In zeama obtinuta am pus legumele (ceapa, morcov, telina, pastarnac, patrunjel si ardei gras) si am lasat sa fiarba. Am strecurat si m-am ales cu o zeama foarte gustoasa pe care am pus-o la loc in oala sub presiune pentru fierberea finala. Si acum am adaugat in oala, burta, bucatelele de ciolan, legumele calite, cateva rondele de ardei iute si sare si am lasat la fiert 40 min. Aproape gata, mai amestec 4 galbenusuri cu vreo 400 g smantana si 2-3 polonice de ciorba si adaug in oala, dar numai dupa ce am oprit focul, ca sa nu se branzeasca smanatana. Se adauga uleiul, usturoiul taiat marunt si apa. Se acopera tava cu o folie de aluminiu, care se strange bine de jur imprejur. Se introduce la cuptor, la foc moderat, pentru 1 ora. Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 l lapte dulce&lt;br /&gt;- 1 praf de sare&lt;br /&gt;- 500 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;- 2 linguri sos caramel, reteta aici &lt;a href="http://ginuca27.blogspot.com/2009/11/sos-caramel.html"&gt;Sos caramel&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 600 g nuci tocate&lt;br /&gt;- foi de napolitane&lt;br /&gt;Se fierbe laptele cu zaharul si praful de sare, pana scade la jumatate, apoi se adauga sosul caramel (e optional, dar pentru ca aveam gata facut m-am gandit ca o sa-i dea o aroma si mai placuta) si se adauga nucile tocate (nu prea marunt). Compozitia fierbinte se intinde intre foi si apoi se pune deasupra o greutate, adica se preseaza foarte bine si se lasa cateva ore. Le-am cumparat din Amsterdam, sunt din marțipan si au migdale intregi la interior, apoi sunt invelite in ciocolata si ornate. Mixam icrele cu ulei (adaugat putin cate putin) si din cand in cand adaugam zeama de lamaie. Cand incep sa se lege icrele si sa creasca adaugam cate putin gris si continuam cu ulei, din cand in cand apa minerala, ca sa obtinem o consistenta cremoasa. Spre final adaugam ceapa tocata fin (eu am tocat-o la robotul de bucatarie adaugand putin lapte, se transforma aproape intr-o pasta). Pentru ca nu am avut supa de vita, am compus un fel de supa din 3 lg delikat si 250 g apa. - 320 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 albusuri&lt;br /&gt;
- 210 g faina&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 praf de sare&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 fiole esenta vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 fiole esenta lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
- coaja rasa de la 1 lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #660000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Umplutura:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 ml frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 ciocolata neagra&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se mixeaza untul cu zaharul, se adauga albusurile batute spuma si esentele, iar in final faina. Intr-o tava, captusita cu hartie de copt, spritam fursecurile cu distanta intre ele pentru ca se latesc la copt. Le coacem pana incep sa se rumeneasca usor marginile, apoi se scot cu o spatula imediat, caci daca se racesc in tava se desprind mai greu, se pot rupe. Se pun la racit pe un gratar de bucatarie.&lt;br /&gt;

Intre timp se marunteste ciocolata (eu am folosit ciocolata neagra de menaj) si se pune intr-o craticioara, se adauga coaja rasa de lamaie si se torna frisca fierbinte. Se toarna compozitia in tava si se baga la cuptor, la foc mare, pentru 3 min. Se scoate tava se pun prunele si se baga iar la cuptor, la foc moderat pana incepe sa se aureasca. Apoi am topit ciocolata cu cateva picaturi de apa si putin unt ca sa le glazurez un pic. Apoi am strecurat si am aruncat legumele, iar in supa am adaugat iar carnea (fara os) impreuna cu cartofii + morcovii si fasolea, am potrivit de sare si am lasat sa fiarba la foc mic. In momentul asta imi era teama sa nu se oxideze ciresele si sa-si schimbe culoarea spre maron, dar se pare ca mi-am facut griji degeaba, culoarea este minunata. Am filtrat si am obtinut 850 g zeama de cirese. Am pus, intr-o cratita la foc potrivit, zeama obtinuta impreuna cu restul de zahar si zaharul vanilinat. Am lasat sa fiarba aprox. 10 min (din momentul fierberii) amestecand din cand in cand. Dupa ce s-a racorit am adaugat zeama de lamaie, esenta de migdale si aspirina pisata. Nu se framanta mult, doar cat se aduna ingredientele. Se lasa la rece cel putin 30 min. Am mai presarat putina faina deasupra. Apoi am scos painea pe un gratar ca sa se raceasca.
