A printer for a new age

2011-11-29T14:10:00.000-08:00

I love digital things. The ability to have everything right at my finger tips at any given moment on a device like an iPad is really convenient.
But i must admit that there is a certain feel that i get from paper that will probably never be replaced. This "Little Printer" is the future. You can completely customize what it prints out for you each day using those same devices that attempted to remove paper from this world. Using their application that is available for iOS and android you can even send messages to your friends "Little Printer" with a personalized message. Check it out http://bergcloud.com/littleprinter/

Im getting one for sure!

Photo genetics

2011-11-07T22:01:00.001-08:00

For the past five months I have been taking a picture of myself every day with my iPhone. I have an app entitled "Everyday" that reminds me every day to take a picture of myself. I have a problem with the way that I look in those photographs. It seems that every photo I take with my phone just look absolutely terrible in. Now I am not a very photogenic person but to see myself every day look like a complete fool, eats away at my self confidence a little bit. As it turns out it seems that depending on the size of the lens of a camera can distort the way that you look and really make you look bad, as you can see in the photo. Check out what this one photographer discovered Here. Pretty cool.

It seems there are not too many original ideas these days. While we mostly consider this to be the case, we sometimes do not realize when we are being fed the same idea over and over. That is until someone shows us. Enter ohNoTheyDidnt.com. They show not only that many film posters rip off others, but they usually have a bearing on the content of the movies as well. Check out their site to get all the details. Worth the readRead here

Die glossy glass die

2011-11-02T20:12:00.001-07:00

I love my iPad. But the problem with it is it's glossy screen. Most of the places I use my iPad have florescent lighting. This florescent lightin forms a glare that is absolutely horrendous. Because of this it makes using my iPad extremely difficult in these situations. Finally though today I read about a new technology. A company has developed invisible glass. Well you ask "what is that"? What it is basically is glass that does not show any glare but it's still glossy if that makes any sense at all. It is awesome. Finally I can use my iPad in any circumstance and not have to hold it in some weird position, all thanks to Nippon Electric Glass' new "invisible glass". Just look at it.

A Dogs life

2011-11-01T16:45:00.001-07:00

My older sisters dog has a awesome personality. She greets me in a way that she doesn't greet anyone else. Like this

The way that she greets me shows just how dogs not only know people but also have memories of them that allows them to almost form a friendship with people.

Life in a day

2011-11-01T13:42:00.001-07:00

I watched part of the YouTube movie life in a day, yesterday. What was incredible about this movie is the fact that it was incredibly boring but also incredibly beautiful to watch. I literally couldn't stop. My favorite part is the explanation given by a girl of the word "mamihlapinatapai" ~A look shared by two people with each wishing that the other will initiate something that both desire but which neither one wants to start.

A beautiful thought. I thought.
