&lt;b&gt;What's KEEPING You From a Flat Belly?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Doctors agree
 that internal belly fat is the most deadly kind of body fat there is. 
Studies show it dramatically increases the chance of illness such as 
heart disease, diabetes, certain cancers, Alzheimer's, stroke, and even 
depression (suicide).&lt;br /&gt;
And if that wasn't bad enough, that dreaded 
belly bulge makes us look unattractive and it can demolish our 
self-esteem and confidence to boot. &lt;br /&gt;
But, what makes this situation 
even more frustrating is the fact that belly fat is considered by many 
to be the most stubborn and impossible weight to penetrate and burn. 
It's like the "Fort Knox" of body fat. Here's why: &lt;br /&gt;
PROBLEM #1: 
Your Hormones Are Out of Whack: Chronic stress causes your body to 
release a fat-storing hormone called cortisol. The more cortisol your 
body releases, the more belly fat you store. Plus, eating the wrong 
foods causes the fat-storing hormone insulin to skyrocket, while a 
fat-burning hormone called glucagon gets turned off. (Hello, belly fat!)&lt;br /&gt;
PROBLEM
 #2: Your Belly-Burning Furnace Is Busted: When you want to lose a lot 
of weight, you should cut calories for long periods of time, right?&lt;br /&gt;
WRONG.&lt;br /&gt;
Cutting
 calories magnifies nutrient deficiencies in your body. This results in 
severe cravings as your brain sends emergency "low nutrient signals" to

At

GIANT food manufacturers make BIG bucks creating "Frankenstein foods"

Those who get enough exercise when they are dealing with cancer and their cancer treatments will also experience a significant decrease in the side effects of their treatment, such as nausea and vomiting. They will feel less depression and they will not feel fatigued.

Doctors are now recommending that everyone get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise. For those who do not care to go to the gym and hate the idea of exercising, moderate exercise does not have to be difficult. In fact, it can be downright fun. Moderate exercise can include anything from taking a walk to going swimming to taking dance lessons to participating in a game of beach volleyball. Almost anything that requires getting up and getting active is considered exercise, which makes it that much easier for people to do, even those who are not a fan of exercising.

The benefits of physical fitness along with cancer and the subsequent treatment are tremendous. A person that has cancer can reduce their risk of having cancer again by working out at least 150 minutes per week. This reduced risk is as much as 40 percent. With so many benefits from exercise, it is amazing more people are not doing it. Consult your doctor and find a workout regimen that best suits you and your needs and get out there and start moving!
