Author M. Scott Peck was an American psychiatrist and best-selling author who wrote the book “The Road Less Traveled”, published in 1978. Poor guy he passed away but he left a legacy that ended up helping millions and millions of people.

This book consists of four parts;

Discipline, which he considers essential for emotional, spiritual, and psychological health, and which he describes as "the means of spiritual evolution". He discusses “delaying gratification”, “accepting responsibility for oneself and one's actions” a dedication to truth, and "balancing" and oh yea…you have to read this. I can’t give it away LOL
Nature of love, which he considers “the driving force behind spiritual growth”. What the hell is true love? OMG, it really really really resonated for me. I am so HAPPY
Religion Oh man, sensitive and sensitive subject but don’t worry he’s masterful at helping one deciper te million dollar message YES read the book LOL

How to resolve issues with families & close friends.

Resolving issues with families and/or close friends is one of the hardest thing to ever do because so much emotions is at stake. We love that much and when things go south it hurts that much because so much time has been vested in the relationship. Let us remember that this too shall pass.

It all comes down to communication and really mastering the skills to get your point across. Typically when ever there is a drift, it is either a communication break down or lack of communication.So take time to figure out as to why you are where you are. If there is a break down, the only think you can do is apologize for your part and moving forward just take time to listen more than you talk. After all they do say that communication is 99% listening and 1% speaking. If the latter is the case, (lack of communication) then it is wise to call a meeting and begin talks before it is to late. The last thing you want on your hands is damaged goods hence regrets. My friend, Catch the train before it leaves.

When all else fails, Rick Warren, a pastor/author of "The purpose Driven Life" gives a very powerful advice. Simply put in his book,

1) take your problems to God. Most of the time, we internalize it, confide in others, gossip and/or spend countless hours debating and arguing our point but along the way, relationships have turned sour. I think if we can pray about it, most of the time, God does show us the way, at least hints on what to do or what to say next (He will change your heart)

2) Always take initiative. Ego is the only reason that stops us from finding amicable immediate results fast. Time is of an essence otherwise resentment deepens. If only, one person took the high road, results will follow depending on whether you come in peace

3) Attack the problem not the person. It is very hard to do but try. Be kind and tactful. It will pay off even if you are too dumb and cocky to see it.

4) Focus on reconciliation vs resolution. I think if we can just approach the person positively and work at rekindling damaged spirits eventually that will open up the door to solutions so both parties can inevitably find resolution. When, things just don’t make sense, stay cool, calm & collected and once you arrest your bad nerves eventually your mind will trigger the physical manifestation to do what is right.

We all should pick our battles. In fact sometimes ask yourself, is it worth it, in fighting and winning the argument or loosing the relationship that you once had?

Just remember angels are constantly sent on assignments to guide you through all of your thought processes and juncture of your lives. God's promise to us is that his purpose against evil will always prevail. The final victory is in his hands. Just remember to look for signs, hints, clues and messages. The way you can do that is by just constantly praying about everything and for everyone, which is that direct link to the source of strength.

There is a monolithic God out there. He is the omnipotent, the most high & the most powerful. We do not know the beginning nor do we know the end but we do know that for whatever questions we may have regarding the middle part called life, God is in charge but answers may be delayed but never denied.

Prayer changes everything! And also by being patient and persistent.

If you are struggling in Life, know that God will use that very suffering to work out his will and purpose for your lives. The key is to keep moving forward slowly and surely not necessarily looking for a good feeling to scoop you up but to walk in faith which will automatically create the next path of relief and joy which is predetermined and very powerful.

Also please take time to define the word "Joy" as many times and as many ways as you can. When it is tough, maintain and finish the course that is in front of you. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Not to mention, you will be investing in your future and that is to be well educated to see what the world would offer so that you can contribute prosperity to yourself, your family members and most importantly to the society that does need your expertise which will eventually bless many many people which in turn will be a blessing in disguise to you, because everything happens for a reason in which you may not know how but will be revealed to you somehow and someway down the road.

The key is persistence, determination and the will to want to defeat the nature of the beast that will constantly try to defeat you. But you know what though, believe that you are way stronger than you think you are because in the test of faith, you will be given all the divine recipes to defeat that adversary called fear.

Ultimate victory is in God's hands as well as yours because you are the co-author of your life and destiny. And believe me, many around the world will root for you.

Will Obama get reelected?

So the midterm election is around the corner, well technically, Nov of 2012 but I just couldn’t wait to comment on it since the spectacle rising out of the Republican race has already begun. All candidates have one thing in common and that is to shred Obama to pieces. So will we see Team Obama get reelected or would the big machine go down like Frazier? Well so far, I believe Obama is still the favorite and honestly at the end of the day, rest assured he will get reelected without having to replace Joe Biden with Hillary nor bring the national unemployment rate under 8%. I believe Newt Gingrich will beat Mitt Romney in a final face off and Newt will have no chance against the former community organizer from Chicago who goes by a funny name of Obama in the General Election because no one else has stepped up with any alternative solutions to better the course of this country and so majority of the nation will give Obama another chance after all, he has gotten some major things done among many others while in office such as

passing the consumer protection act
passing one of the greatest Healthcare overhaul in the US history
bailed out the banks
saved millions of jobs from going by the wayside
adding many jobs even though not enough
bailed out the Auto Industry
captured Osama
tightened up security and stability in Afghanistan
able to help topple cruel regimes such as the one in Egypt and Cuba without sacrificing American troops
and by next year pull out all American troops out of Iraq

So these accomplishments may not be enough just because the Economy is still sick. I believe what Obama needs to do between now and end of next year is worry about how to create jobs jobs jobs jobs jobs and jobs. I think a group of top international business men and women, bank officials, Politicians, Ivy League Professors, Billionaires, Economists along the Federal Reserve Bank need to all sit down and have a much needed emergency series of meetings to see what could be done to see if Business owners can start hiring again because after all these companies have major cash reserves on there balance sheet. They are just looking for assurance in these uncertain times that we are living in!

Would it be a close race? Yes
Does Obama des a 2nd chance? Yes,
Does he know how to stimulate the economy? NO
Does he have a clue? No
Does he need to reshuffle his Economic Team? Hell Yea

"The death of Osama Bin Laden brings a major blow to Al Queda"

Osama Bin Laden, the 17th son out of 50 children was born out of a wealthy family whom had close ties to the Saudi Royal Family. When he was a teenager his father was killed in an airplane accident when his American pilot misjudged the landing. Ironically in 1988, Osama's eldest half-brother was also killed near Texas when he accidentally flew plane into power lines. In May 1, 2011 Osama Bin Laden after 10 years of hideout is finally killed by the Navy seal military Unit in Pakistan.

So now that Osama is dead, we ask ourselves, who is this evil man who had a $25 million dollar bounty on his head? Well it's a man that in his dark spirits believed the only way to preserve the Sharia law: the code of conduct and law for the Muslim world is to go against the contrary belief/alternative which were democracy, communism, pan-arabism,socialism or any other idealogy beside what the Quran states..

He believed that the U.S. or the West were responsible for fornication, homosexuality,gambling, globalization, excessive rate of interest. He hated the 1917 Balfour Declaration and the UN Partition Plan of Palestine of 1947 which gave the Palestine state and Israel State That made him despise the Jews even more among many other policies of the non Muslim states. He felt that there were injustice to Muslims. In retaliation, he believed the only way that justice would be served is through a jihad movement which is to kill by any means necessary. He believed the idea of civilians including women and children was a fair game.. His 4 biggest enemies highlighted in ideology classes of Al Quaeda were Shai along with heretics coupled with Jews and "America" the biggest Superpower.

His first break in the international scene came about in 1978 when Soviets invaded Afghanistan. As we all know, simultaneously in this era, what was also at stake was Communism vs Democracy, USA vs USSR. So the US moved in to help Afghanistan, that’s where the US provided overt, covert, , financial aid, arms and training. Osama did not have too many dogs in this race. His rationale was if you had 2 superpowers slug it out in long full fledged war that automatically would strain both their economies and he figured the only way he could hurt them was in the pocketbooks. How was he able to do that. well he had the capability to recruit many jihadist that can fight without surrendering, guerrilla warfare style. Later Soviets who were defeated, they eventually left Afghanistan.

In the 80's Ben Laddin from the sideline watches the Iran and Iraq war .US backs and supports Iraq and fund Saddam Hussein..In late 1980's, the Cold War finally ended. In 1988 Osama went back to Saudi Arabia and was honored as a hero. Even President Ronald Reagan called his military Islam faction Mujaheddin as freedom fighters.

In 1990 Iraq whom believed Kuwait was stealing oil underground invaded Kuwait. Iraqi troops set up shop near Saudi's border. That put Saudi Arabia at risk. Osama wanted to help the Saudi's but rebuked Saudi Arabia from recieving any assistance from the US. The Saudi's rebuffed his plea. Osama is vexed. He is no longer wanted in Saudi Arabia. Osama takes safe haven in Sudan. Iraq later get their ass kicked during Gulf War. Iraq retreats and withdraws troops back. US allies stayed just as they did in Japan, Korea, and in Osama;s eyes, US setting shop in the Muslim world invoked more of Osama's anger towards the US.

So Osama set out revenge. Osama believed foreign occupancy in the the two Holy lands Mecca and Medine profaned sacred soil so he was out to get major revenge.

Consequently, a serious of bloodshed was inflicted by Al queda, 1993 World trade Center bombings, 1998 US Embassy bombings in East Africa, triple attack in 2000 in various other countries where hundreds died coupled with the horrific Sept 11th involving the Hijack of 4 commercial aircraft which led to the subsequent destruction of Twin Towers, Pentagon and Pennsylvania which took close to 3000 lives on US soil. Shortly after that, the United States launched War on Terror. between 2001-2007, Iraq as well as Saudi Arabia was invaded, Saddam Hussein was captured to his death, $trillions of dollars spent, more than 250,000 civilians are killed.

Clinton did not take his target when they zeroed in on Osama in 1996, Bush also had his chance but it did not translate into military action. Info was also sketchy.

Guantonomo Bay was never closed down once Obama took office. In the mean time Osama took safe haven in Pakistan at the infamous compound which is now known the place where Bin Laden was killed. With the analysis of assessment of detainees held at the US Navy Detention Center in Guantanamo Bay, Information took years to develop. it fianlly established suspect which all pointed to a courier who come to find out was the man that led to a nightmare for Osama. Months ago,this man made several calls in the vicinity,but everytime he would get close to the compund he would turn off his cell phone which made it difficult for US to zero in on the compound for a while.

US surveillance finally found the $1million dollar compound.The facility was 3 stories high. It had 2 security gates. walls spanning 18 feet high in the air. It had no internet, communications, satellite nor television. The Navy seals, an elite military unit practiced dry runs, they used a full size replica to practice their runs. Days before the raid, Obama insisted that instead of using airstrike or drop bombs he insisted that Navy seals be used to methodically, strategically go in there and raid the place.

President obama with his top officials in the west wing of the White House (situation room) got play by play on real time info. Two dozens of Navy seals along delta force coupled with several choppers moved in not knowing who their target was. Raid lasted 38 minutes, For a second one of the choppers went down because of mechanical failures, obama and top officials taught it was another Black Hawk Down but in all actuality it was a well job done. Bin Laden was shot twice first one in the chest, 2nd in the head. A quick DNA match confirmed Osama, pictures were taken, US military were out there in no time. Osama's body was later dumped into the Arabian Sea.

Well job done by the US military. The War on Terror is not over. I believe now that Al Queda would be just an ideology because we took out the head.It will take years before his shoes will be filled. What was recovered in the Compound were videos, documents and etc which could be used to zero in on more terrorists. I am sure US will continue to freeze all assets, tools and resources. I am sure Obama's approval rating will significantly rise hence another reelection in 2012 despite the ailing economy. No republican will be dumb enough to put up that type of money to battle King Kong. President Obama to Donald trump,
"bring it on".

so i am doing a little research on my computer late at the nearest Starbucks near my house. then comes the tornado, pitch dark, lights went out, it was almost telling me, OK you are tired, go home and get some rest. and so i left there promptly, quite hungry but to tired to go home and cook so i figure i stop at the QT gas station near my house which i did (they are the best). The clerk recommended the Italian sub which i purchased and then bammmmmmmmmmmmm, here come a beautiful lady in the red dress. and boy oh boy, i was speechless, i couldn's stop but look,actually, I literally froze, she did not see me,She was smoking hotttt
I was literally dumb founded with her appearance, her swagger, the way she walked, the way she carried herself not to mention the dress. awwwwwwww ok and so it was my turn at the register, paid my dues and i had to think of a plan to talk to her because she was so dam cute. Gentleman, if you saw her, you would do the same, I had no choice but to go talk to her because if I didn't,then it would have been a sin. i figure i will never see her again ever in this life and so as soon as she came out the magic occurred

Rap music is a musical genre. It began in the South Bronx (NYC) way back in the 70's. Rapping is a vocal style in which the artist speaks lyrically, in rhyme & verse, generally to an instrumental. Rappers may write, then memorize and spit the lyrics accordingly or improvise their lyrics (freestyle) which is by far one of the hardest crafts to perfect. It takes years to finesse. Freestyle is a medium of expression in which the artist attempt to create verbal poetry but to do it in a battle, it takes competitive spirit, mental dexterity, lyrical content, agility, the ability to use articulate words to defeat the opponent usually in 3 rounds of 45 seconds.

This year, BET's own "106 and Park" had one of the best if not the best Freestyle battles ever.
It showcased 4 MC's with true talent and specifically one particulat gifted young MC that goes by the name of "Blind Fury". What makes this young man truly dynamic is that even though he has a disadvantage because of being "blind" he still did not let that hinder him from being successful. It is a rampant problem across the globe.Some are real clever, some are just damn good (ponze scheme) but then there are others that are just plain old dumb, so pathetic that even a baby will get a kick out of it. So you are strapped for cash and you ready to part ways with your used vehicle. so what do you do? Well you sell that son of a gun for top dollars

Selling your car could look like a very daunting task but in all actuality, it is very easy and actually quite fun. In fact you can sell your car to a direct buyer on-line and that can be an excellent way to come up on some badly needed cash.

So your car is already been paid for, the first thing you would want to do is maybe invest a little bit of money upfront to make the car a little bit more attractive and or marketable. It's all about the the "Presentation". Go to Maaco's and get a new paint job ($200-400 ) get it professionally detailed (roughly about a $150) go to a junk yard and maybe swap the seats ($20), put in a brand new oil change plus top off the fluids ($30 or so), put some new shoes on that bitch ( hub caps for $24), new floor mats ($20), a nice bath ($4 car wash) and some cologne($1 lemon car scent leaf) to make it smell good and maybe a full diagnostic test done on it so you know what you up against. That will tell give you an idea on the overall condition of your car. So let’s say if the engine, motor, transmission, gasket and the major parts are at huge risk of failure, you would then know to be very negotiable when you have a potential buyer. But if the test comes out pretty reasonable given the age, mileage and fair condition, then you know it would be wise to stick to your guns and go for the great cheddar. I mean after all knowledge is power. One can’t tell you how bad your car sucks hence low ball you nor assume because after all documentation beats conversations all day long. So let’s get the meat and potatoes on how it’s done, the process of how to sell a car once you have your chips lined up

1. Get a good camera and take 4 good pictures of your car ; exterior front, interior front (make sure it captures everything, dash, mirror, steering wheel and etc… interior back, exterior side and add more if you like

2. Assess your car and really ask yourself how much is my car worth? How much would you like to get for it? What is my bottom-line selling price?

3. Focus on the mileage and the age of the car and play with some #’s. Ex, you have a 1995 Toyota Camry and it has lets say 190,000miles on it. Well they say, that in order for the car to be in a good shape no more than 15-20K miles a year should be driven on it so what you do is take subtract 2011 from 1995 and you get ”16” and that's how old your baby is. then you take that and divide it by 190K that gives you 11,875K miles driven per year which falls short of 15-20K bracket. That means your car is in good shape and so you can price it right and defend your position during a full fledged negotiation

4. Go to the used car link @ Kelley Blue Book and determine what they suggest given the info you provide such as the year, make, model, year, overall condition.

5. Get that price and maybe add what you have spent on the touch up you invested and set a price.

6. Find out your bottom line # if push came to shove.

7. Create multiple Craigslist account. The site is so huge that once you post your ad there will be 100 people doing the same thing right after you which means your ad will probably be on page 2 by the end of the hour. So to stay fresh, hot and on top of the list you gotta keep posting ads. Now if Craigslist finds out you are putting the same Ad over and over again, it will stop you short on your tracks so that’s why I suggest you decoy it by switch the wording around, the ad around, even the way you write your phone #. Ex 404-123-4567 or do fourzerofour-123-4567 or 4----0---4---1---2----3---4 or just spell it out then that way all the HATERS will get thrown off. Lol but at some point in time they will catch up to you and so there is a possibility they can kick you out lol but oh well ask your friends to see if you can create an account using their alias.

8. Post a good AD. Put every info you can regarding your car. Make, model, year, color, engine size, any features and any selling point. Be thorough. Educate them, use psychology, explain that you have documents to back it up, clean title and etc,,, how long you have owned it, your price

9. So now you sit back and wait for the phone to ring of the hook. And it will get. Get on interview mode because not everyone is going to be your customer. All you need is 1 customer. As much as they will grill you on 20 questions, you should do the same to them, find out who is serious, who will waste your time, who is that person who will kick the tires. What you are looking for is someone local, ready to buy, money is not an issue, I am ready to buy a car, I needed it last week, I have been looking, I have done enough test drive type of guy or gal

10. So you find a prime candidate, schedule attest drive at a neutral spot in public lets say the shopping mall so that its safe, during the day

11. Conduct your test drive. Try to Sound confident and take ownership of your car. Let them know you will be missing it, Let them know you will be happy to negotiate and what Blue book suggested. DO NOT OFFER WARRANTY. Emphasize you are selling it “AS IS” let them know you have another person who is interested in buying it later on today (bullshit if you have to) so they can feel the pressure a little.

12. Discuss #’s Do not sound desperate. If you know they have gave you a reasonable offer something remotely close to your # then take it right away because in all actuality whatever concerns that they have, they are probably right. It might be another 2 weeks before you might have another potential buyer

13. Write a Bill of Sale; put every info on it, date, transfer of car and title with signatures.

14. Have one copy for yourself just in case you get sued (lol)

Finding a job is a very difficult task not to mention time consuming to say the least unless one is very strategic and methodical. It's a job on its own. If you do not possess the technical skills that the employer is looking for, then it could be a challenge. Sure a degree from a University, technical training or a license can better your chances in finding a job but ultimately it really comes down to how desperate you are in finding a job, to what length you will go to get a job and most importantly what’s steps you will take to find a job.

I read this quote somewhere and it is so true; “The best way to predict your future is to contribute to the present moment in time”. In other words, ask yourself, what are you doing today that will bear you fruit tomorrow? Another phrase that I am sure will resonate with many and in fact actually quite a favorite of mine is; “life is a physical manifestation of your thought”. What does that mean? In your mind, you know that you desperately want a job; your heart is wishing for a jobbing job but my friend it just does not appear out of thin air you actually have to work hard to get it, a job that is.

Certain mechanisms (executions) have to come in play to attain a job you have in mind So now your mind is made up to go look for a job but the physical manifestation part has to follow. That means literally exercising your mind to direct your body and spirit to go work to find work. The genetic code for that would be dedication, work ethic, discipline, focus, research, studying, blood, sweat and tears one has to put forth “consistently” and not giving up until he or she has found a job.

Here is a news flash; honestly just ask yourself these questions; How many jobs do you apply for daily? Are you just applying for 3 jobs a day or are you actually targeting lets say 20? Are you following up with the employers? Are you demanding for interviews? Are you sending your thank you notes after the interviews, are you educating yourself daily on the industry you want to be in and last but not least are you seeing any results if not why not seek professional help from a company that writes professional resumes. In fact ask yourself this simple question “have I been looking for a job” Tell yourself, it is a temporary set back and believe that you will overcome the obstacles ahead of you and back it up with a plan of attack and work tirelessly like a 24 hours state of the art security camera until you find a job.

1. Work hard, challenge yourself, tell your family and friends to support you in all aspects of your life until you have picked yourself up..

2. Read and educate yourself daily; Go enjoy a nice cup of coffee at Barnes and Noble and pick an industry specific book that will give you equip you with additional knowledge.

3. Buy a calendar and mark down some dates/goals and hold yourself accountable to achieving the results within that projected period of time

4. Apply a Japanese proverb to your life; “Action without a Vision is a Nightmare and Vision without an action is a Daydream. It basically means if you are just doing without a strategy you are doomed to fail and if you are just wishing without doing you are fooling yourself

5. Get a professional resume including supporting cover letters done right away if need be, If you want to do it yourself, I recommend using pongoresumes.com.

6. Try to upload your resume on pretty much all the job boards you can think of such as Monster, Indeed and etc….

7. Sign up with all the staffing agencies in your local areas, ask for help, network with recruiters and follow up from time to time.

9. Go to the Chamber of Commerce website and dissect who is who and find additional info on which companies to target via your industry of your choice. 10. Attend Networking Events. Trust me, it is the quickest way to meet company’s decision makers and when you are the only job seeker there, you will stand out and it will pay off.

Background and Overview

Now more than ever, the presidential election process is met with ignorance or cynicism. Platforms are platitude-level. Speeches and debates are benign. It is hard to separate one candidate’s stance on the issues versus another’s. And the actual process is becoming more confusing than it already was. Most American voters can’t define a caucus or an electoral delegate, much less a Democratic Super Delegate.

“We The People” is a show that would run in tandem with the actual 2008 presidential election. In an American Idol style forum, “We The People” begins with fourteen candidates who are rigorously pre-screened to meet the basic requirements (age, citizenship and lack of a criminal record) as well as for IQ and lifestyle insights. The chosen fourteen will be a diverse and disparate group of people in terms of age, sex, race, demographic and personality. Bible beaters, Hell’s Angels, housewives, strippers—it doesn’t matter who you are—as long as you are smart, engaging, up on the issues and can articulate original thinking.

The contestants will write genuine, personal and original positions as well as ACTION PLANs to the major issues facing America—including Education, Healthcare, The Economy, The War in Iraq, Global Trade, Immigration, Social Security, Terrorism and Race Relations .

Like Apprentice, they will be sent on real-world assignments. They will go to communities and neighborhoods to hear and record voter’s concerns. They will participate in various and rigorous debates as well as diverse academic forums. They will get input from well-know pundits and policy wonks. They will have access to creative minds (an ad agency) to create slogans, ads, bumper stickers and t-shirt messaging.

Every week a guest host will have the chance to give input and coach and challenge the contestants, and provide their opinions (like a real-time pundit).

Over the season the public will get to vote just like American Idol to eliminate contestants (and unlike the real deal the popular vote rules). Close to the season end, the final two candidates will “run” for (mock) President of the United States with a half-hour multi-media presentation.

The winner would get a high-paid consulting gig at a top political consultancy.

The bigger reward of this show, which would be the intellectual equivalent to the game show genre’s “Jeopardy”-- is to inform, teach, provoke and inspire Americans to participate in the political process.

By condensing the campaign time frame, streamlining the steps and forcing more substance over style—the notion of democracy is demonstrated and palpable and the game of politics becomes compelling entertainment.

More than just a plea on MTV by Diddy to show up at the polls to “rock the vote”, this can actually engage people to follow their candidate through the course of an entire race season, and albeit subtly—educate them on how things really work.

As the ‘We The People” brand evolves, there could be several spin-offs going forward. All in the name of educating and creating accountability for the political process. For example, there could be a follow up show on the life of the 2008 winner. Or a mid-term match up on the president’s ability to do what he/she promised, especially compared with the “ticket” of the winning “We The People” candidate.

Fast, smart and funny. There will be spicy and off-color language. Reminiscent of the Sunday morning line-up shows, but with some Bill Mahr irreverence thrown in to spice things up.

Enclosed is a treatment for a reality television series, which is especially relevant, as it is inspired by the politics of politics, specifically the current election.

This show allows us to cut through all of the fluff and spin and get to the heart of what an election really is—a battle to win mindshare and support based on differentiated stances on the core issues most important to the country. The fact that the people vying for the “title” are real people and not Washington heavyweights makes it interesting and relevant, if not ironic.

A recent Time magazine cover story told of the trend of record youth participation in this election, mainly created out of frustration with a Washington experience that has given us an unjustified war, an economy slipping, the dollar losing its value, and health care impossible to afford.

“What concerns them most is the nature of politics: the perceived gridlock of parties, conniving of special interests and shallow biases of the media. The yawning chasm between what was promised and what was delivered makes everyone with seniority in Washington automatically suspect. “

Defying the political science statistics around the inability to organize students, candidates like Obama are capturing the youth vote by addressing the process itself. It’s not just what gets done but how it gets done; the morality of the process matters. Being honest, open and inclusive is an issue in itself.

If the process was compelling television, it would generate interest in the real thing—and especially among young voters.

I have heard this before; Battles are won and lost in the mind! It starts with the brain. It is so true.

The brain is the master organ of the human body. Just like a computer has what’s called a Central Processing Unit which carries out the instructions of a computer program, the human brain similarly has the same capacity which can take all the information relating to the body’s internal and external environments and produces appropriate responses. In a nut shell that means your brain can affect the way your body functions; concentration, understanding speeches, recognizing objects, memory and so on and so forth. That’s the beauty and plus some. But on the flip side, we do also have to realize if not properly taken care of, the brain can loose vitality, thousands of brain cells get demolished (each day mind you) .On top of that human are never immune to stress and so therefore anxiety, boredom, stress fear, poor diet, lack of sleep and lack of exercise creates depression, memory loss and host of so many problems can take toll and Oh boy, let's not forget drugs, alcohol and smoking.The cures are all science and medicine. I will leave it to the Doctors. Ultimately you are your own doctor so do something about it to take care of yoursel at least the little stuff that you can control such as understanding the way you think. Whatever your brain takes in will ultimately decide how healthy you are and ultimately doing everything you can to stay on the offense in that department. So many people are just stressed out. Yes there are so many problems but we fail to realize that the answers to most of the problems are there right in front of us. God was not dumb enough to conceal that magic pill from us we call the chill pill. Go read the "Secret"! What i got out of it was that,

"If you think along positive terms you will achieve positive results and if you think along negative terms you will achieve negative results"

SAY THAT many TIMES EVERY SINGLE DAY. I guarantee you that you will be way sharper than you were

It’s that simple! Period You ever noticed there are so many days that you are such in a good mood.How were you able to get those days? How often do you get those days per week?

Let's dissect it. You slept early the night before and got your 8+hrs of sleep so in the morning, you already feel fantastic and well rested. You now have ample of time to actually get ready instead of rushing. So you exercise, groom yourself perfectly, dress nice put on your favorite cologne or perfume, eat a good breakfast like a champion . You are now ready to kick some ass (the world). You radiate that positive energy, you look good, you feel good, you have a good outlook on the day, a positive attitude, your outlook on life is impeccable, your perception is quite different than other days. You are more efficient, productive, joke a lot with others, smile a lot, laugh a lot, everything you touch turns into gold. You are so good that you can even call yourself James Marshall and just tell people that you found the 1848 California Gold Mine. You are now untouchable .Watch out now! Guess what, people feed of that. Its contagious, It’s called the Law of attraction at its finest which means less resistance externally at least dealing with people. You consistently take care of your self throughout the day. You are basically planting your seeds and actually enjoying the fruits of your labor instantly

And when your day is done, you look back and say DAMN that’s was a good ass day! And then there are days where you are feeling miserably, you have neglected that formula for attaining that livelihood, you play catch up on a lot of things, You abandon your self, then you have the audacity to be hard on yourself or complain. In fact, you accuse others or simply self sabotage.You take yourself to court (mind you all in your mind) you play the jury, perpetrator, judge prosecutor, lawyer and just crucify yourself. Ultimately you convict yourself to some odd years to prison
(4walls in your mind) and trust me if you dont snap out of it the walls will close in.You are now trapped. You want to free yourself but you don’t know what to do.

Solution
Apply the secret. Just stop, call an audible, go relax, take a few breaths, eat something, tell yourself everything will be OK. Your mind is like the channels on the television. Put it on something that you will like to watch.change the channel, one scene out new scene in. Free your mind. You are now free from prison! You are free to board for take off. Go finish the race that's ahead of you. In other words change the channel of your thought. My friend it’s all about "PERCEPTION" same F$#$% SHIT, same month, same year, same bills, same job, same situation (whatever your situation ) same challenges in life, same family, friends, neighbors, same checking account, same thing different day but what was it different about one day that made you feel good and other days that went really bad.
Its the way you chose your mind to think. DONT LET YOUR MIND WONDER IN TO THE FOREST!

Sure unexpected things could throw you off and you really cant control those, understandable. But for the things that you can control, (the way you feel) There is a connection between the mind the body and the soul. If your mind is affected trust me it will affect you physically.

MILLION DOLLAR ANSWER: "CONSISTENCY" make it your best friend!

Just make it happened! Like Nike Just Do It! I read somewhere allow a 10% ratio to make mistakes, a 50% ratio for things to go south but a 100% ratio to survive it all.

WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS, PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE

1. Have a proper diet

2. Exercise daily

3. Try to at least get 8hours of sleep a day

NO EXCUSES NO EXECUSES NO EXECUSES
