I created a second Google account months ago and merged them for some reason (seemed like a good idea at the time). I had a bit of trouble getting back in and was getting grouchy.

Well I been away I guess and haven't had it in me to blog. I guess it hasn't been the same. I want to keep going but my assessments have left me in a way that won't help me brainstorm something more interesting.

So I finished my Diploma and started on one of the Degrees and I guess my world really changed. I pushed myself really hard to jump a giant chasm or gap not only to get back to work but to work doing something I really felt passionate for. That was huge for me and I've decided it was also unfair. Why should anybody have to do it the way I did? I studied both uni and TAFE full-time to get qualifications while looking after 3 kids, 8 and under (one with a disability) and volunteering at three different places and trying to help keep other people I know from hitting the same level of despair.

I got a job, I feel like I made it, but I also feel like I only did it because I let my life blow away. I did everything I could to just not care for a second. I had 5 legit and impressive references on my job app and gave the interview all I know.
I jumped the gap and now my uphill journey has an escalator the rest of the way.

It's fair I got the job.
...but I still think none of it was fair.

Do you see what I see?

If you think that its fair that anyone has to go through that, then nuts to you! If you don't get it, maybe you never will, you probably don't know what it's like.

I'm enrolled in 7 units, I'm going to drop 1 and finish my last 6 weeks then cut back right down to 3 or something next session - because it's not fair, I can finally see it now that I've made it.

I want to see a social policy that works.

goodnight!

I been thinking a lot lately about how people have communicated with me and how i have seen some communicate with others. A lot of disappointment in others has driven me to find out my own limits and potential. I'm not aware of the inner workings of another's mind but I seem to be increasing the awareness of my own. A lot of self care has helped me choose the right path when I could very much chosen otherwise, as can anyone. Times in my life in which I had no control and had been a mere puppet return to refresh my memories this week. The perspective of another only reminding me how I suffered in silence.

This is not a big deal to me as many have suffered worse than I have. I don't turn to watch the world through hopeless bleary eyes. So why can't I stop thinking about it?

I think of two very interesting books right now. One that stands out for me is called 'Let me finish'. Although I cannot class myself in the same subject category of the people mentioned in that book, I wonder what things would of been like if I didn't have myself, my own trust in myself....

I felt that no one cared what my point of view was at the time and for many years (and even at times by those same people) I had been severely misrepresented and no one asked me or listened or even let me finish.
(get the gist of the book at http://www.guardian.co.uk/books/2006/jan/28/highereducation.news1)

Another book I found intriguing was 'Resolving Trauma' among other points it talks about the phantom limb as an analogy . I'd like to contribute to that... I got over it ages ago but people wanna drag me back so I gotta revisit it all the time (without anyone asking me what i was going through when they talk about it)

Something happened to me. When I needed an ear i didn't get one. Instead watched and learnt that sometimes people scapegoat others when they are afraid. Well that was my perspective anyway...

If I'm gonna be scapegoated I'd rather be going out singing for a cause that I chose.

Every now and then I'm reminded about all the people who I helped in the wake of my trauma who stabbed me in the back for the many years following. It disappoints me that there are so many truly lovely people out there that care and just as many who don't, seemingly about anyone.

I wish people would care more about each other...this is not about me. I feel this way because I believe the issue itself is bigger than me and the one life that I live.

People should help bring back the meaning in each others lives. Everyone you meet is fighting a battle of some sort.

Show a little kindness, show a little care. It will make you feel good.

I'm about to begin a degree in Trauma and Healing and finally undertaking Applied Counselling

You don't have to do something big for people you don't even know...
maybe we all could benefit from focusing on those we care about
.....if we could just listen and let someone else finish.

Arsenic Based Lifeforms?

snore. I must be getting lazy.

Here I am several months later, after my last post, deciding that I should stay on a post before it gets too old.
It has obviously been months already so i will write what i am able to, so that i can very much move on.

Even though scientifically exciting, there is still very little information available to me at this point in time to further on the subject about these 'arsenic based lifeforms' found in a lake somewhere in California (Lake Mono to be precise) by Felisa Wolfe-Simon.

Typically I had thought to identify humans as some sort of carbon based life form, but scientifically the reference here is down to the DNA strand in lifeforms as we know it. Not that we can't say carbon based lifeforms anymore... I just want you to know where this is going.

From our knowledge prior, 'we' had been studying our own known lifeforms and their dependency for phosphorus, which is considered a 'backbone of our DNA'. With this discovery in Lake Mono, there is now an acknowledgment of arsenic enabled growth in the bacteria in the mud extracted from the Lake, which is known for being low in phosphorous and high in arsenic. The bacteria studied or (Gammaproteobacteria strain extracted for study) was cultivated and when the phosphorus was removed, the bacteria continued to grow, substituting the arsenic naturally.

So pretty much, (if i understand what i am reading right), the news sparks the interest and imagination of any viewer or reader to such headlines of the capabilities of other lifeforms, unlike those sustained in the way that we know it. Sensationalized headlines which had caught my attention gave me way to confusion thinking there was more to be announced and at first not not the realization of this crucial step of understanding. Media sensationalism had made me think that a particular extra-ordinary life-form was found, as would be regarded by the general public.

This new understanding does not make this less than ordinary or boring news but rather is for us to know that this discovery extends the understanding our species has so far of our surroundings, by which our environment and life as we know it. How much further we go from here or what we learn I guess is yet to come.

I had some weird idea that scientifically we had already realistically approached these theories and such a discovery would conclude it to be now correct instead I find that this was unexpected and much a surprise.

People like me who have adored science fiction over the years are slapping their foreheads... I thought this was what we were supposed to already think?

congrats on the discovery anyway and well done!

If you desperately need more understanding on the 'Hypothetical types of biochemistry' you can always look it up somewhere, there's plenty of it floating around the web. Wikipedia is ok if you genuinely follow through on all the references supplied before using them again in you own work. You can shortcut to one here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypothetical_types_of_biochemistry

untill next time
This has been so since october 10 this year (2010), i hadn't used it in that time so I have only just found out.

So FAREWELL LIMEWIRE. I will miss your upside down Limewire Spiderman.

Just a brief note here, I will write more on another post soon, NASA went in to a conference on December 2 this year to announce that there are Arsenic based lifeforms found on earth and thus the search for life on 'sustainable planets' as of course been extended to other planets and moons much closer as previous searches were based on earthling sustainability (the sustainability as planet has to host carbon based lifeforms).

More later I promise

Have you ever heard of Extreme Precocious Puberty? Precocious Puberty is the term used to describe puberty occurring at an earlier than average age, in girls it is regarded as so if it is before they turn eight and in boys, it is before they turn nine. In Extreme Precocious Puberty the individual is usually several years younger. These conditions are not completely common but it is also not unheard of. Not only is Precocious Puberty on the rise (Information Liberation, 2007), but there are also cases where this has also resulted in pregnancies that have been recorded as going to term, a live birth and the child being raised successfully (with some other help of course).

Lina Medina born in 1933, in Peru is one particular case. She not only holds the record for worlds youngest mother but she is apparently also still alive to this day. Lina was 5yrs and 7mnths old when she gave birth by cesarean to a son weighing 2.7 kg (6.0 lb). Lina named her son Gerardo, after who cared for her and documented her case after it was brought to his attention at 7.5 months into her pregnancy. There are only two photos of Lina at this time, one being when she was 7.5mnths pregnant and one when her child was 11mnths old. Although no-one was convicted of the crime of rape or incest. Lina's father was arrested on suspicion but then released a short while later due to lack of evidence.

Lina had in earlier years assisted with investigating this unusual phenomena by submitting to examinations now refuses interviews or discussion of her past anymore. Peru's leading Physician Researcher insisted that Lina and her baby get adequate care but despite this, Lina was then left in a life of poverty, her son Gerardo later died at the age 40 of a bone marrow disease and Lina moved to Lima, elsewhere in Peru.

There is much speculation as to what causes these conditions in young children (precocious puberty in male and females) but it really is inconclusive as there are some causes which contribute to some cases but of course not all. Perhaps these speculated causes are rather in fact triggers as it is also admitted that in many cases there is no identified cause at all. There are things you may be able to do to minimize your young child's chances of Precocious Puberty, this can be found at Information Liberation.

Sorry it looks like I haven't been taking care of this place. I was busy having a few minor misadventures.

As you can see I have been trying to tidy up a bit, I warn you though, there's still quite a bit more work needed to be done here.

If you look across the top of my page you will see that I am starting to add some tabs, they might not be too interesting so far, but I will work on that.

About two weeks ago I finished two of the courses I was studying, so it's back to only one again for me. I will see if this means that I will be able to keep this updated.

Still alot of old stuff to delete or replace, I'm working on it.

I'm considering starting my degree or Diploma while engaging in other studies next year, so I'll try get this up to scratch way before then.

I hope you didn't like the old layout, I don't really feel like changing it back.

Dang, there's alot of adjusting and updating to do on my end.

Because I haven't been online for so long alot of my old links are expired or the pages they leade to have become... well... dead. Sheesh it sure looks like I have alot of blog links to delete and thats just the start of it.

Going over old profiles, is a pretty boring task, change this, add that, delete, delete, delete.

Who the heck is that in my friends list it? We're both top friends to each other... should I ask her, nevermind.

Now I remember how I slinked away off web so easy, I don't see it then it doesn't bother me.

Well now that these pages are active again I guess I will be updating them again anyways, I just wish I could be bothered.

I have a nice long list of assignments.

I'll try be more intersting next time, just know that most my links arent relevant for a week or so till i can change my stuff.

HELLO. I can get a job there with a possibly lower education but I really like the local University here and I am very interested in completing a degree as it only takes 3 years.

I suppose that, amongst beginning study earlier this year there was a few other mishaps and issues but I seem to have that under control for at least a while. I tell you what though, I am exhausted!

Later this year, I look forward to confirmation within the church that I attend, another car, some new furniture and completing 2/3 courses that I enrolled in over the last few weeks. The third wont be finished till mid next year but it will be nice to be studying only one course at that point in time anyway.

Earlier this year I did do one weeks work experience at the local refuge and I can look forward to further work experience there sometime within the next 12 months. It sounds like a lot for me over the next two semesters but it's not really, it goes really fast and it should keep me out of trouble. It might not be the same as playing Endless Online all day and watching Dr Phil but it will be good for me and HEY I might even get a job now that my third child will be in school soon.

So that's the plan, to enrol, pass and keep going.

My only regrets... there was this really nice guy who asked me out a few months ago. I said no but I didn't say why. I kinda already knew I would be enrolling in three courses this month and well... dating somebody might be distracting. I am terrified I'd slack off and not do my assessments.

It's a real pity though. He's really nice, not pushy, not like the other guys.
He'll never know either, we are enrolling in different course on different days in different locations, he doesn't use Internet accounts or Internet I guess ...and ...never mind, I probably wont even run into him again anyway...

So I guess I'll just study REAL hard for the rest of the year, back to PLAN A.

I'll let you know how that goes.

STAY GOOD PEOPLE!!

Oh and another thing.... I am so not happy with playlist.com right now, I hadnt used my account for a few months and now that I have returned to everything I notice that even though all my tracks were playing last year there's now some restrictions on my playlist... which means, after all that I can't listen to my own list anymore because I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA! Right... now I'm leaving playlist because the same list is no longer available. Thanks alot playlist.com (sarcasm) would you like me to keep my list for no reason? or delete them all and search long and hard for content that MAY be available...? Uh no.. theres nothing in my account to assist me. Two thumbs down for customer care.

<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/blogspot/ErFcW/~3/U2iClojX9m8/hello-good-morning-good-evening-happy.html" title="HELLO.

Religious or not, you have to admit, somewhere along the line you would of had your own demons to battle, whether it be a figure or speach or so not.

Inner battles between making the wrong or right decision morally or just being able to deal with a particular problem or person in the correct manner can make a small or minor task look a lot bigger than it really is.

Pretty much most of the time, I just have to realise that its easier to deal with making the right choice than with having to deal with the consequences of making the wrong choice. If you know what I mean than you are also probably one of those people who agree that the right choice is usually quite obvious and easy to recognise. Yet many people still seem to fail at choosing it.

You cant force a person to make the right choice.

I'm big on the whole free will thing, we are capable as living human beings to make those choices. I do not believe we are on the same level as machines or animals. I believe that we also have feelings, soul and a heart that does more than just pump blood. Even though we are capable of having the instincts of animals and automatic reactions and responses of a programmed machine, I really feel that we are more than that.

Sometimes you just gotta listen to your heart, make the right choice and stop hurting people. Start caring more and stop leaving yourself lying around for trouble to come and pick you up. If you really don't like your life or the constant problems you may be running into because of bad decisions you make, then maybe you need to finally start making the right choices. After that being a better person or just being able to live peaceully will come naturally.

I do know that not everybody believes in god, but I also know its no excuse for making the wrong moral choices. Whatever you believe in, can't you see somewhere inside yourself that we should all at least be better to each other? Be good to each other, treat each other well but dont forget that when trouble comes for you, you have to say no, you don't want it and its not welcome in your life.

I believe in god and surrounding myself with only better people, I believe in living like this because it gives me a better quality of life and I can tolerate problems better because I know I do not have to keep them.

Let trouble live with its own kind, let the spiteful spite and hurt each other and understand the difference between 'helping' someone and 'condoning' their way of life.

You cant make somebody else make the right choice, but you can make your own decisions on whether or not you condone it and allow such a thing in your life.

Take a stand and live well. If you understood god you would see that he would not give you more than you can bear burden to. If the burden is too heavy, ask for help.... or at least realise maybe the burden you are carrying actually isnt yours.

Make the right choice.

I Praise you Lord God, thanks for looking after me.

AMEN.

He is the creator of all life. Hebrew Scholars prefer the pronounciation 'Yahweh' as suggested by Wilhelm Gesenius, it is widely accepted but remains the ongoing subject of debate as translations and the pronounciation had been for a long time under superstition due to a verse quoted in reaccount of Moses' visit to the burning bush which caused many to believe that his name was not heard by mans ears and was forbidden to of been spoken. Yehowah and Jehovah are 7th - 11th Centuary translation pronounciations.

He is also given in scriptures many other respective names such as, 'God', 'Almighty', 'Creator', 'Father', 'The most High' and 'Sovereign Lord'.

In the last few weeks after many years believeing that there was something out there I have finally begun to attend at another church. I had begun to attend in 2003 but found the environment difficult because I had a child with me and study was becoming hard and the hours in certain groups were late. I have now have two more children (three now) and I have committed to ST Andrews church (which is a different church) and attend very regularly, my children are comfortable there, there is a good area for them and there are many other children.

I guess it's a bit hard for people who have never been to church or havent been for a long time to start come to service because I had a strange feeling myself and a bit of worry that it wasn't going to be easy and the children would get upset. I feel like I have already been to more than three services and I have been welcomed and spoken to like I had been there all along.

There really isn't alot I can wrap up in one post so it looks like I will be posting again more frequently now and it is most likely that I will be designating it it's own blog or webpage because I really feel like it will become a continuous thing.

If you are considering attending a church or thinking about reading the bible then make sure you have a look, there are alot of misconceptions about faithful folowers these days but that is only because the world is becoming more unfortunate with its conduct.

Praise you Lord and please bless me with many that are kind.

Thankyou

Adknowledgements:

Wikipedia

Insight to the Scriptures

Monoatomic Gold (M-state) is Real Life Manna?

*ORMEs - we can do so much with metals! This is just amazing.

A few weeks ago I had just finished reading a book I thought was pretty good. I had been meaing to do a bit of research and look into a few topics it had raised and I finally had a half decent internet connection tonight so I am bookmarking as many pages as possible and trying to tell you as much as I can.

Firstly, the book I had read was called 'Map of Bones' I had grabbed it off the shelf at the local library as back then my car was not yet back from the mechanic and I had plenty of travelling left only to do with my mind as I was restricted on how far I could go because of this. It is a fiction book and is well written because of the research the writer had put into it revolving around real historic areas, buildings and of course monoatomic metals which peaked my interest the moment I realised they were real.

The book involves m-state gold and in this book the characters are new to it too. As the book begins its progress we first are described how a sole survivor on an attack on a church sees it being used for its superconductivity in a scary and undetectable mannar during midnight mass. The detonation it was used for also resulted in the electrocution of the many that had taken the holy communion tainted by this gold in its powder form. It was simultaneous. This singular event was not based on actual circumstance but enough research has been involved with these metals that more and more is now known about them, they are fact and not only do they now already have many common names but there are already places that are selling it!

ORMEs (Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic Elements) are they the next frontier? I am positive that much more can be progressed with this technology now. ORMEs can be dated back to the times of the ancient egyptians in many ways more than one, have you ever heard of manna? The ancient egyptians used to ingest ORMEs in belief that it increased awareness or even made you psychic.Although after reading that book, I would have trouble bringing myself to ever eat it, dont forget ORMEs are superconductive!

ORMES have many avenues to explore and one is even that it can be weightless (levitate!!!) and endlessly store energy. Read more about ORMEs, which metals they are and what David R. Hudson has discovered about them at http://ormus.synthasite.com/ it is definitely worth your while.

It was a very long post and I will need to read it again later and try make some sense of it,I hadn't typed it right at all and t seemed to be coming out without the point I was trying to make. I have decided to deal with it later and possibly even delete it. It just seems too long and even then I do not feel like the words are enough...

Instead, yet again, I find myself looking for the youtube.com vid that I want to post but as usual I keep coming across those that have their embedded codes disabled by request. A bit of a whinge on my part, but why should I have trouble finding music videos that are available to watch freely on free-to-air tv that do not have an embedded code? Sheesh I'm not even downloading it... in fact it would probably take up less of my time if I DID in fact download it from elsewhere and then upload it on my blog.
It had been ready to retrieve for a few weeks but I didnt have enough to pay for it all. Thank you Kevin Rudd - if it wasnt for the recent stimulus paid out last week I wouldn't have it right now, it would still be at the mechanic with me trying to work out how i was going to pay for it.

Hopefully my next post will be where I make time to mention the bad experience I had while moving it from garage to garage to get a quote. Its over now, thankfully and I will hopefully never end up in such a situation again.

Now that the car is back alot of things will be falling back into place for me, I have more time, more energy and of course transport. I will get the chance to think alot more clearly and even though a whole lot of people will be spending their stimulus cash on new clothes and those mega bargains just about every kind of store is having right now, I will only be in envy for short whiles. Money doesnt last anyway, the car is back an I will never have enough games no matter how much I buy ( i just realise I was a compulsive game shopper). I am happy.

Next week is the start of a new week and time for me, a little bit of harship goes a long, long way. Having three children and no transport was a big deal and I guess it always will be. Now I can focus on other things YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!

Oh and oops, I forgot.. the address to download 'The night of the Cephalods' is at http://www.spookysquid.com/ i dont think i left it there on my last post... and if i did leave it and i is theres, double oops and bleh.

I leave you will this youtube.com vid, it is my favourite advertisement on TV at the moment, I just love it. I hear our east coast has had quite a few shark attacks in the last 3 weeks, its a pity its been so dang hot, theres no value in fear right now. Hear in Australia we have only just finished our season of summer which is all of November to all of February and all that in between. I live in a sub-tropical area, when it's hot its humid too, it never snows where I live. For all of Australia our winter is actually June, July and August, It's a nice time to head south to elsewhere it might be snowing.

My cars repaired but I havent paid all my bill yet so even though it's hot I can't go very far. I've been playing games and watching tv. One more week, just one more week and my wheels will be mine again ....'sigh'. They've been washing my car too. Dang I miss it.

Night of the Cephalods!!
I downloaded it a few weeks back and when I had a chance to play, even though being a short game found it pretty amusing. The narrative included I guess is what made me giggle, it's creator Miguel already describes it as a 'narrative excess' but I warmed to it and found it amusing all the same. It took me a few turns to stay alive till dawn, probably because I kept going nuts every time I was attacked in masses. I would like to see some more of Miguels work, something like this I would of definitely played anyway passing through flash arcades as I do. I will be nosing through more of his work and projcts.

I now leave you with this youtube.com video. It was brought to my attention last night while watching free to air tv. If these people on King Island are lost for ideas of what to do with the remaining carcasses still washed ashore lets just hope they dont take inspiration from the community of Florence, Oregon. A few decades ago they had 45ft, 8tonne whale wash ashore dead on arrival and they had believed dynamite was an ideal solution. The show I was watching last night was a series called 20 to 1, it features the top 20 memorial moments of each weeks theme...... and this weeks theme....? 'What were they thinking?'

Nearly 200 Whales and Dolphins, Beached and Stranded Together, Uncommon.

Well I guess theres plenty going on around the world and also in my own country now to keep people busy, run off their feet, or in worry shelling out any money that they have left for those that are suffering right now. Natural distasters including hail, several floods on our east and also the fires that still continue to burn in my country's southerns state have already marked the beginning of 2009 for us, as if the sudden onset of a gloabl economic crisis which ended 2008 wasn't a big enough hint that things were about to get harder for most of us.

Unfrotunately also in this incident, King Island, known for its wildlife has recieved also the stranding of a pod of bottlenose dolphins, only 7 of which survived with 5 successfully returned to the sea. Even though migration has not made it unusual for beachin to occur on this island it has been stated that dolphins and whales beaching themselves together is uncommon. Rescuers feared that more were likely to beach themselves and strong winds and surf were making their efforts difficult.

Luckily, 53 of those that were assisted have not rebeached, have been electronically tagged and have been sighted off in deep water now, a healthy pilot whale, relunctant to leave is returning when he seems strong enough and for weather conditions to be right so that he will hopefully return soon too.
It has been the fourth beaching incident in the last few months.

The Children, Our Future.

This post is in honour of our kids, those that would like to have kids, those that have relatives that are young and those that are young.

Why this topic this time? I guess the line was drawn when somebody emailled me this following first video after I had heard of a few cases around already where children were not treated well within their rights. The cases I have heard or known of around here and around the world probably haven't all been equally as bad as this first video but I take them all seriously all the same.

<<<<this a="" a="" added="" against="" all="" also="" and="" apologies="" as="" attacks="" avoid="" awareness="" be="" been="" but="" by="" certain="" child="" consequences="" cultural="" deleted.="" deleted="" discrimination="" encourage="" exposed="" featured="" first="" form="" group.="" group="" has="" identify="" in="" individuals="" insensities.="" it="" it="" lead="" leaves="" may="" me="" misrepresentation="" now="" of="" on="" open="" or="" possible="" primitive="" punishment="" race="" religion="" religious="" renders="" result="" retaliation.="" stereotyping="" such="" text="" that="" the="" then="" this="" those="" to="" unjust="" useless="" vid="" video="" violent="" was="" were="" which="" who="" wich="" would="" young="" youtube="">>>>

Child abuse is not confined to only one religion, nor is it confined to the religious, child abuse happens all around the world everyday. There are many many forms of child abuse some more scarring than others physically and of course some more scarring mentally.

Sadly these are the statistics

on average apprximately every 10 seconds a child abuse case is reported somewhere around the world.

about 4 children a day die in the US as a result of child abuse or neglect with 3 out of 4 of those children being under the age of 4 years old.

84% of prison inmates were abused as children.

one in three girls and one in 5 boys are abused in some way by an adult at some time during childhood.

In the last 12 months I have heard of the following incidences:

a four year old girl died after she was thrown off a bridge in Melbourne during January, by her own father.

18 month old twins were found dead in their cots by their 11 yr old sister in their home near Brisbane during June last year. Deceased for well over a week and estimated to of weighed 3.5kg and 4kg at their time of death (that of a newborn baby), post mortem reveals they were of course starved to death.

There is child abuse and slave trading associated in the coffee and cocoa bean trades involving within The Ivory Coast (a major resource and only resource for many coffee and chocolate companies). This is still ongoing after many years of suffering.

In Queensland, May 2008 in two separate incidences and only a mere town apart, a toddler was found locked in a car at a shopping complex and a 5mnth old baby dies after being left alone in a car outside a school while the mother went to get her other children.

and there were many, many more that I failed to find on the internet amongst all the other search results but I had still heard about, like the young toddler thrown in a swimming pool after being tied in a bag and the mother who claimed thqat her 2 year old was 'ruining her life' didnt report her child missing for nmonths after she had disappeared. Her childs hair and blood found in the boot/trunk of her car and while 'grieving' had been partying for months. The first time she was EVER seen crying by family or friends was 6 months later, when she was sentanced. The body was never found.

I made a desparate attempt to search out the infomercial broadcasting here in my country lately but could not find it, I had chosen it because I thought it was actually quite real and very creepy as it progressed and especially how it ended. It seemed very ... well.. real!

I just could not find it so instead here is a youtube.com vid about Kelsey Briggs who died in 2005 before she even reached her third birthday! It is a extremely sad video and confronts us with the harsh reality of the most extreme cases. This video shocks us in quite a few ways, especially because Kelsey's abuse was known of by the authorities and still placed in harms care. It can break anybody's heart to know that even in todays world that these things still happen. Kelsey's story was definitely a tragedy and I cried after watching this.

I have spoken to a few people over the last 12 months who have been witnessed to child abuse. Those children had been dragged down stairs by their own screaming parents resulting in bruises, grazes and sprains or they had been 12 year old girls that have had their fathers yelling and swearing at them long after the tears have rolled down their cheeks. They have been children played in a game against another parent, taught to say to another nasty things, then abused for being used on 'the wrong one' or they have been babies bruised for crying, which is what babies do and a parent should not.
Some of these children have been kicked, punched or smacked in the head but not all of them will be sporting bruises. Many of these children will have low self worth and the parents are not encouraging good thinking and are doing nothing other than putting the child down or being demeaning.Even extended stress in a home environment can be traumatic. Minor or major, it's still wrong.
I have even seen a 5yr old child kicked by a man aged 20 years older who tried to justify his actions no matter how many times he had been confronted, I have seen a 3 yr old left alone in his fenced front yard everyday unsupervised and naked with a very young but very large dog on its hind legs humping him. I have seen a four year old with rings so dark around his eyes with his arms wrapped around himself who couldnt stand if anybody (especially his adult friend) was talking to him or touching him. I have even seen a father yell at his daughter for the clothes she bought when she went shopping, despite the fact that he admits that it was appropriate, wearable and that he wanted her to buy items that she liked. It's probably more likely to be named bad parenting than abuse especially by himself, just because it's minor (if he even believes that) but the damage is still the same, it's still not ok. The childs mother is violent so he figures what he does is ok as long as he doesnt hit her. Day to day life for those two does not differ much any day. How do the children feel?

Child abuse has long term affects on children with only short imprisonment and brief penalties for offenders. It just doesn't seem like long enough when a child becomes permanently affected. Even when a child survives it's like taking a life away from a child, it is something that can not be measured or undone and will always lead to poor decisions in every aspect of life in the future immediate and not such.

WE are the ADULTS. If we SEE something, we SHOULD say something.

http://www.youtube.com/ for all the places people can post or watch videos about this subject to give insight on how much we are NOT doing enough. These are not just informative videos without names, page after page there are memorial videos in referance to many indivual victims of such a young age that never survived.

Over the last week a few things have happened.

1. I have failed more and more at sustaining a wireless internet connection at home.
2. There had been a fire at a residence almost directly behind my house. It was of no danger but of disturbing nature.
3. There had been many large fires within one of our (Austrlaia's) southern states and not only did many lose or irsk losing their homes and possessions but last I heard a few hundred lives were also lost.

As a matter of habit and weird self joy I would as usual post more photo's than this from my own source of from what is readily and widely available, but I am on a library computer right now as I type this and cannot perfom even the most minor file transfers or file uploads, something of which the computers are very capable of but are now admin blocked to due events over the last few decades, that have caused fear of terrorism or virus's. Something that I admit is something worth being careful about and by taking care this does not mean bodies are being unrealisticly 'paranoid' but seriously.... a bunch of strangers using your computers? Whether you can afford major crashes, virus or whatever the hell it is this time or not, does not give good enough reasons for a user to demand rights to do these things.

People can be nasty things.

The house very nearby that practically alightled so fast it might as well of beeen a silent explosion was the home of a lady I had known little about but had heard of some over the last six months. Unfortunatley with a heavily drugrealted life and with two aging teenagers (one of whom had moved out not long ago) the family had quickly and once again been of talk immediately the day following, whether it be in wonder, worry or gossip, they had been talked about.

I looked at my window that night when I heard the siren of a truck speed past (on the wrong street), it was cold and my windows had been closed so while looking out into the dark and seeing so much smoke it took a moment to realise it was not fog for despite the windows being closed I could smell burning. I then looked out my back door as there were no commotion on the street out front and after realising it was from the street behind me I had immediate suspicions to whose house it was. This same lady last year, while living with her then husband had been in a series of unfortunate events, a few that i would wish to explain but would fear to become mere gossip.

What I had known to of happened last year,I know to be true and I pity and when her daughter moved out and into house who's main occupant I would of attempted to keep a daughter away from, the situation only seemed to get worse for her.

After a failed attempt at suicide by fire later into last year, things turned for the worse yet again following an eviction for them last week and a lenghty argument. They had all gone to bed later that night and the house then set to fire. Her bofriend or partner died not many hours after being aided in Brisbane to a recovery, a recovery that was in vain. She lives.

People are put through many bad things, they are tormented and treated badly.... but what makes a person react so badly, to hurt others and themselves... and then still say that they are better than the cause of all this. It could make any wonder, what more was there to this?

In Victoria some families are finally able to return to their homes or what is left of them, to inspect damage, salvage what they can or be thankful that they were not touchedand some still live in fear as many fires still burn . There were many fires last week and midweek one had even been set deliberately and now a person has been charged and detained.

Nationwide charities and funraisers have taken place in some involvement and I am glad to hear about the escalating amounts that raise higher and higher everyday, but admist this their are even online and offline person partaking in scams, hoping to benefit from this by collecting moneys for the nationwide 'fund' which does not even have their involvement. Some cases have already been heard.

The real nation's hearts have adknowledge this: we are at a trying time where an economic crisis has occured globally and even before this families have even struggled to pay bills or get by, but we will still raise funds and help these people. A little bit of selflessness goes a long way.

I had lunch with a friend last week and a donation bucket ha passed our table and not forcefully people had donated money. My friend lied that he had already made donation despite the fact that he had been complaining all week that people did not spend all their time raising money for people like him, with a minor disabilty. This person, who unlike me has so much support will never be happy and does not appreciate what he has. By the way he spoke, wehter intended or not it sounded very much like he believed that these people did not deserve charity.

Depite my own financial diffulculties that this person knows i have he has owed me money since before christmas and has mentioned that he intends on only paying it if the surplus comes through. I have now learnt a lesson too. Some people never get over anything and they dump alot of problems on you, they seek no real aid or resolve, only pity, which I cannot feel for such heartless people.
There are kinds of people out there that we will perhaps never understand the reasoning of, they may be scammers or friends or neighbours or work associates, you will eventually run into them, impossible not to. They are the kind of person that believe the world owes them something and cannot satisfy them. To them anothers suffering is a small sacrfice for a few minutes or even seconds devoted to themselves. To scam in the name of charity is one of a few reasons why a few people feel like making a donation cannot make a true difference.

No matter where you are or how bad you are doing, no matter what lack of support you have or low you ar in funds, there will always be somebody out there... SOMEWHERE who is doing it harder than you and suffering so much more.

I made a donation and for all you other Australians who just might be reading this, I hope you did too.
Follow the crisis there!)

Last year, our Priminister Kevin Rudd attempted to minimise the impact this crisis has on Australia and in an attempt to avoid recession delivered a $10.4B to low and middle wage families, aged persons and carers. Legible families received $1000 per child and $1000, to carers for each person registered in their care, with similar payments to the aged and receipients being entitled to more than one type of payment ie: a parent caring for two child under 16 and with one being classed with disability had recieved $1000 each child plus $1000. These payments and similar were automatically paid into recipients bank accounts without any forms for entitlements being lodged and were recieved within the two weeks before Christmas Day 2008. That was the first announced surplus package and was announced in September 2008 to hopefully return money into the economy of Australia and minimise job cutbacks.

There was a successful rise in sales that Christmas with it being recorded that there was a 3.5% increase in sales which is the highest since August 2000. Thats 8 years!!!

A few days ago Kevin Rudd made another anouncement about another Government Surplus Package. Here's what we saw...

It was rumoured before we saw this that it would be another package similar to last years. But its very different and it involves $42B and it has become a topic of large debate ever since. Australia doesnt have that much money and despite that we are currently one of the only or THE only country without foreign debt it has become a big deal with our opposition leaders, whether they are truly worried about foreign debt or not.

In this surplus package aged persons miss out and middle or low income families will recieve another payment and to most excitement will also involve the building of 200 000 more government or defence homes and money for small businesses and schools for development, upgrades or maintainence. Although this will not stimulate jobs for all industries the figures themselves will probably give work for a length of time for those needed involvement for these projects and will stop some jobs from being cutback and maybe new recruitment in these industries.

Malcom Turnbull is the current opposition leader for of course our other leading party in parliment here in Australia, being oppositon leader his job is to of course oppose and whether that is correct of me to say or not this is how he has been treated by the media in this circumstance.

Here is what he has to say about the surplus package in this youtube video below.

Only time will tell whether or not this surplus will succeed or not. If it was up to me I would say.... this one might just be successful... i think. Or I guess we could always hold a referendum... then if something goes wrong we could always blame the people if we make the wrong decision.
What is a REFERENDUM?:A referendum is a nationwide YES or NO vote.

I have never been involved in a referendum before. If a referendum is held the people will have a say, I think our Priminister Kevin Rudd already knows what the people will say and maybe that's what Malcom Turnbull needs to realise. The people will eat and be clothed no matter how rich the rich are and how poor the poor are. Malcom Turnbull is suggesting an alternative package which will still involve half as much, leaving us still half in debt. Screw you Mr Turnbull whats the point in opposing and saying we are going to be so far in debt and then still suggest spending half that amount and on what.... banks?

On the other hand Kevin Rudd has already announced that packages will continue to be paying out with the possibilty of borrowing up to $200B. We have never been in that much foreign debt before, how would we handle it? What if it doesnt work and recession is coming no matter what we try to do?

Right now the outcome on whether this is going ahead or not has been left to the government and only 48 hours to decide. There is now only half that time left.

Whatever happens and even if we do not get a say or choice the consequences need to be considered to those the choice is left to.

What will happen if we don't have the surplus package approved?
What will happen if we do?

Whatever happens just remember nothing is ever 100% perfect when it involves humans so what if the result is not 100%. We are not 100% perfect. We need to only simply decide on whether it is right or wrong and if this is what is needed.

Where did Miguel Sternberg go?

(how I feel right now..... zzzzzzzzzz)

Its been almost 2 weeks since my last post and the time spent in between has been most interesting. I have managed to catch up on alot and also had to co-ordinate my eldest going to school for the first time ever and making things fall into place properly. Seeeing that my car is offroad yet again this was alot more difficult than it sounds because I have three young children. It was probably a bit more harder on them than it was on me. Meeting deadlines was accomplished but not without a few sacrifices and my son is now enjoying school like its no big deal and everything is how it should be.

I'm also a little upset at FORD (aka TREVAN FORD as we know it here in Australia) I had a pretty bad experience and seeing that they are a company with a reputation to keep my experience probably isnt something that should be known only by myself, but that is probably something worth blogging about later and will need a whole post of its own. I have so many things I would like to blog about right now and my free (?) internet right now isnt being very reliable. I guess maybe the idea would be to start paying for it but sometimes I dont use it enough to find it worth my while.

The first thing I want to post about before the subject becomes too far in the past is about Neko Heavy Industries. If you had read my last post you would recall that I had mentioned Neko Heavy Industries and left a link if you were interested in taking a peek and seeing what was there. You would probably also recall that I had mentioned that the site had not been updated in quite a while but that it has some pretty cool art there. Not long after that post I had actually decided to email the artist and query about it, here's what I found out.

Miguel Sternberg, the artist featured as Neko Heavy Industries also has a LIVEJOURNAL.COM url and you can actually find out more about the work and projects he is involved in there. I finally had a chance to look at it there and noticed he is actually well and truly far into making games. Oooh yeah, its a nice little new novelty for me, just another gamer looking for something new and was quite please finding this out as I had previously only visited his other site which I first new about to appreciate his artwork from a anime and gamer point of view. Within THIS url http://hopping-v.livejournal.com/?tag=art his last post mentions a game 'Night of the Cephalopods' available for download if my internet signal stays stable today I will download it and do a review here pretty soon and theres a few other games mentioned there as well.

SPOOKY SQUID GAMES? (http://www.spookysquid.com/)

This is fairly new and very recent. Not long before Christmas last year Miguel also started an indie game company. Night of the Cephalods is one of the featured games and currently only two are featured but this is something I will be keeping an eye on. I like my spooky games. Take a shortcut to download here http://www.spookysquid.com/notc/index.htm

When I get the chance I am hoping to make a few changes to the blog, it will probably involve adding more pages. Everbody else seems to be able to do it. I guess I'll just have to find the time next.

On the Web

I havent been online much but over the last week I noticed theres been some neccessary improvents on an online game I used to love playing alot and had sadly lost interest in because of the unfortunate lack of administrative attendence and the anarchy that had begun to take place. I had become pretty sick of the speeding and scamming going on and to top it all off there was usually some young person using global to make an ass of themselves by obsessing over something pathetic and annoying like being racist or starting fights with people for no reason or whatever it was this time like 14 year olds competing over how big each others dick supposedly is. I had grown tired of it. I havent noticed any of this the last two days admin attendance changes things I guess.

On another side of things theres a few sites I would like to mention like Neko Heavy Industries and the Kid Tech guru. I do not benefit in anyway by mentioning these two sites but they are worth the thought and at least a visit if you have not been before and if you do not agree at least by me I think that it is still worth the mention. They are two sites I appreciate.

Kid Tech Guru is found at http://kidtechguru.blogspot.com/ and is a blog by a 14year old blogger. It contains web tips involving user tools and associations with memberships on various websites and it also has a few headlines found from online about topics that are likely to be of interest. I'm not sure how long he has been doing this or when he turns 15 but theres a link that will always be on my page under 'blogs I read. It's nice to drop in every now and then and see what seems to be going on now or if theres something i might find useful there.

Neko Heavy Industries http://silencegreys.com/neko/index.htm will take you to the main page which has most of its posts about updates. Click on Drawings and the mini comics especially but check out anything else that might have your interest. Unfortunately it looks like there havent been any updates near to two years. I have mentioned this url because it seems like it has been forgotten over time and could use a little appreciation. Most of the art is pretty good and has potential to go so far, there are even pixels there for games which from what I know so far has been used for a few games. Seeing that there has been no updates in so long it makes me wonder... what ever happened to Neko Heavy industries? I just might email them actually!

I went to check out Endless Online last night as I heard that Vult-r had enabled Hell in Aeven, I had to check it out. Looks like it was only temporary though because I read it on Wikki's blog from a post dated the 15th but as it was a whole day later it was already over. I bet it was good for some screen shots. I came back on today and at least another rumour is also true: admins are being seen to log on more often. Arvid has appeared on the online list two days in a row I havent myself witnessed anything being broadcasted from him but at least had a laugh because as usual people try find him anyway and go looking for him in places. People say all the time he is in one place when he is not. Haha I had fallen for that before... ah yesterday actually. I guess I really wanted to see.

The ability to cheat with speed has finally been disabled and people like me who found a mass population using it to be annoying are rejoicing! The games not that hard, why do they feel they need to speed? Anyways wikki came across a pretty kewl youtube vid for endless online heres a link here to the posthttp://endlessreport.blogspot.com/ (posted January 6 2009) or the link here to direct to youtube http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=UEm3Na3jFe0. If you havent played Endless Online yet this little music clip might do it for you, it actually makes it look pretty good. I would post the player direct to blog but it seems like just about everybody is doing it since wikki has posted. its a good clip!

Have a laugh!

*check out 'window licker by Aphex Twin...... uh that is if you DO want to see more stuff like this....

Over the last Decade or so I have heard some strange things. Now that I look back I can at least laugh a bit now that some time has passed. Some of it had been quite annoying or serious at the time but now its time to take it a little lighter. Also included in here are some things which were funny and would of been no matter what point in time I would of experienced them. Have a laugh, maybe theres something within the following that is in your taste.

jokes from a childrens book:

Q: WHY DID TIGGER LOOK DOWN INTO THE TOILET?

A: BECAUSE HE WAS LOOKING FOR WINNIE THE POOH

Q: WHATS THE LAST THING TO GO THROUGH A BUGS MIND WHEN HE HITS YOUR WINDOW?

A: HIS ARSE.

I was sitting on some chairs outside a supermarket while the rest of my family finished their shopping once when I was a teenager. The wait seemed to go on forever so after a while I became deep in thought and began to think about other things. Before a new it, somebody was yelling (and very angrily) 'What the fuck are you looking at?' I looked across a little further and there on the other side of the carpark was a transvestite who was so angry there could of been steam coming out of their ears. I was in shock and just stared, frozen. I had never seen a transvestite before. There were clothes on... but you could tell. This is the kind of stuff that happens to me I was only 14 at the time.

MY labret is pierced, its the area under a facial lip before the chin. For years after it had been pierced I used to like the back of it alot and for no reason, it had become such a comfortable habit I did it when I was deep in thought. Unfortunately that meant sometimes I even had my mouth wide open and stared blankly straight ahead... which i seemed to do alot sometimes. It kinda freaks people out when you blank stare at strangers and lick your own face funny... can you imagine it?

I once started seeing a guy who was skitzophrenic, sometimes he would call me up just to tell me I was crazy.

When I was younger I remember that while I was working in a grocery store and a young boy had come into the shop with his mother and carrying and empty egg carton. The boy was using his imagination and was pretending the carton was a crocodiles mouth and was following his mother while snapping at the air. He was having great fun and I had a giggle too because he was quite loudly and proudly singing: 'I've got a big mouth, I've got a big mouth.' He was of course talking about the egg carton but I still thought it was funny.

Death from smoking! It is a pretty serious thing, after all it is a preventative disease. Take a look at this graph before you read more.

As part of a campaign to reduce deaths from preventable related diseases, in Australia our cigarette packets now come with information, pictures and heath warnings. GOOD FOR THEM! However what we dont notice in a circumstance like this graph here is that its very exclusive and lacks other information we would find interesting.

Like What? Oh you know... just the part where the leading cause of death in Australia for 5 years were actually linked to obesity, like heart attacks and yet all the same as heath experts have adknowledged and admitted that this was our leading killer and also yet another preventative death with more deaths per year in comparison to smoking we dont see heath warning on packets of chips OR the windows of Mc Donalds etc that include scary pictures of fat, struggling children or old fat people who cannot stand the strain on their again bones. We already know junk food is bad for us but we also know smoking is too. So why campaign against one thing and not the other. An obese junk food junkie will die long before a cigarette smoker.

Am I a smoker? I'm actually in the process in quitting but it has nothing to do with these campaigns and I'm not going through quitline because I did that a few years ago and I found them unsupportive to any progress I made... so that to me was a waste of my time.

DEATH FROM SMOKING RELATED DISEASES IS NO JOKE BUT THE LACK OF ACTION TOWARDS OTHER PREVENTABLE MAJOR KILLERS IS!!!!!!

somebody once told me that a certain word I has been using was not in the dictionary and that he had looked it up, he said it probably wasnt there because it slang and that he had only looked it up because a few people had used it alot and it had begun to get him annoyed. After stating that it wasnt there and announcing what the closest meaning of a word closest to its spelling was, he said i could not or should not use this slang word anymore...... because of that.

sometimes in a panic and hurry I have noticed that my children are also the kind of people that will look or turn right when asked to turn left. They are very young. I just love the typical reaction in attempt to adjust the situation. A PERSON MUST SAY: 'No!!! your other left!'

Ever seen somebody who looked like somebody else that you knew? While driving there isnt much time to work out whether it is or not before the person passes out of sight. Unfortunately this means staring at the person or slowing down in a very obvious way and can become annoying for you.... and maybe even offensive to the person you thought you recognised. In this situation is can also be quite uncomfortable if you have your partner with you and they think you slowed down to perv on somebody you dont even know or care about.

When I was bout 5 I was inside a shop with my parents when I thought I heard my nan's voice outside talking to somebody else. I was very excited and ran almost right up to an old lady and realise it wasnt her while at the same time yelling loudly: 'NANNA!!!" I was so embarressed I ran straight back into the shop and went right to the back.

I week before the Christmas we just had, I asked my friend to try guess his Christmas present. I told him it was quite large and that he would love it but that it was second hand. It was a falcion spear that I had already owned for a few years and no longer wanted as it was alot bigger than I thought it was when I oredered it online and I already had another sword and a trident coming in the mail. Well anyways I knew he liked it because he had brought it up in conversation a few times and seeing that it was Christmas.. I dont know if he was joking or not but one of his guesses was 'Is it a blow up doll?' I didnt know how to answer that other than giggle. If he had forgotten I had mentioned the gift was second hand could he really imagine me even being caught dead purchasing a large blow up doll from a sex shop especially in a town so small? If he hadnt forgotton then surely a used doll was no problem? I mentioned this and we all had a laugh.

I was in a shopping centre having a sit down and a rest a few years ago. I was quite pregnant and felt flustered easily. I was sitting there, minding my own business when an old creepy and unshaved man gave me the flirtiest look and then had another look at my chest. I freaked out a bit, especially when I finally noticed my shirt was slightly torn and much of my bra was showing through from underneath.

When I was in High School, my mum had cut alot of my school skirts very short, this had left me subject to some labelling and some unwanted exposure. Eventually I just stopped wearing school uniform but before this there had been one unfortunate assembly where I had aparently flashed the entire school after being called to the front. Yeah there had been people telling me to pull my skirt down but it was so unbelievably short that people said that to me all the time even when it had not risen up from sitting down. So yeh i did nothin. Lol i dont know how i got over my earlier years. I really have no idea.

Ever seen somebody else run into a pole? I've done some interesting things in my time, Ive not ever run into a pole but I have probably run a bicycle into a few things in my years. I think the weirdest time I ever fell off my bike was when I rode past a roadworks sign once. I didnt think i was that close but I must of been because the pedal went under a metal support and I was thrown right off the bike. There wasnt a scratch on me but I had just left school as it finished and there was plenty of traffic. My only thoughts were about getting the hell out of there as fast as possible and hoping nobody recognised me or somehow hadnt seen.

and finally..

just before Christmas I went to a Christmas party that one of childrens' preschools were hosting. I was watching my children in a big park, I have three kids and at times I didnt know where the father was that day so when one of my children told me he needed to go to the toilet I hinted that he could sneak over to the bushes and get it over with so fast no one would ever know, the toilet block was a fair walk away with so many children running around at the party I wasnt sure if I could gather all mine in time. Next thing I did know though and ever other body in the park too (!!!) was that my son was about 1-2 metres short of the bush, very exposed and squatting... and for a very long time (about 5 minutes... possibly even more). This left me in a very awkward situation and was very hard to explain to many of the preschool teachers that had approached me about this.

Well thats about it for now. It was mainly going to be about stupid things people say but its been quite a bit hot today and I'm pressed for time. At least I can laugh at most of it. I'm sure I'll come across something else funny sooner or later and of course, remember some more.

Goodbye 2008!

What does this New Year bring? I am so happy to see 2008 over and done with. Here now, with a fresh start (and now that I have woken up at midday after a nice night) I think about all that 2008 was and how it was for me.

Last Year was for me:

the first time I ever bought one of those 'stay sharp' knives. I really had no idea they were that good. Tv tends to desensitise us. Lol! Those knives are really good though, wow my other knives must be so blunt. I could go on forever, i never thought I'd buy one.

first time my car needed repairs and the longest my car had ever been offroad. I'm gettin over it, it was such a big deal at the time. *yawn*

it was the first time i ever went overseas. In March 2008 I went for a short stay in China and Thailand. Never thought I'd ever get to go anywhere. It was nice buying a full traditional meal for only $3. I miss it.

And for all of us:

Even though Australia had hosted a 'Sorry Day' for years we had a priminister apologise on Sorry Day for the first time ever.

Australian Prime minister Kevin Rudd had announced and made payout to many australians to attempt to fight the economic crisis and avoid recession. A strategy like no other australian prime minister and this is Kevin Rudds first term served.

America votes for their first non-white President. Obama has won the election and also made decision that their wars are not their priority. America hit recession after wall street market crashed like no other crash in a long time and by deciding war was no longer in the priorities much less money will be spent every month on arsenel and other war supplies.

Obama has decided to go ahead with Green energy plans. (whats this www.repoweramerica.com)

solar eclipse seen on the Great wall of China 2008, the wall apparently was one of the best spots for viewing this great event. I wasnt there.

Olympics were pretty full on this year but I would have to say nothin made my jaw drop more when I happened to see the gold medals won in the swimming pool during the paralympics. Amazing! There were athletes there that had times faster than ordinary olympians. The one in particular I saw involved 200m butterfly and a one armed man! Thats determination.

Well theres probably a bunch of other stuff but Im not thinkin very clear now and despite that there is probably some stuff there I will always think and never say.

I'm goin out soon, so I guess I'm going to make a few errors.

This year I look forward to my eldest childs first day at real school. He's had pre-school/ pre-kindy and day care before and awwww .........is he really ready? He better be I cant imagine when he will be if he's not now.

Well I'm nearly halfway living and paying through my car loan, I feel like I'm gettin somewhere. If Australia does eventually go into recession my car isnt even gonna be worth very much later anyways, even though they dont make them anymore and price seems to keep steady because of that reason.

Value of anything doesnt look very good right now. Its either gonna be one of those times we look back on and tell our children in decades of time how we had a last chance at buying things like petrol at the old price and the economy wasnt so well or remember it as the time some even had a secret fear that recession = poverty and that... before we knew it, there was anarchy. New kind of food crisis all over. If.. in this time and age we cannot eat properly... will we all go crazy and misbehave...?

Well I hope you had a Happy New Years EVE and spent it with people you care about. Seeing this economic crisis is pretty global I hope you went way out and spent on it because I dont know how hard its gonna be to have times like these later. Whether you were outside, inside, clubbin, pubbin, partying or just visiting.... we dont even know if simple things like these will be impossible eventually or not.

Be grateful for eveything you have and everyone you have.

START AGAIN!

*image is from http://www.ycfd5.com/images/fireworks.jpg

Well here I am, I wont be going into the beginning of this tradition like I probably would of if I had been in a better mood but maybe I'll do it next year if I'm still blogging. If I'm still blogging this time next year then thats good, but I dont know what my new circumstances would be. If I cant find time to blog this time next year than whatever is happening to me would have to be pretty damn good to keep me away as I manage to at least get a few hours in a week right now.

New Years Resolutions... do you take them seriously? Do you at least like the idea?
Most things are all in good fun. Even if you break a resolution at least feeling bad about it helps you realise how serious about it you are.

In one culture in particular I have been told that resolutions arent really a goal you have to reach for the year even though your aim is to keep it up all year, in fact in this particular culture they believe if you havent got it right by midnight (the turn into the NEW YEAR you will be struggling to keep to it all year. For example if New Years Resolution is to have more cash/savings on you more often or keep your house cleaner if your looking pretty broke with your house amess by midnight its your outlook for the year. Kinda the example i was given when I explained it and have found myself washing floors earlier during NYE in thought over it.

My resolutions are now:

to stop hanging around people that dont really give a damn about me, I have friends and aquaintances but thats not really what I'm talking about, I'd really like to go indepth but somehow cant bring myself to right now.

write the two stories/books that have been in my head for ages, who cares if they never get published. They are THERE and i really think it would make me feel better.

get rid of the second car i bought whether i sell it in part or whole (have it advertised)

move house or decide that i dont wanna move anymore.... been in my head too long!

Theres probably a bunch of other stuff there but its minor, these ones are the bigger deal to me right now.

Enjoy your New Years Eve make it count and if you care about somebody else and you really feel they mean something to you see if you can be there at midnight... its the turning point!

Seeya next year!

REVIEWED!!!!!!!!!!

Its been a while I guess because I havent had much time for games or watching music clips on tv. Here are the reviews on some favourites I've always loved.

Jak and Daxter, Jak II and Jak 3!

Oh I just love this series! Christmas is almost here and it's been ages since I've had a game console, I know theres alot of new kinds out there but I wasnt really in the mood for and I wasnt trying to impress anybody so i went and got myself a NEW Playstation 2. Not bad considering that now that the PS3 is out and they arent in much demand so it came with a few free added extras. I was pretty happy, all my kids are gettin big presents, this can be THEIR present for mum seeing that i dont usually buy myself much and they are too young to chose for themselves.

If you play Jak and Daxter first you will love 2 and 3 so much more like I did, its like the whole star wars thing when it comes to where and when(these lifeforms and technology and times dont have to be explained because they are just simply somewhere else), the characters are easy to like and the powers and missions are alot of fun.

I think I liked Jak 2 the best but the powers you earn in 2 and three are equally pleasing, Ive only just started playing again its gonna be fun, the best part about the missions is that although some are similar most are very very different to each other and there are many maps to travel to and from.

BLACK HOLE SUN by Soundgarden
Yeah, its that song Ive got loaded as the first on my playlist at the moment. I couldnt get it out of my head for days and days. Its a beautiful melody but its actually supposed to be quite sad. The clip can be quite eerie and sadly funny too. Made me think a bit. If you like strange things maybe you should have a peek.
