C and C++ uses ^ for bit-level exclusive-OR. To encrypt a single character you can use char x=x^key; if you have a key of one byte. To encrypt a string of characters with a longer key, you can use something like to the following code in C++:

ICAI heading towards writing steps to get back the black money , ICAI today said it will submit to the government, its suggestions on the ways to deal with the menace of black money and retrieving illegal money stashed in tax havens and overseas banks by the end of August.
President of ICAI said,"We (the Committee) have had our first meeting. Right now we are collecting information about Double Taxation Avoidance Treaty (DTAA), tax treaties, etc, on how they work. By August-end, we should be able to submit our report to the government,"

Severe thunderstorms swept through the Chicago area Monday morning, pelting commuters rushing to get to work and leaving more than 615,000 Commonwealth Edison customers without power.

The heavy rain, hail and winds have downed wires throughout the city and sent trees into streets.
As of 9:15 a.m, more than 615,000 ComEd customers were without power after the storms, a spokesman said. The hardest hit region was in the northern suburbs where 280,000 are without power.
In the west suburbs, 156,000 are without power and in Chicago and Maywood, 108,000 customers were affected the spokesman said. In the south suburbs, 80,000 customers are without power Monday morning.
Meanwhile, flights in and out of O’Hare International Airport are experiencing 45 minute delays. More than 100 flights have been canceled, the Dept. of Aviation said.
At Midway International Airport, some airlines are experiencing delays averaging 50 minutes for in and inbound flights, with one cancellation reported, the, the department said.

Trains were either halted or delayed during the heavy storms, according to both the CTA and Metra.
On Metra, due to weather related high winds, Union Pacific North Line, Northwest Line and West Line trains were stopped, according to Metra spokesman Michael Gillis.

Trains were back on the move by about 8:50 a.m. but several trains remained delayed as of 9:40 a.m.
On the BNSF Railway line, trains were traveling at a reduced speed due to the winds, Gillis said. All other lines were operating normally.

The CTA was honoring Metra tricks on Union Pacific trains during the delays.

Meanwhile, the CTA issued a customer alert noting all CTA trains were experiencing major delays due to the severe weather.

Downed trees on tracks near the Morris station temporarily stopped Purple Line train service. Yellow Line service has also been suspended. Meanwhile, a CTA commuter indicated the downed tree had also stopped Red Line trains near the area.

At 8:40 a.m, the National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. Those storms were found along a line extending from 37 miles east of Winthrop Harbor to 32 miles north of Long Beach to 18 miles north of Long Beach to Portage to Beecher. That storm was moving east at 65 mph.

It appears the storms are moving past the Chicago area into northwest Indiana.

The Chillar Party boys live in Chandan Nagar colony, a residential complex that is shaken up somewhat when Fatka, a spunky boy who washes cars for a living, arrives in their midst with a canine companion, Bhidu.

Fatka and his dog are outsiders in more ways than one – they belong to the wrong side of the social divide – but after the initial run-ins with the boys of Chandan Nagar, he and his pooch are accepted as an integral part of the chillar party.

But, especially for the dog, life isn’t quite as simple as it might seem to these little pranksters: a mean-minded politician decides that the locality is in need of being swept clean of stray mutts and Bhidu is instantly targeted. The boys swing into action and launch a ‘save Bhidu’ battle in the face of grave odds.

This is a confrontation in the classic good-pitted-against-evil mould, and it plays out to great effect on different levels: children versus adults, self-seekers versus do-gooders and, above all, the uplifting power of innocence and genuine emotion up against the vitiating force of corrosive cynicism.

DLF IPL 2011 schedule for the fourth edition of the Indian Premier League, which will start from April 8, 2011, has been announced. The tournament will run from April 8 to May 28, 2011.
With two new teams Pune Warriors and Kochi Tuskers Kerala, the number of participating teams in the IPL has increased to ten. The IPL 2011 will be telecast by SET MAX TV channel live in India and other Asian countries.

The ten IPL teams are divided into two groups and each team will play 14 games each. A total of 74 games will be played in IPL 4.
Group A : 1) Deccan Chargers 2) Delhi Daredevils 3) Kings XI Punjab 4) Mumbai Indians 5) Pune Warriors India.
Group B : 1) Kolkata Knight Riders 2) Kochi Tuskers Kerala 3) Royal Challengers Bangalore 4) Rajasthan Royals 5) Chennai Super Kings.

The first edition of the IPL was won by the Rajastan Royals led by Shane Warne. The second edition was won by the Deccan Chargers led by Adam Girlcrist and the third edition was won by the MS Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings.
