font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; text-align: center;"> <b>بدأ ماراثون الاستفتاء على الدستور الجديد صباح اليوم، حيث يخرج 25 مليونا و887 ألف مواطن فى 10 محافظات بالمرحلة الأولى من الاستفتاء، والتى يشرف عليها 6376 قاضيا.</b>&nbsp;<b><br />وقال المستشار زغلول البلشى أمين عام اللجنة العليا للانتخابات والمشرف على الاستفتاء، إن القضاة الذين سيشرفون على الاستفتاء فى محافظتى أسوان وجنوب سيناء، توجهوا أمس فى تمام الساعة 12 ظهرا إلى مطار شرق القاهرة، وذلك بعد تسلمهم الأوراق الخاصة بعملية الاقتراع للإشراف على استفتاء الدستور الجديد.</b>&nbsp;<b><br />وأوضح البلشى، أن أجهزة الشرطة والقوات المسلحة سيقومون بتأمين وحماية القضاة أثناء إجراء عملية الإشراف على الاستفتاء، ومنع الدعاية الانتخابية أثناء فترة الصمت الانتخابى، ومنع الدعاية على أكثر من 100 متر من كل لجنة فرعية، موضحا أن رؤساء المحاكم الابتدائية قاموا بتسليم القضاة أوراق الاستفتاء المغلفة بأكياس بلاستيكية، تمهيدا لقيام الناخبين بالإدلاء بأصواتهم بعد دخولهم بالبطاقة الشخصية التى تثبت هويتهم، وحقهم فى التصويت من عدمه.</b><br /></div> <div style="background-color: white;
