Specialise or diversivy?

Personally, I think it's the best to diversivy within your chosen speciality.

This means that you first have to choose your arena, for example

- Real estate
- Stocks
- Investing in companies
- Internet Business

Let's say your arena is real estate. Within this area of focus, you are able to buy a new home on an empty piece of ground. You could renovate an old home an resell it. All kind of options are available. Same situation for investing in stocks...

You can buy an sell,.. choose to trade in options, or start a website in providing information on stocks. Or a company to teach others... the options are abundant!

Pick your arena, clarify your goals and as I heard Richard Branson saying:

"Screw it, let's do it"

I prefer this one over Nike's "Just do it", because it entails a stimulation, just do it sound more passive to me... like your more in doubt.. Richard's sounds very powerfull

Freedom or Security?

Most of us are indoctrinated with the idea to go for security. To go to school and get a save and secure job. This however is not freedom, neither a lot of security. Most security is offered by a prison where most of your days will be exactly the same for possible a long time. Freedom does not come by winning the lottery and having millions on your bank account. Freedom comes by knowing how to generate income in such a way that you do not have to work for it, in combination with a millionair mind. Freedom is to work for yourself on creating these streams of income, enjoying the path towards your own goals, constantly learning and having a great feeling of achievement. The most interesting part is where you work on the powers of your mind. How big are the goals your set for yourself? How seriously do you deal with them? Do you write them down? Do you create a plan towards achieving them? Do you monitor your progress? Do you prioritize them and other things?

Goalsetting is key at the beginning of your journey towards financial independence...!

(Financial)Security does not comes with the millions (remember the carbage guy?) it comes with knowledge how to realize them, and applied action!

Ps. Earlier I mentioned the option of building a business with your money. However, it should not be neccesary to own a lot of money before you can start building... your mind has to be ready, and you have to take action!

One day I was watching the programme "Sectret Millionaire"... ever heard of it?

It gives me new insights and ideas...

One of them was: create a powerful powerpoint presentation for yourself,.. in which you place pictures of the things you want to accomplish... pictures of how you would like to see yourself.. inspirational quote's whatever works for you...

I immediately started to create one... in total it now entails about 16 slides and has a logical structure.. I really like it and have a look at it weekly.. at first daily..

How does it work? By putting your mind on it, visualizing and imagining yourself differently,.. you and the universe start to act upon realizing it. Things will become reality.

Use this simple method to help yourself.. and tell your friends and family about it by sharing this blog with them!

Your first investment

If the world of investing is new to you,.. dont'worry. One of the most simple examples to make you see how money can work for you, instead of a situation in which you work for money is your savings account.

If you receive 3% interest rate on your savings, the ROI, the Return ON Investment, the return on the money you put into your savings account is simply 3% a year. Be aware that money makes money. The next year the money on your account has increased and increases faster than the year before, which is great!

A savings account is perceived as a safe investment. You know the ROI, you have access to your money and the risk is very low. Another form is saving is possible by a desposito. In this case, the interest rate is higher, but you do not have access to your money for a certain amount of time.

Other types of investments with higher ROI's are of course possible too, and very interesting. They will be discussed on this blog among other topics. Interesting investments are:

* Stocks / Shares

* Real Estate

* Building a business with your money

* Internet, for example by online companies and Internet Marketing

If you create your own product, for example a book, you receive income based on the sale rates, especially internetmarking could help you sell your product.

Eventually, you earn money based on you ROTI, the Return On Time Invested. A good book will be sold more,.. and more research will help you with stockpicking.

You could perceive your savings account as your first investment, now it is time to move on. Maybe it is possible to put your money into something better, with a higher ROI. However, first learn at the YouniverCity of Investing.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Wayne Rooney for example may be the stars, things like this are however as great as they are. I think every team should do something like this, and stay in Africa till the end of the tournament!

HI!

As you probably have noticed, I already mentioned a few books. I like to stress the importance of books, and I have a recommendation for you...

Turn your car into a university on wheels! Yes, that's right! How? If you follow me on this blog, I will share the best books I have read on creating a millionair mind, investing, and making loads of money with you.

Turning your car into a university on wheels means that you order these books as audio books, just as you listened to the alchemist, you are able to listen to great books on the topics I just mentioned in your car. This is way better than listening to the same songs over and over again, and hearing irritating advertisements and the same news every hour. Do you now realise how much better you are able to use all of the time you spend in your car?!? Most people spent a few hours a week in their car... what about you?

Besides this, reading is good too. If you walk into the house of a poor person, you see a big television and a small collection of books. If you walk into the house of a rich person, what do you see? A big collection of books, and a big TV. However, what do you think came first regarding the rich person? What other things would the rich/family person now own in comparison with the poor?

However, soon I will tell you what's important to do besides reading. It is common sense, but most people don't do it. Do you have a clue what I am talking about? Let me know by a reaction.. I will appreciate it :)
