Geçtiğimiz günlerde birkaç hafta üst üste ertelediğimiz arkadaş toplantımızı nihayet gerçekleştirdik. Ev sahibi olarak kalabalık bir misafir ardından oluşan bulaşık sıkıntısı, ayrıca bekar olduğum için aynı yemek tabaklarıyla sürekli misafirlerimi karşılamam benim için büyük dert.&lt;br /&gt;

Neyse ki bu ev etkinliğine &lt;a href="http://kullanatmarket.com/"&gt;kullanatmarket.com&lt;/a&gt; sponsor oldu da bu dertten kurtuldum. Harika tasarımlı gümüş desenli tabaklarıyla, metal görünümlü kaşık, çatal ve keskin bıçağıyla ve hatta meyve suyu içmek için kullandığım kadehiyle hem görünümde büyük bir şıklık hem de sunumda inanılmaz kolaylık sağladı. Hem pratik hem de temiz bir sonuç ile günü tamamladım çok şükür. Günün sonunda tek yaptığım masayı temizlemek oldu.&lt;br /&gt;
Gelen misafirlerimin böyle bir üründen haberleri yoktu. Tüm masayı donatmıştım geldiklerinde. Masaya buyur ettiğimde çatal ve bıçağa el attıklarında yüzlerindeki şaşkınlık görülmeye değerdi.&lt;br /&gt;
Kimi çay istedi kimi meyve suyu. Meyve suyunu isteyenler ise bu şık şarap bardağının ne kadarda gerçekçi olduğu konusunda yorumlar yaptı. :)&lt;br /&gt;

Tencereye biraz yağ koyup bunları hafif çeviriyoruz. Daha sonra üzerine domates salçasını ve tuzu ekleyip suyunu ekliyoruz. Sonra üzerine pirinci koyarız. Yarım saat kadar kaynadıktan sonra üzerine limonu sıkıp ocağı kapatırız.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Eller yağlanacağı için sonra sorun oluyor. Sucuğu, salamı, mantarı yuvarlak keseriz. Zeytinlerin çekirdeklerini ayıklarız. Domatesi ve kaşarı ayrı kaplarda rendeleriz. Pizzayı yapacağımız tepsinin dibini az yağlarız. Daha sonra kullanacağımız hamuru tepsiye el yordamıyla yayacağız. Yalnız bu zahmetli bir iş çünkü yağ ile buluşan hamur sürekli geri toplanıyor. O nedenle ciddi ciddi aynı yönlere hamuru yaymak gerekiyor. Elle hamura üstten basmak işin yöntemi bana göre. :) Hazır olan tepsinin üzerine rendelediğimiz domatesi yayarız. Sıcak fırına tepsiyi koyarak hamurun biraz donmasını sağlarız. Tüm malzemeler konduktan sonra pişirmek hamuru bana göre çiğ bırakıyor. Daha sonra sırasıyla pulbiberi en alta, üzerine eşit aralıklarla tüm malzemeleri koyarız. Mısırı en son üzerine ekleriz. Sonra tepsi fırına... Malzemeler kızardıktan sonra kaşarı da koyup eriyince tepsiyi fırından alıp üçgen pizza kesme aletiyle kesip servis yaparız. Yalnız dikkat edilmeli. Herkesin fırını ayrı huyda. Altı pişmiş mi diye çıkarmadan evvel bakılmalı.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Yumurtaları ve şekeri yaklaşık 5 dakika yüksek hızda kabarıp krema gibi olana kadar çırpın.&amp;nbsp;Sıvı yağı koyup çırpmaya devam ederek ince ince sıvı yağı akıtıp karışıma yedirin. Sonra sütü içine ekleyin.&amp;nbsp;Un, kabartma tozu, ruşeym ve vanilyayı ekleyin. Sonra sıvı karışıma iyice el çırpıcısıyla karıştırın. Kek kalıbına karışımı döktükten sonra üzerine cevizi biraz el ile kırarak ve damla çikolatayı dağınık koyarak hafif karıştırıp fırına koyarız. Soğuk&amp;nbsp;fırında kızarana ve kürdan batırdığınızda temiz çıkana kadar pişirin.&amp;nbsp;Biraz ılındıktan sonra kalıptan çıkarıp soğumaya bırakın.&lt;/div&gt;

Sevgili takipçilerim ve blogger dostlarım. Bu tarz etkinliklerin yeni farkına vardığım bir mevzudan bahsetmek istiyorum sizlere.&amp;nbsp;Okul öncesi ve okullu çocuklara verilebilecek özel eğitimlerin önemini yeğenim olduktan sonra yeni yeni farkettiğim bir durum. Çocukların hayatı boyunca ruhlarını ve el becerilerini şekillendirebilecekleri çok güzel imkanlar...&lt;br /&gt;

Umarım bende çocuk sahibi olduğum zaman bu tarz okullara veya çocuk yuvasına vermek istiyorum. Aralarında bulunduğum bu ekibin ve güzel insanların yaptıklarından sizlere aşağıda bilgisini vereceğim... Ayrıca geniş bilgiye yer veren sitesini incelemenizi şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. :))&lt;br /&gt;

Sevgili Zeynep'in fikri ile kurduğumuz grubumuzun ilk buluşmasını &lt;a href="http://mutfakdoktoru.blogspot.com/"&gt;mutfakdoktoru&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="http://mutfakdoktoru.blogspot.com/"&gt; Nirvana'nın&lt;/a&gt; evinde gerçekleştirdik. Oldukça uzak bir yoldan ulaştığım evde birkaç arkadaşımın evde olması ile günümün güzel geçeceği belli idi... Tüm yemekler birbirinden lezzetli ve şık görünüyordu. Hepsini teker teker tattım. Bir de o gün diyete yeni başlamıştım sözde. :))&lt;/div&gt;

Çocukluğumdan bu yana Koska'yı bilir ve kullanırım. Hatta benim için KOSKA deyince aklıma kağıt helvası ve kış helvası gelir. Çünkü annem bol bol ekmek arası koyar beni o şekilde okula gönderirdi. &amp;nbsp;Ayrıca şekerlemelerine de bayılıyorum. :) Ayrıca soframızdan eksik olmayan tahin ve pekmezi cabası.&lt;br /&gt;

Koska evime "Fırında Helva" göndermiş. Hiç denemediğim bu lezzeti denemem için... Lakin takip ettiğim bir blogger arkadaşım (ihlamurcum.com) arkadaşımın bloğunda gördüğüm bu tarifi uygulamaya karar verdim. İki gün üst üste değişik unla yaptığım tariflerin tadlarında ve görüntülerinde farklılıklar oluştu. Üstte fotoğrafta beyaz un, alttaki fotoğrafta ise tam buğday unu kullandım. Deneyip tadmanızı tavsiye ederim. Sevgiyle kalın. :))&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Yapılışı:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;Yumurtanın sarısını ve beyazını ayıralım.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Çırpma kabında tereyağını ve şekeri koyup iyice karıştıralım. Sonra yumurtanın sarısını ekleyip karıştırmaya devam edelim. Daha sonra içine unu ve hindistan cevizini ekleyerek ele yapışmayacak şekilde yoğuralım. Cevizden biraz daha büyük parçalar alarak elimizde yuvarlayarak istediğimiz şekli verelim. Ben yassı bir şekil verdim. :) Üzerine yumurtanın beyazını sürüp hindistan cevizi serpelim. Soğuk fırında 175 derecede 25 dakika pişirelim. Tarifte 175 derece yazıyor. Fakat benim fırının dereceleri tutmadı. Fırın çok sıcak olmayacak. Dikkatli pişirmenizde fayda var.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Yapılışı:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;Pırasaları ince ince kıyıp bir tencerede az sıvı yağ ile kavururuz. Ocağı kapattıktan sonra pırasanın içine 1 çay kaşığı tuz ve kırmızı biber ekleyerek karıştırırız.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Tüm malzemeleri karıştırarak hamuru yoğururuz. Ele yapışmayacak şekilde olduktan sonra elimizle küçük bezeler halinde parçalar alıp el yordamı ile yuvarlayarak avuç ayası büyüklüğünde açarız. İçine önceden kavurduğumuz pırasayı 1 tatlı kaşığı civarında doldurarak yuvarlak kapatıp tepsiye yerleştiririz...&lt;br /&gt;

Sevgili arkadaşım Tarif Rehberi / Mehtap'ın beni bilgilendirmesi ile davetli olduğum L'era Fresca Bebek Şubesi'nde toplandık. Oldukça uzak bir semt benim için Bebek. Bahçelievler'den Eminönü'ne oradan Beşiktaş'a, daha sonra sevgili Senem ile buluşmamız sonucunda Bebek'e ulaştık.&lt;/div&gt;

Bebek Parkı'nın tam ortasına geldiğinizde sırtınızı denize döndüğünüzde tam karşınızda kalan küçük ve çok şık bir mekan. Tüm blogger arkadaşlarımın toplanmasını beklerken sevgili Yasemin hanımın bize olan ilgisi ve güler yüzlülüğü ile beklemek sıcak içecek ve yine sıcak sunulan paninilerin ve öteki sançviçlerin sunumuyla çok keyifliydi.&lt;/div&gt;

Ben kahveyi çok sevmeme rağmen bazı çeşitlerinde ısrarcıyım. Özellikle Türk kahvesi, nescafe ve bunların sütlüsü benim için vazgeçilmezler. Yasemin hanımın latteyi tavsiyesi üzerine gelen kahve benim için çok lezzetliydi. Çünkü süt ile kahvenin oranı benim için çok mühim.&lt;/div&gt;

Kahvelerin ardından gelen panini ve sandviçlerin tadına birbir varırken hepsi birbirinden lezzetliydi. Ekmek takıntım var benim biraz. Sağlıklı olması hususunda dikkatliyim. Dikkat ettim ki gelen ekmekler çok lezzetli ve içindeki malzemelerle birlikte müthiş bir uyum içindeydi. Hindi fümeli kaşarlı panini,&amp;nbsp;rozbeefli panini ve&amp;nbsp;kavurmalı hardal soslu panini hepsinden ayrı ayrı tattık. Aç karnına gittiğim için hepsinden yedim. :)&lt;/div&gt;

"Doğal Dondurma Keyfi" sloganının gönlümde yer bulduğu dondurmaların tüm çeşitlerinden tattım. Hangi çeşidini yediysem gerçek malzemelerden yapıldığı çok belliydi.&amp;nbsp;L'era Fresca tüm ürünlerinin de flukoz şurubu, fruktoz şurubu, katkı malzemesi, margarin, trans yağ, emülgatör, gıda boyası, koruyucu madde ve GDO yokmuş. Tüm ürünleri 100 % doğal içerik ile elde ettiklerini söyledi Yasemin hanım. İçlerinde benim damak zevkime en uygun olanı fıstıklısı ve bitter çikolatalı olan çeşitleriydi. Brownili dondurma bile vardı. Damla sakızı sevenleri büyüleyecek olan damla sakızını sevmediğim için tadına bakmakla yetindim maalesef. Damla sakızının doğal oluşundan bence bu keskin tat. Çünkü daha önce tattıklarımda bu kadar keskinini ve belirgin lezzeti bulamamıştım. Kışın dondurma yenmez diyenleri duyar gibiyim. Ben o kadar çok dondurma yedim ki ve hala boğazlarım sapasağlam. Zaten doktorlar kışın dondurma yenebileceği hususunda çocuklar dahil onay veriyorlar. Orada gelip dondurma yiyenleri gördükçe herkesin bu konuda bilgisi olduğuna kanaat getirdim.&lt;/div&gt;

Son olarak bu yenilesi lezzetlere kullanılan sütün "Günlük Süt" olarak satıldığını yakın zamanlarda tüm büyük marketlerde bizlere ulaştırılacağını duyunca çok sevindim. Çünkü ben günlük süt harici mecbur kalmadıkça süt kullanmıyorum.&lt;/div&gt;

Tereyağ ısıtılır. Rende haline gelmiş çikolata üzerine dökülür ve şeker&amp;nbsp;ilave edilirek çırpılır. Çırpma işlemi devam ederken yumurtalar teker&amp;nbsp;teker ilave edilir. Sonra un ilave edilir. Kalıplar yağlanır ve&lt;br /&gt;
unlanır. Karışım içlerine paylaştırılır. 200 derece fırında 10 ila 15&amp;nbsp;dakika pişirilir. Ortası içine çökmeye başlayınca altını kapatın. Çünkü daha fazla pişerse kek gibi olur.&lt;br /&gt;

Çok sevindim. Elime ulaşır ulaşmaz kullanmaya başladım. Çok ince bir dokusu var ve hemen emiliyor. Ben krem sevmeyen birisi olarak çok hafif ve kullanışlı geldi. Sabah akşam kullanacakmışım. Sonuç almaya başlayınca mutlaka yazarım. Yaşlanıyorum sanırım. Lazım. :)))&lt;br /&gt;

125 gr margarin (yarım paket)&lt;br /&gt;
1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ&lt;br /&gt;
1 paket kabartma tozu&lt;br /&gt;
1 paket vanilya&lt;br /&gt;
1 adet yumurta&lt;br /&gt;
Alabildiği kadar un&lt;br /&gt;
Yarım su bardağı yoğurt&lt;br /&gt;
Çay kaşığının ucuyla tuz&lt;br /&gt;

Öncelikle elmaları soyup rendeleyin. Bir tencereye elmaları koyup ocağı yakın, şekeri ekleyerek kısık ateşte 10 dakika pişirin, tencerenin altını kapatın. Tarçın ve ceviz içini ekleyerek karıştırın ve bir kenarda bekletin.&lt;br /&gt;
Yoğurdu, yumurtayı, sıvı yağı, margarini ve tuzu bir kaba aktarıp karıştırın. Biraz un ekleyerek yoğurmaya devam edin ve kabartma tozu ile vanilyayı da ekleyin. Hamurumuz kulak memesi kıvamından biraz daha katı olana kadar un eklemeye devam edin. İstenilen kıvamı elde edince, hamurumuzu düz bir zemine yayarak açın. Ardından kare parçalar kesin. Her bir kare parçayı çapraz şekile getirip, taşmayacak şekilde iç malzemeden ekleyin ve rulo halinde sarın. Fotoğraftaki görüntüyü elde etmeye çalışın.&amp;nbsp;Fırın tepsinizi yağlayın ya da yağlı kağıt serin. Hazırladığınız ruloları fırın tepsisine dizin, önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında hafif pembeleşinceye kadar ortalama 40 dakika pişirin. Piştikten sonra tepsiyi fırından çıkarıp, elmalı kurabiyeleri soğumaya bırakın. Soğuduktan sonra elmalı kurabiyelerin üzerine bolca pudra şekeri ve isteğe göre tarçın ekin.&lt;br /&gt;

Değişik Tatlar / Mehtap'ın beni bilgilendirmesi üzerine gittiğim reklam çekimi Taksim İstiklal Caddesinde şubesi bulunan The House Cafe'de gerçekleşekmiş. Meydanda buluştuğum Senem'in yemekleri Senem ile birlikte mekanı tarif edildiği üzere bulduk. Kısa bir süre beklemenin ardından sırasıyla Funda ve Aytül hanımla bir araya geldik. Mehtap'ı yayın ekibi evinden alıp direkt mekana gelecekti.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
Bir süre sonra bizi saç ve makyaj yapımı için çekimin yapılacağı bölüme aldılar. Yayın ekibiyle ve Braun yetkilisiyle tanışmanın ardından Memet bey'i de tanıma fırsatı buldum. Herkes o kadar güler yüzlüydü ki heyecanımın tavan yaptığı bir anda sanki ev ortamı gibi rahat davranmaya başladım. Bu konuda en büyük pay tabi ki Memet bey'indir. Çekim anında ve duraklamalarda bizimle o kadar ilgilendi ki kendisine çok teşekkür ederim...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Braun Multiquick 5 mutfak robotunun tanıtımının yapılacağı bir reklam çekimiydi. Memet bey'in sunumu ile başlayan çekim yapılan eşsiz güzel yemeklerin tadımı ile devam etti. Tarifleri yayınlayacağım. Dikkatimi büyük oranda çeken durum şuydu; Braun Multiquick 5 o kadar kullanışlı ve güçlü ki inanılmaz etkilendim. Memet bey sürekli sebze, meyve, kuruyemiş doğruyor blender banamısın demiyordu. Mesela benim evimdeki blenderı kullanırken bir süre çalıştırıp sonra yeniden durmak ve yeniden çalıştırmak gerekiyor. Braunda ise kesintisiz çalışıyordu. Bunu blender'ını yeni yakıp tamirden almış biri olarak konuşuyorum. Keşke benim aldığım zamanlarda bu üründen olsaydı diye düşünmedim değil doğrusu. :))&lt;br /&gt;

Yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Sevgili Memet Özer beyefendiye ve bana bu güzel günü yaşattıran yayın ekibine çok teşekkür ederim...&lt;br /&gt;

En çok sevdiğim keklerden birisi kakaolu kektir. Görünüşü çok hoş gelir, tadı gibi. :)) Pek kek yapmıyordum bu aralar. Kısmet oldu yaptım. Yumurtaları ve şekeri yaklaşık 5 dakika yüksek hızda kabarıp krema gibi olana kadar çırpın.&amp;nbsp;Sıvı yağı koyup çırpmaya devam ederek ince ince sıvı yağı akıtıp karışıma yedirin. Sonra sütü içine ekleyin.&amp;nbsp;Unu, kakaoyu, kabartma tozu ve vanilyayı eleyin. Sonra sıvı karışıma iyice el çırpıcısıyla karıştırın. Soğuk&amp;nbsp;fırında kızarana ve kürdan batırdığınızda temiz çıkana kadar pişirin.&amp;nbsp;Biraz ılındıktan sonra kalıptan çıkarıp soğumaya bırakın.&lt;/div&gt;

Bir tencereye önce sütü sonra içerisine irmiği ve şekeri ilave edip önce kuvvetli ateşte sonra da kısık ateşte karıştırarak koyulaşıncaya kadar pişirin. Koyulaşınca içerisine margarini ekleyip iyice çırpın. Karışım, boza kıvamına gelince tatlının tamamını suyla ıslatılmış tepsiye dökün. Tepsiyi hafifçe sallayıp düzleştirin. Yüzeyini muz dilimleri ile süsleyin. Kurumaması için tatlının üzerini folyo veya film ile kapatın. Kolay dilimlenebilmesi için oda sıcaklığına geldikten sonra en az 4 saat buzdolabında bekleterek servis yapın.&lt;br /&gt;

• Krem şantiyi 1 bardak süt ile çırpın ve buzdolabına koyun.&lt;/div&gt;

• Bu karışımı biz dikdörtgen büyük boy cam fırın kabında hazırlayacağız. Bu cam kabın içine hindistan cevizi serpin. Ama hindistan cevizini bol koyun.&lt;/div&gt;

• Muhallebi için tüm malzemeleri çelik bir tencerede karıştırıp ocakta pişiririz. Koyu bir kıvam alıyor. Çok koyu olmasın. Bu defada servis edilirken kırılması söz konusu. Ama kesinlikle gevşek bir kıvam olmayacak. Muhallebi piştikten sonra önceden hindistan cevizi serptiğimiz cam kaba tencereden yavaşta üzerinde gezdire gezdire dağıtırız. Kepçe ile her yöne eşit koyamayacağımı düşündüm. Belki siz kepçe veya kaşıkla daha rahat koyabilirsiniz. :)) İyice soğuduktan sonra üzerine krem şantiyi ekleyip buzdolabında 2 saat kadar bekletiriz. Servis yaparken tepsinin kısa kenarından ikiye keseriz. Sonra uzun kenarından tepsiyi 4'e bölerek keseriz. Ben bir tanesini kenardan alıp çatal bıçak yardımıyla yuvarladım. Müthiş bir görüntü. Çok rahat rulo haline geliyor. Dışı hindistan cevizi içi krem şantili hoş bir muhallebi oluyor. :))&lt;/div&gt;
