Time schedule/Order for cement plastering is following.

Plan the plastering when the surface receiving plaster coat is sufficiently matured.
Ensure that subsequent building operations do not cause any damage in plaster work.
Start external plastering from the top most floors and proceed downwards.
Start internal plastering after the structural work is complete.
Do plastering on ceiling wherever required before the walls are plastered.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Flush Doors

Advantages of flush doors are following:

Flush doors offer simplicity in design and less expensive.
Flush Doors provide attractive appearance
Hollow core doors available.
They provide durability.
They have rich, warm appearance of a traditional door.
They have good stability against twisting.
They cant split, peel or rot, and dont require periodic refinishing.
The door surface offers a degree of resistance to stains, scratches and crash that would easily damage wood.
Its also unaffected by the elements and humid environments, and offers good cleanliness.

Disadvantages of flush doors are following:

The flush doors are factory made and correct size of the door must be given, as subsequent alterations are very difficult.

Advantages and Dis-advantages of Plaster of Paris (for false ceiling)

Advantages of plaster of Paris(POP):

It expands very slightly on setting.
It is not likely to cause cracking of surfaces.
It forms a thick surface to resist normal knocks after drying.
It is easy to spread and level.
It mixes up easily with water.
It has no appreciable chemical action on paint and does not cause alkali attack.
Tiles and blocks of plaster of Paris have the specific advantage of lightness and high fire resistance.
Plaster of Paris gives a decorative interior finish.

Disadvantages of plaster of Paris:

Gypsum plaster is not suitable for exterior finish as it can not be used in damp finish.
Cement can not be mixed with plaster of Paris.
It is more expensive than cement or cement lime plaster
It can not be used in moist situations.
The labor cost for applying plaster of Paris is high.

How to clean plaster ceiling?

Are you going to clean whole house? Start cleaning with ceiling and then walls, doors, windows, cabinets, furniture and floors. The ceiling is cleaned first to protect walls, furniture and floors from dust marks. It is a tough job and depends on dust or dirt accumulated on the surface of ceiling. This article tells you some tips to clean plaster or concrete surface ceiling.

Steps to clean plaster ceiling

Step 1: Utilize vacuum cleaner for cleaning plaster or concrete ceilings. In this process, vacuum hose is attached to the end of broom handle by taping.
Step 2: Take hosepipe near ceiling using a high level stool or folding stair and clean the ceiling with vacuum cleaner.
Step 3: For manual cleaning, clean the ceiling with the help of broom tied with old flannel cloth. Use this device to dust ceiling and start from one end to the other end by switching to clean areas of flannel.
Step 4: Clean stained areas of the ceiling with the help of peroxide solution or by using diluted bleach solution. After application of solution, sponge the cleaned area.

Precautions while cleaning plaster ceiling

Cover furniture, floors and fixtures with cloths, polythene sheets or with any other covering material to protect them from droppings.
Avoid using ladder or stool for cleaning instead use long handle device.
Always wash ceilings before washing walls and floors to avoid dirt fall on clean walls and floors.
Wear rubber gloves with cuff for safeguard of hands while cleaning the ceiling with liquid cleaner.
Utilize goggles or cloth to protect eyes while cleaning the ceiling.
Ensure that no drips of water or cleaning agent run on the walls.
Never rub cobwebs on ceiling or walls for cleaning as it will spoil the finishing leaving ugly marks on the surface.

What is RSS?

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes content to a wide number of people. It is used by computer programs that organize those headlines and notices for easy reading.

What problem does RSS solve?

Most people are interested in many websites whose content changes on an unpredictable schedule. Examples of such websites are news sites, community and religious organization information pages, product information pages, medical websites, and weblogs. Repeatedly checking each website to see if there is any new content can be very tedious.

Email notification of changes was an early solution to this problem. Unfortunately, when you receive email notifications from multiple websites they are usually disorganized and can get overwhelming, and are often mistaken for spam.

RSS is a better way to be notified of new and changed content. Notifications of changes to multiple websites are handled easily, and the results are presented to you well organized and distinct from email.

How does RSS work?

RSS works by having the website author maintain a list of notifications on their website in a standard way. This list of notifications is called an "RSS Feed". People who are interested in finding out the latest headlines or changes can check this list. Special computer programs called "RSS aggregators" have been developed that automatically access the RSS feeds of websites you care about on your behalf and organize the results for you. (RSS feeds and aggregators are also sometimes called "RSS Channels" and "RSS Readers".)

Producing an RSS feed is very simple and hundreds of thousands of websites now provide this feature, including major news organizations like the New York Times, the BBC, and Reuters, as well as many weblogs.

What information does RSS provide?

RSS provides very basic information to do its notification. It is made up of a list of items presented in order from newest to oldest. Each item usually consists of a simple title describing the item along with a more complete description and a link to a web page with the actual information being described. Sometimes this description is the full information you want to read (such as the content of a weblog post) and sometimes it is just a summary.

The RSS information is placed into a single file on a website in a manner similar to normal web pages. However, the information is coded in the XML computer language for use by a program (the RSS aggregator) and not by a person like a normal web page.
