5. RHEUMATISM, ARTERITIS AND WAIST PAIN:
Get egbo Yerusun (Yoruba Root), cut into pieces into little bottle, collect some quantity of ginger (chita) and garlic (tafarnuwa), grind and cut into pieces, fill the bottle with gin (ogogro), allow it to ferment for 2 days.

DOSAGE:
Drink it 1 shot 3 times a daily. Or mix 10 pieces of lime; soak with 1 litter of water or soda water. Take 2 shots 3 times daily. This pain will stop.

6. TYPHOID FEVER
Method:
Buy Utazi leave (Ibo) at least N40 and Dongoyaro leaf, mash two of them tether with 1 ½ bottle of water. It is caused by contamination of water, milk or food.

DOSAGE
Take 1 tumbler, morning, afternoon and night and go for test to confirm yourself negative. This is permanent cure for typhoid.

Method 2:

Alternatively method of curing typhoid:
Buy 6 sachets of Lipton tea, 25 lime orange, 2 unripe pawpaw, 2 unripe pineapples, thick skin of mango tree or mango bark. Cut them to pieces and pour in a pot, add 4 litters of water to it, boil for 3 to 40 minutes, add 3 sachets of alabukun powder 5 minute before you bring it down from fire.

CAUTION: don’t add Alabukun powder if a pregnant woman is to use it or children below 12 years.

DOSAGE: take 1 tumbler 3 daily before each meal for 5 days. Every morning and night, warm the medicine for 20 minutes, use towel or blanket and cover your head to your legs, open the pot and spend about 5 minutes under the heat of the medicine (by inhaling it) for 4 days. The fever will permanently go. This is the permanent cure for typhoid fever.

7. MALARIA (ALL FORMS):
Get little quantity of pawpaw leaves, banana leaves, orange leaves, guava leaves, mango leaves, lemon leaves, dongoyaro leaves. Boil all together with sufficient water.

DOSAGE: take a tumbler 3 times daily before each meal for adults. Children should take it 1 shot or 3 tablespoon 3 times daily.

8. FOOD POISONING (EITHER PHYSICALLY OR SPIRITUAL) read Matthew: 13:16-17)

Physically it can come through bacteria from unclean and infected people who cook, prepare or serve food or tea, thus causing diarrhea, vomiting stomach pains and in severe cases, death. It can also come through infected rats and mice depositing their dropping on food in the kitchen locker or food stuffs. This can cause severe food poisoning that can lead to death, also overstayed or spoiled eggs can lead to food poison. Also it can come though a bacteria product called staphylococcus which causes infertility, low sperm count, weakness or organ and bareness. These bacteria produce their poison in foods also through coughing and sneezing of infected persons when cooking food and not only through sexual intercourse. 9. COLD AND FEVER
Boil little quantity of lemon grass.

DOSAGE:
Adult should drink it 1 glass cup twice a day while children should drink it 2 table spoon 2 times daily. Lemon grass serves also as a deterrent to snakes and tsetse fly.

10. MALARIA IN PREGNANT WOMEN.
It is good for a woman to have malaria while in pregnant. To cure this; get some ewedu step (Yoruba) or call it ahubara (Ibo) or etiyon (Efic) or Itachi Ayoyo (hausa) and boil it very well.

DOSAGE:
Take half a tumbler at night only.

11. CATARRH (PROLONG)
Mix two table spoon of Lime Juice into 5 table spoon of honey (original). Administer as a single dose. Do it 2 times daily until the catarrh stops.

12. CHOLERA (STOOLING AND VOMITTING:
Mix one shot of gin or hot drink, one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of sugar tether. Drink all at a time. The cholera will stop.

13. FIBROID:
This is the uterus becoming bigger than normal causing miscarriages and premature births. Chew 25 whit kernel nut (unripe ones) every morning for 8 weeks (2 month). Fibroid can caused by satanic manipulation growth planted spiritually to cause havoc and loss of baby. Read Matthew 13:25 and 39 (the no1 above is very important).

Also the inner bark of dongoyaro with its roots and leaves should be boiled with water and taken 1 glass 3 times daily. Take 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning daily. Fibroid can also cause due to careless used of contractive, too much of abortion, careless abortion, miscarriage, untreated venerable disease like syphilis, staphylococcus and gonorrhea. It can also be hereditary or due to over eating or starchy food.

14. CONVULSION IN CHILDREN
Mix ground onion, ginger and garlic with palm oil. Give it to the child to drink. It will stop immediately. Rub the garlic Juice in the eyes of the child. You should not also that garlic and onion are effectively used for treatment of hepatitis, blood cleansing and penis erection.

15. TOILET DISEASES
To cure infection diseases contacted toilet, Grind N10 worth of ginger, N10 worth of sweet Basi leaves (tea bush or scent leaves in English, insert a little into your palm and rub it on the private parts (vagina or penis), rub the affected parts very well at the same time. It must be after bath. Boil the remaining and drink the liquid. Do it in the morning and at night for 3 days.

16. LOW SPERM COUNT AND INTFERTILITY;
Get some quantity of Guava leaves, squeeze very well and add 2 tumblers of water and filter. Drink it 1 tumbler daily for 3 days. After 3 days, eat sufficient carrots with one cucumber. Your sperm count will increase rapidly. Repeat if necessary.

17. SPERM BOOSTER
Grind equal proportion of Soya beans, ground nut, and crayfish very well. Prepare pap (ogi in Yoruba) and add 6 tablespoons of grounded ingredients mentioned above to it. Drink it and take with roast plantain. After all these, eat carrots. It will give you tremendous result.

18. MOUTH ODOUR, TOOTHACHE, PALATE ACHE:
Mix a good quantity of honey with Lime and wash the mouth 3 times a day with it. For gum aches, palate pimples and other throat pimples, boil some water with onion, Lime Juice and white ginger, sieve it and add salt to it. Wash your mouth with the mixture frequently with one spoon and drink some.

19. NEUTRALISE POISON (ALL TYPE OF POISON)
Such as food poison, for snake bit and scorpion sting e t c, tie up firmly the effected area with a clean dry cloth some distance upwards away from the actual point of the sting, cut the actual point with clean or new knife or razor blade. Allow the bad blood to move out.

Alternatively,
Get 7 bitter kola nuts, fill half of the bottle with palm kernel oil, and add five table spoon of undiluted honey, mix all together at once.

20. PILE: (JEDI JEDI in YORUBA)
Get Irish potatoes, slice and chew it for 5 days or mix crude oil and palm kernel oil and drink 2 table spoons 2 times daily until the symptoms stop or get lizard eggs with red oil, fry the egg in the pan and allow it to break by itself, stir it together and put it in a container. Apply it to the anus once a day.

21. PROTRUDING PILE (JEDI JEDI);
Rub scent leave (tea grass) between you palm until it forms a ball. Use it to push the protruding pile internally. Leave it there in the rectum (Anus over night. It shrinks back gradually. Continue doing it until you are relieved of the problems.

Once in 2 days or 3 time a week. Also lemon grass when boiled and taken is a very good natural antibiotic and antibacterial and very good for immune boosting, also Golden seal is good too.

25. VAGINA DISCHARGE
A slight normal discharge may issue from the vagina, but it has no foul odour and does not cause itching. But if the reverse is the case, then test for STD (veneral diseases)

TREATMENT:
Buy wonderful Kola, native water melon 1 lemon orange and 6 lime orange, grind the wonderful kola, cut the rest ingredients into pieces and put them in a 2 liter bottle with water and allow it for 2 days to ferment.

DOSAGE
1 shot (3 tablespoon) 3 times daily before each meal. Do it for 8 days. Buy alum and put it in a 4 liter gallon and fill with water. Buy native soap. Wash the Vagina with the native soap and the Alum water, morning and night. Under 8 days the vagina discharge will stop.

DOSAGE

86: STOMACH PROBLEM: Buy anus pump and scent leaves (Efirin Yoruba) (Nchanwu in Ibo) squeeze the leaves in a cup of clean water and filter. Put the mixture into the pump, and then insert the pump into the anus, press the mixture the stomach, the child will excrete everything out immediately.

At this point I probably should explain some basics about what a heart rate monitor actually is, plus a little about how it works.

A heart rate monitor is really two devices. One is the transmitter, which is generally (though not always – as we shall later discuss) worn around the chest. Commonly, the actual transmitter area is made of flexible plastic, to which is attached an elasticated strap that passes around your back to hold the device in place just below the bust. When putting on the chest strap, it is often a good idea to wet the electrode areas that are in contact with the chest. This ensures that the best signal is picked-up from the outset. As you workout, the sweat will do the job nicely for you The chest strap feels a little uncomfortable to start with, though it becomes less noticeable in time. a) not measuring their heart rate, and

b) probably not working hard enough!

Though I do have a sneaking admiration for anybody who’s eyesight is good enough to be able to focus on a magazine article while running, it’s probably no coincidence that they are nowhere to be seen in the gym within a few months of starting their program.

There are a good number of heart rate monitor watches to choose from. I was not aware of any at the time I began training, but I am certainly now aware that there are an increasing number of women’s heart rate monitor watches available.

One thing to be aware of is that heart rate monitor’s are subject to interference, which can lead to occasionally inaccurate readings. If you see your heart rate jump fifty beats a minute while running through a field of microwave towers, this is probably not cause for concern (though I would question your choice of running route). On a cardio machine, a more likely source of interference may be the person on the machine next to yours. They may also be wearing a transmitter and may be within range of your equipments receiver.

Some watches may be “paired” with your transmitter, which prevents interference from others using transmitters near to you. The “pairing” is only usually necessary when you use the watch and monitor strap combination for the first time, and it is a trivial task.

The more expensive watches are mini-computers that can keep a whole raft of data during and after your workout. More on this in a future article.

Heart Rate Monitor Training - Running Slower For Faster Results

In the days before I had even heard of a Heart Rate Monitor (never mind a women's heart rate monitor), I used to hate running. The only reason I ran was because I was bombarded with messages telling me that I needed to lose weight and get fit (all true, sadly). So I forced myself to include ten minutes of running in my gym program. At least, until I soon gave it up through boredom.

Then I met someone who showed me a way that completely turned my hatred of running on its head! He showed me, with the aid of a heart rate monitor, that I had actually been running too fast too often. On top of that I was not running with a plan, and had no idea whether the training I was doing was providing any benefit.

I believed that going to the gym with the intention of running for ten minutes each day was a plan.

"That's not a plan", I was told. "How do you measure your current fitness? How do you set your goals for improvement? How do you ensure that you are not over-training? Conversely, how do you ensure that you are training hard enough?"

I didn't have the answers.

"Well, if you want to transform the way you train. To enjoy your training and be motivated to improve - I can show you how. All you need is a simple and relatively inexpensive piece of equipment to start with. That is a heart rate monitor."

After initial reluctance, I listened and learned from my mentor. He taught me how to measure my maximum and resting heart rates and how to use these to calculate the appropriate training intensity to meet my goals. I was shocked at how slowly I had to run at the start of my training program, yet the results came quickly.

I cannot emphasize enough how slowing down my training, but training to a plan, completely changed my results. It was only a matter of weeks before I was running faster than ever before, but with far less effort! It was almost too easy.

I have progressed to running more distance over time, from 10KM to a half-marathon and ultimately a full marathon! I would never have thought this possible, and am convinced that it would never have been possible for me had I not discovered how to train with a heart rate monitor.

Nowadays there are even more stylish women's heart rate monitor models available to feel good wearing too!

So my top tips for someone starting out in running, or someone who has not found a passion for the activity are:

Investigate how to properly use a heart rate monitor
Take measurements of your current readings for planning and future motivation
Make a plan for your training
Record how your fitness improves once you start taking it easier!

DOSAGE: take 1 tumbler 3 daily before each meal for 5 days. Every morning and night, warm the medicine for 20 minutes, use towel or blanket and cover your head to your legs, open the pot and spend about 5 minutes under the heat of the medicine (by inhaling it) for 4 days. The fever will permanently go. This is the permanent cure for typhoid fever.

7. MALARIA (ALL FORMS):
Get little quantity of pawpaw leaves, banana leaves, orange leaves, guava leaves, mango leaves, lemon leaves, dongoyaro leaves. Boil all together with sufficient water.

DOSAGE: take a tumbler 3 times daily before each meal for adults. Children should take it 1 shot or 3 tablespoon 3 times daily.

8. FOOD POISONING (EITHER PHYSICALLY OR SPIRITUAL) read Matthew: 13:16-17)

Physically it can come through bacteria from unclean and infected people who cook, prepare or serve food or tea, thus causing diarrhea, vomiting stomach pains and in severe cases, death. 9. COLD AND FEVER
Boil little quantity of lemon grass.

DOSAGE:
Adult should drink it 1 glass cup twice a day while children should drink it 2 table spoon 2 times daily. Lemon grass serves also as a deterrent to snakes and tsetse fly.

10. MALARIA IN PREGNANT WOMEN.
It is good for a woman to have malaria while in pregnant. To cure this; get some ewedu step (Yoruba) or call it ahubara (Ibo) or etiyon (Efic) or Itachi Ayoyo (hausa) and boil it very well.

DOSAGE:
Take half a tumbler at night only.

11. CATARRH (PROLONG)
Mix two table spoon of Lime Juice into 5 table spoon of honey (original). Administer as a single dose. Do it 2 times daily until the catarrh stops.

12. CHOLERA (STOOLING AND VOMITTING:
Mix one shot of gin or hot drink, one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of sugar tether. Drink all at a time. The cholera will stop.

13. FIBROID:
This is the uterus becoming bigger than normal causing miscarriages and premature births. Chew 25 whit kernel nut (unripe ones) every morning for 8 weeks (2 month). Fibroid can caused by satanic manipulation growth planted spiritually to cause havoc and loss of baby. Read Matthew 13:25 and 39 (the no1 above is very important).

Also the inner bark of dongoyaro with its roots and leaves should be boiled with water and taken 1 glass 3 times daily. Take 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning daily. 14. CONVULSION IN CHILDREN
Mix ground onion, ginger and garlic with palm oil. Give it to the child to drink. It will stop immediately. Rub the garlic Juice in the eyes of the child. You should not also that garlic and onion are effectively used for treatment of hepatitis, blood cleansing and penis erection.

15. TOILET DISEASES

18. MOUTH ODOUR, TOOTHACHE, PALATE ACHE:
Mix a good quantity of honey with Lime and wash the mouth 3 times a day with it. For gum aches, palate pimples and other throat pimples, boil some water with onion, Lime Juice and white ginger, sieve it and add salt to it. Wash your mouth with the mixture frequently with one spoon and drink some.

19. NEUTRALISE POISON (ALL TYPE OF POISON)

91: SIGHT AND EYE RELATED PROBLEMS: If your is discharging mucus or itching or looking red, mix eye liner (lead) with honey and put two drops on each eye, mix honey with onion and put three drops into each eye before two days or squeeze tomato leaves and use as eye drops.
92: SICKLER: If your child is sicklier, cut one lime orange and one orange into two, squeeze out the juice of half of them. Then get an egg yolk, mix them also, add 1 teaspoon of honey mix. Give the child to drink at once. Do it on a daily basis. The child will be alrihgt very soon.

(1). Chew a handful of ripe pawpaw seeds and swallow. Eat plenty of fruit like orange, grape and pawpaw before meal. At night chew one bulb of garlic before you go to bed.

Alternatively, grind ginger and bitter of equal proportion. Mix them in a 35cl bottle of pure honey.
