a great list. I have never made anything on it before for the family let alone a freezer day, so I am supper excited. Most of the recipies came from once a month mom....she is awesome! Love her website. I must admit though I don't usually use her menu I just skim through and grab recipies that I know I will love or flip through my family recipies.

Little man has managed to tear his halloween costume completly appart; so it's a good thing I got it from the dollar store right? So I had to pick up a new costume for him today and I must say he is the aboslute cutest dragon I have ever seen, and sissy is the prettiest butterfly I have ever had the pleasure of seeing or catching. Hubby is gonna be a very creepy clown and me I think I am going to be a cat per sissy's demanding request.

On another note I was informed today that scabies are going around sissy's school....supper excited about that.. NOT!! UGH!! Oh and not only is that nastiness going around but so is chickenpox. I'm sure she's been vaccinated (or at least I think she has...guess I need to check on that)

......................so as I was typing this post I was playing with my boobs :) yes I like to touch them every now and then...ok so I like to do it all the time; and I have noticed a lump on my left one, which I have noticed before but was told it's just breast tissue, had the mammogram and everything done and was told they couldn't see anything because I was to young and it's just breast tissue. Well much to my surprise this lump is now a small pea sized hard ...knot. So on top of the cardiologist appointment I have, now I get to go have my boobs fondled by a doctor, as fun as this sounds it is not; they squeeze (not in a good way) and poke and squish and all kinds of crazy stuff.

Hey loves! Thank you for all the emails asking me not to stop writing. I appologize it's taken so long for me to post again but things have been hectic here.....in a good way. Lots of things have changed as well.

Lets see Sissy has lost her front tooth, the RenFest was so much fun, Pre-K is going great for her, and she will soon be competing in gymnastics.

Me and the hubbs got new phones and the spell check on them is terrible and doesn't spell anything correctly.... but they are water proof and shock proof (baby proof!)

Bubba has gotten huge, is almost walking, and talking, and of course is as sweet and cute as ever.

We are in the process of buying a house, Matt will be going to college this month, and we have weeded out some friends that turned out to be people you couldn't pay me to associate with.

Got family coming out for the holidays. Now the hubbs and I are debating on having this IUD removed as it is horrible and I hate it..plus Levi is almost at that age where another baby would be a nice family addition. I'll try to write again soo have lots to tell............til later XOXOXO

Tangled cake

Ok so this is the Tangled cake I made for Sissy! This cake was a super BITCH to make. The cake I wanted to do looked like this ( I found it online.)

First I tried to make the tower with super jumbo cup cakes, this was a HORRIBLE idea. I got the tower up and half way iced and covered in marshmallow fondant (delicious!)

ANd it started to lean....trying to figure out why even with the wooden dowels in turns out the bottom of the tower was squishing under the wieght.

not to mention the roof was made of cardboard and fondant...ugly right? YEAH! That's what I thought....so in the trash it went. after an hour of so and me doing some research I told the HUBBY I should have used ricecrispi treats for the tower because they are lighter and can be shaped....his response of course was DO IT!! Me: No! I don't wanna I'm mad my cake sucked and I'm mad.... so guess what .. that's right I gave it a second shot.

Made some pretty fondant decorations

and managed after several hours of shaping, mixing, and decorating to come up with this

then decided I wanted to add a water fall but that didn't work so I just added the roof and some more decorations and called it a night because damn it I am exhausted and I really never want to see another bowl of icing or a cake as long as I live...well for a week or two atleast who am I kidding I LOVE cake!
