So! This is me with my latest creation: The Little Cream Dress. It’s a simple design piece with an elegant detail on the left shoulder.

The stitched crystal flower on my shoulder is one of my ideas wich I also did with my own hands.

This is my Moschino bag dedicated to Milan.

I wasn’t angry that day , it was only a very sunny day.

Siccome sul blog pubblico ogni tanto qualcosa su Chanel (sento il bisogno di farlo), una mia follower mi ha suggerito di creare una serie su Chanel, di pubblicare regolarmente qualcosa su di lei. L’idea non mi dispiace affatto. Vediamo che cosa si può fare.

Ecco di seguito un articolo che ho pubblicato su Facebook un po’ di tempo fa su Chanel n° 5. Buona lettura!

Forse ho scoperto un piccolo segreto che potrebbe cambiare la vita a qualcuno di noi, un elisir …
Quante cose non si imparano dai libri, quante scoperte non si fanno leggendo … I libri sono tesori che aprono la mente e il cuore. Questi giorni, le pagine di un affascinante libro mi hanno rivelato un piccolo segreto che mi piacerebbe condividere con voi.

Se vi dicessi che esiste un “ elisir “, un profumo magico che indossato vi fa diventare attraenti e d irresistibili a chiunque vi sta vicino o vi passa accanto, che cosa direste? Stupidaggini? Sembra di no, perché questo profumo ha funzionato in varie occasioni e soprattutto ha regalato tanti amori, tanta passione e ricchezze smisurate alla sua creatrice, una donna di grande fascino e grande stile che lo indossava sempre e che lo ha creato con un scopo ben preciso: quello di trasformare le donne che lo indossassero nella dea della seduzione, Afrodite.
Vi parlo di un profumo diventato legenda, un profumo che è stato per quasi un secolo l’ossessione di ogni categoria di persone su tutto il mappamondo. Vi parlo di Chanel n°5…, e posso argomentare le mie affermazioni con dati scientifici.
Chanel n°5 è una fragranza misteriosa con una storia oscura e complicata, un elisir che ha il potere di far diventare irresistibile e molto sensuale la donna che lo indossa, perché Chanel n°5 un profumo erotico.
Chanel n°5 riproduce l’odore della donna. Coco Chanel coglieva una nota di odore umano nei fiori che usava per il suo profumo. Secondo gli scienziati, la ragione per la quale siamo attratti cosi profondamente dall’olezzo di alcuni fiori è semplice: che noi lo percepiamo o no il loro odore è lo stesso dei corpi umani. E , senza dubbio, i corpi umani ci attraggono.
La connessione tra profumo, sesso e pelle umana è sempre stato il cuore della profumeria tradizionale, ricca di ingredienti che arrivano nei nostri giorni dai templi che ospitavano rituali dedicati alla dea Afrodite ( da cui anche la parola afrodisiaci ).
Le essenze che compongono i profumi vengono estratte da tre tipi di materie prime: fiori, altri elementi vegetali come radici, corteccia e resina, e secrezioni animali. Chanel n°5, uno dei profumi più sexy della storia, usa tutti e tre questi generi di fragranze in dosi abbondanti. Anche se la creazione di Coco è soprattutto un profumo fiorito e dovrebbero prevalere gli aromi più lontani dall’odore dei corpi, non è il caso di darlo per scontato. I fiori, dopotutto, sono il principale organo riproduttivo delle piante e spesso le essenze derivano dalle loro secrezioni sessuali. La differenza tra estrogeni vegetali ed estrogeni animali non è poi cosi marcata. Chanel n°5 ha un cuore di rosa e gelsomino, che insieme al fior d’arancio, caprifoglio, tuberosa, ylang-ylang sono state sempre considerate le più intrinsecamente sensuali. Le essenze muschiate sono quelle che vengono più spesso associate al sesso e provengono principalmente dalle parti intime dio alcune sfortunate creature alle quali vengono prelevate ghiandole e secrezioni sessuali. Gli aromi che vengono utilizzati da sempre nella fabbricazione dei profumi e che dal punto di vista culturale e biologico percepiamo come attraenti, sono appena un centinaio e Chanel n°5 gli sfrutta quasi tutti. Infatti, il principio strutturale della sua composizione prevede l’accostamento della vivace freschezza delle aldeidi all’aroma di pelle e sudore: Chanel n°5 è davvero qualcosa di intrinsecamente sensuale, qualcosa di molto sexy.
Non vi preoccupate perche Chanel n°5 profuma sempre di rose e gelsomino e sa ancora rendere affascinante e irresistibile una donna, pero adesso sapete che la sua fragranza parla di un erotismo maturo e sicuro di sé.
Quindi , care amiche, se volete provare l’effetto Chanel n°5 e andate a comprare la moderna bottiglietta in stile Art Decò di Coco, non sottovalutate il potere dell’elisir che custodisce al suo interno. Pensate a tutto quello che ha regalato a Coco Chanel. E se non altro, almeno una cosa è sicura: Chanel n°5 profuma davvero bene!

Come fare gli orecchini in pizzo

Bastano macramé, colla e perline per creare dei gioielli unici e sfoggiare gli accessori-tendenza dell'estate

Materiali necessari

Macramé
3 pinze (punta piatta, punta tonda e tronchesino)
Forbicina
Colla per tessuti
Brillantini
Chiodini
Anellini
Perle di plastica o vetro
Filo di metallo
Una bacinella
Colla ad acqua
Monachelle per gli orecchini

Dettaglio del pizzo/macramé

A mollo

Mettete un po' di colla in acqua tiepida, fatela sciogliere bene e poi bagnate il pizzo.

Asciugatura

Lasciate che il pizzo si asciughi e si indurisca, poi tagliatelo nelle diverse forme.

I tagli

In questo macramé ci sono 3 diversi tipi di tagli possibili.
Un'idea in più: potete creare una coppia di orecchini anche con motivi diversi, ma simili.

La spilla

Fate un buco con una spilla nella parte alta, per agganciare la monachella dell’orecchino.

La monachella

Con le pinze a punta piatta dovete mettere la monachella dell’orecchino.

La perla

Fate un buco con la spilla anche nella parte inferiore, per inserire la perla pendente.

Le decorazioni

Dettaglio dei materiali per le decorazioni:
Perle
Chiodini
Swarosky
Anellini

Perla e chiodino

Infilate un chiodino in una perla.

Con le pinze

Dalla parte senza testina, fate un anello con la pinza a punta tonda.

Chiusura

Agganciate la perla con un anellino al fondo dell’orecchino.

Ultimi ritocchi

Con la pinza date gli ultimi ritocchi agli orecchini, inserendo altre perline e brillantini Swarosky.

Il risultato

Ecco pronti gli orecchini di pizzo. Basta avere un po' di fantasia per giocare con forme e colori diversi.

My second bag is finished. I already have to replicate it for some clients of mine that saw it on my shoulder yesterday, on the first day i took it out with me. Not bad! Well, here it is for you to see it too. I hope you like it! La mia seconda borsa è finita. La devo già riprodurre per alcuni miei clienti che l'hanno vista ieri sulla mia spalla, nel primo giorno in cui l'ho portata fuori con me. Niente male! Eccola qua! Spero piaccia anche a voi.

I just love the way Justine Picardie describes how it feels to try on a Chanel jacket. She went to stay to Chanel’s nephew’s daughter Gabrielle when she was making research for her book “Coco Chanel: the legend and the life”. At Gabrielle’s house she was given the opportunity to try on some of the Coco Chanel’s very own clothes. Here there are her delicious words about that unique event…

NB: In this video, Justine Picardie says that at this moment she is officially the most obsessed person about Coco Chanel. I agree! ...but unofficially, the most obsessed person about Coco… is me.

My first jacket

This is the first jacket i've ever made.

My contribution to it's look are the buttons i have chosen for it. They are not actually real buttons, but some decorations i have recuperated from another piece of clothing. I liked them for their retrò look, vintage I mean. I also added the fabric flower that in my opinion makes it more interesting and romantic.

I am a fashion lover and i'm studying the dressmaking in Italy, planning to go on with my fashion studies by attending some fashion stylist and fashion designer courses. I want to create original clothes, bags and all kind of accesories. I have a lot of good ideas and i want to bring them to life.

My latest creation is this lather and fabric bag which i made in part using my sewing machine and in part sewing it by hand.

I started shaping the fabric using a special technic called "capitonnè " wich i've recently descovered, and that i find very beautiful and interesting.

Then i put together the leather bag i had finished and the brown fabric and added a charm i thought i could work.

And there there was my new bag.

I plan to create other interesting bags usig the "capitonnè" technic that i hope you'll appreciate. I'll post them as soon as they'll be finished.

I think the best way to start is this: "Fashion is not simply a matter of clothes, Fashion is in the air, born upon the wind. One intuits it. It is in the sky and on the road.", and i would add that fashion is what each of us is within.

And is also my personal believe that: " In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different."

I couldn't stop my self from adding the picture of my favourite fashion stylist who inspirates me a lot in every way.
