Recipe: Easter Berry Pie In the Christian tradition, Easter is celebrated by offering hard-boiled eggs. In Berry, people decided to hide the eggs under a blonde paste. Preparation : 30 min Baking : 1 h 15 min Level of difficulty: medium Ingredients Easter Berry Pie Recipe 300 g sausage meat 100 of veal 2 slices ham 2 tablespoons bread crumbs 1 tablespoon parsley 2 onions 2 tablespoons Cognac 400 g puff pastry artisanal 4 eggs – 1 egg yolk 10 g butter 30 g flour (to roll out the dough) Salt and pepper Preparation Easter Berry Pie Recipe Harden the eggs. Meanwhile, prepare your stuffing. Mix together the ham, onions, bread crumbs, parsley and walnuts as well as diced veal. Mix by hand the bread crumbs with the sausage meat. Add salt and pepper. Place the smaller rectangle of dough and place the flesh in the middle. Shape into a rectangle so as to leave 2 cm on each side. Peel hard-boiled eggs and embed them in the stuffing. Cover the meat with the second rectangle of puff pastry and fold the edges. With a brush, brush the pie with egg yolk and seal the edges well with a fork. Shaping later drawings on the block. A lovely and simple tomato recipe! Take a tomato, cut the top, take out the pulp (well, the inside). Take a can of tuna, mix it with mayonnaise, then add little pieces of vegetables you love (up there, it's green pepper and peas) and put it in your tomato! It's delicious and healthy!

Stir-Fry Udon Soup with recipe

Stir-fry udon soup
• Makes 4 large servings

o 8 cups broth or stock of your choice
o ½ pound of chicken, pork, beef, or shrimp that matches the stock
o ½ pound of udon noodles
o Tofu (amount can vary)
o 7-10 shiitake or crimini mushrooms
o 2-3 peeled carrots (julienned)
o 1 ½ head or spinach (optional)
o 4 small baby bok choy (about 3-4 ½ inches tall and halved)
o 1 cup of green onion (diced)
o 1 ½ cup of bean sprouts
o Canola or sesame oil
o Cilantro for garnish

1. Heat the broth up until it is at a full boil, reduce to seven cups and move to low heat

2. In a large wok pour the oil and heat, add the carrots and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes

3. Add the meat and heat for another 3 minutes

4. Add the green onion, mushrooms, and bean sprouts then heat for 3 minutes, and remove from heat

5. Heat the broth back up to a full boil and pour the stir-fry in, add the spinach and bok choy, then heat for 10 minutes or until bok choy is tender

6. Place an even amount or noodles and tofu into 4 large bowls and pour the hot broth over them

7. Allow broth to sit for 1 minute so the noodles can warm up, garnish with cilantro and serve while still steaming

Newspaper Nail Tutorial

Newspaper Nails!

You will need:

White nail polish
Rubbing alcohol
Strips of newspaper
Clear topcoat

1. Paint nails with a light colour. White is ideal, but anything light will do!
2. Soak nails in rubbing alcohol, making sure the whole nail is wet.
3. Press and hold newpaper strip onto nail. Don't hold for too long, or the newspaper will get stuck! About fifteen seconds should do it.
4. Wait a minute or two, and then go over with topcoat. If you do it too soon, the words will come off! But if you skip this step, they will smudge everywhere! I like to do a couple of coats, but it is entirely up to you!

And, ta~da! Newspaper nails!
