So baby KimYe was born a couple of day's ago and TMZ has officially learned the name that Kim and Kanye have given the baby girl. North, yes you read that right North. Her name is North West, Poor little tink tink. Not only does she have two of the biggest fame/attention whores of all time as parents but now they have cursed her to a life time of therapy and direction related jokes at her expense.

There where rumors that they where going to name the baby Kadience. I thought this was cute especially since it was music themed, but nawl not Kim and Kanye they had to go left.
They had to come up with a name that was just as stupid if not weirder than Blue Ivy.

My question is why does Kim not care about her baby? I expect this excentricness from Kanye but come on Kim I thought You had a lil sense. I thought celebrity aside you would put the best interest of your child first. Naming your daughter North West has to be proof positive you give no damns.

But honestly why would I think that Kim would step in and save that child, when she didn't stop Kanye from dressing her like a pork sausage her entire pregnancy. Or stop him from wearing leather carpi's everyday all summer. Kanye got Kim out here allergic to color wearing all black everything.

Kris Jenner is going to exploit every possible advantage out of this baby and her name. The baby apparel line North by North West is already on it's way.While somewhere there is a factory already making specially engraved compass's. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't trademark this idiocy. Thank God she's gonna be beautiful.

Paula Deen, Racist?

So as many of you know celebrity Chef Paula Deen was recently discovered to be a racist. This discovery stem's from a current lawsuit in which Paula's former employee is suing her. The employee claims she was harassed and assaulted by Paula's brother Bubba, and that Paula herself frequently used the N word. In her deposition Paula admits to using the racial slur and gave example's of jokes she made. Paula claims most of her jokes where about Jewish people, Rednecks and Black folk, and she can not determined what offends other people. She then goes on to describe an idea for a party she wanted to have.... (Huffington Post has a copy of the entire deposition)

"The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie.

"I mean, it was really impressive. That restaurant represented a certain era in America... after the Civil War, during the Civil war, before the Civil War... It was not only black men, it was black women... I would say they were slaves."

OK so let me see if I get this You thought it was ok to have an entire wait staff (all black people) dress and pretend to be in the civil war? Because that was such an awesome time for us? I love how she said it like there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Since this deposition and lawsuit have come to light the story has made nationally media coverage, and many of Paula's fans have become outraged. The media scrutiny has been on. The Food Network has even opted not to renew her contract. (aka fired her)

Paula has made two apology's Both which are bull, bull crap. First she apologized but never addressed the reason she was apologizing or reason it was wrong in the first place. Basically you are responding to the pressure of the media and fans if you still have any. My thing is if your a horrible person, be a horrible person but don't apologize cause the media is presenting you as the horrible person you are. Don't release a video asking for forgiveness when you honestly don't think/or believe the apology your giving.

Then she released a second apology video after Food network fired her. Really your sorry you lost your high paying job on TV, the one that made you a household name? Why do celebrities or more importantly celebrity publicist make these awful and transparent apology's. This is one that we've seen so many times before, Paula will apologize go on some live network show explain her actions, then apologize some more and all is forgotten and forgiven.

Not saying that people can't change or that people shouldn't be forgiven, but only genuine apology's and real change. Not the water down version you spit at us because your team determined that this was the only course of action that might save your career. Paula clearly don't give a dame about this apology of her racist a*s act's. Proof would be her doing it in the first place, second would be her hiding for a few days after the incident made big news before making her "apology". Third would be her dream party she wants to have. Civil war... really though?

So I am totally late with this posts seeing as this episode aired last sunday, but I was catching up with school. With that being said I am totally destroyed after watching this episode of Game of Thrones. Warning to continue reading this you will be exposed to many spoilers Please Do Not Continue reading if you have not already seen Games of Thrones season 3, episode 9 entitled "The Rains of Castamere".

Now I have loved Thrones ever since I stumbled upon it by accident in the very first season, but I have to admit I am a fair weather watcher. I get highly invested in Tv show's and the character's I love and after they killed my Ned Stark I didn't watch for a whole season. I finally get over that emotional trauma and come back for season 3, get all invested again and this is what they do? They kill my Robb Stark!!!!!!!! I am devasted. Not only did they kill him, they killed his wife, mother, troops, hell they killed his dame direwolf too. Yes even the dog.!!!

Really HBO?

The scene was so horrible I was in shock. Now readers of George R.R Martin's books will tell me that these death's where important for the overall story lines and yada yada yada, but I am not hearing any of it. Seriouslly hasn't this family suffered enough? You are the epitome of struggle if your last name is Stark. Now if I'm gonna be honest with myself I saw Robb's death coming. He made several

critical mistakes in the name of being honorable. Disrespecting Lord Frey by not marrying is daughter as promised, then by killing Karstark, alienating his men.

And he suffered the same fate as his dad. Whose was too honorable for his own good also. Not only did Robb trust Frey's word that all was forgiven, but he actually lead his family to the slaughter. I will never accuse HBO of not living up to their R rating as Robb's pregnant wife Talisa was repeatedly stabbed in the stomach, while Robb watched on in shock. The scene was brutal even by HBO standards. I cried legit tears. I couldn't believe it.

This whole episode tugged at my heart strings poor Arya was so close to being reunited with her family.She was just minutes away from walking in and touching her mom and Robb. Of course had she walked in she too would be dead. Now the poor girl is scarred for life. The only surviving member's of the Stark family are Arya, Bran, Rickon and useless Sansa.

My letter to Math

So I've recently started college; and discovered one very important thing I'm competely useless when it comes to math. When doing any math related activities I can be seen reguarly looking like this.....

Or somewhere in a corner doing epic wall slides. After making this discovery I realized that math and I have some issue's, because of this I decided to write math a letter.

Dear Math,

You and I have been together for about eighteen years now and in that time our relationship has never been what you would call smooth. However it had been amicable. Recently, though I have noticed since I started college you have become distant. Our communication has become

all but non exsistant, as I can never understand anything you say anymore.You have become borderline emotionally abusive; because of your abuse my self-esteem on the subject is at an all time low. We used to bond over simple things like addition, subtraction, multipication and division. Now you've become hard and difficult to understand. Using phrases like trigonometry,calculus and geometry. When did you learn this second and bizarre language? When did us spending time together become the equivilent to chewing cement cereal? How do you expect us to carry on if the current state of our relationship stays the same? I long for the days when you where simple and I didn't feel like idiot. We need some type of counseling or I fear we may never get back our once peaceful coexistence .

So are you and math still getting along?

My Summer Tv

R.I.P FOR NOW

Y'all know summer is almost here, so that means many new t.v premieres as our old t.v favorites go on hiatus.(Tear) This a sad time for me because all of my beloved shows are gone and I'm left wondering the t.v streets looking for new shows to love. And this is no easy tasks, I get highly attached and very invested in my shows. You would think I have some personal stake. Im still recovering so much from most of my season finally's that it's hard to get in to anything else, but there is more good t.v to be watched.... so here is my list of summer sitcoms that might have something...

1.Graceland, USA Thursdays. This drama about a group of agents from various law enforcements agency's, DEA, FBI and U.S Customs forced to live in a beach house in Southern California.

2. Motive, ABC Monday's. A crime drama revolving around Detective and single mother Angie Flynn and her partner Dective Oscar Vega. This series takes the format of another crime drama (Columbo) Where the killers and victims are revealed at the start of the show.

3.Mistresses, ABC Monday's. This sex and the city reboot about four girlfriends who find solace in each other. Savannah (savi) is working on the next phase of her life. Trying to make partner at her law firm and start a family with her husband. Savannah's baby sister Josslyn different in every way, A seriel dater with no interest in a serious relationship. Their friend April
a widow, who's been receiving mysterious phone calls. Convincing her, her husbands alive. And Karen a therapist with her own pratice, who's trying to reconnect with her friends after a disastrous relationship with a wealthy patient.

Side note: I really want to see this show because I like how they put the premise right out there. Like hey it's about affairs so if you watch you already know your getting

4.Burn Notice, USA Thursday's. This dramedy in it's seventh and final season about a burned spy tryng to figure out who was behind ordering his burn notice and clearing his name.

Side note: I really just want him and fiona to have their happy ending

5. Royal Pains, USA Wednesday's. A medical comedy about a disgraced docter who moves to the Hamptons to start over. Moving to he hamptons proves to be just the thing to revive Hank's career as he becomes the on call docter for many of the Hamptons elite.

6. True Blood, HBO Sunday's. HBO's hit vampire drama is back for it's sixth season based on the novel series Southern Vampire by Charlaine Harris. The show's creator Alan Ball has stepped down so it will be interesting to see what changes we will see in the show. At this point I'm suppose to give some overview of this season of the show, but honestly I dont know what the hell is going on this season. From what I gather vampire Bill has gone crazy, Alcide is now pack master, Tara and Pam are a couple. There is a vampire/human war brewing. It's suppose to be a very intense season. As the shows slogan this season is No One Lives Forever.

Any summer t.v suggestions?

Mom has son arressted for stealing Pop Tarts

So I'm on the internet just doing nothing when I run across this story on the Huffington post website. "Latasha Renee Love Has Cops Arrest Son For Allegedly Stealing Her Pop Tarts". This woman apparently called the cops on her son for taking the pop tarts without permission. Now her 13 year old son according to the article is facing misdemeanor larceny charges after taking the pop tarts in question.

LMAO! What a minute, there are several important questions here that really need to be answered. Such as, what flavor pop tarts where they? Because if they are any other flavor besides strawberry then who cares. Second, WTH! Is this what we're doing now giving our barely teenage son a record because he ate pop tarts. Is this what the police are doing with my tax dollars? Misdemeanor larceny charges, though? Seriously aren't there more pressing issue's that deserve police attention.

Who are the cops that aressted this kid? They must have been supremely bored. To take this boy down to the station in the first place. This kid now has a permanent record, mug shot and will forever be clowned by his friends. On the upside though he now has a war story, he's been to jail. I bet none of the other boy's in his class can say that.

It takes time

I have recently come to a conclusion that I feel I need to share. Getting over something is not EASY. Going through a traumatic experience such as a break up. Takes time you can not expect someone to get over it in the time frame you allot. People go through things in different ways and not everyone's healing process is the same. Just because friends and family want you to go back to being the "old you", and to magically get over it doesn't mean that you will.

Or that you should try and rush your self or hide how you really feel so that they'll leave you alone or think you are getting over it. People need to understand that your feelings are your feelings and that doesn't mean wallow in it or not allow your self to move on. But just because you are not there yet doesn't mean they should condemn you or say that you are stopping your self.

Falling in love is a powerful thing and breaking up can be even more powerful. A broken heart is a terrible thing. You feel alone and hurt, like no one understands you. In some aspects they don't because your situation was not there's. They might say well I've had my heart broken before and it maybe true but no heart break is like your's because your heart and relationship are unique. You might never be back to the "old you" because every situation we go through changes us.

These experiences make us who we are. Take the time you need. Family and friends mean well, they really do. Feeling better is the goal. No one wants to see someone they love in pain. But pain is just that pain. It's hard and will most always take time.

My 8 Summer Manicures

Okay so summer is right around the corner, and in the spirit of the warm weather and my love of beautiful things I decided to create a list of my official manicures for summer. All eight manicures on this list I aspire to be wearing this summer.
1. I love this cause I'm really trying to be about color.

2. This is just cute I love anything purple.

4. Y'all know I'm bout that animal print life!

5. I just love the pastel colors in this one.
6. You can never go wrong with black and white and this is cute.
7. I'm a sucker for a heart design. This is just enough cute without being tween, cause y'all know I'm grown out here.
8. This is my grown and sexy manicure.
Side Note: I could never get with that stiletto nail trend. These are talons. How can you not seriously injure yourself with these things. Not only that what about writing a letter, typing and using the bathroom. Even if you forget about the injury concept. Do you know how much food and other particles gets trapped under there? Ewwwww!

6 Things that annoy me

I'm driving to work this morning when somehow I end up behind the slowest driver. Not only was this driver going inconsiderately slow but they where also going in every direction I was going. Needless to say I was pissed. And got to work 6 minutes late. So I decided to compose this list of 6 things that annoy the hell out of me.

1.People in front of me driving slow as hell. (Everyone has experienced this)When you stop at a red light and somehow you end up behind someone driving frustratingly slow messing up the whole dame flow of traffic

2.Your boss always in your face. You know when your at work just doing your job, and your boss keeps popping up behind you hoovering and looking at what your doing.( what you wanna say) is I'd be doing my job alot better if your a*s wasn't lurking in the back ground.

3.People destroying borrowed books. You know when you lend someone a book and they doggy ear the pages or fold paperback books in half while reading them. (Ugh that messes up the spine of the book). Or when they eat while reading and stain the pages. Why, just why?

4 Office two faced people. Everyone has one of these, A person who smiles and laughs with you but the second you step away talks all kinds of mess about you just like they where doing to the person who left ten minutes earlier.

5..People talking sh*t to you at your job. Your at work just trying to do your job when a person/customer walks in and wants you to do something, you cant do what they want and they proceed to talk all kinds of sh*t to you. As if they know your job better then you. (At this point) I want to say if I do want you want and get fired. Can I come stay with you? No. Didn't think so.

6.The person needlessly waiting in the drive thru line. Your in the long a*s McDonalds drive thru trying to get breakfast there are a million cars in front and in back of you, your almost late for work but you had to get your oatmeal. You are finally one car away when you notice the person in front of you just ordered coffee. Coffee!!! Really man you could have went inside for that sh*t instead of cluttering up the drive thru.

Chris Brown back with Karrueche?

So Chris Brown is supposedly back with his Ex girlfriend karrueche Tran according to bossip.com

He was reportedly seen kissing and singing to Tran at the Billboard awards after party. This is supposedly the second time they have been seen together since his millionth break up with also Ex girlfriend Rihanna, as Karrueche was also at Chris's recent video shoot.

Didn't him and Rihanna just break up like five days ago? So these girls are just going to let him keep interchanging them like cars? For real the problem is not Chris it's these girls that keep letting him bounce his community schlong between them. Let's not even talk about the public embarrassment, let's worry about STD's shall we. This man's bed game must be amazing because He has publicly humiliated Karrueche and
left her for Rihanna and that was after sneaking around with her and before the video he released saying he was in love with the both of them.

Not only has he publicly humiliated Karrueche but Rihanna as well. Now we all know about the 2009 domestic abuse incident, but every time Chris and Rihanna break up he writes a song calling her a drunken hoe. Not to mention his endless twitter rants calling her all sorts of hoe's. Now I don't know much about love (believe me) but I do know this can't be it. Chris got these woman outchea looking like complete fools.

And I love Rihanna, I stan for her. I just wish she would make better choices. Her and Karrueche both need to move on. There both beautiful girls who can have there pick of any guy, who I am sure would treat them a lot better and might I add they wouldn't have to share!

10 Books I could read over and over again

I was looking for a book to read on my library shelves, when I settled on a book that I've already read. That got me to thinking that instead of reading a book I've never read, For which I have so many. I instead was going to reread a book I've read so many times before so I decaided to put together a list of ten books I could read over and over again. There's nothing like a good story and getting lost in great writing. These ten books are just some of the books I've read many times, reading is such a passion of mine. Many times I would prefer a book over actual conversation but I digress.

1.Changing Faces, Kimberla Lawson Roby Three friends Whitney, Taylor and Charisse all friends since high school whose personalities may no longer match in adulthood. Can they find a way to maintain there friendship even though life events and personal struggles are taking them in different directions.

2.The Divide, Elizabeth Kay Felix a boy with a terminal heart condition goes on a last vacation to Costa Rica with his family and unknowingly stumbles upon another magical world where he befriends some strange creatures. Felix and his new friends set off on an adventure to cure his illness and return him to his own world.

3.Anything Harry Potter, J.K Rowling The whole series is about Harry Potter an orphan who discovers on his eleventh birthday that he is a wizard, The real story of his parents death and that he has been marked for death since birth.

4.The Hunger Games, Suzanne Collins Told from the point of view sixteen year old Katniss, who sacrifices herself to save her twelve year old sister Prim from competing in the Hunger Games an annual televised event in which one boy and girl from one of the twelve districts fight to the death in a competition for which there can be only one winner.

5.The Da Vinci Code, Dan Brown Tells the story of Robert Langdon and his love interest Sophie Neveu as they try to solve a murder at the Louvre Museum and discover a battle between two ancient society's.

6.Heavenly Match, Niobia Bryant Anika Foxx has no time for play boys, Especially one's like Dashawn Jamison. Dashawn always gets what he wants and he has his sights on Anika. He vows to seduce her but falls in love with her instead. Everything is going fine, until she learns of his originally plan and leaves him. Dashawn is left heart brokenly trying to win her back.

7.A Day Late And A Dollar Short, Terry Mcmillian A story about a family, Viola, her husband Cecil and there four children all of whom hate each other. But when Viola gets sick they all band together and have to learn to air out and get over there differences if they ever hope to be the family there mother wanted them to be.

8.A Family Affair, Marcus Major Tells the story of the Moore family being almost torn apart by there fathers affair.

9.The Crush, Sandra Brown Dr. Rennie Newton is serving jury duty in the trail of Ricky Lozada when she decides to vote not guilty. This turns out to be the worst mistake of her life. Ricky is rendered not guilty because of Rennie and he develops an unrequited crush on her so much so that if he cant have her no one ever will.

10.Can't Stand The Heat, Shelly Ellis Lauren Gibbons is committing the ultimate family betrayal. Abandoning the tradition of seducing men for money. Nothing is worth the abuse she’s endured from her sugar daddy. Now a sous chef, Lauren is hoping to break from the past for good. And when she meets a former NFL player Cris Weaver, she lets herself imagine a future. But the small-town rumor mill—and her own sisters aren’t ready for a new Lauren.

Bonus entry just because I love Stephanie Meyer's words in this snippet because I cant really call it a book but it's fabulous none the less. (now if only she would just finish the dang thing, but that might be too much wishful thinking for those of you who know Meyer).

Blogging isn't easy

I've just finished creating this blog and it was the most frustrating experience of my life. I am not about this IT life, coding and all this are way beyond my knowledge. Thank goodness for google because I would have never gotten this blog of the ground. I never really thought that creating a blog would be that hard but let me tell you I was almost pulling out my hair in frustration. Seriously I did so many things wrong and had to go back and start all over again.

No one tells you that blogger templates are craptastic! There are so little of them and they are all the same as the next person's blog because there are only about 12 options. Now you can go and download another template from another website but then you get into a little bit of coding. which if you are like me you where lost right then. I was on google so much I thought that was my blog. Then when you do finally get a template you like and get it in place there is layout, widgets, social network icons, favicon, and page tabs. And you haven even gotten to the point where you write a post yet.

At this point I as wondering if I actually wanted to blog at all. I considered having someone design the site for me, until I looked that nonsense up and saw the cost! How much now? Prices where five hundred and up. Ahh No! I did stumble upon a page that really helped www.sylvialiuland.com/2012/01/7-ways-to-get-blogger-blog-to-look-and.html This page saved my life. I don't know this woman but I wanted to send her a cookie or something because these steps and the step by step instructions really where a God send. Blogging can be beneficial even if you don't make any money from it. For me it was my outlet to getting over a devastating break up. In the end I was able to come up with a page I am pretty proud of and happy with. I hope you all enjoy it.

Cooking Oil Though, Really?

So I'm on the Internet minding my own business, when I come across this story of a woman who injected cooking oil in her face when she ran out of silicone. Cooking oil though, really? Because when I think of silicone I immediately think of cooking oil as the replacement. Now clearly this woman has a disorder. She's been having various procedures since she was 28 years old (she's currently 48). Her parents realized she needed help and took her to a Doctor for treatment, But the therapy didn't last because it became too costly for her to keep up. Wayment!!! she's addicted to plastic surgery, has been having procedures done for 20 years. But she cant afford her therapy to treat her addiction? Is that right? How much is the therapy? Because I thought plastic surgery was expensive. Its really sad that not only does this woman's face look like taco meat, but by the time someone finally stepped in and said hey we need to get her some treatment she couldn't afford it. Eventually she received enough donations to have some of the foreign substance removed from her head and neck. Although now she wants her old face back. Have we not learned anything from Michael Jackson, Priscilla Presley, and Lil Kim? This is a cautionary tale people, Be happy with who you are. Do you think you could ever be addicted to plastic surgery?

So Your Not Getting Over It

I've recently gotten out of a relationship and I've been having a hard time getting over it and that got me to doing some research online and wondering if there are some other folks who felt the same way. My break up was a shock to me and I took it really hard literally. There would be times all I did was cry and when the crying stopped, I would be ok one minute and then intensely sad the next.

He was constantly in my thoughts. Breaking up is just as traumatizing as a physical injury, and over thinking ( my curse) makes it worse. People will say that you have to want to get over it but what happens when you don't? Or can't? It's really all about acceptance.When you can't accept that this
person is no longer here. You can't move on. It's literally like detoxing. And the withdrawals are the real pain. That's all that missing someone is really, just withdrawal. For me everything was a memory or reminder, so everything made me sad. I hated everything. It's hard to have to get over something when everywhere you go, everything you see literally reminds you of that person.

I went to this page everyday and it helped ( although I didn't get the book because I couldn't get it from my local library). It forced me to realize that I was stopping myself from moving on cause I really didn't want to get over it. I was holding out hope that maybe things wouldn't stay like this.

And hope is hard to kill. But a relationship can't just be you hoping for the other person, even knowing all that doesn't make your grief any easier. Staying busy helps but how can you stay busy when you don't want to be around anyone? Being around people really helped, they stopped me from crying (cause I wouldn't cry around everyone) and it forced my mind to stop concentrating only on my pain. The pain eventually gets less its just getting to that point.
