48hr Water Ban in Florida

2013-02-23T07:53:00.001-05:00

Hopefully you're one of those nasty people who check the internet before brushing your teeth... well at least this weekend if you live in Tampa. Apparently Bane is back trying to conquer Gotham by messing up our water system forcing morning breath upon us all... how devious.

But for real a squirrel chewed a powerline to the water treatment facility for the city of tampa and surrounding areas so there is a 2 day ban saying to boil all water before using it to drink or cook with. This should all be corrected by Sunday Night Feb 24th.

PS: kick a squirrel in the nuts if you see one.

The Freaks Come out at Night: Batman Massacre

2012-07-22T17:57:00.000-04:00

So Dark Knight rises has a death toll of at least 10 people, not in the movie either, in the Colorado theater where a masked gunman opened fire on fellow Batman fanatics. People of all ages from Adults of Yore down to even 3months old were among those cited when this Riot gear wearing, tear gas throwing automatic rifle and shotgun wielding mad man decided he was gonna play Gears of War for real.

The man, let's call him Psycho, was of course a seemingly "normal" loner honors student at a nearby college taking PhD courses in Neuroscience until June of this year when he decided to drop out due to aiming low on academics and getting poor grades... Go figure huh? Smh.

In light of craziness going on lately I feel this is another tip of the Iceberg situation that will rear its ugly head in Political agendas until the election in November stirring up Gun Control, Responsibility of Businesses selling dangerous products, Parenting, the influence of Violence in Entertainment, somehow religion I'm sure, and I guarantee you at least one news report will use 6 degrees of separation to blame something on Obama personally referencing this massacre. What a world we live in huh?

Ever get tired of having to plug and unplug your device cords from your Laptop and have it looking like an Overweight Spider? Well with these 1-to-4 USB Hubs you can clear up some clutter or simply add additional ports to your computer if you've run out.

Nowadays with everything running on USB for Power and transfer capabilities you can't go wrong having a few of these laying around anyway. I use mine as Travel Chargers for smaller Phones, GPS, Digital Cameras etc. to plug into my Home A/C charger that accepts USB and now I've turned a 2.1 amp charger into 4 lowered powered chargers which are still more than enough to charge and power most mobile devices except Tablets and Large LCD eReaders. This Item has been known to be forgotten about in Clearance Racks and up front at the Cashiers so go and grab some at your Local Office Depot before they're gone.

26 Arrested in New York Child Porn Investigation

2011-06-17T09:42:00.000-04:00

Written By: @beezybtaughtme

SMH wow there are really some sick people in this world. I honestly don’t know how a person can live with themselves after stealing the innocence of a young child, yet alone video taping it. 26 people have been arrested on possession of videos and images of sexual assault on tens of thousands of children. New York D.A. Cyrus Vance said that the arrests on charges of possession and promotion of child pornography followed a five month investigation. "These defendants stockpiled images of the brutal rapes and sexual assaults of tens of thousands of real children," Vance said. He then went on to say : "These victims were made to engage in physically and psychologically damaging sexual assaults that were recorded and disseminated online, feeding the appetites of pedophiles for more victims." He said the victims ranged from one year olds to adolescents.

Seems like there is never enough safety measures a parent can take to protect their child from something like this to happen to them. Will children ever be safe from perverts like Joshua Ruiz who worked as a substitute teacher who was arrested in the investigation? Will there ever be a way to stop a pervert like those that were arrested? It’s bad enough that the child had to endure it but to know that it was video taped and posted on the internet for the world to see is adding insult to injury. People should pay closer attention to what their children are doing online or get some Parental Control software for computers. Predators are everywhere and added safety measures are clearly needed this day and age.
