பட்டப் படிப்பை முடித்து சுமார் 15 முதல் 16 ஆண்டுகள் சொந்த ஊரை விட்டு வெளியூரில் வேலை செய்து வந்தேன். கொரோனா தொற்றுக்குப் பிறகு சொந்த ஊருக்குத் திரும்பியபோதுதான், எனது ஊரான பெருந்துறை சிப்காட்டினால் பெரிதும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பதை அறிந்தேன். இங்குள்ள நிலம், நீர் மற்றும் காற்று மிகவும் மாசடைந்து, இங்கு வசிக்கும் பொதுமக்கள் பெரிதும் துன்பப்பட்டனர்.

நிலம், நீர், காற்று மாசுபட்டுவிட்டது என்பதை மக்களுக்குப் புரிய வைக்க, அவர்கள் அன்றாடம் பார்க்கும் வாட்ஸ்அப், ஃபேஸ்புக், யூடியூப் போன்ற சமூக ஊடகங்கள் மூலம் தகவல்களைப் பகிர ஆரம்பித்தோம். பலர் உன்னிப்பாகக் கவனித்த சமயத்தில், எங்களுடைய யூடியூப் சேனலும், ஃபேஸ்புக் பக்கமும் ஒரே நாளில் முடக்கப்பட்டன.

கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாக கார்ப்பரேட் உலகின் ஆழமான உண்மைகள் எங்களுக்குப் புரிய ஆரம்பித்தன. சொந்தக்காரர்கள் மற்றும் நண்பர்கள் மூலமாக அறிவுரைகளும், எச்சரிக்கைகளும் வந்துகொண்டே இருந்தன.

10K marathon-2018 @CIT Coimbatore

As an amateur runner (self-trained)myself, it was my second marathon in my lifetime. It was way back in 2007 that I took my ran first marathon.

It was an early Sunday morning 18.02.2017-5.45 am at Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT), Coimbatore, the Y’s Men's Club of Coimbatore and Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT) jointly conducted ‘10K Marathon–2018’, a 10 km marathon to create awareness about blood donation and registration for blood donors directory.

After some warmups and drills, runners got together at 6.30 am to takeup the run in different categories. I along with 3 of my colleagues(Mr.Pradeep, Mr.Vishnu & Mr.Sonies) took 10 km run for creating awareness for blood donation. It was a brisk start in the morning from CIT campus and we moved towards Codissia connected with Cheranmanagar, Thaaneer paandal, Codissia and ended in CIT campus. The support crews were awesome, they kept us hydrated throughout the event. Their work on traffic planning, hydration station, washrooms, medal and certificate distribution were very appreciable.

After this run(which I almost walked through 70 % of marathon) the recovery from it was very important which went very smoothly. Throughout the day I found my legs were unusual to the sore and stiff due to the effect of the marathon. But I was practically back to normal on the very next day itself.

I felt proud of myself after completing the marathon, even though having few cramps during my run I was able to complete it with amidst pain which went away in a few hours.

It taught me a lesson in life, I felt that this run made me feel great and extremely free because, I had the chances to discover new locations and to meet new people.

As Robert frost rightly mentioned "The woods are lovely dark and deep, but I have promise to keep and miles to go before I go to sleep", Despite of having a tight schedule in life, I like to continue running the marathon throughout my life.....

Life is like a marathon, where we lose to some and we win some. We may feel tired, broken, inferior or even sad, but all we have to do is RUN!! RUN!! RUN!! until the goal is reached.

Running may not make you WIN, but it atleast helps you to COMPLETE! And be proud, because most don't even complete/participate.

One of the wonderful science fiction, crime and Hi-tech TV Series of the 20th Century is "Person of Interest" - POI, Aired by CBS from 2011, I wonder watching this series. It takes on the world of technology and their intelligence.

The Creator, Jonathan Nolan creativity is an appreciable one. Hats off to Jonathan for his wonderful creative work. The creator of this series Jonathan Nolan, is well known for his co-screenplay writings with his elder brother Christopher Nolan for Intersteller, The Dark Night Rises etc.,

We can imagine our self into the future world by viewing this Series. In India, Collection of our identity through Adhar card(10 finger prints, Retina details) which may be used by government or any other private agencies for tracking us. This is exactly depicted in this series.

The series will surely makes lots of debates on Artificial Intelligence. From Season 1 to Season 5, the interest on Person of Interest never fails. From 2011 to 2015, the series used to start on September and ends in the May month of next year, which used to have 22 to 23 Episodes. But the finale season was entirely different, contain only 13 episodes which starts in May 2016 and ends in June 2016.

I was addicted to this series, as usual the finale ends with the defeat of evils.

My thought on "Rich dad Poor dad"

To know little about everything I started reading books. Then it become habit of reading many books in a stretch and left it out. After gone through the books of Chetan Bhagat, Ravinder singh, Preeti Sheony, Reshmi Bensol. I felt there was no other good books available from Indian authors. Its little bit heavy for me to take foreign author books because of their hifi writings and to match up the standards of English literature. Even though I gone through "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. Still I was not that much passionate towards foreign authors.

"Connect the Dots" by Reshmi Bensol is the first non fictional book that too I got fed up and skipped half way. I then took up "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" subtitled with"What the Rich Teach Their Children About Money That the Poor and Middle Class Don't" by Robert T. Kiyosaki. First time went on to read a book related to money management , thanks to my spouse Rekha who is already going through book "Guide to investing" by the same author.

Despite the book is non-fictional one, the author narrated everything through a story. It starts with advice from his real father(Poor Dad) and ideas from his friend father(Rich Dad) and goes on about his success story on how to deal with the money.

One famous quote from that book "“Workers work hard enough to not be fired, and owners pay just enough so that workers won't quit.” is a realistic one. Robert explains about the traps which we can easily got into like "Buying a home" or "Buying a costly cars"which he termed it as dead asset, as we have to spend more it on maintaining those, which he termed it as "Rat Race". He recommends in diversifying our investment mainly in Real estate, share markets etc.,

Came from a middle class family, this book was an eye opener one, learnt much about money management and smart investment. I could not say that you will become rich by reading this book but your thought on money will definitely change.

நான் பெரிதும் எதிர்பார்த்த படம் அட்லியின் "ராஜா ராணி", வெள்ளி (27/09/2013) ரிலீஸாகியுள்ளது. இந்த படத்திற்காக செய்யப்பட்ட விளம்பரங்கள் என்னை மிகவும் கவர்ந்தது.So, நான் இப்போது இருக்கும் கோவையில் இந்த படத்தை முதல் நாளோ பார்க்க try பண்ணினேன் ஆனால் முடியவில்லை, அதனால் பொருந்துறையில்(my native) உள்ள Mahalakshmi Theaterயில் என் மாமா விஐயக்குமாருடன் சனி (28/9/2013) இரவு 10 மணி Showக்கு சென்றோம். From my point of view இந்த படம் Good...

" காதல் ‌தோல்விக்கு பிறகும்  காதலும்/வாழ்க்கையும் இருக்கு(There is a Life & Love after Love Failure)" இதான் படத்தோட கதை theme. காதலில் தோல்வியடைந்த இருவர் (ஆர்யா-நயன்தாரா), திருமணம் செய்து கொள்கிறார்கள். வாழ்க்கை அவர்களை எப்படி தம்பதிகளாக இணைக்கிறது என்பதுதான் கதை..!

ஜெய்- நயன் 1st half  சிறப்பாக உள்ளது. Phone call section மொத்தப்படத்திலேயே சுவாரஸ்யமான பகுதி...

நயன்தாரா's acting is good, சில காட்சிகளில் இவரது நடிப்பு பிரம்மிக்க வைக்கிறது. நயன்தாரா's Dialogue ‘‘உலகத்துல யாருமே Made for Each Otherஆக பொறக்கிறது இல்ல; வாழ்ந்து காட்டுறதுல தான் இருக்கு’’ is a nice one.
ஜெய் rock's. ஆர்யா normal in his acting.நஸ்ரியாவின் cuteன முகபாவங்கள் அழகு nice to watch.

இந்த படத்தில் என்னை  மிகவும்  கவர்ந்தது சத்யராஜின் பாசமிகு நடிப்பு.. சத்யராஜ் இயல்பாக வந்து நம் இதயங்களை கொள்ளை கொள்கிறார்.
His Dialogue deliver "என்னைக்காவது ஒரு நாள் நாம் ஆசப்பட்ட மாதிரி லைப் மாறும்’’ is an excellent one. His dressing are good.
சந்தானத்தின் அதே trade mark டைமிங் காமெடி பல இடங்களில் Super. Sathyan done his duty in first half. ‘நான் கடவுள்’ ராஜேந்திரனின் ‘ஃபன்னி கைஸ்’ dialogue super o super !

ஜி.வி பிரகாஷின் இசை பாடல்களைவிட பிண்ணனியில் சிறப்பாக இருந்ததாக உணர்கிறேன்.. "Hey Baby" பாடல்  மிக அழகாக உள்ளது.நஸ்ரியாவுக்கு ஏற்படும் விபத்து படமாக்கப்பட்ட விதம் ஷங்க்ரை நினைவு படுத்துது , குட் ஒர்க். Cinematogrpher George William done a great job. His work are clear crystal in each and every frame of the film.

இயக்குநர் ஷங்கரின் சீடன் அட்லியின் முதல் படம். Done a great job. Seems to be a promising young director.
Overall good film, can watch the film with any age group particularly 15-45

புதுப்பாளையம் மாகாளியம்மன் தீா்த்தம் அழைத்து வருதல்

தீா்த்தம் அழைத்து வருதல் taken place on 9/9/2013. It starts all the way from Bhavani and ends up at our own pudupalyam. In between this lots of fun stuffs added to welcome the தீா்த்தம். Its been pleasure watching the youths dancing for traditional music. A few short clips on this....

Approximately as much as 10 to 15 four wheel Vehicles with the strength of around 200 peoples starts from Pudupalaayam to Bhavani for taking தீா்த்தம் at 11.00 am on 9/9/2013.

After taking தீா்த்தம் from bhavani, we reached Perundurai at 3.00pm, a small poojai was arranged there.After finishing it தீா்த்தம் was carried out on walking for some 5-6kms.

With traditional music on side, people gathered in large numbers to see the movements of the youths. Its been wonderful to watch the energy of these guys.

TV shows or Live shows can't stand before this realistic dance of our youths. Hats-off to them.

Almost whole perundurai watched us while we move through the streets of perundurai. Its been rocking allover. Lots of common peoples joined in this too.

Meanwhile தீா்த்தம் was carried out along with this grand welcome. At the end of perundurai, we got into our vehicle back and reached to ஆகாச கருப்பராயன் temple at 8.30pm.

Finally தீா்த்தம் reached our own புதுப்பாளையம் மாகாளியம்மன் at 10.00pm. Its been nice and unforgettable journey of தீா்த்தம் அழைத்து வருதல்.

Thanks to all the peoples who make it a great success.

why not three captains for three different format ?

Reading the title, most of them would wonder "Are you crazy?" But going through the below analyses, you may agree my view.

Love for cricket in India is more than anything. In this hectic schedule of back to back International matches we need more new feet and minds to play the match as huge population in India where more than 75 % of people are mad about it. Success is about flying, not snuggling.Some where new ideas and bold decisions will make the cricket in India to its highest level.

At present, M.S. Dhoni is struggle to lead Indian team in test matches. He is perfect only for One day International matches. Even in T20, he is not up to the mark. Now he is lacking in motivational factor. After winning two world cups (In T20 format and in ODI format) and also winning the IPL cup and CLT cup for his club team (Chennai Super Kings), now he has nothing to prove or to get motivated. To improve his game, he have to set new targets and need to focus. He needs some break from captaincy too. Still he can lead ODI team for India.

For T20, we need more aggression, which is missing from Dhoni now adays. Need to introduce fresh talent in T20 format. Virat Kholi or Suresh Raina will be the right choice for that. For last two years Virat Kholi have been best in his performance. He has the potential to lead Indian Cricket team. He already lead India to won U-19 World Cup. He seems to be mature, confidence and successful person. So its time to groome him.

Apart from Kholi, Suresh Raina also has enough potential to lead India in T20 format. For T20 there should be some fresh legs particularly in fast bowling area. Need to find young talents. fast bowlers and they must be given chance to represent India.

Regarding test match, Gambir or Shewag will be the best choice. For Test matches we need some experience, both Gambir and Shewag had enough of it. Dhoni must skip Test matches. Yuvaraj can make the team considering his experience and his handy spin bowling. Pujara, Kholi, and Badrinath can be considered for middle order apart from great mastero Sachin Tendulkar. Giving captaincy to either Gambir or Shewag, we can expect more reliable batting in the top order.

By introducing fresh and different minds for all three format, there will be fruitful result. Dividing the responsibilities, burden can be reduced and sharing the leadership could drive the team for the successful results

Fourth & New format in cricket - G3 or Gully International

Here I like to share my new Idea to make cricket more Interesting and watchful. I named it as "G3".
We know Cricket has three formats namely

I. Test Cricket

II. One day International (50-50 Match)

III. T20 (20-20 Match)

Even though Cricket is played first in 16th century(England) that too by elite core of peoples, it becomes more famous after the active participation of countries like West Indies, India, Australia, Pakistan and New Zealand. In 1960’s, test cricket is the essence of cricket where cricket is played tirelessly for five days. Then, limited over cricket comes where One day International matches were played.

In One day International, everything is finished in single day. 50 over’s for each team and the result will be known in that day itself. The first International cricket match was played at 1971 but it comes to lime light at 1975, where first ODI cricket world cup match take place in England. Then after, there is no turn back for this format until new format called "Twenty20 Match".

Now the Buzz word in cricket is "T20". In Twenty20 match, everything is finished in just three hours. Each team plays only 20 over’s and result is known in very short time. Due to its short period with lots of entertainment people tends to move towards this format. At present Twenty20 has more viewer ship than any other form of cricket.

Now comes my idea, it mainly comes from my childhood Gully cricket + modern day tennis format.

Let me explain here in brief

It's as such like in Tennis, where best of three sets is considered. Same is applied here, in this new fourth format (Gully International or G3). Here, the single match is divided into three different innings or sub-matches or games.(i.e.,) Each game is played normally as such like limited over cricket but only with 5 over’s per side. After finishing three games, the team which wins 2 games is considered to be the winner.

For example:

Lets considered 2 teams namely A and B.

Game 1: In first game, team A bats for 5 over’s and scoring 54 runs. Then team B bats and gets 55 run and win the match. Here team B leads the match by 1-0.

Game 2: In second game, team B makes 46 runs in 5 over’s where as team A chase it easily and win the match. Here match is in draw 1-1.

Game 3: In third game, let’s assume team B again wins.

Result:

Then the final result will be 2-1 in the favour of team B.

The format resembles the tennis format. But I get this Idea from our gully cricket, where we used to enjoy this kind of play.

I think this format will be more exciting than T20, initially there may be some hiccups but if people understand it properly than we can see lots of fire work inside it. With more added features and rules this new format can be take over to next level. Also, in total there are only 30 overs so we can end up the game below three hours. Five overs per team will keep everyone in their seat. Some were in future I hope this format will come and succeed.

"G3" a new format to play cricket. Where G represents Gully and 3 represents the three innings in the match.

Valukku Maram Aerudhal

I have been thinking of writing this for last few years.Finally i have got time to write about a unique event which will happen once in every year in our native which is called "Valukku Maram Aerudhal"

ADI-18 festival is a very famous one all over tamilnadu.We have been celeberating this specially in our native since 6 years.We among the youth had formed a group name "Nanbargal narpani mandram" were conducting an enjoyable game called "Valukku maram Aerudhal" which depicts our tamil culture,one thing to tell about this game is not that easy not easy at all.

Valuku Maram is nothing but a long pole wherein grease and oil are applied all over the pole.This helps is slipping people whoever climbs on it.Though it is very hard to climb for a person it looks very funny to watch and a good entertainment to watch . Next there comes a motivation factor for a person to climb,yeah your guess is rite we will fix a money bundle on the top of the pole and whoever reaches top they can take away the money while returning home.This excites all the boys who participated to climb one above the other to reach the top to get the bundle.

This year Adi festival is no less than a very big game show.We enjoyed to the core throughout the day and our group Nanbargal Narpani mandram conducted many game shows to the childrens below 18 years.Those moments can't be expressed in words which still not going away from my thoughts.We started our Valukku Maram at 3:30 P.M with 20 teams registered.Game started with full heat and with great roar from the crowd with around 1000 people anticipating the winner when 3 persons per team starts climbing to reach the top .

As on when time goes crowd started increasing in number.We played Cricket,Football,Volleyball but we never got such advises and comments from all sections of peoples,they gave lot of suggestions and comments till the end.Finally around 8:30 one team with 5 members reached the top and took away the prize.Longest moments with great applause from the crowd with ectacy and broken surprise.Its really worth seeing which ended with lot of camera flashes and videos captured.

It has been a really great experience altogether for all of us with huge crowd and exciting competition like this.At the end of the day with all full tiredness we were all happy to conduct such events in tamil culture and taste even in the 21st century.

Awaiting for next ADI to carry forward the enjoyment in tamil soil with its great same old flavour !

Use 49 (O) to boycott elections..Do you know it?

A very few people in our country knows about a provision called 49-O in the constitution of India. This is under the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1969 Act, in which a voter can go to the polling booth, confirm his identity to the polling officer and also get his fingers marked with the black ink. After that he or she can say his desire to the presiding officer in the booth that he or she does not want to give vote to any candidates. This feature is available in our constitution from a long time but the general public does not have the knowledge because these things have never been advertised.

As a citizen of a democratic country, we the people of India have the right to choose the right candidate. In case, we found none of the candidate deserves to become the future politician, we better do not give vote to anyone.

We can do this in the following steps.

* After our electoral roll number has been registered in the list of registered voters in Form-17A.
* Put signature or thumb expression as per the sub rule (1) of rule 49L.
* Now, you decided that you do not want to give vote to any candidate and inform the presiding officer.
* Presiding officer will then make a remark and this will effect in the entry Form 17A.
* He will then ask you to put signature or thumb expression against that remark.

How do we get benefits out of it?

It is beneficial for the public who do not want any candidates from that constituency to win. It happens like this, say for example a candidate wins by ‘xyz’ votes in a particular constituency but in case that particular constituency has received 49-O votes more than ‘xyz’, the polling will be cancelled and there can be a chance of re polling.

When there is a re polling announced for the particular constituency, there is a 99% chance that the party will remove the particular candidates and choose more appropriate candidate for the election from that particular constituency.

The election commissioner has not revealed this wonderful feature to the public. This is not advertised either. So by the means of my way of communication through this website, I want every citizen of India to know about this feature. This is our right. And I feel this is my duty to spread this news to every Indians. Also my request to every Indians who read this article please spread it so that more and more public should aware of this wonderful right. At this time when the election is near, we must spread this news to all countrymen.

We the citizen of India has to unite and understand the fact that most of our leaders are chosen by us who actually do not deserve the post. We should not close our eyes, and think, what can be done by me as an individual. If everybody thinks like this, then no body will come forward to take any bold steps. We should not give our country and its constitution in the hands of undeserved leaders who only can see their own benefits rather than the benefit of a country as a whole.

Worthless to mention the numbers of politicians, but maximum number of politicians are full equipped with the security personals for them day and night. They invest so much on them and on the vehicles they travel. We are the tax payers; we want to see the work done for the huge amount of money we give as tax to the governments. We also expect that the public should also be protected from the enemy, terrorist and all.

We have democracy, so we expect that the leaders we choose must work for the welfare of the mass and not for the individual. Being a citizen of India it’s a request to every Indian, just spread and pass the message of 49-O to every one you know. It’s an awakening.

Visit to Chenimali with friends ! !

Wonderful exprience going to chenimali.... In general i don't have so much faith in god but my mama(close friend) request me to come atleast once. Every tuesday there will be function, hence we decide to go there in one fine tuesday... We six peoples with 3 bikes starts from Perundurai at 6.30 p.m.. Nice exprience driving in mountain...

Reached temple in 20 minutes travel.... Very nice climate... After refresh we directly went into temple and got blesing from lord murga... There was quiet large number of peoples...

I want to thank my mam's (Mr.Vijayakumar) alot for giving such an wonderful expience..... Thanks alot mam's.........................! Me along with my mama in the photo.............

My amma didn't belive my look returning from temple... There in temple they given sandhnam i poured all over my head... Every one there seems to be like that only... this is the picture we taken at that time....

We all together had food there itself supplied by temple peoples....... nice taste..Thanks to all officals & peoples of that temple...!

Tomato rice and curd rice.......... Nice taste........

We sit together and talked there for half an hour or so... then climbed down by 9 pm... nice expience...................

Diwali Celebration in our area !!!

We (our gang of friends) celebrated the diwali combinedly at our local area near to my home....
From morning to evening we played cricket ..its full of fun & enjoyement.. Climate too kept us very active..

Then we plan to give a big crack work at night.. Then we bought a sky fly crackers with 50 shots contiously..........

Exactly by 7.15 p.m we plant it & it goes up in air for 5 min or so.. it nice to see that with friends making sounds all over the places....

Our Farm house is present in Pudupalayam which is nearly 1 Km from my home. Its very peaceful area and good place to relax.....

The main agriculture source in our area is done by bore water. I am proud to be born in an agriculture family,were i learnt all ways of life. My parents are my mentors.Very proud to get parents of such love & care.

In agriculture ,our main work for this season goes around the bannana trees. we had went with turmeric plants also, and also with some things.

I had grown in that Pudupalayam village from my childhood period. Just few years back we had shifted to our new home in Sarali. Growing in that natural wealth area is an wondeful exprience.

When ever we are making getting together with relatives our family choose farm house rather than home simply for its natural beauty & silent nature. I too love to stay there lonely.

My favourite snacks around our farm house are oragane, we had 4 oragane tress with very tasty oraganes almost getable throughout the years. Apart from this we also had lemon plants, and so on..............

Three cups of tea a day can ‘protect against heart attacks’

Just three cups of tea in a day are enough to protect you against heart attacks and stroke, claim researchers.

A new review has demonstrated that regular drinking of either black or green tea can reduce the risk of heart problems by 11 per cent.

It cuts the build-up of plaque in the arteries - a combination of dangerous fat and cholesterol.

In terms of the delivery of antioxidants, two cups of tea is equivalent to five portions of vegetables or two apples. The review by researchers at the University of Western Australia revealed that the benefits of tea are largely due to the flavonoid content, antioxidant ingredients that counteract cardiovascular disease.

One cup of tea provides 150-200mg of flavonoids.

As far as the delivery of antioxidants is concerned, two cups of tea is equivalent to five portions of vegetables or two apples.

The review also found that the flavonoid content of black tea is equal to that of green tea. Almost 80 per cent of Britons are tea drinkers.

"There is now consistent data indicating that tea and tea flavonoids can enhance nitric oxide status and improve endothelial function, which may be at least partly responsible for benefits on cardiovascular health,” the Daily Mail quoted Dr. Jonathan Hodgson, co-author of the review, as saying.

Dr. Catherine Hood from the industry-backed Tea Advisory Panel said, “Compared with U.S. studies, the cardiovascular benefits of tea are particularly strong in European studies. This includes U.K. studies where most of the tea consumed is black.”

"Plaques in the carotid artery (a marker of atherosclerosis) have been shown to be less common in both men and women who drink tea. Bearing in mind the number of studies, including human trials, data demonstrates that flavonoids in tea can inhibit the development of atherosclerosis.” Dr. Catherine Hood said.

"This review also highlights evidence from randomised controlled trials showing that tea consumption may improve the health of the inner lining of the blood vessels as well as evidence that tea may reduce the risk of high blood pressure and lower blood pressure.” Dr. Catherine Hood added.

"Adding milk to tea doesn’t affect the absorption of flavonoids from tea, according to several human research trials. In addition, the antioxidant effects seen in our blood following tea consumption are similar whether or not milk is added.” "Evidence is growing that three to four cups of black tea each day is good not only for general health, but also for cardiovascular health. Given the popularity of black tea in the UK, this is good news for those who enjoy regular cups of tea,” she added.

The review is published in the science journal Molecular Aspects of Medicine.
