The new laws consist mostly of state passed legislation with California leading the way with over 10% of the new laws affecting everything from education to personal rights:

A law in California adds lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Americans, persons with disabilities, and others to the list of cultural groups whose roles and contributions to the development of the United States should be accurately portrayed in social science instructional materials. California SB 48

A law in California amends the Fair Employment and Housing Act to add gender identity and gender expression to the enumerated characteristics that require equal rights and opportunities under the law and prohibit discrimination. California AB 887

The state laws passed are again within the Framers of the Constitution intent of the 10th Amendment for states to direct and control their own destiny based on the elected directives of the states voting population. If you don't like where the state is headed you can pack up and pick up and get the hell out before it sinks under the weight of its own stupidity as California, Oregon, Illinois and a few other Socialist states are soon to experience.

What should frighten the hell out of every Freedom loving Red Blooded American who believes in the inherent greatness of this Constitutional Republic is the passing of the following law:

The National Defense Authorization Act of 2012.

"Over at Wired, Spencer Ackerman gives us the long and short of things:

There are still changes swirling around the Senate, but this looks like the basic shape of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act. Someone the government says is “a member of, or part of, al-Qaida or an associated force” can be held in military custody “without trial until the end of the hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force.” Those hostilities are currently scheduled to end the Wednesday after never. The move would shut down criminal trials for terror suspects.

But far more dramatically, the detention mandate to use indefinite military detention in terrorism cases isn’t limited to foreigners. It’s confusing, because two different sections of the bill seem to contradict each other, but in the judgment of the University of Texas’ Robert Chesney — a nonpartisan authority on military detention — “U.S. citizens are included in the grant of detention authority.”

An amendment that would limit military detentions to people captured overseas failed on Thursday afternoon. The Senate soundly defeated a measure to strip out all the detention provisions on Tuesday.

So despite the Sixth Amendment’s guarantee of a right to trial, the Senate bill would let the government lock up any citizen it swears is a terrorist, without the burden of proving its case to an independent judge, and for the lifespan of an amorphous war that conceivably will never end. And because the Senate is using the bill that authorizes funding for the military as its vehicle for this dramatic constitutional claim, it’s pretty likely to pass.

I seriously don’t care if you’re a liberal or a conservative or a libertarian or a Zen anarchist. So long as you aren’t Carl Levin or John McCain, the bill’s architects, you can join the Civil Liberties Caucus. Spencer writes:

Weirder still, the bill’s chief architect, Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.), tried to persuade skeptics that the bill wasn’t so bad. His pitch? “The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States,” he said on the Senate floor on Monday. The bill would just let the government detain a citizen in military custody, not force it to do that. Reassured yet?

Civil libertarians aren’t. Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) said it “denigrates the very foundations of this country.” Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) added, “it puts every single American citizen at risk.”

We will either uphold the freedoms baked into our Constitutional Republic, or we will scrap the entire project in the name of security as we wage, endlessly, this futile, costly, and ultimately self-defeating War on Terror."

I have quoted the opening of The Declaration of Independence on numerous occasions for a reason, it still speaks the truth as loudly today as it did 235 years ago. The "Brilliance" of Barry the Hustler in Chief!

I, like all Americans have spent the last 4 1/2 years listening to the socialist ruling class elites and their propaganda machine espouse the mental superiority of one Barack Hussein Obama aka. Barry Soetoro. They have elevated his supposed intellect to equate it to Albert Einstein, Aristotle, Socrates, Galileo, Leonardo DaVinci, Stephen Hawking, Nikolai Tesla, and thousands more of Histories great minds. Yet there is one glaring problem that keeps them from solidifying this scenario. Barry's not much more than a sharp street hustler with more hyperbole than substance and a slightly above average IQ.(avg. is 85)

If Barry were as sharp as touted they would be more than happy to release his academic records from Occidental College, Columbia, Harvard, or any of his published papers or articles from his community organizing days. As a matter of fact the only 2 touted publications by Shifty are his 2 books 1 of which was a miserable failure so poorly written that it was a privately paid for publishing. The second written after several years affiliation with Bill Ayers has an amazing new syntax, verse and writing style that was "inspired" by Mr. Ayers coaching Obama. So much so that it is almost a carbon copy of several books written by Bill the Bomber right down to the "definable writing styles". And after personally researching with several members of Mensa, we could not find anywhere in their records of Barry ever being tested.

Now I am 10 years older than Barry and I was tested in the mid 60's and the International Organization just celebrated its 65th. birthday, and has tested in every major population center on earth, so if he were as intelligent as portrayed he would have been tested somewhere while attending school either in Hawaii, Indonesia, California, New York or Massachusetts, wherever there was a Mensa chapter. To be recognized for membership you must have an IQ in the top 2 percentile as recognized by national or international standardized testing methodology. There are no records of either of his names in the records of his testing warranting any recognition of any level of genius or even border line above average intellect that would resemble a genius IQ.

So where oh where is the "Brilliant Barry" records and why someone of such great mental prowess is not showering us with his intellectual greatness beyond his oratorical skills while demonstrating his reading abilities. If he is as truly gifted in the IQ department, why would they not be flooding us with the proof of said gifts?

As a youth growing up in NYC I can remember the street hustlers in Times Square dealing 3 card Monty and impressed by how smooth they had their play down. Their banter was well rehearsed and their desired effect was the diversionary tactic to distract you from paying attention to what his hands were doing, rigging the game against you by removing the object that would allow you to win. They called it follow the queen and by the time they got done with their play the queen was never on the table or box in front of you and your money was as good as in their pocket. The espoused intellectual greatness of Barry is nothing more than a game of follow the queen.

We are being hustled and it is not just our money being taken but the very freedoms that we as Americans were born with. And in Barry they have the perfect front man, someone who they can manipulate and control yet someone who is polished enough in the art of deception to avoid the scrutiny that socialists and communists and progressives have been vilified for in the past. They now have their carnival barker that can convey their class warfare divisive Marxist message while quietly enacting the necessary infrastructure to supplant our Constitution.

Barack Hussein Obama is now dealing this country 3 card Monty while he enacts more than 4000 federal regulations not voted on in Congress and just recently signed another executive order #13575.

He has with his minions and puppet masters and the main sewer media propagandizing their agenda took this 235 year old Constitutional Republic with democratically elected representation and turned it into a totalitarian socialist state where the rule of law is now been supplanted by the rule of men. As of Nov. 24 2011 he has signed 101 executive orders that also bypass the aforementioned stop gaps that once defined our representation. This has been a trend by many presidents since the turn of the 20th. century with FDR holding the record with 3,728 in his tenure and 573 in 1933 alone.

It is not so much the proclivity of Barry's orders as it is the orders themselves that tells the tale of the intended and instituted deception to hide the truth of his verifiable intellectual capabilities and starts the deception. His first order on 01/21/2009 the very first day of his administration he signed executive order 13489 and 13490 blocking any attempt for anyone to access any sitting or former POTUS' official records if they do not wish them to be and the release of any said document must be reviewed and approved by both the POTUS and the Attorney General and reversing 2 previous executive orders from former POTUS' that were demanded by the same main sewer media that now has amnesia about their boy Barry. His most recent explained in the video above received as much media attention as the first two did but the real difference is that we are even further down the road of a fascist totalitarian socialist democracy that is now under mob rule.

And he is not alone in this and has allies all around and from both sides of the aisle because the "ruling class elite" our own version of the dukes and barons of foregone monarchal rule that are willing to supplant our civil liberties to maintain their power.

They have moved their agenda of a one world order with the United Nations as the ruling body and not our elected representatives. They have moved past the laws of this Republic and are fast approaching the point of no return. And the latest attempt in the Senate to remove another barrier is with the " National Defense Authorization Act" (S.1867)

The U.S. Senate is moving to enact a law that would allow military troops to march on U.S. soil and arrest American citizens with no due process, no trial, no legal representation and no protection under the Bill of Rights. Americans could be thrown in secret military prisons, interrogated, tortured and held indefinitely without ever being charged with a crime!

We are one step further down the road to socialist fascism and the front man for their grand plan is well suited, he has no morals or honor and never let the truth get in the way of a good lie, just like any good con man. He has a 100 watt smile and can be smooth and charming which are common traits for a skilled deceiver. He is narcissistic and in private condescending and self righteous believing his own hype and that also is a necessary trait for a good con to work, the person doing the conning has to convince everyone including himself that it is not a con for it work. And you must have a supporting cast to complete the con and he has one in his Czars and the Democrat party and the unions and the media. If you doubt this watch an oldie but a goodie of a movie called "The Sting" I just re-watched it and realized that we are being played like Doyle Lonnigan the mark in the movie.

As usual the liberal progressive socialist Marxist's have got it wrong. They are currently ranting and raving about bankers, investors, corporate CEO's, etc., who based on their performance and guidance, reap the rewards of their fiscal acumen. Most of these perceived "Robber Barons" are paid on the profitability of said corporations they run. They in essence get paid on the value of their work not the volume or lack there of like most of the unions thugs and Democratic politicians and communist idealists like the Hollywood crowd that now join their ranks.

The problem with the government educated useless idiots that "Occupy Wall Street" cannot be summed up in a few words, because they themselves, as all "useless idiots" are, are a mob with a mob mentality not a singular view point. Their anti-American progressive socialist behavior is too deeply rooted. It has been hammered into them by a corrupted education system that since the formation of the Dept. of Education by the Socialist Ruling Class Elites has focused entirely on indoctrinating this Nations youth into their dogma. They have spent the last 144 years creating it.

They have also created the greatest system of corrupted crony capitalism that has been intentionally ignored by the main sewer media and have profited by it, unfettered by legal restraint or legislative restrictions for BILLIONS of dollars. Yes that is correct there is no legal restraints on any member of congress or their staff or the White House and its staff from trading on information on pending legislation!

Closing the Congressional Insider Trading Loophole

March 11, 2009, 7:09 am

In the days leading up to Nov. 16, 2005, the stock prices and trading volumes of several companies with asbestos-related liabilities including USG Corp., W.R. Grace & Co., and Crown Holdings, began to spike up in an otherwise flat market. No publicly available news about these companies or the industry explained the increases in price and volume.

What the public did not yet know—but what was known to certain investors with political connections—was that on Nov. 16, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist would deliver a speech announcing new legislation to relieve companies such as USG Corp. and others of their liabilities in asbestos-related lawsuits.

The asbestos legislation is an example of the effect that Congressional action can sometimes have on a stock’s price, and also of the potential for insider trading based on that knowledge of non-public information. Notably, and to the surprise of most people, no laws or regulations prohibit members of Congress (or their friends, staff, neighbors, or other acquaintances) from trading freely on such material, non-public information about a public company.

Indeed, members of Congress and their staff currently do not owe any “duty of confidentiality” to Congress and can’t be held liable for insider trading based on congressional knowledge under the current laws. Nor is there anything at this time that would prohibit Congressional staffers and executive branch employees from sharing inside information obtained from Congress with their friends—potentially allowing the recipients of such information to use it to make huge trading profits or prevent big losses. That means trading on inside knowledge of upcoming Congressional action is today one of the few forms of legal, repeatable insider trading (see my December 2008 column for a list of the others).

An academic study released in 2004, as well as some other more recent developments, indicates that this Congressional loophole to the insider trading laws isn’t just theoretical. Georgia State University professor Alan Ziobrowski released a study showing that during the 1990s, senators’ stock picks (which must be publicly disclosed periodically) beat the market by 12 percentage points a year on average. By comparison, corporate insiders only beat the market by about 6 percentage points a year, and U.S. households underperformed the market by 1.4 percentage points.

Ziobrowski and his colleagues concluded their findings “suggest that senators are trading stock based on information that is unavailable to the public, thereby using their unique position to increase their personal wealth …” Ziobrowski later was quoted as stating that, in his opinion, “there is cheating going on.”

There were also published reports in the wake of the study that the Securities and Exchange Commission had reviewed the findings, but decided not to pursue the issue because such cases would be difficult to prove. Critics, however, observed that a more cynical explanation for the SEC’s decision to do nothing might lie in the fact that the U.S. Senate is responsible for approving SEC commissioners and the agency’s budget.

In September 2008, U.S. Rep. Spencer Bachus of Alabama, the ranking Republican on the House Financial Services Committee, drew criticism for his trading of short-term put and call options in 2007, including a single transaction on Dec. 10 that netted him $15,000. He’d held that particular investment for just two weeks, and sold it on the same day that the company’s stock price surged following its announcement that it would acquire a competitor. Bachus’ trading in 2007 reportedly allowed him to supplement his $165,200 annual congressional salary by $160,000 that year.

There’s more: Tony Rudy, a staffer for former House Minority Leader Tom DeLay, was suspected of consistently trading based on material, non-public legislative information. While a DeLay staffer, Rudy reportedly traded hundreds of thousands of shares of stock from his work computer in 1999 and 2000.

Failure and Reform

It’s hard to come up with any compelling reason why trading based on Congressional knowledge should remain legal, and quite easy to build the case against it. Still, despite a situation that cries out for legislation to end this loophole, recent efforts to pass a bill that would do just that have gone nowhere. In January, U.S. Reps. Louise Slaughter and Brian Baird introduced—for the third time—legislation intended to stop insider trading on Capitol Hill called the “Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act” (the STOCK Act). Slaughter and Baird also introduced similar bills in 2006 and 2007, without success.

Slaughter and Baird have persisted, however, and Baird recently stated that he considers the legislation to be more important than ever as the government prepares to direct billions of dollars into the economy through the Troubled Asset Relief Program. The STOCK Act of 2009 (H.R. 682) would, among other things, amend Section 10 of the Securities Exchange Act and Section 4(c) of the Commodities Exchange Act to:

prohibit members of Congress, employees of Congress, or executive branch employees from buying or selling stocks, bonds, or commodities futures based on non-public information they obtain because of their status;
prohibit those outside Congress from buying or selling stocks, bonds, or commodities futures based on non-public information obtained from within Congress or the executive branch;
prohibit Congressmen and employees from disclosing any non-public information about any pending or prospective legislative action obtained from a member or employee of Congress for investment purposes; and
require members of Congress and employees to report the purchase, sale, or exchange of any stock, bond, or commodities future transaction in excess of $1,000 within 90 days.

It would also require firms that sell “political intelligence” and obtain their information directly from Congress to register with the House and Senate, and to make disclosures much like lobbying firms are now required to do.

There are arguments against the STOCK Act, but none strike me as particularly strong. One is that the law is unnecessary because congressmen already have a duty preventing them from trading on inside information that derives from some combination of common law relationships, agreements to maintain information in confidence, and a history of sharing confidences. But it’s difficult to see this ill-defined and never-before applied “duty” serving as the basis of a future insider trading case against a congressman.

Another practical limit on Congressional insider trading may lie in the concept of “democratically accountability”—that Congressmen must publicly disclose their trading activity, and their constituents will take note and vote them out of office if they appear to be engaging in insider trading. This, too, seems like a weak argument. If we really want to deter insider trading flowing from Congressional knowledge, legislation seems like a much more effective and direct means of doing so.

If anything, the more interesting arguments against the STOCK Act are that it isn’t strong enough. While the STOCK Act amends the rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit disclosure of material, non-public information to others, for some reason it does not similarly amend the rules of the Senate. In addition, while corporate executives must publicly disclose their securities transactions within just two business days under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the STOCK Act gives members of Congress the luxury of a full 90 days to do so.

Finally, the STOCK Act places greater restrictions on federal employee insider trading than on congressional insider trading: While it broadly prohibits federal employees from trading securities based on material non-public information relating to the issuer of the securities, it only prohibits insider trading by Congressmen with respect to “any pending or prospective legislative action relating to such issuer …”

In short, a loophole currently allows members of Congress and their “tippees” to engage in legal insider trading based on what they learn from their elected positions. The only way to close this loophole is for the very people that benefit from the loophole to close it themselves.

So far, however, the efforts of Representatives Slaughter and Baird to end this loophole have gone nowhere, and there is nothing to indicate that Round 3 of their attempt to “Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge” will have any greater success. With hundreds of billions (if not trillions) of dollars of federal money poised to gush into the economy by the U.S. government, now seems like the perfect time to pass legislation such as the STOCK Act.

Congressional Staffers Gain From Trading in Stocks

So the Occupy Wall Street useless idiots are going after all the evil institutions with the support of the real thieves that besides the aforementioned personal gains through if not illegal, immoral behavior, are guilty of the single greatest act of outright theft in this countries history! Where is the 4.7 trillion dollars that was with interest, paid into the Social Security trust fund that they were entrusted to safeguard for the trustees?

The Democratic party with the use of the "Great Society" legislation stole every single cent plus all of the potential earned interest from said funds to create and fund the destruction of our Republic and its society. They used those funds to create the following bureaucracies and the entitlement programs which have not only failed the people they were "supposed" to help but instead enslaved them. Starting in 1965 and going forward they have used those "trust fund" dollars to create and fund the Dept. of Health and Human Services to create Medicaid which is bankrupting Medicare and almost every state in the union. The food stamp program which is overseen and funded by the Dept. of Agriculture where it is now 80% of their budget. The Dept. of Housing and Urban Development ( originally the Public Works Administration) which led to the great Housing Projects fiasco that many cities are still cleaning up, also the section 8 voucher program paying hundreds to thousands of dollars to individuals to subsidize or pay in full their rent. The Dept. of Energy and within it the low income utility subsidy for section 8 housing occupants. The list is so large that the subsidized programs created by Johnson and the Democrat party with this legislation would take up several hundred pages. In just the years since our government passed this legislation it has grown by 400% while our population has grown by 30% .

The Cronies who have been willful participants with the criminals factually identified in the information here today, and are just as guilty as the politicians who have benefited from their largess and contributions. They deserve to be punished as much as, if not more so then the politicians themselves, because they are even more duplicitous and create the fiscal opportunities by which the others have prospered. They have used their financial positions to subvert and subjugate this countries free market and replace it with a centrally planned economy run by a socialist autocracy where we have lost our freedom and created the useless idiots who now protest them.

The useless idiots that occupy Wall Street are being used and manipulated by the Democrat party and their co-conspirators because their whole agenda for America is being repudiated by overwhelming numbers and they are now in full damage control mode. They need a villain besides themselves and when your entire modus operandi is based on the Marxist socialist model, you use class and racial warfare to vilify your enemy and hide your fear. You identify a group or class and keep lying about them until you incite mob reaction and then foster that reaction with your thug army. You use your propaganda to create a false persona of the offensive behavior or action or completely repudiate and lie about the obvious actions or words from those you support. You infiltrate the mob with your manipulators to direct and focus the mob into following and implementing your agenda. You use your media personalities that can communicate your message without being eviscerated by the media. You continue to incite violence or rebellious behavior without overtly implicating yourself or your agenda.

This was used with great effect in 1917 to oust the last Monarchy from Russia and start the reign of communist rule with 80 million people paying the price with their lives.

This worked well in 1932 Germany and helped elect a little known former convicted political agitator by the name of Adolf Hitler.

I hope it does not come to this but as long as we have the criminals in this country untouched by the law and hiding behind the same Constitution that they are bent on destroying, then we must be ready to fight for our Freedoms and our lives if necessary.

I. Slander against the Tea Party

At the time of this writing, the current U.S. national debt is $14,699,021,631,213.05#. The nonpartisan CBO recently noted, “The $1.3 trillion budget deficit […] for 2011 will be the third-largest shortfall in the past 65 years (exceeded only by the deficits of the preceding two years).”# With a startling lack of transparency, trillions of government dollars have been spent to bail out and support the financial institutions that recklessly wreaked havoc upon the U.S. economy.# In 2009, President Obama signed a stimulus bill that cost $787 billion.# Following that first year in office, the Obama administration has shown no signs of mitigating its urge to spend, and an aspect of Obama’s healthcare plan, the mandatory insurance provision, has been judicially deemed to be unconstitutional. Obama now wants to pass a jobs bill that will cost $447 billion. During his September 8th address to Congress, he repeatedly demanded “pass this jobs bill” and “you should pass it right away.” This refrain was uttered 17 times. # The veracity of these figures is undisputed, and the implication of these figures is clear – under the President’s leadership, our government is spending money that it doesn’t have and justifying this spending with an increasingly dubious, ineffective ideology and macroeconomic theory. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 46.2 million Americans lived in poverty last year – a record high. The bureau noted that this is “the largest number in the 52 years for which poverty estimates have been published.”#

Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, author of The Tea Party Goes to Washington, recently provided a reporter with a concise description of the political movement referred to as the Tea Party. He stated, “What the Tea Party stands for, and what unites everybody in the Tea Party I think, is their concern about the debt, and the concern that we're borrowing so much and printing so much to pay for our debt.”# After considering the aforementioned figures and the stated goals of the Tea Party, one would presume that the Tea Party reflects the sensibilities of almost all citizens – and 30% of Americans do support the movement#, yet to keep that number from growing further, certain leftists seem determined to depict the movement as a mob of fringe lunatics suffering from simmering, unspoken racist motivations. Rather than engage in a substantive economic discussion, these leftists have chosen to try to malign and marginalize the Tea Party. There is cause for concern here – the national debt is approaching fifteen trillion dollars and the people who want to cut spending are routinely labeled as racist and crazy. This has led me to wonder whether I am living in a farfetched political satire that has somehow risen from fictitious origins into reality.

In political debates, fallacious straw man arguments are sometimes used to misrepresent an opponent’s position, quote the opponent out of context, and oversimplify the opponent’s position, etc. These days, members of the left have gone one step further in the direction of slanderous discourse. As the result of unspecified telepathic methods of espionage, they now have the gall to state what is in their opponents’ minds, including the thoughts that their opponents’ minds conjure up but subsequently suppress. Biased left-leaning media outlets have bestowed undue, copious amounts of airtime upon those willing to slanderously mischaracterize Tea Party supporters in this manner. Comedian Janeane Garofalo was allowed a platform on MSNBC in which she bashed the movement by saying, “Let’s be very honest about what this is about. It’s not about bashing Democrats, it’s not about taxes; they have no idea what the Boston Tea Party was about. They don’t know their history at all. This is about hating a black man in the White House. This is racism straight up. That is nothing but a bunch of tea bagging rednecks.”# For Ms. Garofalo to imply that there are no valid grounds to oppose the president and conclude that the sole motivation for the Tea Party’s opposition to him is race may suggest that she herself views Obama as a black man and nothing else, and is consequently in a state in which she is somehow oblivious to his policies and the controversies therein. HBO-appointed political pundit Bill Maher said, “And ever since Obama came on the scene, there is a word that has been sticking in their throats that they would love to say, but they can’t ‘cause it’s not the 1950’s. They would love to say this word, it begins with ‘N’ and ends with ‘R,’ and it’s not ‘nation builder.’”#

Furthering this disturbing trend in which leftists try to develop their ability to read minds, writer Aaron Sorkin criticized Tea Party leader Sarah Palin in a Huffington Post article#, in which he took aim (no pun intended) at her for hunting a moose while being filmed for her reality TV show. He wrote, “You weren't killing that animal for food or shelter or even fashion, you were killing it for fun.” After shaming her for the sadistic pleasure that he decided had occurred inside of her mind, he went on to state that he eats meat and uses animal products but doesn’t “relish the idea of torturing animals,” and therefore feels “no pangs of hypocrisy.” To be clear, Sorkin was angry at Palin because of what he thought that she’d been thinking while she hunted a moose that lived in the wild, but he claims to be on higher moral ground than her because he merely passively pays to have animals confined for their entire lives in factory farms and then subsequently slaughtered. And he does, after all, feel lingering guilt about it. When Mr. Sorkin eats a burger, he never thinks of it as fun – it’s a solemn duty.

This trend of fallacious criticism cheapens the political discourse. We must ask ourselves why we support media outlets that support these tactics when the outlets could instead publicize and disseminate discussions of intellectual merit. If our political debates will henceforth be based upon feigned mind reading, perhaps the next step is to use Tarot cards to pass legislation. Yet there seems to be no sign of these tactics relenting. At a closed-door Democratic Caucus meeting, Vice President Joe Biden reportedly said that members of the Tea Party “acted like terrorists” by being uncooperative with the administration’s efforts to raise the debt limit.# In a Salon article, Michael Lind, the Policy Director of the Economic Growth Program at the New America Foundation, wrote that, “The mainstream media have completely missed the story, by portraying the Tea Party movement in ideological rather than regional terms.” He went on to state that “Tea Party conservatism speaks with a pronounced Southern drawl,” and he provided a pie chart to convey the Tea Party’s regional distribution. Mr. Lind thinks that the geographical location of Tea Party supporters somehow proves that the Tea Party is a continuation of historical Southern racism.# Be careful where you stand – that is to say, where you stand physically, not politically, because, according to Mr. Lind, if a group is centralized in one physical location then that group must be of a similar mindset with the people who historically did things on that same piece of Earth.

Jeffrey O.G. Ogbar, a professor and associate dean at the University of Connecticut, wrote an article in which he asserted that Rep. Michelle Bachmann, notorious for her uninformed verbal gaffes, is in fact a “master manipulator.” Preceding this description of Bachmann, he linked to and quoted from a white nationalist site as part of his effort to claim that conservatives are actively stoking racial fears.# After refuting the claims made on the unequivocally racist site, he sloppily transitioned into criticism of Bachmann, ergo equating overt white nationalism with Rep. Bachmann, the Tea Party, and the far-ranging spectrum of the political right. The professor resorted to these smear tactics because he was hard-pressed for citable evidence that racism is explicitly promulgated by mainstream Republican leaders.

Yet there is no lack of evidence that loud and prominent voices on the left have utilized fallacious tactics akin to the professor’s. Only fringe elements of the Tea Party have been explicitly racist and those fringe elements have been denounced by Tea Party leaders, whereas the vitriolic sentiments and smear tactics of celebrities, pundits, and lower ranking leftists is consistent with the rhetoric of elected congressmen and the Vice President. Their shared objective is seemingly to discredit the Tea Party movement and to further engage in high levels of government spending, and there doesn’t seem to be any sense of moral restraint when uttering rhetoric as a means to attaining that end. These tactics are sickening. They’re sickening to a political atmosphere that is already sick, and divisive to a country that is already divided. The Tea Party critics pretend that unspoken and imperceptible thoughts and motivations exist within their opponents’ minds; then these critics disparage the Tea Party on the basis of their own overreaching pseudo-psychoanalytical theories. In condemning the Tea Party movement as racist, these critics rely upon the very mechanisms of racism – Mr. Lind made a generalization based upon a geographic area, and other critics are willing to point to a proportionately small number of racists within a crowd of thousands as an excuse to speak ill of the entire crowd. Racism is not exclusive to any geographic region or political party. Racism is pernicious and pervasive. To invoke the topic and ascribe racist views to political opponents without sufficient evidence shows a blatant disregard for fair and civilized democratic discourse. I have no doubt that there are individual Tea Party supporters who are racist, and I have no doubt that there are individual members within all political parties and movements who harbor racial biases. I have no doubt that some Tea Party supporters have protested with offensive signs and chanted vile slogans and shouted racial epithets, and I have no doubt that some protestors held offensive signs and chanted vile slogans and shouted their own brand of hatred while opposing the Bush administration. Individuals are responsible for themselves. A political movement is responsible for its primary unifying message – and the message of fiscal conservatism prompted the Tea Party’s founding.

II. Partisan Maneuvers & Methods

Liberals have long argued that fiscal conservatives are racist because many of them want to change welfare from a system of dependency into a transitional measure. Opposition to an unreformed continuation of institutionally flawed welfare programs may affect minority recipients, but such opposition does not necessarily imply a racist motivation; such an opposition can also be prompted by a more general ideology towards government spending. Whether you agree or disagree with that ideology, and the contradictions therein, is the subject of a separate discussion entirely – and that is the discussion that this country should be having. Unable to prove that Tea Party leaders or mainstream GOP policy is explicitly racist, the only way for leftists to substantiate the racism claim is to dubiously plumb the depths of their opponents’ psyches and ascribe racist motivations to Republican opposition to Democratic legislation, though it is my understanding that opposition to another party’s legislation is a fundamental tenet of partisanship. In response to Tea Party critics making unsubstantiated racism accusations, I have pointed out that prominent black Republicans such as Michael Steele, Condoleezza Rice, Herman Cain, and others would be interested in learning that they are being racist against themselves, as would Tea Party-supported Congressmen Tim Scott and Allen West. The response has been the oft-repeated liberal refrain that the Republican Party has tricked many Americans into “voting against their own self-interests” and has likewise bamboozled its own minority elected officials into legislating against themselves. A fair-minded person would note that all people of all races are entitled to their own political opinions – black people can be for the Tea Party, and black people can be against the Tea Party; such is the nature of our modern democracy. I make arguments in favor of the Tea Party, but I am also receptive to any opposing arguments provided that the arguments are supported by facts and aren’t maliciously false. The Tea Party critics with whom I have spoken seem to have no interest in respecting their fellow citizens in this manner. A simple internet search of this “voting against their own self-interests” phrase will reveal the staggering extent to which the line has been used. Leftists can dismiss the many minorities in the GOP as being ignorantly self-destructive and gullible, and it is evident that many leftists have no reluctance in doing so, but it isn’t actually the left’s prerogative to determine other people’s “self interests.” This parental approach to America in which liberals tell poor and minority Americans “I know you think you want that, but it’s actually bad for you” is appallingly condescending. It also presumes that lower income conservatives ought to be single issue voters – with that single issue being the amount of personal monetary benefit that they stand to gain from government policy; all other components of party platforms should apparently be disregarded. If you are a poor conservative, leftists will accuse you of voting against your own self-interests; in essence, you are not being selfish enough – stop being selfless. If you are a rich conservative, those same leftists will accuse you of being selfish for favoring policies that would result in your own taxation – be more selfless. However, contrary to Democrats’ expectations and the bitterness that results when those expectations are not met, the Democratic Party is not actually entitled to the votes of any economic class or demographic. If a party feels entitled to your vote and chastises you by specifically telling you that you have been foolishly hurting yourself, then it is clear that the party doesn’t have a very high regard for your intellect.

And it is with that same spirit of condescension and the same we-know-what’s-best-for-you philosophy that the Democratic President, having secured the votes of poor people whose homes were foreclosed on, proceeded to bail out the financial institutions that caused the housing crisis in the first place, all the while saying that he knew that what he was doing wouldn’t be popular with the American people. Biden and Pelosi laughed in the background as Obama addressed the public in his first State of the Union speech by saying, “We all hated the bank bailout. I hated it, you hated it; it was about as popular as a root canal. But when I ran for President, I promised I wouldn’t just do what was popular. I would do what was necessary.”# The patronizing attitude could not be more apparent – it is heard in statements directly from the President. Americans who had lost their jobs and homes had been angry when they’d learned that their own tax dollars were being used to bail out the banks that significantly contributed to their country’s economic problems. And then they sat and watched as their President compared the bailout to a root canal and suggested that his policies, like trips to the dentist, are hated but necessary. This same attitude was evident in Obama’s recent jobs bill speech when he dismissed the public’s political awareness by outright saying, “The millions of Americans who are watching right now, they don't care about politics. They have real life concerns.”#

The demeanor of certain members of the left is derisive, their tactics are immoral. In addition to being fallacious, fear-instigating, and inflammatory, the left’s race baiting tactics happen to be unnecessary. There are valid grounds to criticize conservatives. Fiscal conservatives weren’t sufficiently vocal in trying to reclaim the libertarian component of the Republican Party when George W. Bush, a Republican President who campaigned on his opposition to nation building, proceeded to overthrow and then rebuild the governments of Afghanistan and Iraq throughout the duration of his presidency, incurring a war debt of $3 trillion.# Furthermore, Rep. Bachmann’s homophobia is undeniable and clearly spelled out in her public statements. Honorable leftists will oppose her on the basis of homophobic statements that she has actually made instead of repudiating racist thoughts that they think that she is thinking.

I can’t speak definitively as to why the racist accusations have in numerous instances been made apart from condemnation of some conservatives’ anti-gay stances for one would think that anti-racism pretensions would be more convincing if made as part of an overall depiction of conservative bigotry, but this oddity may in fact be a political maneuver. Historically, the Democratic Party was pro-slavery and anti-civil rights, yet the Southern strategy represented a shift in the political loyalties of the black community. Perhaps shouting “racism” is a way for the Democratic Party to solidify its base, garner more support, and divert attention away from the fact that real median income for black households has significantly dropped during the Obama administration. The evils of racism are widely condemned, yet most state governments won’t acknowledge that gay citizens have the right to wed on terms equal to those of heterosexual couples. This dismissal of the devotion of gay couples invalidates their orientation in a fundamental way, causing a homophobic ripple effect throughout society. It is widely perceived that homophobia is particularly rampant in the African-American community# – therefore, the attempts to shore up black support and gay support are often distinctly separate endeavors. It would of course seem appropriate for Professor Ogbar and Policy Director Michael Lind to follow up their unsubstantiated racism charges with substantiated charges of homophobia, but when it comes to the latter subject and its comparatively less broad appeal, they fall conspicuously silent in the aforementioned articles. It is a lot harder to fight on behalf of a minority group that is still actively harassed and discriminated against than it is to speak on behalf of a minority group that still encounters adversity but has nonetheless won the toughest of its civil rights battles. Granted, fighting on behalf of gay people won’t get the Democratic Party as many votes, and opting to instead label opponents as racists may cause others to gather within the party out of a fear of the validity of the repeated accusations or a fear of becoming subject to the accusations – but at least Mr. Ogbar and Mr. Lind wouldn’t have to resort to fallacy.

And why do Mr. Ogbar and Mr. Lind bash the Tea Party as being covertly racist when the birther movement has been overtly racist? There may be some overlap in the belief systems of self-described birthers and tea partiers, but the Tea Party was founded with clear motives of fiscal conservatism and libertarianism, and the birther movement has been explicitly racist in its efforts to discredit the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency. However, the birther trend, while disturbing, merely threatened to harm Obama’s reelection campaign whereas the Tea Party has been successful at wielding legislative influence that has partially thwarted the full implementation of his policies. Therefore, the need has remained to condemn racism while mentioning the Tea Party by name – ergo, the object of condemnation is not racism generally but the Tea Party specifically.

Some of the leftists utilizing these dirty tactics seem to be aware that they are in the wrong. Vice President Biden later denied that he said that the Tea Party members were acting like terrorists in spite of the fact that sources from within his own party had provided the information. During a controversial speech, Rep. Carson of the Congressional Black Caucus said, “Some of them in Congress right now of this Tea Party movement would love to see you and me ... hanging on a tree.” On CNN, he later backpedaled to a more moderate tone by saying, “Well, I wasn't talking about the entire Tea Party. I think the Tea Party is absolutely right when they call for increased transparency in government, when they call for a cutback on excessive government spending. I am deeply concerned about some elements of the Tea Party who are extremist.”# Instead of being self-righteous for partisan purposes, perhaps our politicians should do the right thing by uniting behind practical cost-cutting measures. During the CNN/Tea Party debate, Newt Gingrich said, “If you simply had a serious all out effort to modernize the federal government, you would have hundreds of billions of dollars of savings.” He cited Strong America Now, a bipartisan nonprofit organization dedicated to the elimination of wasteful government spending.# #

III. Maintaining Tea Party Ideals & Moving Past Partisanship

It should be noted that my intention in this essay is primarily to discourage dirty politics and to encourage a productive and independent mentality that can lead to actual solutions. It is time to reduce, reform, and reprioritize government spending not for the sake of partisanship but for the sake of the country. The Tea Party must hold steadfast to this task because the movement is at risk of becoming a mere reflection of the full spectrum of the Republican Party, distinguished only by the ardency of its members. The movement will always have some extremist members with unfortunate fringe views, but this reality applies to every political movement in the history of the world.

I would like to conclude by explaining that I am a registered independent, and furthermore, I am a human being, not a political ideology. As a human being with an independence of thought, I feel no need to make generalizations about an opposing party, though I will point out observable and overt partisan trends. I do not feel compelled to defend the thoughts, words and actions of every member of a party with which I am aligned, for I am aligned with no party. I am aligned with my fellow people and I want an economic environment in which people do not suffer. Our President campaigned on the virtue of hope. And I do hope that Obama’s economic policies won’t cause stagflation. I hope that the jobs bill, if passed, will put some unemployed people back to work and reunite them with a sense of professional worth and fulfillment. I hope that Obama's proposed multi-billion dollar high-speed trains will take Americans back to a time when Americans took trains. But just as offensive allegations need to be substantiated, political appeals to the virtue of hope need the accompaniment of substance in the form of policies and economic ideologies that have a demonstrably positive impact on the country as a whole.

The bureaucratic structure of our government has become large and corrupt, and our nation in its current state is a sharp departure from the vision of our founding fathers. Lobbying efforts, corporate influence, and huge campaign contributions and the resulting tax credits, subsidies, wars, and policies have tilted the government’s overly complicated workings towards epic dysfunction. We have a national debt that is skyrocketing towards fifteen trillion dollars, additional massive spending is being proposed, and some proponents of the Obama administration are now making the argument that the massive stimulus package didn’t work because it wasn’t massive enough.# # But does the electorate have the objectivity necessary to set the country on a more promising path, and more importantly, does government still contain the institutional capacities that would enable us to do so? Most Americans identify themselves as being independent-minded – but in reality, many of them gravitate towards one of two contradiction-riddled, all-encompassing partisan ideologies that will assuredly be justified, promoted, and defended on the behalf of all adherents.# Too many Americans, in practice, define themselves by association and by opposition. Partisanship has led people to think of the Tea Party and gay rights as being mutually exclusive political positions, and yet in this very essay I have written favorably of both – and it is completely valid to do so because, upon disregarding partisan packaging, it becomes apparent that there is no innate contradiction between the two positions. (It is this lack of inherent incompatibility between the two positions that has allowed for the formation of the Log Cabin Republicans.) When leftists mock the partisanship of the right, they habitually suggest that conservative followers have either been tricked into “voting against their own self interests” or haven’t thought things through because, according to President Obama, millions of Americans don’t care about politics. The truth is more complicated: Democrats and Republicans alike start thinking in narrow-minded ways because they are partisan, and people are partisan because they live in a country with an entrenched two-party system, and they think that it is more effective to pick the side that they deem to be the lesser of two evils within that system than it is to resist the system. However, with a nearly fifteen trillion dollar national debt, it is exceedingly apparent that partisanship is ineffective and our reality is such stuff as satires are made on. Therefore, I do not impugn the ability of people to form sensible opinions – I impugn the two-party system that constricts the people’s opinions and intellectually corners them; at present, the people evaluate the party platforms, determine which positions resonate most within their hearts, and then choose accordingly. Most of them are aware of the constrictions imposed upon them. Neither Democrats nor Republicans have chosen wrongly per se with regards to their partisan preferences; all have been born into a flawed system. Open up democracy to once again respond to the will of the individual and individuals will be more open-minded. Keep democracy crudely fashioned towards the will of a corporately influenced two-party system and peoples’ minds will remain crude, and as the apparatus of government moves in its characteristically slow and sudden tectonic shifts, citizens will fall through the chasms, casting aspersions as they plummet.

Both parties got us into this debacle and systemic changes are necessary for the wellbeing of this country. The Tea Party has proposed systemic changes. It is time for people to part with their partisan biases in order consider all of the ideas on the table without fallaciously disparaging the other people sitting at the table. We are all here together, and we need to act in the togetherness of America towards the grand plans and purposes innate within the Constitution of the United States.# We need to urge our elected representatives to reduce, reform, and reprioritize government spending.

Your first year of life, unfortunately it’s under Marxist Socialist Rule:

Well it’s been a very special year this your first year of life as my granddaughter and a citizen of the United Socialist States America! The Marxist socialist ruler who is playing president to the camera, has behind our backs continued to destroy this Republic and its freedoms with illegal regulations and usurpations of the law. In just the month before your 1 year birthday he passed 607 federal regulations and added $28,400 to your future debt. (I am so sorry you will be paying a bill you do not deserve to pay)

The bullies have made it clear Ella that they are not going to give up everything they have lied, cheated and stolen easily. They have 144 years invested in their war to take over this Republic and destroy its rule of law. They have turned the main sewer media loose on any and all that do not lock step with their socialist manifesto. They call citizen Patriots like your grandpa, terrorist’s and question the very core beliefs of the majority of the people because they are nothing more than the gutless cowards all bullies are. When you were born 1 year ago I wrote you about these bullies and how to handle them. We started to fight them and then the people we chose to represent us in that fight became bullies (COWARDS) themselves. They chose to avoid their principles and more importantly their word of honor with the people who put them there when the bullies started calling them names and telling lies about them. It was easier for them to quit when it got hard rather than to chose not to.

For many years even before your mom and dad were born we chose to let the government try and help fix stuff that we should have stopped them from fixing and said NO we will fix it ourselves. We saw people suffering from the acts of stupid people who saw nothing but color instead of character and protected them. We saw people who did not have enough to eat and we decided to feed them instead of helping them learn to feed themselves. We saw people who needed help with living everyday and decided to live their lives for them. We saw some injustice and decided it was everywhere and had to be stopped even if it meant the innocent would be punished. We allowed people to take away from us more than they gave us in the name of equality and fairness. We bankrupted yours and everyone's future because the people we put in charge of all of this were the real criminals.

I guess that is what I am trying to say here is a really important lesson that I and others like me have had to learn at a cost that is now too high for us to pay and is being passed onto you unfairly. Every choice you make in life has a consequence. Like a very smart man that hopefully you will someday learn about who is one of your pop-pops’ heroes once said: “for every action there must be an equal and opposite reaction”. We thought they were doing the right things and we stopped paying attention and then never asked them any questions about what they were doing in our names to our country and our way of life. We gave them our trust and they used it to enslave first those they were supposed to be helping and then us. Ella when you stop doing for yourself and expect others to do something for you it never gets done the way you want it and they will always think of themselves first when doing it. And in the end the cost is greater than the loss of whatever it is you think you will have to pay. When you choose to let others make your world a better place it will never be as you think it should be but as they think it should and no two people will ever completely agree on everything. And when you give too few too much power they cannot help themselves they will stop thinking about what is best for you and start thinking how they can keep that power. You will learn given the opportunity that you will never agree with everyone you meet in life, you don’t have to, they have the right to be different, but they do not have the right to force you to be something they think you should be. Everyone in this country has the right to live, the right to be free and to not take those 2 things from anyone else no matter what you think or how you feel.

It is the most important thing that makes this country different from anywhere else on earth because we started it with that idea. It is the first part of what would become the greatest form of government created. That the power that we give to our lawmakers is just that: given to them and that they work for all of us not just some of us. That their decisions are supposed to be based on the “will of the people” not what they think is right for us, but what we tell them what we think is right for us. Because of the special power we entrusted to them they now think like kings and rulers in history that they are better or smarter or more qualified to decide what is best for us then we are. That is called arrogance and they are filled with it along with a lot of other bad things as most bullies are.

We are trying to take the bullies from the playground so we can now play an honest game and restore what you deserve and should expect from being born an American. That you are not entitled to pay the debt of freeloaders and thieves that have stolen everything that was promised to others for those who refuse to help themselves. That you are entitled to an unaltered Constitution that is honored by democratically elected representatives that uphold and defend it against all enemies both foreign and domestic and will lay down their lives to do so. That the God given rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness are your birth rights and that no one has the right to take away no matter what they say is the cause. That you are a Daughter of Liberty earned by your Grandfathers service to his country and if necessary will be paid again to set things right.

Thank You for your recent statement calling me and the 60+% of Americans like me: Americans terrorists!

Your recent “non-statement” that you and your boss have vehemently denied through your White House mouth piece Mr. Carney the carnival barker stating that those people who do not share, support, or defend your Marxist Socialist agenda for this country are terrorists. It is refreshing to know that the Executive Branch of OUR federal government is so engaging to the majority of its citizenship. It is comforting to realize that the elected representative values that were created by our Constitution still hold such great value to those whom we call our employees.

In response to your statement I would like to illuminate several historical and contemporary facts that you and your masters and those who share your ideology and agenda have yet to comprehend or dare I say think are not prescient.

You may think that your “Great Society” implementation of Socialist Marxist programs have sufficiently subverted the Constitution of this Great Republic and its Freedoms guaranteed by its first 10 Amendments’ called the Bill of Rights but as you are now coming to terms with they have not. Since the 1870’s in this country you and what you represent which is progressive socialism have attempted to destroy our “God Given” freedoms as determined by the following statement: “We hold these truth’s to be self-evident that ALL men are created equal and they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, among these rights are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness”. These words were preceded in the Declaration of Independence by the following:

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation”.

Your party has been in control of this countries government for 110 of the last 144 years and has been responsible for every single economic down-turn, recession and depression with your attempts and success’ in the desire to create your “progressive dream” of a socialist ruled country with a centrally planned economy.

You have failed every single time because this countries freedoms are as inherent as its soil. Our freedom is organic and existed here long before white men set foot on this soil. It is part and parcel to our DNA and is as needed as the air we breathe and the water we drink.

We are and always have been the continent where freedom of man exists, and you think that because you can enslave a small portion of the population with your entitlements and that you can convince others that what you offer is greater than what you take, all will follow or be intimidated or excoriated into subservience. You think the population of the government educated outreaches the enlightened electorate and your sphere of influence encompasses more than the reality of the truth. Your steadfast adherence to the theory of “telling a lie often enough and it will become the truth” is only effective with those that are motivated by personal self interest and irresponsible gain, if their is nothing in it for them then they will not react.

You really aren’t very smart at all and it is vividly obvious why you and your kind chose public office, you could never sustain that level of incompetence and ignorance in the results oriented private sector.

How the Democratic party is intentionally destroying this country economically and why:

The Marxist Socialist Progressives in this country are now, like cockroaches, infesting every home in this country through their infiltration and take over of the Democratic Party, the educational system, the unions as well as the media. They now constitute the single greatest threat to this Republic’s future since December 07, 1941.

They have for the past 170 years. Starting in Europe and slowly migrating west they have crept behind the walls of society. They have had many “intellectual” spokespersons in the form of : Karl Marx / Friedrich Engels / E.T. Kingsley / George Bernard Shaw that use economics as the primary weapon of destroying free market economies and countries from within. Karl Marx’s Das Kapital is the classic work that formed the basis of all of John Maynard Keynes future findings in Keynesian economics.

The leaders of Socialist Marxist movements have created and used this economic unrest to create political unrest and social disorder, leading to chaos, in turn turning the working classes against the producer classes and have successfully over-thrown governments and monarchies. From the 1790’s France to 1970’s Cambodia to today in Venezuela and the Congo and Sudan these countries and many more where democratically elected governments or monarchial society’s or any local form of government has been supplanted with far worse using a “better life” as their rallying cry. They have all led to dictatorships that have been genocidal nightmares with hundreds of millions of the people they used to take power murdered or imprisoned. From Robespierre to Lenin, Mussolini, Hitler, Franco, Moa, Pol Pot, Guevara, all of them recognized how the use of current downturns in economic conditions to insight and implement political gain through mobilization of the masses.

Every single instance above started where we are now beginning, this is intentionally being done to ferment and fester this countries population. The Marxist Socialist Democrat’s are creating the demise of this country to empower their party and subjugate the population to a singular rule of law. It is blatantly obvious that for more than 100 years since Teddy Roosevelt lost to Woodrow Wilson and his progresssive Bull Moose party that split the Republican party, the Democrats have held the majority of power. As you can see that in the 144 years including the last 10 years not shown on this graph the Democrats have been in control 110 of those years. But it has not been this Marxist Socialist one rule party until LBJ and his Great Society. This was their first step in strengthening their political base with outright government funded taxpayer paid bribes. They insured the black vote this way and by rewriting history they have manipulated the facts that the Democrat Party was the party of the minorities which is factually an outright lie. Lincoln and most abolitionists left the Whig party and formed the new Republican party.

The current makeup of the Democrat party shifted from the original roots of Thomas Jefferson into the current Socialist Progressive composition today. The fight was over economic ideas and fiscal policies of Alexander Hamilton used to create what is now the Federal Reserve banking system one of the chief architects of our current and previous fiscal demise. The original party was against it. They are now by policy and action the chief supporters of it and the uncontrolled government expansion into every facet of our lives. All you have to do is pay attention to the legislation they have passed and the regulatory choke hold they have on us.

They have controlled our government 76.4% of the time and during that period the government has expanded by adding just since 1964 1500+ agencies. YES as of today there are 1909 government agencies compared to approx. 400 before the Socialist Marxist infiltration of our government by the Democrats. ( I looked for the exact amount but it is beyond my reach requiring federal approval to download the archived documents which they will never release to me). To what purpose would such massive government oversight serve? What Else!

They are responsible for the last 46 years of this countries fall, delivering us into the hands of this Marxist Socialist dictatorship we are now ruled by. When 2/3’s of our elected officials ignore the will of the people, it is no longer a representative form of government but an Autocracy a form of tyranny.

And now we stand on the precipice of history and we show that the majority of Americans are pushing back against their plans, they are going to fight or destroy this country before they give it up. They are clawing for their very existence with only one thing in mind: Take control of this country at all costs! Why else would they refuse to pass a budget in 818 days, insist on taxes in the middle of a recession and yes we have not left it never did. The lies about our economy from the government now showing GDP numbers of .04 and 1.5% will once there is real accountability restored be shown as what they really are : NEGATIVE!

And that is part of why they are going to take this far past every previous attempt to socialize this country, they have lied and invested in those lies their entire future as a party and its entire support mechanisms such as the unions and the main sewer media et.al. The NWO, the Bilderberger Society, the George Soros’ etc. have never before infiltrated this deep into our government through their political manipulations.

They will not give it up easy or without a fight and destroying our free market economic system is the first step, by creating inflation through devaluing our currency. It goes all the way back to removing us from the gold standard in the early 1970’s when our $$$ were backed by the value of gold, if that were in place today the value of our money would correlate to its percentage weight of gold's current value above $1600. think of the purchasing power and the removal of inflationary dollar devaluing. Just the last 2 quantative easing’s by the Fed. have cost us over 20% of our dollars value causing fuel and food costs to skyrocket, with fuel up 135% since Obama took office alone and since the Democrats ran everything from 2007 till 2011 real inflation (not the BS they feed us) is 55% when you count food, fuel, and the other necessities they conveniently leave out of the equation. If you factor in the gold valuing, our dollar has lost potential purchasing power growth of over 1300% as a direct result of the Democrat party and its legislation.

For what gain you may ask , when it is 1960’s Soviet Union where everyone waits in lines miles long for the necessities and only the Socialist Ruling Class Elites have access to the luxuries in life you will be too concerned with survival then revolution. It took the live of millions of Russian Patriots to win back just a little freedom and gain a small step towards autonomy. They are now where this government and their real masters intend for us to be before it is all over. And their hand is being played right in front of you and you suffer more every day.

They sell our children, grandchildren and their legacy into fiscal bondage they cannot repay so when default comes and it will if they are not stopped now, they finish the job. Medicare has been privatized for years and you never knew it!

Well I think by now we have all seen this video of Rep. Paul Ryan pushing Grandma off the cliff:

Now if you are so stupid that you actually believe this blatant lie STOP reading this blog because you are definitely too stupid to understand what I am about to explain and verify.

Medicare is privatized healthcare!

The contract with every deemed provider has been, and if Obamacare is stopped now, it will continue to be privatized healthcare. Every single doctor, hospital, clinic and medical Medicare deemed provider is not a government employee, they are private contractors who accept the terms and conditions for Medicare re-imbursement. The CBO writes, “Under current law [which means under Obamacare] constraints on payment rates for providers of Medicare services may result in diminished access to care and lower-quality services, although the extent of such changes is very difficult to predict. In addition, rising taxes (under the extended baseline scenario) and surging federal debt (under the alternative fiscal scenario) might accentuate concerns about the budgetary situation and thereby lead policymakers to reduce Medicare benefits.”

Now even more of the facts, for all who are enrolled in Medicare and have part D prescription drug coverage with a Medicare supplement guess what? You have privatized healthcare with your Medicare health care. Who do you think is paying what Medicare doesn't cover like your walk-in fees under Part A and the Part B deductible and 20% and the 75% of the cost of your prescription drugs that Medicare doesn’t cover? Why those same evil private insurance companies that issued your plan. The same insurance companies that the people who created the above video, are accusing “would kill granny and have children with birth defects dying in the streets from lack of care because those big evil insurance companies won’t cover them”if Medicare is privatized. Funny I searched for 3 1/2 weeks and could not find a single lawsuit against a Medicare Supplement provider just 1.7 million hits for lawsuits against Medicare.( addressed further in this blog) The federal guidelines that govern the plans is so heavily regulated that even the Summary of Benefits booklets are designed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. (CMS)

And of course lets not forget about Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C) which has proven to be such an effective and successful privatized alternative to traditional Medicare that the first thing they did with Obamacare was to defund it. They claim it was to save $500 billion but the facts again will tell the real truth. The first thing is that in just 5 years 27.4% of Medicare eligible beneficiaries have enrolled into them. Second is that they must by federal regulation meet or exceed the level of care that Medicare would provide. Third unlike Medicare which has an historical claims payment system that is eaten alive by fraud and averages over 6 months to settle provider claims, the insurance companies licensed to market Medicare Advantage plans must settle their provider claims within 30 days and are allowed an additional 15 days to settle a disputed claim. Speaking of fraud lets just look at a recent CBS investigative report which they put the number at $60 billion a year, which is conservative by some accounts but to keep the leftist libtard head from exploding we’ll use their propaganda flagship numbers. Now lets look at Medicare Advantage according to the HHS in 2010 they made improper payments according to Medicare guidelines of $13.6 billion and in the report they do not indicate any fraud was detected and improper payments were corrected. Let me see that adds up to NOTHING, NO FRAUD, who could have thought that by allowing medical claims paying professionals with combined hundreds of years of experience and verified methodology, would be effective at their jobs! Of course if your track record is that of the U.S. govt. bureaucrat the most incompetent of all sentient life forms (I am being generous with them being sentient) any comparative competency analysis is unjust in their opinion. Of course their track record is stellar with their other success’ such as Amtrak, U.S.Post Office, Social Security trust fund etc..

And lets not forget how if the evil insurance companies take over you will never get care because they will deny every life saving procedure you need. (I’m welling up with tears over the horror!)

The Medicare denial rate found in the study was, on a weighted average basis, roughly 1.7 times that of all of the private carriers combined (99,025 divided by 2,447,216 is 4.05%; 6.85% divided by 4.05% =1.69). You would think Medicare's sheer size might enable it to have smoother procedures with its providers that would enable it to turn down a lower percentage of claims. But no, this is the government we're talking about. So who's the most "heartless" now? And why should Americans accept the idea of gradually being forced into a government-run system when, based on documented government experience, they will be more likely to see their claims denied? And I didn't even get to the idea of refusals to treat in the first place, something that is present to some degree in virtually every state-run system, but is currently against the law in hospital emergency rooms in the U.S.

Also recently in the real news if you were paying attention is the number of lawsuits that Medicare is facing for denying treatment and refusing to pay certain claims is exploding, the system for appealing a denied claim can cause even the most ardent bureaucrat to take his own life. At the very left leaning liberal senior website http://www.seniorcorps.org/ which is part of moveon.org and the Soros funded socialist agenda their webpage states the following: Many seniors are having trouble with their Medicare coverage. This is a disturbing trend. A Medicare denial is when Medicare refuses to pay for a certain treatment or medication. A Medicare denial can cause financial stress on a senior citizen. However, there are ways that these seniors can get Medicare to cover all of their treatments.

Working Through the Medicare Appeals Process

There a few ways for people to go back and make more appeals to Medicare. In these situations, people are expected to fill out re-determination forms. These can be found by visiting Medicare’s website within one hundred and twenty days after receiving a letter of denial. Before filing these forms, people need to get documents from their doctors. The right documents can provide strong support for the appeal of the Medicare denial. A doctor can also write a letter to the Medicare people. This will really help to appeal the Medicare denial.

Reasons for Denial

There are many reasons for receiving a Medicare denial. Sometimes, Medicare does not think the treatment is enough to substantially improve the person’s health condition. This is the biggest issue that needs to be proved to Medicare in order to overcome the Medicare denial.

Keep Trying

People should not give up on their Medicare claims. These claims have substantial potential to improve the overall health conditions of people who really need those improvements. It is important that a person does not get down when they receive a Medicare denial. A person can appeal a claim a total of four more times after getting a Medicare denial. Why not keep trying? With some work, a Medicare denial can be easily overcome.

As you can see it takes Medicare 120 days on average to START the appeals process for a denied claim! And it can be denied 5 times in total, by the time this is settled who is the real threat to Granny and the kids? Who’s really pushing Granny off the cliff and throwing the special needs kids in the streets?

The useful idiots and the government educated have forgotten or flat out refuse to recognize their role in their own economic destruction. How many times in the course of just recent history have they been the unwitting pawns of the socialist/communist ideologue ruling class elite wannabe’s who have manipulated them “like a harp from hell” to paraphrase. The ruling class elite’s have done their best to obscure the facts on their core belief systems flaws, but anyone who has a modicum of intellect and the willingness to remove the blinders can see the TRUTH!

Throughout the history of the “OLD WORLD” there has always been a hierarchical or monarchial form of governing not government. The populace was ruled by a single leader that either accepted the council of an elite group usually of elders who were considered wise because they managed to survive into their 30’s, or a council chosen by the ruler to assist him with usually waging war to acquire wealth. This was and still is the predominate form of rule of law for 10,000 plus years. The “communist” and “socialist” countries despite their propaganda to the contrary have a singular “party head” who’s last word is final. The list of these “leaders” of the people is also the history of the greatest mass murderers in this planets history:

Everyone of them was also a student of history and of the earliest forms of socialism dating all the way back to 18th. century France.

Modern socialism originated from an 18th-century intellectual and working class political movement that criticized the effects of industrialization and private property on society. Utopian socialists such as Robert Owen (1771–1858), tried to found self-sustaining communes by secession from a capitalist society. Henri de Saint Simon (1760–1825), who coined the term socialism, advocated technocracy and industrial planning. Saint-Simon, Friedrich Engels and Karl Marx advocated the creation of a society that allows for the widespread application of modern technology to rationalize economic activity by eliminating the anarchy of capitalist production that results in instability and cyclical crises of overproduction.

Every single communist/socialist leader above used severely recessed or depressed economies and the poorest of those countries citizens to create their army of dissidents and fostered hatred towards those that had more, despite how that gain was achieved. And while they spoke of great economic gains and a level playing field for all but the evil producers, every single country suffered even worse economic conditions under communist/socialist rule. The only countries to stave off this condition for extreme lengths of years were the ones that took from other countries and started world wars in the process. In the 1950’ and 60’s in Soviet Union people stood in lines for 8-10 hours just for 3 day old bread. And as the populace suffered they became the new ruling class that engorged themselves with the wealth they had stolen from all the evil producers that created the wealth they now suckled.

The modern day socialist/communist ruling class elites have been using the “useful idiots” they have created for many years now to stoke the fires of discontent, class envy and hatred for the producers who in large part are the backbone of the economic success that free market economies that they the “useful idiots” themselves have benefitted by. In the recent uprisings that these elites have been fostering in many countries, they have stirred the pot of discontent by using the have-not's vs. the haves as the breaking point to create social unrest and riots to force political change and open the door for their opportunity to take over and rule. The riots throughout the Middle East, North Africa and even here in the United States is not altruistic on their part it is for the sole purpose of establishing one thing, THEIR CONTROL over the populace and the acquisition and control over that countries wealth. One of the first acts committed in the recent Egyptian riots was the theft and vandalism at their museums and homes of wealthy, stealing and or destroying thousands of years of their own history as well as the theft of public and private wealth. Whenever riots have occurred one of the first acts committed here has been the looting of local business’, stealing and destroying the property from one of their own neighbors or a producer who has brought economic opportunity to the community.

Hitler stole massive amounts of wealth from all over Europe on his socialist rampage, Mussolini looted Italy's entire banking system and bankrupted the country on his mega-maniacal tirade of fascism, Stalin wiped out over 10 million producers (mostly Jews) and confiscated their entire wealth to support his personal agenda of genocide on his own people. Not a single member of any ruling class, politburo, ruling council, in any communist or socialist party in any current country that has or had a communist or socialist form of government is forced to live at the standard of living that they enforce on their people. Why do you think that is, and why do you think they were in it for the “people”?

I believe it was Lenin himself who introduced to Russia the famous phrase "who, whom?"-- during the early years of Soviet rule the byword in which the people summed up the universal problem of a socialist society. Who plans whom, who directs and dominates whom, who assigns to other people their station in life, and who is to have his due allotted by others? These become necessarily the central issues to be decided solely by the supreme power.

And now we are facing the same exact conditions that have created the social unrest and economic distress that sparked the violent revolutions that led to the formation of the aforementioned socialist/communist parties are being created here by the usurper and the leftist ruling class elites in this country. Make no mistake it is here and here now and only the elites will gain if it is successful. The GM’s & GE’s, the Soros’, the Unions, the propaganda media, the ideologues who have invested in their agenda. They have created an army of thugs through years of indoctrination through government schools, unions and the freeloader class they created with their programs. They have vilified anyone that created or achieved in any endeavor that does not aspire to socialist rule or believes in themselves and the opportunities that free market economics creates. They spew their bile of hateful rhetoric and duplicitous lies and propagate it with the fertilizer of a propaganda machine in the guise of “free and open press” that is anything but honest, objective, factual, truthful, or representative of the facts. And when they unleash this thug army it will be with the sole purpose of creating total social and economic destruction of all who are identified as earners or achievers as enemies of the state. They are planning on seizing in the process all private wealth in every single non-government run pension, bank account and business. They have already shown their hands on many occasions.

This will all be done for the “betterment of the working class” and to support the “hard working” unions that are ready to default or are in default because of their fiscal malfeasance and theft by their own elected officials. It is also because our elected officials have stolen every single cent from the Social Security trust funds to create and support the moocher class they now rely on for their staying in office and their thug army that is now being trained and readied for street warfare

In the past several weeks the dirty secrets and fiscal malfeasance the socialist ruling class elite’s (that we call our elected officials) used creating this legislation is being exposed to the light of truth. The lie upon lie and the 2700 + pages used to obfuscate the facts of this legislation are being dissected and analyzed at the microscopic level and the analysis is clear. Socialized Medicine! The legislators that created this mess are being exposed more and more for the real hidden agenda behind the public presentation given by this fascist socialist occupying our highest office and his corrupt cronies who wrote this bill.

Every single grant and expenditure is meant to further the “government aspect of health” such as Medicare, Medicaid, Chip, and create several new programs like Independent Payment Advisory Board, School-based health centers, Community Health Center Fund (CHCF), Health Care Fraud and Abuse Control (HCFAC) Account, Health center construction and renovation,Community-based care transitions programs, Family-to-family health information centers, Prevention and Public Health Fund (PPHF), Maternal, infant, and early childhood home visitation programs, State Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs), Pregnancy assistance grants, to name just a few, all of the funding is broken down in the attached file link above.

This is blatantly obvious that all of this funding is doing one thing, creating greater governmental control over healthcare services and punishing private enterprise, including medical providers. The grants programs in the funding bill are all for establishing mid-level care such as midwife and nursing outreach NOT doctors! All of the punitive aspects of the funding go directly to punishing evil doers such as doctors and the evil insurance companies.

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) has been beating the drum to raise awareness of this unprecedented level of advance spending. But the liberal media has been attacking her for calling it “hidden” funding. In reality, Rep. Bachmann said that “practically no Member of Congress even knew that $105 billion of funding was” in the bill. FactCheck says that this funding was known to “those who read the bill … including members of Congress.” But does FactCheck really believe that any member of Congress read all 2,700 pages of the bill? Do they have any evidence at all that any member of Congress knew about the $105 billion figure before CRS published their report this February?

But more importantly, in their attempted take down of Rep. Bachmann, PolitiFact, FactCheck, and The Washington Post Fact Checker all confirm her underlying charge: the $105 billion exists. Politifact writes: “We added up the spending Bachmann was referring to and got $104 billion — very close to her number.”

And if you do not think they are then I’ll give just one out of many examples, NO where in the Constitution does it say that the President has the power of office to ignore the judicial finding’s of a sitting federal court judge. And they have ignored multiple courts and thumbed their noses at 2 of the 3 levels of our representative government by ignoring any branch that does not hold hands with them in their march step to socialism. Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of treason for violation of the oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution. Instead he subverts it!

Unions: The History of Their Socialist Agenda!

The first real effective national union was private employee unions and they were a true necessity when they were first formed back in the early days of this countries industrial revolution to help stop the extreme exploitation of workers in several key sector industries in this country.

The labor history of the United States describes the history of organized labor, as well as the more general history of working people, in the United States. Pressures dictating the nature and power of organized labor have included the evolution and power of the corporation, efforts by employers and private agencies to limit or control unions, and U.S. labor law. As a response, organized unions and labor federations have competed, evolved, merged, and split against a backdrop of changing social philosophies and periodic federal intervention. As commentator E. J. Dionne has noted, the union movement has traditionally espoused a set of values—solidarity being the most important, the sense that each should look out for the interests of all. From this followed commitments to mutual assistance, to a rough-and-ready sense of equality, to a disdain for elitism, and to a belief that democracy and individual rights did not stop at the plant gate or the office reception room. Dionne notes that these values are "increasingly foreign to American culture."

The history of organized labor has been a specialty of scholars since the 1890s, and has produced a large amount of scholarly literature. In the 1960s, as social history gained popularity, a new emphasis emerged on the history of workers, with special regard to gender and race. This is called "the new labor history". Much scholarship has attempted to bring the social history perspectives into the study of organized labor.

The first local trade unions of men in the United States formed in the late 18th century, and women began organizing in the 1820s.However, the movement came into its own after the Civil War, when the short-lived National Labor Union (NLU) became the first federation of American unions.

Women working under sweat shop conditions organized the first union in the early 19th century. According to the book American Labor, in 1834-1836 women worked 16–17 hours a day to earn $1.25 to $2.00 a week. Despite the odds, some women challenged the employers. Their first organization was as an auxiliary, the Daughters of Liberty in 1765. In 1825, the women organized and called themselves the United Tailoresses of New York. Strikes occurred over the years, and some were successful.

These are just some of the leaders in the labor union movement who helped form their political ideology and transform the unions into powerful political lobbying machines. But there was something missing, a triggering effect, a catastrophe that would demonize their enemy the evil capitalist system that oppresses the working class.

The stock market crashed in October, 1929, and ushered in the Great Depression. By the winter of 1932-33, the economy was so perilous that the unemployment rate hit the 25 percent mark.Unions lost members during this time because laborers could not afford to pay their dues and furthermore, numerous strikes against wage cuts left the unions impoverished: “…one might have expected a reincarnation of organizations seeking to overthrow the capitalistic system that was now performing so poorly. Some workers did indeed turn to such radical movements as Communism, but, in general, the nation seemed to have been shocked into inaction.”Though unions were not acting yet, cities across the nation witnessed local and spontaneous marches by frustrated relief applicants. In March, 1930, hundreds of thousands of unemployed workers marched through New York City, Detroit, Washington, San Francisco and other cities in a mass protest organized by the Communist Party’s Unemployed Councils. In 1931, more than 400 relief protests erupted in Chicago and that number grew to 550 in 1932. The leadership behind these organizations often came from radical groups like Communists and Socialists, who wanted to organize “unfocused neighborhood militancy into organized popular defense organizations.” Workers turned to these radical groups until organized labor became more active in 1932, with the passage of the Norris-La Guardia Act.

On March 23, 1932, President Herbert Hoover signed what became known as the Norris-La Guardia Act, marking the first of many pro-union bills that Washington would pass in the 1930s. Also known as the Anti-Injunction Bill, it offered procedural and substantive protections against the easy issuance of court injunctions during labor disputes, which had limited union behavior in the 1920s.Although the act only applied to federal courts, numerous states would pass similar acts in the future. Additionally, the act outlawed yellow-dog contracts, which were documents some employers forced their employees to sign to ensure they would not join a union; employees who refused to sign were terminated from their jobs.

The passage of the Norris-La Guardia Act signified a victory for the American Federation of Labor, which had been lobbying Congress to pass it for slightly more than five years. It also marked a large change in public policy. Up until the passage of this act, the collective bargaining rights of workers were severely hampered by judicial control. It signifies the political ideology of the Democratic party in control at the time, progressive Socialism.

The Democratic Party evolved from Anti-Federalist factions that opposed the fiscal policies of Alexander Hamilton in the early 1790s. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison organized these factions into the Democratic-Republican Party. Cleveland was elected to non-consecutive presidential terms in 1884 and 1892.

Agrarian Democrats demanding Free Silver overthrew the Bourbon Democrats in 1896 and nominated William Jennings Bryan for the presidency (a nomination repeated by Democrats in 1900 and 1908). Bryan waged a vigorous campaign attacking Eastern moneyed interests, but he lost to Republican William McKinley. The Democrats took control of the House in 1910 and elected Woodrow Wilson as president in 1912 and 1916. Wilson effectively led Congress to put to rest the issues of tariffs, money, and antitrust that had dominated politics for 40 years with new progressive laws. The Great Depression in 1929 that occurred under Republican President Herbert Hoover and the Republican Congress set the stage for a more liberal government; the Democrats controlled the House of Representatives nearly uninterrupted from 1931 until 1995 and won most presidential elections until 1968. Franklin D. Roosevelt, elected to the presidency in 1932, came forth with government programs called the New Deal.

New Deal liberalism meant the promotion of social welfare, labor unions, civil rights, and regulation of business. The opponents, who stressed long-term growth, support for business, and low taxes, started calling themselves “conservatives”. So as you can see almost every law supporting unions and their Socialized labor movement have been created and passed under Democratically controlled government in the last 100 years.

Government gave the labor unions in this country their first pro-union edict protecting collective bargaining, and in doing so opened Pandora’s box allowing for more and greater bargaining rights and a greater power base forcing many workers who would have never joined a union, to do so, also forcing many companies into the slow death of spiraling labor costs.

Since the 1890s, the Democratic Party has favored liberal positions (the term "liberal" in this sense describes social liberalism, not classical liberalism). In recent exit polls, the Democratic Party has had broad appeal across all socio-ethno-economic demographics. Historically, the party has favored farmers, laborers, labor unions, and religious and ethnic minorities; it has opposed unregulated business and finance, and favored progressive income taxes. In foreign policy, internationalism (including interventionism) was a dominant theme from 1913 to the mid-1960s. In the 1930s, the party began advocating welfare spending programs targeted at the poor. The party had a pro-business wing, typified by Al Smith, and a Southern conservative wing that shrank after President Lyndon B. Johnson supported the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The major influences for liberalism were labor unions (which peaked in the 1936–1952 era), and the African American wing, which has steadily grown since the 1960s. Since the 1970s, environmentalism has been a major new component.

Since the 1930s, a critical component of the Democratic Party coalition has been organized labor. Labor unions supply a great deal of the money, grass roots political organization, and voting base of support for the party. Democrats are far more likely to be represented by unions, although union membership has declined, in general, during the last few decades. While the American working class has lost much of its political strength with the decline of labor unions, it remains a stronghold of the Democratic Party and continues as an essential part of the Democratic base. Today, roughly a third of the American public is estimated to be working class with around 52% being either members of the working or lower classes. Yet, as those with lower socioeconomic status are less likely to vote, the working and lower classes are underrepresented in the electorate. The working class is largely distinguished by highly reutilized and closely supervised work. It consists mainly of clerical and blue-collar workers. Even though most in the working class are able to afford an adequate standard of living, high economic insecurity and possible personal benefit from an extended social safety net, make the majority of working class person left-of-center on economic issues. Most working class Democrats differ from most liberals, however, in their more socially conservative views. Working class Democrats tend to be more religious and likely to belong to an ethnic minority. Socially conservative and disadvantaged Democrats are among the least educated and lowest earning ideological demographics. In 2005, only 15% had a college degree, compared to 27% at the national average and 49% of liberals, respectively. Together socially conservative and the financially disadvantaged comprised roughly 54% of the Democratic base.The continued importance of the working class votes manifests itself in recent CNN exit polls, which shows that the majority of those with low incomes and little education vote for the Democratic Party.

And as the above chart demonstrates these are the core demographics of an easily manipulated group.

All through the 30’s and 40’s and 50’s and 60’ and up until the 70’s the unions Socialist agenda were held in check by the mob influence at the top. The famous battles between Jimmy Hoffa and Robert Kennedy even before the 1960 election showed that despite their business model of murder the mobs kept the socialist’s to a small non–leadership role in the unions. The Teamsters union was expelled from the AFL for its notorious corruption under president Dave Beck. Its troubles gained national attention from highly visible Senate hearings led by Robert Kennedy in the late 1950s. The target was Jimmy Hoffa, (1913–75), who replaced Beck and held total power until he was imprisoned in 1964. For Republicans in the 1950s the campaign against labor racketeering offered a chance to peel the working-class vote away from the Democratic Party by politically dividing union members from their leadership. The culmination of this trend came in the late 1950s during the McClellan Committee hearings, which was the largest congressional investigation up to that time. Those hearings transformed Teamsters president Hoffa into a potent symbol of the danger posed by labor racketeering. The committee's revelations and the publicity they received undercut the labor movement. Polls showed growing public skepticism toward unions, and especially union leaders. Such attitudes helped conservatives win a new round of legislative restrictions on organized labor in the form of the Landrum-Griffin Act (1959).

Again what this demonstrates is the union members ease at being manipulated and fooled, that is why they have become enamored with the Democrat party and are now under real socialist leadership, in the of people like Richard Trumka and Andy Stern.

He was elected President of the AFL-CIO on September 16, 2009, at the labor federation's convention in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He served as the Secretary-Treasurer of the AFL-CIO, from 1995 to 2009, and prior to that was President of the United Mine Workers from 1982 to December 22, 1995.

And the former head of the Service Employees International Union:

Andrew L. "Andy" Stern (born November 22, 1950), is the former president of the 2.2 million-member Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the fastest-growing union in the Americas. SEIU is the second largest union in the United States and Canada after the National Education Association. Stern was elected in 1996 to succeed John Sweeney. Stern is intent upon influencing federal legislation that helps revitalize the labor movement through universal health care, expanding union ranks via the Employee Free Choice Act,stronger regulations on business, profit sharing for employees, higher taxes, and efforts consistent with the improvement of the lives of workers.

And their political influence now incorporates 2 of the 3 branches of our federal government, the two branches that are elected by popular vote.

And what you say is their agenda? This is all part of the work of Karl Marx:

Karl Heinrich Marx (May 5, 1818 – March 14, 1883) was a German philosopher, political economist, historian, political theorist, sociologist, and communist revolutionary, who was responsible for the development of Marxism. Again this chart clearly shows how the demographics of the Democrat party are the same as Marx eschewed as being the base of the “workers movement” the working classes that comprise 84% of their party and 100% of the modern labor unions. There is no mistaking the alignment between the two.

The total number of private and public sector union members makes up less than 12% of the total American workforce yet they but make up 36.2% of public sector employment or 1 out of every 3 state, county or city employees in America belongs to a union you and I now subsidize! Again if that is not what Marx was describing with the dictatorship of the proletariat the “workers democracy” then what does?

The Boomer effect on Medicare: Now what?

“The Boomers are coming the Boomers are coming”!
The beginning of my generations great migration into the Medicare system is now beginning, the leading edge of the “Boomers” the children of the “Greatest Generation” have arrived. The effects of 70Million new beneficiaries over the next 18 years are currently and have been debated heatedly for years. The Federal Government and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have been dreading this moment for 25 years. WHY?
They stole every single cent that 70 Million of us paid into it thru FICA Taxes, and we paid the highest $$ amounts! (the linked chart will verify who paid more into it than any other group of workers by generation and percentile). Yes they stole the money, it was and is a TRUST FUND which means money held in a secure account for the designated beneficiary!
THE VERY SAME ELECTED OFFICIALS THAT NOW SAY WE HAVE TO SACRIFICE TO SAVE THE SYSTEM!
EVERY SINGLE FEDERALLY ELECTED OFFICIAL THAT HAS BEEN IN OFFICE FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS IS GUILTY! EITHER BY COMPLICITY OR BY DIRECT ACTION!
The Boomer beneficiary now is facing choices that no other group of Medicare beneficiaries had to face. The financial strains are already changing the costs of coverage and Medicare Part B has instituted a multi-tier premium:
2009 and earlier beneficiaries pay $96.40
2010 beneficiaries pay $110.50
2011 beneficiaries will pay $115.50
They used to increase everyone's Medicare part B premium annually then offset it with their Social Security COLA. Not anymore!
This is because there has not been a cost of living adjustment in Social Security benefits since 2008, because the Fed says there is no inflation:

So there is no need for a COLA from the fed’s point of view obviously not the beneficiaries or anyone who lives in the little place we call REALITY!

The cost of care under Medicare has increased every year since 1965 when the Democrats passed Title XIX of the Social Security Act creating the following:

Federal Old-Age (Retirement), Survivors, and Disability Insurance
Unemployment benefits
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
Health Insurance for Aged and Disabled (Medicare)
Grants to States for Medical Assistance Programs (Medicaid)
State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP)
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

These are all funded by FICA and it is the main reason that Social Security and Medicare are now broke.

So now that you understand how and why it happened what do the newest members of the system need to know? Medicare will only get worse under the new law:

How do we fix the problem:

Privatize: there already is a privatization of Medicare in place since 2003 and effected in 2006 that was working extremely well until this current regime defunded it. In the 2009 American Reinvestment and Recovery Act Obama and his Socialist Cronies removed the funding for the primary plan that was designed to replace Medicare parts A & B: Medicare Advantage Private Fee For Service plans (MA/ PFFS).

The timeline:

In 2003 the then Congress passed the Medicare Modernization Act a test bed for privatizing Medicare. The Government recognized several needs, the greatest being how to stop the fraud which was at that time 50BILLION a year. The number one reason for the fraud was Medicare takes 6-9 months to pay a bill. Anybody waiting that long to get paid much less cover expenses on that money and lost gains from the profits would be looking to get it back. Medicare is the most incompetent branch of government!

In creating Medicare Advantage plans they recognized the logic of letting professional medical billing specialists do what they are paid to do and allow Health Insurance companies, who on average have been paying these types of bills for 70 or more years, cut the payment time to 30 days and the fraud. It is not a bad program in my professional opinion , it is a great option for those new enrollees with low medical usage and to the early enrollees into SS due to disability who face Medicare Supplement premiums of 2 1/2 to 3 times greater than age-ins. And it is working despite the Government propaganda to the contrary. So that is why they are defunding it in PPACA, the Government cannot afford to have the program continue and be shown to actually work as planned because it would only further the Privatization movement. (just Google it and see all the negative press).

So ‘how’ you say does this affect you, my older brothers and sisters? Well for starters you pay more than anyone else for what amounts to no more than a 80/20 catastrophic health plan with NO Maximum Out OF Pocket (MOOP) and a Calendar Year Deductible this year: 2011 0f $ 1140.00 for part A (Hospital) and $165.00 for part B(Doctors). (That $1140.00 is for each hospital trip within a 90 day period and for the same condition, If for different condition within the 90 days you pay again)

On Medicare alone: A $50,000.00 stay at the hospital for surgery will cost you $11,205.00 after CYD and your shared costs. Got 12 grand laying around?

You need to plan your future health care and its risk management as much as if not more so than any other facet of your retirement finances. The 62% of people who filed a bankruptcy due to catastrophic medical costs will tell you; they did not: and of that 62%: 75% of them had health insurance! (The CYD and Out Of Pocket costs can kill your finances) You must honestly evaluate your current health, family longevity and family medical history. You also really need to evaluate the retirement health plan offerings from your former employer, especially if it keeps you in their group coverage. (premiums can and often double yet the insurance company or plan is now only paying 20% of the bill)

The choice you make today in choosing your Medicare health insurance plan can have big repercussions in regards to your future health both physically and financially. Do your homework!

Also work with an agent that is a licensed & certified Medicare marketing professional.

Also you must make these and all future elected officials aware of your opinions and concerns and never take your eye off of them. They are not in this for you but to remain in power by remaining in office. There is no such thing as a “POOR POLITICIAN”

The First Results From Obamacare

Well the first phase of Obamacare has left its mark on the American people and the results are horrendous. It has created 20% to 50% rate increases both individual and group health plans and forced business’ to change the types of plan coverage and participation from employees. I have talked to seniors in the Florida state group health plan facing $850.00 per month premiums next year, this is a direct result of Obamacare and not out of the norm. Below is the latest results of rate increases and their effects from the Society of Human Resource Managers a very progressive group!

The real effects are now just being felt and the biggest causal factor is the Minimum Loss Ratio requirement of 85% for large group and 80% for small group and individual plans.

This requirement forces all health insurance companies to spend 80 to 85 cents out of every dollar on the health care of the policy holder or group member and if they do not, they must reimburse these funds back to the consumer.

So lets extrapolate that concept:

1. You own auto insurance or homeowners insurance and did not get into an accident or have a claim on the policies, so you should get back 15% to 20% of your premium $$$. 2. You own life insurance or disability insurance and did not die or become disabled this year so the insurance company should give you back part of your premiums. ( they do have Return Of Premium policies that are 125% more expensive than their non ROP policies) 3. You have a cable or satellite subscription and you only watch broadcast stations so you don’t miss Dancing with the Stars, so the company should give you back your monthly fee because you can get that station with an antenna.
4. You buy groceries and before you eat them they spoil because you decided to eat out every day this week or you went out of town, so the grocery store should reimburse you for the spoilage even after an obvious consume by date.

No where in that statement does it say that this government was created to guarantee that a minority of the population was entitled to a free ride or that any citizen was entitled to anything more than the right to live, the right to be free and the right to pursue your dreams as long as they did not take these rights away from anyone else!

The Fascist ruling class elitist’s in their infinite wisdom decided to enslave another section of our economy by enslaving both sides of the industry by controlling the financial profitability of both the payer and the payee and using you Mr. & Mrs. America as the cause celebre'. This is the first step in breaking the back of the system itself, destroy from within and then replace with their ideal plan: the failing socialist system now bankrupting Europe, Canada, Cuba and everywhere else.

They are now forcing every health insurance company in America to recreate its business model and cut commissions to agents, cut payments to doctors, drop hospitals and clinics from networks, drop plans offering lower premium / higher shared costs, look for alternative lines of business and reduce their work force! Assurant health recently “laid off” over 20% of its employees and the others are doing the same. This legislation is destroying the healthcare system from within and that is exactly what it was designed to do from the start! Do you really think it took 550 legislators, 1000’s of lobbyists and the ruling class elite plus puppet masters such as George Soros, 5 different attempts to create 1 plan to turn our country into 1934 Germany and their health care system?

The ruling class elite are using the double digit masses they helped create, with the multitude of social reformation programs they have shoved down our throats and created billion dollar departments that are self sustaining bureaucracies full of their like minded minions that continually attack our Constitutional Republic! They occupy the ranks of the unions that espouse socialism as their doctrine. They are the so-called intellectual elite that “educate” our children in our schools, administrated by one most obvious socialistic dept’s. in our government the Dept. of Education aka. the Dept. of Indoctrination! So how do you fix it?

Repeal this nightmare and make the individual responsible again, this is where we have gone wrong every time, we keep allowing the “ruling class elite” to dictate policy for the few, to the many! We have been silent too long, we have slept too soundly and we have doubted their evil hearts! And oh yes! they are evil in both thought and deed, they are willing to destroy everything to gain power and will sell out all for their profit. They point the finger at you and say: “you the conservative patriot are the problem” because we kept waking up just in time stop them: well this time we did not! They have for 40 years stolen our right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness and all that is left is life: and now with Obamacare that is now in jeopardy!

It is time to remove the evil from our government and our society, this past November was a good start but now we must be even more vigilant and determined in our oversight! And never forget what it was that created this Republic the United States of America.

Ella Ann:

My name is Keith C. Westbrook or to you in the start of your life poppa or grandpa. When your mom and dad told us that you were going to be our first grandchild everything in our lives, in my life changed from that moment on. We love your mom and dad, but there is something about knowing that a part of me and your grandmother will live on through you, not just the DNA but the essence of what our lives have been, has changed us forever. You are the embodiment of all our hopes and dreams f0r a brighter future than ours and our chance to live on, past what our mortal existence allows.

But what will that future bring to you and those that will share it with you I cannot foresee, all I can do is tell you that I am fighting today so you can have the tomorrow I would want for myself. To be FREE to experience all that life has to offer, to love with all of your heart and to grow and become the best you, in the greatest most free nation on earth.

It is a very tumultuous time in the history of this country, we have for many years let ourselves believe that the things we cherish the most: freedom, honor, family were sacred and could never be taken from us: WE WERE WRONG!

When I was born many years ago in the middle of the last century in 1953 it was a very different time than the one you will experience. We were very naive about many things and happy to be so, there was an innocence and a belief that our great Republic with its foundation in the Constitution was always going to be the shining star of this little blue marble spinning in space.

We had problems: I remember things that (if they write history as it really happened) we faced every day that were scary, we sat on the brink of technology that some were willing to use to destroy this planet. ( Mutually Assured Destruction) The people in charge of all of the countries could not then and still not today try to understand each other and if they cannot agree or get along, take from the other person what they have and don't want them to have. (like the bullies you will meet in the school yard one day).(kick their ass!)

And it was not just the bullies from the other neighborhoods it was our own bullies here in our neighborhood who hid from everyone while they schemed and planned to take away what made this country and we the people great, because they feared it and us.

Ella: bullies are more afraid of you that you are of them, ALL bullies are cowards deep inside and to keep you from seeing that fear they hide it by attacking what they fear the most!

The most cherished and fought over of these things is FREEDOM! It frightens me to think that you may never get to live your life with this being the most cherished and fought over right endowed to us.

Will you ever get the chance to really know and understand "We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal, and they endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. Among these rights are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness"?

Will you ever get to choose for yourself, to be educated not indoctrinated by a system corrupt by people who believe that we are inferior because they chose to spend their lives corrupted by sick minds. People who believed that, because they spent most of their life being "educated" that they were above everyone else?

Will you get the chance to choose this countries leaders by Democratic vote or will the ruling class elitist that was born of this indoctrination system, take from you a sacred right that people today, treat carelessly! That their freedom is an inconvenience not a privilege few others in this world share?

Will you get to live in a country of, by and for the people and more importantly will you truly understand what this really means? That it was founded and created as a country that the free will of the people not anyone person or government was in charge! It was founded on the principals that the only power it has was granted to it by the people?

I am in the twilight of my years as once written, it would be easy for me to just sit back and let it all just take its course. I have fought my battles on several continents and bare the scars from my wounds and the losses in my heart. I have buried many of my loved ones and as of this writing wake every day with the reminders of a foolish, brazen youth!

I have taken lives in defense of this country and defend her honor more today than ever before in my life and I regret no action or path that would take me from being your grandpa.

But the battle once again requires the patriot warrior, and that is what I am, not because I want to be but because I have to be. This country has many of us that once were patriot warriors, but we have forgotten or chosen to let the patriot warrior rest and lived other lives. You see a patriot warrior is not someone who takes up arms and starts wars but someone who ends them. A patriot warrior defends the truth, honors his country, defends its laws, protects its citizens, and provides for its future!

And it is your future my granddaughter that I now fight for and will sacrifice my remaining years to ensure you have one! I give it without hesitation or fear, other than it being in vain, that you will be blessed by living in the country that I grew up in with all the freedoms and opportunities it entails.

That you will never worry that your government is destroying the foundations of freedom that created it and ignoring your voice as they ignore ours now!

The Economic Fascism of Obamacare!

Well its been an interesting month, as I started to write this months blog entry I was recreating the theme every other day.

First there was the latest CBO report on the revised numbers that are frightening and as usual here it is from the CBO Directors own words.

The Outlook for Major Health Care Programs and Social Security Growth in spending on health care programs remains the central fiscal challenge facing the nation. CBO projects that if current laws do not change, federal spending on major mandatory health care programs will grow from roughly 5 percent of GDP today to about 10 percent in 2035 and will continue to increase thereafter. (Mandatory programs are those that do not require annual appropriations; the major mandatory health care programs include Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and the subsidies that will be provided through the insurance exchanges that will be established as a result of the new health care legislation.)

That estimate includes all of the effects of the recently enacted health care legislation. Although, CBO expects the legislation to reduce federal budget deficits over the first 10 years and in subsequent decades (through its effects on both revenues and spending), it is expected to increase federal spending in the next 10 years and for most of the following decade; by 2030, however, that legislation will slightly reduce federal spending for health care if all of its provisions are fully implemented, CBO projects. (The estimates for the health care legislation that are used in this report are unchanged from the ones that CBO and the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation published in March, when the legislation was being considered.)
Under current law, spending on Social Security is also projected to rise over time as a share of GDP, albeit much less dramatically—from 5 percent to 6 percent of GDP. (Later this week, CBO will release a report on a number of different policy options for changing Social Security.)
All told, CBO projects, the aging of the population and the rising cost of health care will cause spending on the major mandatory health care programs and Social Security to grow from roughly 10 percent of GDP today to about 16 percent of GDP 25 years from now if current laws are not changed. (By comparison, spending on all of the federal government’s programs and activities, excluding interest payments on debt, has averaged 18.5 percent of GDP over the past 40 years.)

Budget Outcomes Under Two Long-Term Scenarios:

In the report, CBO presents the long-term budget picture under two scenarios that embody different assumptions about future policies governing federal revenues and spending. Budget projections grow increasingly uncertain as they extend farther into the future, so this report focuses largely on the next 25 years.
One scenario, the extended-baseline scenario, adheres closely to current law. That set of policies would result in steadily higher average tax rates because they incorporate the assumptions that most of the tax cuts enacted in 2001 and 2003 expire and that the alternative minimum tax applies to more and more people each year—and because the combination of economic growth and the structure of the tax system generates additional tax revenues as a percentage of income. Those rising rates, combined with the tax provisions of the recent health care legislation, would push total revenues to 23 percent of GDP by 2035—much higher than has typically been seen in recent decades—and to larger percentages thereafter. At the same time, government spending on everything other than the major mandatory health care programs, Social Security, and interest on federal debt—activities such as national defense and a wide variety of domestic programs—would decline to the lowest percentage of GDP since before World War II. Despite those substantial revenue increases and constrained spending for a portion of the budget, the rising costs of health care programs and Social Security would lead to continued budget deficits, and federal debt held by the public would grow from an estimated 62 percent of GDP this year to about 80 percent by 2035.

The budget outlook is much bleaker under the alternative fiscal scenario, which incorporates several changes to current law that are widely expected to occur or that would modify some provisions of law that might be difficult to sustain for a long period. In this scenario, CBO assumed that Medicare’s payment rates for physicians would gradually increase (which would not happen under current law) and that several policies enacted in the recent health care legislation that would restrain growth in health care spending would not continue in effect after 2020. In addition, under the alternative scenario, spending on activities other than the major mandatory health care programs, Social Security, and interest would fall below the average level of the past 40 years relative to GDP, though not as low as under the extended-baseline scenario.
More important, CBO assumed for this scenario that most of the provisions of the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts would be extended, that the reach of the alternative minimum tax would be kept close to its historical extent, and that over the longer run, tax law would evolve further so that revenues would remain at about 19 percent of GDP, near their historical average.
Under that combination of policy assumptions, federal debt would grow much more rapidly than under the extended-baseline scenario. With significantly lower revenues and higher outlays, debt would reach 87 percent of GDP by 2020, CBO projects. After that, the growing imbalance between revenues and non interest spending, combined with spiraling interest payments, would swiftly push debt to unsustainable levels. Debt as a share of GDP would exceed its historical peak of 109 percent by 2025 and would reach 185 percent in 2035.
Neither of those scenarios represents a prediction by CBO of what policies will be in effect during the next several decades—but these projections, encompassing two very different sets of policy assumptions, provide a clear indication of the serious nature of the fiscal challenge facing the nation.

Either baseline has us at unsustainable debt levels over the 70% death mark as stated by over 400 renowned historical economists, once reached and held for approximately 2 years every great civilization has collapsed upon itself!

As a member of this and many other senior advocacy groups other than AARP I have found numerous articles and white papers showing the economic costs to a persons financial stability from catastrophic medical costs. I have been blogging it for years now. You can go back and read for yourself what the numbers say, but this is more than numbers, this is their one and only chance to create the modern "Fatherland" the "Herrenvolk" the master race if you will.

As hard as it seems to believe think all that is now coming to light about their socialist fascist agenda and how every new bill or regulation or Czar puts another small segment of our economy under their control.
If you think for a moment that this is the end and you have nothing more to worry about from Obamacare, then think again. They still have 784 more oversight committees to assemble and place their people in charge of!

And if you think for a moment that they are not going to move this into socialized state run health care think again. With the financial reforms required from the bill the insurance companies are sending agents and brokers like myself letters stating that the commission rates are being cut in half to accommodate the new 80% minimum loss ratio requirement.

Now I am sure a lot of you think "good he makes a lot of money it won't hurt that much".
First and foremost I get paid on a diminishing commission scale with the highest rate paid (approx. 15-20% of the premium) the first year and it decreases to half or less and goes away after 5-7 years.

I spend 58% of my income creating new sales, I spend 8-10 hours daily in contacting and engaging prospective clients, I spend 24% of my income for federally required programs and insurances. I make less than a federal employee with a 10th. grade education and I am required to re-certify with Medicare every year as well as the State Insurance Commissions and the SEC.(plus 48 hours of CE as well)
This is how they are forcing me and every other agent out of the business and handing the health insurance industry over to the government, it is a designed plan of action. (again pull up my archives to see this back in 03/2009 and in several more entries.)

Ask any senior who has had to deal with CMS (Center for Medicare&Medicaid Services) customer service system or better yet go to my website and see the endorsements page and see the letter from Mrs. K ( http://westbrookinsurance.net/ ) It took 8 months to get her reinstated into Medicare because they couldn't figure out which of her 2 late husbands accounts to credit her benefits too.(and the sad thing is she worked her whole life and should have been the primary anyway). These incompetent bureaucrats are now part of the most insidious and dangerous class in this country and they have grown and festered like a viral infection until it now is killing the body whole.

The first thing that should strike you factually is the lack of variation in the description of a totalitarian ruling body led by a figure head. What is not as clear is that they do not show other dictators who were fascist leaders because of the "political system" in place.

The entire purpose to the socialist movement is the planned progression to Communism, hence the term movement. It is a transitional ideology that has 2 historical intended outcomes, fascism or communism.

In fact, “perfect” cannot even be defined, except from a philosopher-king’s viewpoint, for the simple reason that individual preferences are different, and every individual has his own opinion about what would be a perfect health system. However, economic analysis strongly suggests that political and bureaucratic processes will not produce better outcomes than individual choices and free-market competition. The main failures of socialized medicine are fourfold:
(1) it is an inefficient rationing system;
(2) it is economically costly;
(3) it is inequitable; and
(4) it dangerously increases state power.
A fifth danger should be added. The more a country has moved towards socialized medicine,the more it becomes impossible to question it because it creates constituencies that will resist change (people who make a living out of the system, and individuals who rely on the system because they have not purchased private insurances when they were younger or in good health), and because it changes people’s preferences towards state solutions. As Bismarck suggested, socialized medicine leads people to consider the state a benevolent big brother."

We have repeated this cycle for over 3000 years and it has created the fall or, at the very least started the advance of the fall of the greatest Democratic civilizations in history. Nations and this world have gone to war to gain the economic power to support their socialist agenda's.
When any countries debt has grown to over 70% of its Gross Domestic Product it has collapsed and failed.

Obama's real agenda through health care control is the restructuring of this country to a fascist state. His socialist agenda is a tried and true documented path to this end.
His regimes intentions are clear and his actions speak what his words do not! Since taking his oath of office, (which was another lie) he has systematically attacked our way of life.
In recent actions and with zero regard for the Constitution and its Rules of Law, Obama has taken it upon himself to disregard our most sacred of documents and what defines us as a nation, and wipe his ass with it and our freedoms that it defines.
He has exhibited personality traits that everyone of the aforementioned dictators exhibited in their political careers while gaining power, until they were removed by force or died!

2010:

Under the new law, individuals and employers/employees have the right to keep the coverage they had as of March 23, 2010 and are exempt from many reforms. These individual and group health plans are considered “grandfathered plans.” Collectively bargained plans that were ratified before the date of enactment are grandfathered until the date that the last collective bargaining agreement related to coverage ends. This also applies to changes made by your employer to group coverage. make one change and you lose "grandfather status."

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will establish a process for federal review of fully insured premium rate increases.

By July 1, an Internet portal will be created for consumers and small businesses to shop for health Insurance.

Starting July 1, 2010, imposes a 10 percent tax on tanning services.

$5 billion has been appropriated to create a temporary high-risk insurance pool to help adults with pre-existing conditions get coverage if they have been uninsured for six months. The program will be effective through 2013.

A temporary reinsurance program will be established for employers providing coverage to early retirees over age 55 who are not eligible for Medicare. The federal government will provide $5 billion to fund the program.

Plans may not impose lifetime limits on the dollar value of essential benefits. Annual limits will be restricted (to be determined by HHS). Restricted annual limits do not apply to grandfathered individual plans.

No rescission's are permitted, except in cases of fraud or intentional misrepresentation.

Children may stay on their parents’ policies until age 26 if coverage isn’t available through their work, regardless of their marital status. Any employer contribution toward the premium is a tax-deductible business expense for the employer and not taxable income for the member.

Plans may no longer impose pre-existing condition exclusions for children under 19(does not apply to grandfathered individual plans).
Effective for new plans and plans renewed six months after the law’s enactment date (does not include “grandfathered plans”):

New policies must cover the full cost of preventive care as recommended by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, recommended immunizations, preventive care for infants, children and adolescents, and additional preventive care for women.

New minimum requirements for internal and external claims appeals processes.

Plans that require or provide for a primary care provider (PCP) designation must allow each member to designate any in-network PCP, or pediatrician for children, accepting new patients.

Plans may no longer require an authorization or referral to an Ob-Gyn. Prior authorization or increased cost-sharing for emergency services is also prohibited.

Nondiscrimination rules that apply to self-funded health plans are expanded to group fully insured health plans. Plans cannot base an employee’s eligibility or continued eligibility on hourly or annual salary.

Beginning in 2010, small businesses with fewer than 25 employees and average wages of less than $50,000 get a tax credit for their contributions to buying health insurance for employees.
The tax credit starts at up to 35 percent and increases to 50 percent in 2014 when the exchange is operational. A full tax credit may be available to small businesses with fewer than 10 employees and average wages of less than $25,000

2011:

Beginning in 2011, employers will be required to disclose the value of health care benefits on an employee’s annual W-2.

Employers will be required to notify employees: About the availability of the exchange, for new employees, at the time of hiring; for current employees, by March 1, 2013;
They may be eligible for a subsidy under the exchange if the employer’s contribution to the plan is less than 60 percent of total allowed costs of the benefits;
If the employee purchases coverage in the exchange, he or she will lose the employer’s coverage contribution.

Beginning in 2011, the pharmaceutical industry will pay annual industry fees. The fee will be phased in and will hold steady at $2.8 billion a year after 2019.

An insurer must publicly report on its MLR and spend at least 85 percent of large group premiums and 80 percent of individual and small group premiums on medical services, or provide rebate payments to enrollees.

Health savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs) may no longer be used to purchase over-the-counter drugs unless prescribed by a doctor. Increases tax for non qualified HSA withdrawals from 10 percent to 20 percent, and for Archer MSA withdrawals from 15 percent to 20 percent.

HHS is required to study the group health plan markets to compare employer characteristics and determine whether the new insurance market reforms are likely to cause adverse selection in the large group market or to encourage small and midsized employers to self-insure. HHS and the Department of Labor must also collect information on self-funded plans. These studies could lead to additional employer reporting requirements.

Within 12 months of the law’s enactment, HHS, in consultation with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, will develop uniform standards and definitions for summaries of benefits and coverage explanations. Within 24 months of enactment, group health plans must provide enrollees and applicants with coverage documents that meet these standards.

2012:

A new fee is imposed on individual and group health plans to fund comparative effectiveness research ($1 per participant through 2013; $2 per participant through 2019).

The private sector may purchase standardized data extracts of Medicare Parts A, B and D claims data to combine with their own claims data to evaluate provider performance measures on quality, efficiency, and the effectiveness of care.

2013:

Beginning in 2013, manufacturers of medical devices will pay a 2.3 percent excise tax on sales of medical devices.

Beginning in 2013, the Medicare payroll tax rate will increase by 0.9 percent for individuals who make more than $200,000 and couples that make more than $250,000.

A new 3.8 percent tax will be added on income from interest, dividends, annuities, royalties and rents for those at the same income threshold.

Contributions to flexible spending accounts are limited to $2,500 a year.

2014:

Beginning in 2014, a non-deductible premium tax will be imposed on insurers ($8 billion
in 2014, $11.3 billion in 2015 and 2016, $13.9 billion in 2017 and $14.3 billion in 2018.
After that, it will increase in an amount proportional to overall premium growth).

Everyone must have coverage or pay a penalty, which will be enforced by the Internal Revenue Service. The penalties will be phased in over time: an individual without insurance must pay whichever amount is greater: $95 or 1 percent of income.

Employers don’t have to offer their employees health insurance coverage, but most of them with more than 50 employees will pay an assessment if they don’t, or if they offer coverage that isn’t affordable. Full-time and part-time employees are included when determining whether an employer has 50 employees (based on current full-time employee equivalency rules).

Employers with 50 or more employees that do not offer “minimum essential coverage” will pay $2,000 for each employee over the first 30 employees if one of their employees gets a tax subsidy to buy insurance under an exchange. Everyone must be in the plan or the employer pays a penalty!

Employers with 50 or more employees that do offer minimum essential coverage but have
at least one full-time employee receiving subsidized coverage under an exchange, will pay whichever is less: $3,000 for each employee receiving a premium credit, or $2,000 for each full-time employee.
Again if 1 person opts out the employer is penalizedfor every employee.

Employers must provide “free choice” vouchers to employees with incomes below 400 percent of the federal poverty level if the employee’s contribution to coverage is between 8 percent and 9.8 percent of income and the employee chooses to purchase coverage in the exchange. No penalties will be imposed on employers with respect to employees who receive these vouchers. Employers with more than 200 employees that offer coverage must automatically enroll new full-time employees in coverage. Employees may opt out.

Large employers will be subject to expanded 5500 reporting requirements to include information on the health insurance coverage of their employees.

Individual and group health plans can no longer impose pre-existing condition exclusions for any person of any age (does not apply to grandfathered individual plans).

Annual limits on essential health benefits are prohibited (does not apply to grandfathered individual plans).

Health insurers must accept every individual and employer who applies for coverage.

Rating restrictions go into effect for new fully insured small group plans.
Insurance companies cannot base premiums on health status, claims experience
or gender. Premiums can only vary by:
– Age (no more than 3:1)
– Geography
– Family size
– Tobacco use (no more than 1.5:1)

States are allowed to merge the individual and small group markets.

Coverage of routine patient care costs is mandated for participation in approved clinical trials (does not apply to grandfathered plans).

State health insurance exchanges are up and running for small businesses and individuals to buy insurance. States can allow large employers to participate beginning in 2017.

HHS will establish procedures, which may include rate schedules for broker commissions, for a state to allow brokers to: Enroll individuals in any qualified health plans in the individual or small group market as soon as the plan is offered through an exchange in the state; assist individuals in applying for premium tax credits and cost-sharing assistance for plans sold through an exchange.

Essential benefit plan is created, which mandates the level of benefits that must be included in plans offered in the exchange, as well as in the individual and small group markets outside the exchange. Deductibles are limited to $2,000 for individuals and $4,000 for families in the small group market (self-funded plans and grandfathered plans are exempt from this requirement).

There will now be a Cafeteria plan system offering 4 plans: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum with coverage for the co-insurance amount ranging from a 80-20 to 100-0 and limits for Maximum Out Of Pocket or MOOP to individual 0f $5,000 and family $10,000.
Currently the fewest amount of health plans I can offer anyone from any of the 8 companies I broker is 12 and the most 1100. If you currently have a plan you like through your employer and you leave, your coverage ends and you are now subject to the new rules.

If you own your own coverage it must conform to the new plan guidelines or it WILL BE CHANGED as mandated by the bill.

HSA's & FSA's contribution's are to be frozen and they are now examining and redefining what a "qualified expense" will be. Current contribution limits for HSA's are individual $3,000 & family $6150 and FSA is $2500 per person.

Waiting periods cannot exceed 90 days.

Expands health plan wellness incentives up to 30 percent of total coverage costs(up to 50 percent with HHS approval).

A temporary reinsurance program will be established for the individual market and funded by individual and group health plan assessments ($25 billion in 2014-2016).
(If you are not in the insurance or financial industry, a re-insurer is a company or entity that insures a primary insurance companies exposure to loss by owning the rights to that portfolio should it financially default). This is where the Single Payer System becomes FACT! Nowhere in the bill have they idetified that this will be a privatized program, it will be the Government!
ANOTHER LIE:
I will not raise taxes on anyone making less than $250,000 per year!
Every tax on any product or service is passed on to the consumer, economics 101!

In Summary:

If you have individual coverage in force before the bill was signed and you NEVER make any changes to that coverage then you may be allowed to maintain that policy if the review boards and your insurance company DEEM it credible (and you can afford the premium hikes coming). The insurance reviews that will be permanently created to "study" insurance plans effectiveness have the authority to force a carrier to adapt plan coverage to meet its guidelines. This means that existing policies now such as High Deductible Health Plans for catastrophic coverage or Limited Benefit Plans, must be changed to meet new requirements of the bill!

If you have group health coverage in place before the bill was signed and the plan administrators or your employer NEVER makes any coverage changes to the plan, then it too may stay in force. But those plans are also subject to the same governement oversight as individual plans and both will be combined into the "exchanges" when they are approved and this will force many group plans to go into them to find cost effective coverage.

This was the case in Massachusetts when they enacted this legislation in 2006 and within 1 year only 4 insurance companies were still writing policies in that state.

Lets look at Massachusetts for a snapshot of how this legislation is working there:

Mark S. Gaunya, president of the Massachusetts Association of Health Underwriters, explains how Massachusetts’s system is in danger of collapsing because it did little to control costs.
“Initially, MassCare was expected to cost $88 million a year — but today the Massachusetts health care budget exceeds $4 billion, and our fiscal budget for 2011 is underfunded by $294 million because of this law,” Gaunya says. “Simply put, Massachusetts can’t afford it.”
The system’s weak individual mandate is also forcing insurance companies to take the sickest and most expensive residents while healthy people go without insurance until they absolutely need it, driving up costs for all the other residents who buy health insurance.

The same legislative loopholes exist in this bill with one indisputable result: higher premiums for those people who need coverage and can afford the skyrocketing premiums or Medicaid style health care for those who cannot.

This plan even received a negative rating from Medicare's Chief Actuary Richard S. Foster on 04/22/2010, he stated that premiums could see annual rate increases of 12-17% or higher due to the bill. Also in their assessment they acknowledged that the resulting compensation cuts in Medicare and Medicaid would result in a 15% drop in providers and hospitals and that number was conservative.
Also what most people are not privy to is that most insurance companies use the Medicare Fee For Service Schedule as the base line for negotiating reimbursement rates with doctors and hospitals. With the drastic cuts necessary, the health care system will become two tiered, those that can afford private care and the other 90% of us using public care. Yes that is what this bill creates a public care system or one step closer to their real goal: Socialized Medicine!

So will you be allowed to keep your doctor or plan if you want to, that depends on if your doctor is willing or able to accept a 30% cut in pay and if your plan meets federal guidelines for coverage, you NEVER change it, you can afford to pay 100% more for it in 4 years or your employer is willing to provide health insurance instead of saving the money and just paying the penalties which would save them 150%!

One other note, with the loss of Medicare Advantage where will the early enrollees into Medicare ie: the disabled get affordable coverage? While only 27% of seniors use Medicare Advantage plans the utilization rate with early enrollees is 97%!

What all this means is that if you are a senior and will be forced to purchase another supplemental health insurance plan in lieu of Medicare Advantage you will not only have to pay a higher premium on the policy but in addition will be taxed on that plan. The limits being placed on reimbursement for seniors using advanced diagnostic methods will result in higher out of pocket costs or being denied the service.

Regardless of what Obama says you will be limited in your choice of physicians and hospitals as a result of prohibitions contained in the bill. Should you be fortunate enough to be considered a “Wealthy Senior” you will be penalized for your Medicare Part D coverage. Just another attempt by the socialists to redistribute what little wealth our seniors have accumulated through hard work all their lives.

Reading between the lines the message is loud and clear; “seniors no longer contribute, so their value to society should be proportionate to the health care they receive under Medicare”. This Law creates for seniors equals higher costs, limited access to services and ultimately rationed care.

As a health insurance agency owner that has helped hundreds of people through the decision making process of what Medicare coverage and plan fits best I have tried to provide planning and guidance. The federal government will provide neither!

Now what are the real costs for the above changes to Medicare well here is the Director of the CBO in his own words!

I began by reviewing the budget estimates done by CBO and the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT):
In combination, the initial legislation and the subsequent reconciliation act that modified it will generate changes in direct spending and revenue that will reduce federal deficits by $143 billion during the 2010-2019 period.

The legislation will increase the size of the federal budget by increasing outlays by $411 billion and revenues by $525 billion over the next 10 years (excluding the provisions of the reconciliation act related to education, which will reduce spending by about $19 billion over that period).

The legislation will increase the federal budgetary commitment to health care (the sum of net federal outlays for health programs and tax preferences for health care) by $390 billion over the next 10 years.
The legislation will reduce federal deficits during the decade beyond the 10-year budget window relative to those projected under current law—with a total effect in a broad range around one-half percent of GDP.

Then I discussed a number of challenges to those estimates:

Some observers have asserted that CBO and JCT have mis-estimated the effects of the changes in law. Concerns have been expressed in different directions—for example, some believe that subsidies will be more expensive than we project, while others maintain that Medicare reforms will save more money than we project.

o Our estimates reflect the middle of the distribution of possible outcomes based on our careful analysis and professional judgment, drawing upon relevant research by other experts. Nevertheless, estimates of the effects of comprehensive reforms are clearly very uncertain, and the actual outcomes will surely differ from our estimates in one direction or another.
Some observers have asserted that budget conventions hide or misrepresent certain effects of the law, such as its impact on future discretionary spending, its effect on the government’s ability to pay Medicare benefits, and its effects on the economy.

o The estimates I discussed above focus on direct spending and revenues because those are the figures that are relevant for the pay-as-you-go rules and those effects will occur without any additional legislative action. As CBO’s estimate noted, the legislation will lead to some increases in discretionary spending (that is, spending subject to future appropriation action) that are not included in the deficit figures cited above.

o The legislation will improve the cash flow in the Hospital Insurance trust fund (that is, Part A of Medicare) by more than $400 billion over 10 years. Higher balances in the fund will give the government legal authority to pay Medicare benefits longer, but most of the money will pay for new programs rather than reduce future budget deficits and therefore will not enhance the government’s economic ability to pay Medicare benefits.

o Following standard procedures for the Congressional budget process, the estimates do not include any effects of the legislation on overall economic output, although CBO wrote last summer about possible effects of health reform proposals on output.
Some observers have asserted that the law will be changed in the future in ways that will make deficits worse.

o CBO estimates the effects of proposals as written and does not forecast future policy changes. As is the case for many pieces of legislation, the budgetary impact of the health reform legislation could indeed be quite different if key provisions are ultimately changed.

o In fact, CBO’s cost estimate noted that the legislation maintains and puts into effect a number of policies that might be difficult to sustain over a long period of time. For example, the legislation reduces the growth rate of Medicare spending (per beneficiary, adjusting for overall inflation) from about 4 percent per year for the past two decades to about 2 percent per year for the next two decades.

It is unclear whether such a reduction can be achieved, and, if so, whether it would be through greater efficiencies in the delivery of health care or through reductions in access to care or the quality of care. The legislation also indexes exchange subsidies at a lower rate after 2018, and it establishes a tax on insurance plans with relatively high premiums in 2018 and (beginning in 2020) indexes the tax thresholds to general inflation.

In addition, some observers believe that, whether CBO and JCT’s estimates of the effects of the health reform legislation are accurate or not, the law misses critical opportunities to reduce future deficits. For example, some say that the legislation will hamper future deficit reduction by using spending cuts and extra revenues to pay for a new entitlement rather than existing entitlements, or that the legislation should have reformed health care delivery more significantly.

Of course, CBO does not make policy judgments or recommendations. However, we have frequently noted the long-run unsustainability of the nation’s current budgetary policies and indicated that using savings in existing programs to finance new programs would necessitate even stronger policy actions in other areas.

In December 2008, CBO released a report that included a wide range of options for changes in health policy, and in 2009, we published a volume presenting a variety of options for policy changes in other areas.

With the enactment of an enhanced federal role in medical care comes the need for revenue enhancement. The age of the Obama tax hikes has officially begun. The big news for high-income folks is a new 3.8% "Medicare" tax on investment income and an additional 0.9% Medicare tax on wages, both of which are to take effect in 2013.
But workers at all income levels could be squeezed by new limits on medical flexible spending accounts and medical deductions.

The 3.8% investment tax, combined with the expected (and Obama- favored) Jan. 1, 2011 expiration of the Bush tax cuts for high-income taxpayers, would produce a 2013 top federal income tax rate of 23.8% on long-term capital gains from the sale of securities, up from 15% now. The top rate on interest, rents, royalties and certain "passive income" would rise to 43.4% from 35%. (Neither 2013 rate includes the return next year of the phaseout of itemized deductions for the better off, which can add one percentage point to both rates.)

Even more significantly, beginning in 2013, the amount you can shelter pretax in an FSA will be restricted to $2,500 a year, an amount that will then be indexed for inflation. (Currently there's no legal limit, and 78% of large employers set it at $5,000 or higher, according to Hewitt Associates ( HEW - news - people ).) That means you should plan to put aside pretax money in 2011 or 2012 for such big-ticket items as orthodontia and Lasik surgery. You must have the procedure done that same year, since any pretax money not used each year is forfeited.

Note that it will also become more difficult as of 2013 to write off out-of-pocket medical costs on your 1040--taxpayers under 65 will be able to deduct such costs only to the extent they exceed 10% of adjusted gross income, up from 7.5% now. (Older taxpayers can still use the 7.5% threshold through 2016.)

But the above taxes alone will not achieve the needed funds to pay the real costs for the additional 157 new bureaucratic office and oversight committees created in this bill and we will address that in a later posting:

On numerous occasions I've pointed out how President Shifty's pledge not to raise taxes on person's earning under $250,000 was, to use a subtle and technical term, a total, absolute, and utter, lie.
Saturday Obama said that he kept his promise not to tax families making less than $250,000 per year. So it was nice to see the Joint Committee on Taxation say yesterday that this was... how do I put it... a lie.
As The Hill reports:
Taxpayers earning less than $200,000 a year will pay roughly $3.9 billion more in taxes — in 2019 alone — due to health care reform, according to the Joint Committee on Taxation, Congress's official scorekeeper...Once the law is fully implemented in 2019, the JCT estimates the deduction limitation will affect 14.8 million taxpayers — 14.7 million of them will earn less than $200,000 a year. These taxpayers are single and joint filers, as well as heads of households.
Working families will suffer, the economy will continue to stagnate, and this President will continue to say the exact opposite of what he is doing.
I have stated this over and over and will continue until everyone gets it. They have stolen all of your tax monies paid into SSI and Medicare for social programs and it is now broke! They will continue to destroy the free market in order to capture any and all revenue they can to recreate these funds!

The Top Government Lies about Health Insurance!

When I started gathering information for this months entry I was amazed at the number and depth of the lies Shifty, Dingy Harry, Slick Chris and the Princess have been telling. It is hard to pick a favorite to start this off but this is the one they think is working the most.

Lie 1. The loss of coverage by these no-name cancer victims.

Fact: The only way your health insurance will drop your coverage is if you lied on the application, stopped paying your premium or failed to pay or make arrangements to pay your shared costs of coverage. A health insurance policy is a contract like any other that is bound by its covenant and must be honored as such. The NAIC whose link is above literally reviews these before any company can sell any policy in any state. All states have insurance regulators or financial services commissions that regularly monitor insurance company claims and websites for consumer advocacy.
The only way that these people could have been affected by cancer or a similar catastrophic event is if they opted for coverage with limited or specific condition coverage. Several companies have limits for treatment in these types of policies for conditions such as cancer. It is identified in the coverage outline provided by every health insurance company that I represent. (8)

Lie 2. That you cannot get insurance if you have a pre-existing condition.

Fact: I have about 20+ clients that will tell you this is pure BS. Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Assurant and United Health will all cover pre-existing conditions that are not totally debilitating or long term catastrophic. In other words if you are type 2 diabetic or have vascular disease or 3 heart attacks or are 5'5" and weigh 300lbs. you will not be able to get the kind of plan that pays for everything but you can get a limited benefits plan. You can also offset that with a Hospital Indemnity and accident coverage to help cover costs. If you have completely neglected or destroyed your body why should you be rewarded? Now I know that Diabetes and some other medical conditions are genetic and that is where there is a need for reform or policy pooling allowing companies to access funds to offset the costs of certain types of care for these individuals who are not responsible for their health condition. Some of the most unfortunate though have coverage through Medicare / Medicaid available to them. (if they qualify for SS benefits early or are disabled for 2 years you qualify for benefits)

Lie 3. That the premiums go up 30% to 40% every year.

Fact: Only if you are in group insurance and only if the majority are aged or infirmed. If your co-workers are all old fat beer drinking 2 pack a day smokers you are screwed. Group health insurance is underwritten to the oldest and sickest demographic in your company census.
This means that the fat bastard sitting around polishing off his morning 12 pack of Duncan Donuts, goes to the fast food joints everyday for lunch and never takes that butt out his mouth, is costing you money! This is why so many young people just starting out in their employment lives do not opt for coverage, they resent the older worker who they feel that that person or persons are not entitled to their money (like they are) to share the costs.
The average year over year rate increase for private coverage is 6% with some being as low as 4% and high 8%. (see AHIP website link above for verification of FACTS)
For any insurance company to increase its rates they first must present those rates increases for review and approval to their respected state oversight panels. They cannot just arbitrarily increase rates anytime it can only be done during the policies anniversary date and you as the consumer have the right to go elsewhere for coverage if you feel they are too much.
This is the underlying fundamental that Shifty and the Gang are out to destroy your choice, otherwise known as Freedom!
That is why no matter what they say any piece of garbage bill they pass has one goal in mind.

Lie 4. This is not about control but choice, providing coverage and cost containment.

Fact: Unlike our representatives in Washington I have on my computer all 4 copies of this legislation and have read them as well as the CBO and HHS analysis. ( would you, like a copy?)

In all of these and additional blogs and publications Americans are and have become informed at what is really at the heart of this legislation:

Do you really think that these people give a damn about your access to health care when Princess Pelosi spends more money on Botox than you earn in a year?
They already have the best and they are not going to share it with you!

Their goal in this bill is to eliminate all options otherwise it would be like every other country with Socialized Health Care, the haves will go to the country with the best care and the rest of us will suffer with substandard. Why else do you have Canadian government officials getting operated on in OUR Country?
They say that their are no death panels in any of the bills and they are right but why is there 104 oversight committees in the house final bill and 87 in the senate version including the fact that these committees would be appointed by Shifty and the Gang and not be subject to review or oversight by Congress! If there is nothing to hide and all these bills are really trying accomplish is transparency then I am going F%&$ing blind!

Folks I am not bragging, I am NO FOOL and I will put my Mensa rated above genius IQ out there with anybody in the field of empirical data acquisition and dissertation of said material.
I have approached these bills the same way. I am not a Lawyer nor profess to be one but I can read and I have not found in any bill where it is going to cut costs now, next year or 20 years from now without cutting benefits, PERIOD!
It is simple matter of economics, you cannot spend what you don't have, so you have to cut back spending some where else!
This is just common sense folks you cannot spend what you don't have without going deeper into debt. And there is no way that implementing any of the cost-savings in these bills, will have any effect without them cutting benefits to the highest users and least productive, SENIORS!
Without cutting benefits or cutting costs such as the fee schedule that doctors are currently reimbursed by now ( and that is about 80% of what Dr.s charge privately) there can be no long term gains that they say will magically appear, without drastically reducing benefits to those that use them the most!

Lie 5. That without Health Insurance reform our entire economy will collapse.

Fact: Call it what you will, I'll call it straight it is INSURANCE REFORM NOT HEALTH CARE REFORM!
They used the banks as an excuse to create the largest debt this country has ever seen and said that if they allowed them to fail it would collapse our economy. They are now saying the same thing about health care costs and the Insurance Companies obscene profit taking.
Well NO business stays in business without making a profit and if you stop it from profiting then it will go out of business.(and some profit margins http://factcheck.org/2009/08/insurance-co-profits-good-but-not-breaking-records/)
This is exactly what Shifty and the Gangs intention has been all along, to take over the health insurance industry and become the controller of your health. And not for any humanitarian reasons or self-proclaimed altruism. It is to control who gets it and who doesn't and in effect control the populations decision making process especially in electoral matters. If you are not going to support them then they can effectively limit your life expectancy by limiting your access to health care!
The health care industry is currently 17.6% of GDP and growing due to the aging in of boomers.

The real number is the one down the road a few years when 54.6 million people will be age 65 or over and looking for the Medicare coverage that they paid for and was stolen for social programs.

The 100 Year Progressive War Pt.2 Wilson to Obama: The HealthCare Front!

"The story of big government in America begins in the Progressive Era, stretching from the 1880s through World War I. Enamored with 19th-century European historicist philosophy and unwilling to hold any truths as self-evident, American Progressives thought the natural right principles of the Constitution represented the greatest obstacle to political "progress" and "evolution." The preceding was an excerpt from Claremont Institute Fellow and author R. J. Pestritto it was so concise to the mindset and direction of Wooodrow Wilson and his autocratic mentality that I could not open this any better.
To destroy or recreate the "Living Version of the Constitution in a Darwinian fashion" the pre-amble is the sticking point, it is the most recognized and possibly the most mis-understood of all the guiding principles that are this document.
So lets review
" We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence,[1] promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America"
So what does this mean to progressives and why do they feel obligated to rewrite is through constant legislation and amending? There is a loophole staring you in the face and they took advantage of this as is their nature to look for the weakest point and attack it. It is the General Welfare and the Establishment of Justice that opened the door for Social engineering programs!
The first ten amendments are the " Bill of Rights" and it is these core rights that the Socialists by all other names have failed to rewrite our basic rights into a socialist manifesto.

But when you read them they left something out, that these Progressive Socialists' have for over 100 years been attacking and using to implement their devious and effective take over of our government. None of the " Bill of Rights" address' the General Welfare clause in the pre-amble. For over 100 years every form of reform has been to provide for the under-privileged or the socially incapable or the destitute with no recourse or the down trodden masses yearning to be free! ( Remember it was the French that gave us miss Liberty)
To enslave a nation and create a Socialist country the Progressives have used these, the easiest to manipulate and program through providing them with their basic needs. Education, Sustenance, Shelter, Medicine, all of these have been paths to re-programming the citizens of this country into the populace of expectation that they need to get their agenda passed into law.
And now they are grasping onto the last great vestige of total control.
WHO LIVES AND WHO DIES!
Do Not for a moment think that this legislative attack is in the same Universe with the desire to improve anything other than their political gains! They are out to force your capitulation to either accept their totalitarian rule or DIE!

I have identified every lie that these Health Care Bills have had in them along with a lot of other people and the American people are waking up to the truth. But America without understanding the whys and the how's the attacks will never end.
Everyone in this country does have access to Emergency Health Care! No hospital emergency room can turn down a critically sick or injured person in this country and not face consequences that will shut their doors. It is a federal crime!
Anyone disabled for 2 or more years qualifies for early enrollment into Medicare and depending on their income Medicaid as well.

It is the money taken for the socialist welfare programs espoused by Wilson and instituted by
FDR and LBJ that are now bankrupting the system not health care costs or the uninsured. The monies spent on countless failed social reformation projects from 1965 forward have totaled Trillions of dollars and they still want more. They have spent every cent of the FICA tax accounts projected earnings for the next 30 years, THIS YEAR ALONE!
They have for 55 years and 4 generations enslaved an entire group of people.
They are stealing from everyone who currently or has in the past paid FICA taxes with the belief that those dollars were kept out from the general funds.
They lied and stole the money!

If I came through your door with a gun and did the same I would go to jail or hopefully you would SHOOT ME DEAD!

The Progressive and liberals of our government have STOLEN YOUR MONEY!
Yes they are guilty of theft and malfeasance and misconduct and treason, and yet they continue to steal more of our rights.

The right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness are part of our Declaration of Independence. If you read carefully no where does it say you are guaranteed to be happy, it says that you will live free to have the opportunity to accomplish whatever you dream within the law and not depriving others of the same. No where does it give your elected officials the right to steal from you, lock you up for no crimes or condemn you to death for no reason.

The 100 Year WAR: How The Progressive Socialist Movement Has Fought For the Enslavement of America!

The Socialist Progressive movement is now in its 100th year of undeclared war on our Republic!

It started back in 1910 when a known progressive elitist was elected as the Governor of New Jersey and the President in 1912.

With Theodore Roosevelt and William Howard Taft dividing the Republican Party vote, Wilson was elected President as a Democrat in 1912.
In his first term, Wilson persuaded a Democratic Congress to pass the Federal Reserve Act,[2] Federal Trade Commission, the Clayton Antitrust Act, the Federal Farm Loan Act and America's first-ever federal progressive income tax in the Revenue Act of 1913. Wilson started Congressional Government, his best known political work, as an argument for a parliamentary system, but Wilson was impressed by Grover Cleveland, and Congressional Government emerged as a critical description of America's system, with frequent negative comparisons to Westminster. Wilson himself claimed, "I am pointing out facts—diagnosing, not prescribing remedies.".[31]
Wilson believed that America's intricate system of checks and balances was the cause of the problems in American governance. He said that the divided power made it impossible for voters to see who was accountable for ill-doing. If government behaved badly, Wilson asked,
"...how is the schoolmaster, the nation, to know which boy needs the whipping? ... Power and strict accountability for its use are the essential constituents of good government... It is, therefore, manifestly a radical defect in our federal system that it parcels out power and confuses responsibility as it does. The main purpose of the Convention of 1787 seems to have been to accomplish this grievous mistake. The 'literary theory' of checks and balances is simply a consistent account of what our Constitution makers tried to do; and those checks and balances have proved mischievous just to the extent which they have succeeded in establishing themselves... [the Framers] would be the first to admit that the only fruit of dividing power had been to make it irresponsible."[32]
The longest section of Congressional Government is on the United States House of Representatives, where Wilson pours out scorn for the committee system. Power, Wilson wrote,
"is divided up, as it were, into forty-seven seignories, in each of which a Standing Committee is the court-baron and its chairman lord-proprietor. These petty barons, some of them not a little powerful, but none of them within reach [of] the full powers of rule, may at will exercise an almost despotic sway within their own shires, and may sometimes threaten to convulse even the realm itself".[33]
Wilson said that the committee system was fundamentally undemocratic because committee chairs, who ruled by seniority, were responsible to no one except their constituents, even though they determined national policy.[citation needed]
Besides its undemocratic nature, Wilson also believed that the Congressional Committee System facilitated corruption.[citation needed]
"the voter, moreover, feels that his want of confidence in Congress is justified by what he hears of the power of corrupt lobbyists to turn legislation to their own uses. He hears of enormous subsidies begged and obtained... of appropriations made in the interest of dishonest contractors; he is not altogether unwarranted in the conclusion that these are evils inherent in the very nature of Congress; there can be no doubt that the power of the lobbyist consists in great part, if not altogether, in the facility afforded him by the Committee system.[34]
By the time Wilson finished Congressional Government, Grover Cleveland was President, and Wilson had his faith in the United States government restored. When William Jennings Bryan captured the Democratic nomination from Cleveland's supporters in 1896, however, Wilson refused to stand by the ticket. Instead, he cast his ballot for John M. Palmer, the presidential candidate of the National Democratic Party, or Gold Democrats, a short-lived party that supported a gold standard, low tariffs, and limited government.[35]
After experiencing the vigorous presidencies of William McKinley and Theodore Roosevelt, Wilson no longer entertained thoughts of parliamentary government at home. In his last scholarly work in 1908, Constitutional Government of the United States, Wilson said that the presidency "will be as big as and as influential as the man who occupies it". By the time of his presidency, Wilson merely hoped that Presidents could be party leaders in the same way prime ministers were. Wilson also hoped that the parties could be reorganized along ideological, not geographic, lines. "Eight words," Wilson wrote, "contain the sum of the present degradation of our political parties: No leaders, no principles; no principles, no parties."[36]

In summary Wilson was the first true sitting president to have written and espoused a New World Order and the destruction of our Constitutional rule of law.
When he realized that this document created over 130 years earlier could not be summarily dismissed he wrote the preceding work that calls for the amending of the Constitution to ratify the so-called injustices that he and other Progressive Socialist Elites felt were impeding their agenda to recreate our country from Republic to a parliamentary system of government abolishing states rights and freedoms.

It is through social programs not geo-political policy or economic fundamentals that became their path of least resistance and allowed them to test the waters of social re-engineering. The first was a moral issue:

Under substantial pressure from the temperance movement, the United States Senate proposed the Eighteenth Amendment on December 18, 1917. Having been approved by 36 states, the 18th Amendment was ratified on January 16, 1919 and effected on January 16, 1920. Some state legislatures had already enacted statewide prohibition prior to the ratification of the 18th Amendment.
The "Volstead Act", the popular name for the National Prohibition Act, passed through Congress over President Woodrow Wilson's veto on October 28, 1919 and established the legal definition of intoxicating liquor.[1] Though the Volstead Act prohibited the sale of alcohol, it did little to enforce the law. The illegal production and distribution of liquor, or bootlegging, became rampant, and the national government did not have the means or desire to enforce every border, lake, river, and speakeasy in America. By 1925, in New York City alone, there were anywhere from 30,000 to 100,000 speakeasy clubs.[2]
Prohibition became increasingly unpopular during the Great Depression, especially in large cities. On March 23, 1933, President Franklin Roosevelt signed into law an amendment to the Volstead Act known as the Cullen-Harrison Act, allowing the manufacture and sale of certain kinds of alcoholic beverages.
On December 5, 1933, the ratification of the Twenty-first Amendment repealed the Eighteenth Amendment.

The miserable failure to not only regulate behavior but the violence and corruption only further amplified the role that the government played as a complicit co-conspirator. The bribes at the local, state and federal levels were of such magnitude that it kept prohibition from being disbanded an extra 7 years from the first attempt to the final ratification.

Before the Welfare Reform Act of 1996, welfare was "once considered an open-ended right," but welfare reform converted it "into a finite program built to provide short-term cash assistance and steer people quickly into jobs."[14] Prior to reform, states were given "limitless"[14] money by the federal government, increasing per family on welfare, under the 60-year-old Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) program.[15] This gave states no incentive to direct welfare funds to the neediest recipients or to encourage individuals to go off welfare (the state lost federal money when someone left the system).[16] One child in seven nationwide received AFDC funds,[15] which mostly went to able-bodied single mothers.[13]
After reforms, which President Bill Clinton said would "end welfare as we know it,"[13] amounts from the federal government were given out in a flat rate per state based on population.[16] The new program is called Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF).[15] It also encourages states to require some sort of employment search in exchange for providing funds to individuals and imposes a five-year time limit on cash assistance.[13][15][17] The bill restricts welfare from most legal immigrants and increased financial assistance for child care.[17] The federal government also maintains an emergency $2 billion TANF fund to assist states that may have rising unemployment.[15]
Millions of people left the welfare rolls (a 60% drop overall),[17] employment rose, and the child poverty rate was reduced.[13] A 2007 Congressional Budget Office study found that incomes in affected families rose by 35%.[17] The reforms were "widely applauded"[18] after "bitter protest."[13] The Times called the reform "one of the few undisputed triumphs of American government in the past 20 years."[19] Critics of the reforms sometimes point out that the reason for the massive decrease of people on the welfare rolls in the United States in the 1990s wasn't due to a rise in actual gainful employment in this population, but rather, due almost exclusively to their offloading into workfare, giving them a different classification than classic welfare recipient.
Aspects of the program vary in different states; Michigan, for example, requires a month in a job search program before benefits can begin.[13]
The National Review editorialized that the Economic Stimulus Act of 2009 will reverse the welfare-to-work provisions that Bill Clinton signed in the 1990s and again base federal grants to states on the number of people signed up for welfare rather than at a flat rate.[16] One of the experts who worked on the 1996 bill said that the provisions would lead to the largest one-year increase in welfare spending in American history.[19] The House bill provides $4 billion to pay 80% of states' welfare caseloads.[15] Although each state received $16.5 billion annually from the federal government as welfare rolls dropped, they spent the rest of the block grant on other types of assistance rather than saving it for worse economic times.[14]
Time line
1880’s-1890’s: There were attempts made to try and move poor from work yards to poor houses if they were in search of relief funds.
1893-1894: Attempts were made at the first unemployment payments, but were unsuccessful due to the 1893-1894 recession.
1932: The Great Depression has gotten worse and the first attempts to fund relief failed. The “Emergency Relief Act” was passed into law. It gives local governments $300 million.
1933: In March 1933 Roosevelt pushes congress to establish the Civilian Conservation Corps.
1935: The Social Security Bill was passed on June 17, 1935. The bill included direct relief (cash, food stamps, etc.) and changes for unemployment insurance.
1940: Aid to Families With Dependant Children (AFDC) was established.
1964: Johnson’s War on Poverty is underway, and the Economic Opportunity Act was passed. Commonly know as “the Great Society”
1996: Passed under Clinton; “The Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996” becomes law.

I have spent the last 30 days engaged with my senior health insurance clients preparing for and reviewing their Medicare Health Insurance needs now that Medicare Advantage PFFS (Private Fee For Service) plans are either gone completely or too expensive to purchase. Their federal funding created in the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003 made affordable coverage available to the 25% of my clients who cannot afford the cost of Medicare and a Medicare Supplement and a Medicare Part D drug plan. ( The average supplement for a 70 year old is $180.00 per month
in addition to the $96.40 for Medicare Part B monthly premiums and the $42.00 monthly premium for Part D drug plan, that 70 year old is current paying $316.40 in premiums alone).

In February the Obamanation and his left wing sycophants removed the funding for it to in their terms " reign in the costs of Medicare" and garner positive press for the new administration. (the hell with the 10.4 million senior Americans who were enrolled in it)

But what they are now about to do to the health care in this country and the way that they are going to subjugate the populace through this combination of legislation's is heinous in action and criminal in nature and a direct violation of every Americans right to choose their health care and method of payment.

We will start the with Medicare and my favorite clients the seniors because THEY EARNED IT!

To achieve the numbers that the new CBO review has published they are going to cut Medicare spending by 491 billion dollars by first eliminating the rest of the MMA 2003 plans subsidies which accounts for 118 billion dollars and more importantly 12+ million seniors now on Medicare Part C and restructure it the same way as Medicaid is, an HMO! ( they decrease the amount of funding every year until 2014 where it becomes Medicaid)(Pg.869-920 Reid Bill)
And with the age in proposal the only way that you could double down on the size of Medicare participants and still provide coverage will be to double the part B premiums on current enrollees and force the new enrollees to pay for early enrollment into part A which they have already paid for with their FICA tax and quadruple their part B or roughly a $500.00 per month premium. And this is before they purchase additional coverage to pay the 20% and the Walk In Fees and Part B CYD that you are still responsible for under Medicare coverage.
Cuts to Medicare include: Permanent reductions in the annual updates to Medicare’s payment rates for most services in the fee-for-service sector of $192 billion; $118 billion in cuts to Medicare Advantage; $43 billion in DSH cuts; $23 billion in unspecified cuts by the Medicare Advisory Board.

So this plan is no friend to anyone on or enrolling into Medicare or on a fixed income.

Now for all of those not Medicare eligible and not of the belief that they are somehow entitled to health insurance because they cannot or are unwilling to provide coverage for themselves.

Specifically, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation have analyzed how health insurance premiums might be affected by enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, as proposed by Senator Reid on November 18, 2009.

The analysis examines the effects of the proposal in 2016 in order to indicate the impact that it would have once its provisions were fully implemented. To focus on permanent elements of the legislation, however, the estimates exclude the effect of the reinsurance that would be provided for new nongroup plans between 2014 and 2016 only (which would be funded by an assessment on insurers).
The analysis focuses on the effects of the legislation on total health insurance premiums that would be charged to individuals or employers before accounting for premium subsidies or the small business tax credit. The analysis also reports the effects of the legislation on the amounts the purchasers would ultimately have to pay, after accounting for those two forms of assistance. However, even when examining unsubsidized premiums, the analysis incorporates the effects of those subsidies (as well as existing tax preferences) on the number and types of people who would obtain coverage in each market, because those effects would have an important impact on the total premiums charged.

Average premiums per policy in the nongroup market in 2016 would be roughly $5,800 for single policies and $15,200 for family policies under the proposal, compared with roughly $5,500 for single policies and $13,100 for family policies under current law.
Those figures indicate what enrollees would pay, on average, not accounting for the new federal subsidies. The majority of nongroup enrollees (about 57 percent) would receive subsidies via the new insurance exchanges, and those subsidies, on average, would cover nearly two-thirds of the total premium, CBO and JCT The weighted average of the differences in those amounts equals the change of 10 percent to 13 percent in the average premium per person summarized above, but the percentage increase in the average premium per policy for family policies is larger and that for single policies is smaller because the average number of people covered per family policy is estimated to increase under the proposal. The effects on the premiums paid by some individuals and families could vary significantly from the average effects on premiums.

Here is the summary of what this bill is really costing Americans!

1. Spending:
The cost of the bill is $2.5 trillion over 10 years of full implementation.

2. Taxes Increases:
Taxes will go up $493.6 billion—nearly half a trillion dollars.

3. Medicare Cuts:
Medicare will be cut $464.6 billion—another half a trillion dollars.

4. Abortion:
The bill permits the use of accounting gimmicks that will, for the first time, allow federal dollars to go to plans covering abortion. The bill does not include the Stupak language, and as a result, National Right to Life describes the Reid bill language as “completely unacceptable” and said it would “result in coverage of abortion on demand in two big new federal government programs.”

5. Government Plan:
The bill includes a government run plan and provides states with the possibility of opting out of participating in that plan. According to CBO, the government run plan “would typically have premiums that were somewhat higher than the average premiums for the private plans in the exchanges”

6. Employer Mandate:
The bill will impose $28 billion in new taxes on employers that do not provide government approved health plans. These new taxes will ultimately be paid by American workers in the form of reduced wages and lost jobs.

7. Additional CBO Background:
The bill would bend the federal cost-curve up. CBO says, “Under the legislation, federal outlays for health care would increase during the 2010–2019 period, as would the federal budgetary commitment to health care.” The coverage expansion would drive a net increase in government spending on health by $160 billion over 10 years.
CBO scored the bill as reducing the deficit by $130 billion over FYs 2010-2019.
However, CBO notes that the bill includes two budget gimmicks that hide the true cost of the bill. Doctors are assumed to get a 23 percent cut in 2011 which would carry into subsequent years. Fixing the SGR would cost $247 billion. Additionally, the CLASS Act generates $72 billion over the budget window, but later turns to deficits. Eliminating these two gimmicks means the bill would be $189 billion in the red. It would also put the real cost of the bill over a trillion dollars.
The start dates for the individual mandate, exchanges, and employer penalties were all moved from July 1, 2013, to January 1, 2014.
This is another budget gimmick to hide the true cost of the bill.
24 million people would be left without insurance.

8. Unfunded mandates on the states:
The bill mandates that states spend an additional $25 billion in Medicaid expenditures. Taxes on uninsured individuals would total$8 billion. Taxes on employers from the “free-rider” penalty would total $28 billion. 5 million Americans would lose their employer coverage.

9. Cuts to Medicare include:
Permanent reductions in the annual updates to Medicare’s payment rates for most services in the fee-for-service sector of $192 billion; $118 billion in cuts to Medicare Advantage; $43 billion in DSH cuts; $23 billion in unspecified cuts by the Medicare Advisory Board.

Only 19 million people will get a subsidy to help them buy health insurance.

None of the 162 million people with employer-based care will even be eligible for a subsidy.

The government plan would have higher premiums than private plans. CBO said the government plan would “typically have premiums that were somewhat higher than the average premiums for the private plans in the exchanges.”

With the opt-out provision, two-thirds of Americans are expected to have a government plan available in their state.

Co-ops are included but would have “very little effect.”

The CLASS Act would reduce deficits by $72 billion in the 10 year budget window, but “would begin to increase budget deficits” in the decade following 2029.

The IRS would need $5-$10 billion to expand and implement the provisions in the bill.
The costs of the subsidies in the exchange would grow at 8 percent a year.

The tax on high value plans will quickly be applied to almost all plans. CBO expects the revenues from the Cadillac plan tax to grow at 10-15 percent per year outside the budget window.

Includes a $15 billion “Prevention and Public Health Fund” slush fund.
CBO says it would be “difficult” to maintain the predicted savings over a long period of time—meaning that the plan will likely run deficits when savings do not materialize.

1. On page 882 of Subtitle C :

There are 111-Additional offices, bureaus, commissions, programs, and bureaucracies the bill creates over and above the entitlement expansions-more than double the number in H.R. 3200.

The AMA will be directly involved with the appointments of their current board members to these oversight boards as well as the requiring all physicians accepting federal dollars to become AMA members if they are not already.

There are over 700,000 + doctors in America and 7904 are currently members of the AMA or approximately 10% of the doctors in America.

They will end with a minimum of a 500% increase in dues paying members jumping through their bureaucratic hoops to stay in practice if this bill gets passed in its current form.

SEIU will also gain a massive windfall by becoming the largest union in the world from the federally backed mandatory unionization of hospital workers to meet the defined requirements in this bill. Here is the copied and pasted proof right here:

2. Medicare is major medical insurance not traditional health care coverage and this bill will not cover all medical costs it will require co-insurance like Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage plans cover now. Who stands to gain from this windfall?

AARP Services, Inc., founded in 1999, is a wholly owned subsidiary of AARP. AARP Services manages the wide range of products and services that are offered as benefits to AARP’s 40 million members. The offers span health products, travel and leisure products, and life event services. Specific products include Medicare supplemental insurance; member discounts on rental cars, cruises, vacation packages and lodging; special offers on technology and gifts; pharmacy services; legal services; and long-term care insurance. AARP Services founded AARP Financial Incorporated, a subsidiary that manages AARP-endorsed financial products including AARP Funds. AARP Services develops new products, manages and markets products and services, creates and maintains partnership and sponsorship relationships, and develops and manages AARP’s Web site, AARP.org.

They will become the most powerful insurance company in America controlling hundreds of billions of dollars and will be directly involved in the government run health care.

Approximately seven million people have AARP branded health insurance, including drug coverage and medigap, as of April 2007 [16] and AARP earns more income from selling insurance to members than it does from membership dues.[17] In 2008, AARP plans to begin offering several new health insurance products: An HMO for Medicare recipients, in partnership with UnitedHealth Group; and a PPO and "a high-deductible insurance policy that could be used with a health savings account" to people aged 50–64, in partnership with Aetna. AARP will likely become the largest source of health insurance for Medicare recipients, and AARP estimates the new products will increase its health insurance customers to 14 million by 2014.[16][18] AARP is not an insurer and does not pay insurance claims. Instead, AARP allows its name to be used by insurance companies in the sale of insurance products, for which it is paid a commission like an insurance agent.[19]
Senator Charles E. Grassley (R-Iowa), senior Republican on the Senate Finance Committee, said in 2008 that the "limited benefit" insurance plans offered by AARP through UnitedHealth provided inadequate coverage and were marketed deceptively. One plan offered $5,000 for surgery that may cost two or three times that amount.[20]
AARP does a "thriving business" in marketing branded Medigap policies. As of October 2009, Medical care reform contained a proposal to trim an associated program Medicare Advantage, which was expected to increase demand for Medigap policies.[21]

And in 1999 when they became that subsidiary they also registered to the necessary bodies to become a financial institution with the power to market and sell their own insurance and financial products without using their current underwriters United Health and Aetna who have both been vilified in the media without a word of support from AARP. They will become their own insurance company the minute this plan passes I guaranty it.
