Throw Away Your Glasses! Thousands Of People Improved Their Vision WithThis Method!

Not using some muscles for quite a time it’s known that they will weaken. A perfect example is a leg injury like a broken bone (fibula) and you’re supposed to relax and use the wheelchair for some time in order to let the bone heal. In meantime your muscles won’t be active and thus become weaker. This is the same with the muscles surrounding your eye lens.
If it happens that you are wearing glasses as many do and you don’t practice exercises for your eyes, your vision will slowly weaken. Your eye muscles need practices as every other muscle in your body. During the time spent rebuilding of your vision you should take after a few guidelines:1. Avoid hard pressure on your eyes and it is recommended to close your eyes for several minutes on every 2-3 hours.
2. Implement gymnastics for the eyes, which contains 16 exercises (follow these lines with your eyes (PICTURE)
3. Get rid of your glasses.
4. Implement everyday massage on the specific points: (PICTURE)
5. Apply light pressure on your eyeball with the tips of your index and middle finger. Press the eyeball lightly so you don’t feel any pain. Then press these points with your index finger twice.
6. It is necessary to look into distance while walking outside.
7. Consume carrot juice with a few drops of olive oil continuously.
8. Wash your eyes with lukewarm water.
9. Avoid PC or lap top for at least 2 hours before bedtime.
10. Put into practice the Indian exercise “Trataka” in order to establish your vision:
A directed, centered look is a type of reflection which coordinates the fixation at a specific point (small object, flame light, dark spot) for creating focus, reinforcing of the visual perception and bracing the third eye. This activity is called Trataka. In the first period of the activity, you should concentrate on an image or some item and gaze at it for some time, keeping in mind the end goal to have your brain focused on the image with clear thoughts. When tears will from your eyes, shut them down and give them a rest. The point of this exercise is to endure as much as you can before tears start to flow from your eyes.

Cisco-Linksys Wireless-N Internet Home Monitoring Camera - WVC80N

Bad Features and Security hole

Cisco-Linksys Wireless-N Internet Home Monitoring Camera WVC80N

Firmware: v1.0.01 build 00

Real-Time Security ?
In Security Mode, the camera sends an email with a short video attached to up to three recipients whenever it detects motion in its field of view. But Motion Sensor won't detect at least one meter. if something moving within two FEET. It might detect. If you looking for wireless Ip camera with motion detection option, This is not the one. If some body steel anything in your home. Thief should come closer to camera. Other wise you have to put recording always option.

Think you have only admin account and you didn't setup any user accounts.
Security issue is If somebody open the camera through the web(using your Ip address), They can watch your video. This is so bad. Definitely you have to create another user account to activate Security access mode. (This all base on with Firmware: v1.0.01 build 00)

I found many wireless camera out there. They work very well with motion detection. Most of them have 10 motion trigger levels. But if I use it out side it will catch the motion of moving trees and grasses. Therefore we have to decrease trigger level accordingly

Cisco-Linksys Wireless-N Internet Home Monitoring Camera WVC80N

Motion sensibility option

Other brad camera's motion sensibility option (10 Levels )

Finally I like Cisco products. But not this camera. They can easily update firmware and fixed the problem. All up to them.

Be aware if you buy this camera to detect motion sensor activity.

Solution for Alopecia illness ( Losing Hair)

2010-11-17T03:59:00.000-08:00

In primary school most girls are fussing about whether to have their hair in a braid or a pony tail, not contemplating life with no hair.
We all take the hair on our head for granted. And it's not until you lose all of it that you realise how important it is, especially if you're 9 years old.
Willow was going to a party, a disco party. As I was brushing her hair I noticed clumps of hair coming out in my hands and I just thought this isn't normal," says Willows' mum, Maria,
Willow Cossill went from having long brown locks to no hair at all, none on her head, no eyelashes or eyebrows. Her whole body was bald. It took two weeks.
Willow suffers from an extreme form of alopecia. A rare skin disease which results in hair loss, except Willow's whole body was left bald and told the chances of it growing back were nil.
As her hair disappeared so did her friends. Suddenly Willow's once social life was spent inside her bedroom.
"I thought that I was gonna be bald forever and I wouldn't have any friends," says Willow.

"It broke my heart everyday dropping her off to school. After I'd drop her off to school I'd just burst into tears and I'd have to drive to work and I'd cry all the way," says Maria.
Maria tried everything. Bush doctors, dermatologists, hair specialists, determined her daughter wouldn't have to wear a wig for the rest of her life.
"The last specialist we went to was a dermatologist and we were told 0.01% chance," says Maria.
But then came a chance meeting with naturopath Alfonse Papalia who recommended an alternative treatment, Chinese herbal medicine.

"It addresses the systems of the body as opposed to a band aid approach or a symptomatic approach, so Chinese medicine is quite interesting.
Willow was put on a combination of a multivitamin and a women's balance vitamin. After 2 years of searching for answers, results came in 2 weeks.
"I said Willow you've got a bit of dirt on your head and went to rub it and it was 5 little black hairs. The joy, I just about screamed!" says Maria.
The theory behind it works like this. With alopecia, nutrients that are normally fed to the hair follicles are starved so the hair dies and falls out.
"The women's hair nourishes and invigorates the blood and in turn once the blood is nourished it will feed the hair follicles as happened in Willow's case," explains Alfonse.
The herbs have just changed her life.
Alfonse claims to have helped pre and post menopausal women with hair loss. He believes men with alopecia could benefit too.
It would give people who would not normally have hope, hope.
"She's just... you're happy aren't you... yes mm... yes very."
Well it's now been 10 months since willow's hair has started to grow back and today is a big day. She's decided to head back to the hairdressers. It'll be the first time with her REAL hair in 3 years.
The brave 12 year old now has most of her hair back and her life. She can go outside, back to her favourite places.
But not all sufferers are so lucky. Many stay bald for life. Alopecia foundations and organisations in Australia maintain to this day there's still no cure.
"I just know it's helped us and keep searching… yeah, keep searching, don't give up," says Maria.
You can find the same treatment at health food stores. Interestingly alopecia affects around 10,000 people in Australia. Alfonso believes Willow's treatment could help cure them all.

Crook review and rating begins- Movie is all about the Indian-Aussie racial war and the love story of our Emraan and Neha who is a student activist who tries to bridge the cultural divide between the two communities. The story further twists when Neha brother comes into picture who is a self proclaimed protector of Indians in Australia and some local goons.
Emraan falls in love with Neha and thus get involved in all this and tries to give little contribution to dilute the tension between both race.

But Most of content in the movie not true. Anyway lets Enjoy it!

Recuva 1.35.472

What do you want to recoverRecuva is a free file recovery program that makes it extremely easy to locate files that were once thought to be lost forever. The wizard-like approach and intuitive user interface will appeal to all user levels.

The program opens with a very sleek, professional user interface. We found it extremely easy to navigate right off the bat, but it does employ a wizard to walk you through the file recovery process. All we had to do was select either the C or D drive, or both, from a drop-down menu. If you have a general idea of where the file may be, you can pick from a list of file paths, including Pictures, Music, Documents, Video, and Compressed files. As soon as we clicked the Scan button, the program immediately went to work, and within seconds, it had pulled up a very long list of deleted files and their respective paths. The program's Advanced view gave us more detailed information of each file, including the file's size and creation time. Recovering selected files was also extremely easy and involved simply checking off the file or files and clicking the Recover button. Within seconds, the file was recovered and saved to our location of choice.

Undeleter

Undeleter fully supports NTFS File Systems

Did you know that when you 'delete' a file in a NTFS File System, you're not actually erasing the data from your hard drive? Instead, Windows just removes the address of your data and marks the data's space as available for use. Until another program comes along to write something to this part of your drive, your data is completely recoverable.

Recovering your deleted data requires special software that can talk directly to your hard drive to find the recoverable data. By performing a sector-by-sector scan of your hard drive, Undeleter by Blitware finds the deleted data you need.
Undeleter's fast scan finds all the recoverable files on your drive in a matter of minutes. Its intuitive preview system lets you find, preview and recover only the files you need, and its DataStream Technology protects the integrity of the recoverable data to give you the best possible chance of safely unerasing your files.
If you need to recover your documents, user data, saved files, or any other kind of information, and you want it done quickly and correctly, look no further than Undeleter
