DCG Youth Show Choir Camp

Students in 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th grade

The Dallas Center-Grimes Show Choir Program is offering a show choir camp that will give younger kids in the community a chance to experience what show choir is all about!

The kids will learn two songs, a ballad and a choreographed song. There will be practice tracks sent out a few weeks before our camp date so kids will be able to practice the singing portion of their performance. They will learn the choreography the day of the camp and put it together with the singing.

Saturday, March 2nd, 2019- DCG High School

- 8:30-9:00am Check-in

- 9:00am-4:00pm – Workshop (break for lunch /afternoon snack)

- 4:30pm- FREE Concert @ DCG HS Auditorium

What to bring:

- Sack lunch (we will provide coolers)

- Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes

What we will provide:

- Workshop day

- Camp T-shirt (you will receive this during check-in)

- Music (2 songs- a ballad and a song with singing and dancing)

- Snack and a great time!

The concert is FREE and open to the public. It will feature all camp members and the DCG Varsity Show Choir, Momentum. AFTER the concert is over, students will be free to go home with you.
