The "Your one word necklace" is a 925 sterling silver tag that measures approx. 1 inch long and 1/4 inch wide. This piece has a 5/8th inch sterling silver disc that can be personalized with a name or word with up to 7 lowercase letters. The piece also includes one 1/2 inch sterling silver charm that has been stamped with your choice of one of 9 different design stamps. In the note to seller section please note your selection. Please select one of the following: birdcage, birdie, robot, kite, I love you in sign language, camper, castle, queen's crown or key.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a devastating disease. It is an unpredictable, immune-based disease that attacks the brain and spinal chord with symptoms including numbness, loss of balance and coordination, slurred speech, tremors, paralysis, and blindness. The cause is unknown and there is no cure. MS stops people from moving, and the National MS Society exists to make sure it doesn't by raising funds for research, as well as comprehensive programs and services for people with MS.

The signature MOVE IT necklace has been designed especially for this cause. The words, "MOVE IT," serve as a reminder that we are a powerful piece of the movement as we take steps (the shoe) towards a cure, while the orange dangle is the official color for MS awareness. Due to many customer requests my popular double stacked necklace is now available as a key chain in two sizes! This makes the perfect gift for the person that doesn't wear jewelry but would like to showcase their family names.

The Double Stacked key chain consists of the following: Bottom disc is a hammered sterling silver 1 inch disc that will be personalized with custom names stamped around the outer edge (approx 16 letters,spaces and dots count!), the top disc is a sterling silver 3/4 inch disc that can also be customized with approx. 16 letters, spaces and dots count!) both charms are attached to a key ring.
